How then shall the United States of America be protected from infiltration and tyranny by foreign anti-American enemies if the Rule of Law governed by a Republic is not upheld?  Therefore, one must determine what is the definition of the word Law.  Well, according to the legal definition, it is as follows:  “The regime that orders human activities and relations through systematic application of the force of politically organized society or through social pressure backed by force, in such a society the legal system…the accepted legal principles, the body of authoritative grounds of judicial and administrative action, esp. the body of rules and principles that the courts of a particular jurisdiction apply in deciding the law of the land.”

In this definition laid out in Black’s Law, I find it of particular interest that the authors used the word “regime” not administrators.  The fact remains that laws are intended for all people to follow, not secretly inserted, but transparent.  This is to prevent a regime from changing U.S. Constitutional laws to a foreign set of laws by unethical  lawmakers  who may be intent on changing existing laws into foreign laws and implementing a foreign “regime.”  Also, the law of the land in America is defined in the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.  Americans have Rights, which are guaranteed and established in the Bill of Rights,  And, legislatures seek the definition of U.S. laws in a book titled, the  Law of Nations.

Sharia Law states it is a Law.  And, it is a foreign Law!  The U.S. Constitution clearly prohibits any and all foreign law to be inserted or established on U.S. soil by any U.S. Citizen or public servant, period.  It is called “Treason.”  Sharia Law is the law of foreign nations, established in Egypt, Africa, and countries across the Middle East.  Its reported that Sharia has been established as a second regime in parts of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Great Britain, as well.  The experts on Sharia state that  Sharia is made up of many divided sects or groups of various beliefs, but  all Muslims remain believers under Sharia Law.  It’s reported that Sharia law has many religious leaders, Imams, who speak out around the world and their stated goal is to establish Sharia throughout the world and dominate.

Many experts on Sharia Laws explain that Sharia Law incorporates the ideologies of government with religious beliefs under the umbrella set of laws known as Sharia Law which bonds politics and religion together as one and they cannot be separated.  Sharia is in opposition to U.S. Constitutional law and Christianity as well as  Catholicism and the religious beliefs established by Israel.  The  U.S. Constitution is a political law separated from  church and state and provides freedom of religion in America.  In other words,  Sharia Law incorporates political laws with religious laws and molds them together as one “law,” which is in opposition to the Constitution of the United States whose established laws allow for political law and religious law to be practiced peacefully and separately.  Also, established religions who practice foreign religions on U.S. soil must support the U.S. Constitution and pledge their allegiance to the USA, not to foreign laws or foreign nations or foreign leaders with the intent of secretly shredding the  Constitution of the United States and replace Western Civilization  with Sharia Law.  And, there lies a major difference.  The major difference between Western Civilization and Sharia Law is  the separation of church and state, which makes Sharia Law incompatible with Western Civilization.

In America, the government and religion are two separate entities, but there are many separate religions and the American people are free to choose which religion, if any, they will follow.  In fact, the U.S. Constitution prohibits the U.S. federal and state government leaders from interfering in religious freedom and separation of church and state. But, the federal government, who is granted “limited” power by the Constitution of the United States has over stepped its “limited” powers and its Big Foot appears to be trampling on the separation of church and state, freedom of religion, and the entire U.S. Constitution as Americans witness their leaders, who swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution, shred it!

On the other hand, Sharia Law states that it is a “Law” and all laws established in a nation must be adhered to or else people can be punished by their governments under the laws of that particular land.  There are governments and religions, who punish their people severely, which in America is called a violation against humanity and it is a crime to harm another human being. For example, forcing all girls to be circumcised is not acceptable or legal in Western Civilization.  It’s not legal to abuse one’s family as a form of punishment for their personal actions based on religious beliefs.  Appropriate discipline is acceptable by Christianity, but not physical and mental abuse.

Many experts state that Sharia Law is a political Law which incorporates not only religion, but also lifestyle, clothing, food,  and philosophical beliefs and controls and oppresses the will of women and children.  But, in America, a majority of  U.S. citizens are concerned about their leaders who swore an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, but appear to be upholding foreign laws in U.S. courts and secretly inserting foreign history into U.S. history books, or inserting foreign religions into Christian churches.  Has Congress secretly inserted foreign Sharia law into Obamacare, page 107, taking it to a new federal level?   Strict Sharia laws require all women wear the same clothing and requires that citizens eat certain foods and that they praye on a regular basis during the day, so can you imagine what that would do to businesses, clothing manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers around the world? Remember, the Middle East is not a Industrial Complex as built by Western Civilization.  We’re not just talking religion and politics, we’re talking about destroying a world of free enterprise and capitalism in the free world including the food industry!

For example, in the state of Michigan, there has been much controversy in the news of Christians and Christian pastors being arrested on U.S. soil for holding Christian pamphlets, bibles, or speaking to people about Christianity, near a Muslim event on U.S. soil.  Should we not ask  if the Muslims who come to America are Americans then how can Christians or Pastors be arrested for speaking to other Americans?   If some Muslims or other foreigners migrating into the  U.S. and are given the privilege of being a U.S. Citizen, but their intent is to overthrow Western Civilization,  then they have committed perjury and a fraud on America and they should be deported.  Ironically, foreigners migrate into America and swear an oath to uphold, defend, protect, and preserve the U.S. Constitution and pledge their allegiance to the United States of America. Yet, Americans in many cases appear in the news to be the targets of government and  discriminated against for walking on public sidewalks near a Muslim event, even though American tax dollars paid for the public sidewalks, so the American people could walk upon them freely.  In D.C., the government prohibits taxpayers from standing in certain areas on public sidewalks which is stunning, yet they are silent when certain groups block public buildings, sidewalks or streets with their foreign prayers, which can cause a hazard, the loss of business, as its the law that streets and sidewalks must be accessible for emergencies and to avoid civil unrest.

In fact, a recent on-line news reporter and a law firm stated that Sharia Law includes page 107 that establishes the word Dhimmitudes and secretly inserted into ObamaCare.  It’s stunning that the Supreme Court approved 2700 pages of unread laws by a congressional body who failed in their fiduciary duty to read the laws, debate the laws, or follow the Rule of Law required by the 14th Amendment as their fiduciary duty.  In fact, many Americans are asking why wasn’t this alleged secret insertion of Sharia Law of Dhimmitude disclosed to the American people and why is a foreign law inserted into an American national health care bill?  If Congress allows this foreign law to stand on U.S. soil, how are they not being removed from office by We The People for secretly inserting foreign laws on U.S. soil and not stripped  from their titles by We The People?

It’s common sense that foreign laws inserted into U.S. federal health care laws would lead to the diminishing of U.S. law, even though Americans aren’t bound by foreign laws because foreign laws are prohibited from being established on U.S. soil which make it clear that the constitution renders such persons to be that of a Benedict Arnold and  to be committing acts of sedition, traitors, or committing Treason.  Therefore, the American people must address this issue with their congressman immediately and not let it slip by.  The only alternative is to walk like an Egyptian on D.C.!

Is it possible that if a foreign law is inserted into a U.S. Health Care Bill that there will be more mandates, requirements, penalties, fines, jail, punishment, and excessive regulations, which targets American Citizens only?  Doesn’t such action appear to deny U.S. Citizens their right to  freedom and liberty guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, while the oval office and Congress unconstitutionally exempt themselves from Obamacare laws and if the foreign law is inserted, they are exempting themselves from the foreign law which they approved, while throwing the American people under the bus?

The news reported and alleged that Obama and Hillary sent billions of U.S. Tax Dollars to the Palestinian Refugees linked to Hamas so Obama could migrate about 12,000,000 or more Palestinian Refugees into the USA and require Americans to pick up the tab for their housing, food, and Obamacare.  This would explain Page 107 of Obamacare making American citizens what the foreign Sharia law refers to as “dhimmitudes” or their slaves!  I guess we should inquire if this would make President Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro, their hero and the hero of the Muslim Brotherhood and elevate him to their glory.

The radical Muslims have no tolerance for non-compliance, just like the Communist have no tolerance for non-compliance.  It’s their way or the highway!  Anyone can watch them spew their disdain for God, Western Civilization, Capitalism, Christians, Catholics, Jews, Americans, by threatening to dominate and wipe Western Civilization off the face of the map in writings and on the internet, television news and You Tube videos which they post quite often.  The truth is the world would be much worse off if it hadn’t been for the innovation, manufacturing jobs, and military defenses built on U.S. soil by Americans.

Sharia Law – does not state – Sharia Religion!  It states what it is – Sharia Law.  A LAW!  In fact, I’ve read that the Muslim or Islamic religion has many sects and branches established across the Middle East making it impossible to know who is who since their religion allows them to lie to reach their goal of dominating the world.  One of the groups, which migrated into the U.S. hit the news and they were labeled as terrorists, but Obama said they were to be called enemy combatants, and then war criminals and then radicals, even though they declared war on America on 911 and continue to threaten Western Civilization.  The radicals killed 3,000 Americans.  They destroyed billions of dollars in property damage and destroyed American airplanes and killed the passengers for their cause. They destroyed a 100 year-old  Greek landmark church that Bloomberg refused approve and his city council for restoration.  They damaged the Pentagon.  They terrorized a nation, and caused additional American deaths of citizens who breathed in the toxic poisons from the smoke.  Many 911 witnesses  who came forward and testified about  what they saw and experienced were later on reported to be found dead as well. There hasn’t been any apology or offer of reparation for the damages, but more threats in the wind.  Recently, terrorists killed 4 Americans at Benghazi and terrorized a staff who escaped after being left by the White House to fend for themselves.

Americans don’t have a problem with Middle East leaders promoting  Sharia Law on their soil in the Middle East.  They don’t have a problem with peaceful Muslims practicing their religion in their mosques on U.S. soil, but the majority of Americans have a problem when public servants attempt to secretly insert foreign laws into U.S. state and federal laws and spy on Americans, but exempt mosques and Muslims.  They have a problem when public servants take donations in exchange that they’ll insert Islamic studies into U.S. history books.  The Americans have a problem when the government favors foreigners over the U.S. Citizens and deny  freedom, liberty, and rights to Americans, but  exempt foreigners from the laws they mandate or from punishment for their crimes.

Consequently, Americans realize that it’s not possible to interchange the word “law” with the word “religion.”  Most religions established in every nation around the world have their own set of  religious laws under their established religions, but religious laws are not  political “Laws,” but separate laws in America.  Religion is dictated by political leaders in America and people are free to join or leave at any time.  Therefore, the American people aren’t under any threat of punishment for non-compliance by their government for failing to comply with a particular religion nor are they physically or financially punished, or thrown into jail, beheaded, hung, or stoned for refusing to comply with a religious organization.  And, therein lies the difference between the U.S. Constitution and anti-American, anti-Christian and anti-Israeli foreign laws from Sharia Law which incorporate their religion into their political ideologies and requires strict compliance or else stiff punishment.  The belief of bonding religion and freedom as one ideology which includes religion, clothing, food.  Sharia Law is not compatible with Western Civilization, but clashes with the Jude-Christian Constitutional laws and Western Civilization and if it did dominate would wipe out Western Civilization forever.

The definition of Law versus the definition of Religion:

In order to understand the difference between the “law” and “religion” one must understand their meaning and intent and purpose.  The Law defines “Religion” as follows:  “A system of faith and worship usually involving ‘belief’ in a supreme being and usually containing a moral or ethical code…practiced by a church, sect or denomination…in construing the protections under the Establishment Clause and the Free Exercise Clause, courts have interpreted the term religion quite broadly to include a wide variety of theistic and non-theistic beliefs.”

Therefore, as stated by Law, there is a huge distinction between the word “law” and the word “religion” and when the two words are complicated by the federal government who attempt to mesh them together knowing the two words should never marry and become one or replaced by foreign ideologies for they know it would destroy a free nation.  If Sharia Law were to be established in the USA by traitors in public office than expect enslavement of a nation, punishment for those who refuse to comply or even indefinite detention or death, reduced population of U.S. Natural Born Citizens, and the extinction of the Middle Class and Western Civilization.

The American people should be burning up the telephone wires asking their Congressman why is Sharia Law and Dhimmitude  inserted into a U.S. National Health Care umbrella law on page 107. ?  And, why does a health care law include  2,700 pages of mandates targeted at Americans regarding their businesses and bank accounts?  Dhimmitude is about enslavement and that’s exactly what ObamaCare does, it enslaves Americans and punishes Americans.  It uses programs to reduce the population of future  U.S. Natural Born citizens by brainwashing American women into believing it’s not murder, it’s a woman’s right to abort their babies.  Yet the foreigners intentionally over-populate for they understand that through over-population, they can dominate other nations and its with numbers that they can control the world.  The foreigners don’t abort their babies or take contraceptives, but the young girls are used as baby machines for world domination.

Unfortunately, many immigrants, legal or illegal are using U.S. Constitutional laws against the American people and businesses.  And, many get fee waivers and Public Defenders or Pro-Bono attorneys, so the losers are the U.S. Natural Born Citizens, who have to pick up the legal fees when anyone attempts to sue  American businesses using Sharia law, or any other foreign law.  What if Catholics challenged the legal system and wanted to remain under the laws of the Catholic Church or the believers of the Mormon church decided to establish their religious laws as the laws of the land? More than likely, they would be denied such protection, so why isn’t Sharia Law denied in some states and cities in the United States?  In fact, pubic servants in Kentucky just violated the US Constitution, in my opinion, and according to the news approved Sharia laws in their state.  People who want to live by Sharia Law or any other foreign laws should move to the Middle East.

Of course, there are appointed federal activist judges who will boldly defend a foreign law in a U.S. courtroom, but they are not constitutionalists, nor do they believe in the strict Rule of Law, but believe in using the law to make law on the bench or change or usurp the U.S. Constitution.  Activist Liberal Judges hold themselves above the law of the land and have written laws granting judges immunity from prosecution.

Furthermore, under which constitutional authority or job duty are U.S. judges or politicians applying that provides them the authority to consider, acknowledge, or recognize a foreign law as legal or constitutional on U.S. soil except by their own failure to uphold their sworn oaths?   Remember, all public servants swore an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and pledged their allegiance to the U.S. flag.  Again,  Sharia Law states  exactly what it is – it is what it is – and as it is  written – a “Law” – a “foreign law” – and all  laws are written with the intent that all citizens must comply with a foreign religion against their will and foreign laws against their will or else face punishment by law enforcers of foreign laws.  Every Public Servant is required by the Rule of Law to follow the Rule of Law, but today’s public servants grant themselves immunity from the law, exempt themselves from the law, and hold themselves above the law, so how is any of that legal?   How is it that lawmakers are granting themselves the authority to be law breakers for only criminals exempt themselves from the law!  Could it be that the majority of lawyers working as public servants who call themselves lawmakers are law breakers?

It appears that America is taxpayer funding worldwide abortions and worldwide distribution of Pfizer experimental and trial injections using free people as human lab rats. They are not FDA approved licensed vaccines to my knowledge because that takes 5 to 25 years to complete.

Could it be that the yellow fringe on the U.S. Flag in courtrooms and Government buildings inside the USA is symbolic establishing that We The People are not protected under U.S. Constitutional Law, so the Leftist NWO members can remove Americans, who resist being used as human lab rats, can be removed from their homes? Written into a 2006 Presidential Order, President George W. Bush, referred to the Americans on the “right” as “right wing extremist.”

Is it legal to alter the original U.S. Flag? Is the yellow fringe on the U.S. Flag, which was not to be altered, being used to demonize Americans who resist being used a slaves and chattel and property and forced into servitude to the Wall Street Big Pharma CEOs and Investors as Human Lab Rats?

How is it the U.S. government’s covid 19 patent and CDC patent filed on or about 2003-2004 was not disclosed? It’s alleged that the U.S. CDC and Dr. Fauci, own patents. Patents are worth millions if the Rx drug or vaccine is approved and distributed. In other words, Bill and Melinda Gates, Dr. Fauci, WHO and CDC Directors and Big Pharma and George Soros are in the business of vaccines, which appears to be the future multi-Billion Dollar Big Pharma Covid 19 Cult Industrial Complex for-profit.

“The entire country spoke as one after 9/11. There wasn’t any red state, blue state, liberal, conservative, Republican, Democrat,” a fellow (anonymous) patriot stated. “This program 20 years ago is like time out of mind today. I don’t know if we could ever do this today.”

Colombo continues that hopefully, Americans can wake up that this is a them against us society. Corporations on Wall Street and the Democrats in office created a Technocracy for political, financial, and personal gain over the past several decades. The wealthy lose sight many times that they, too, are humans and appear to only care about themselves or they wouldn’t be working overtime to divide the nation and screaming “systemic racism” and calling parents “domestic terrorist” and dividing Black and White.

RAIR reported: “Economist Ernst Wolff believes that a hidden alliance of political and corporate leaders is exploiting the pandemic with the aim of crashing national economies and introducing a global digital currency. How is it that more than 190 governments from all over the world ended up dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in almost exactly the same manner, with lockdowns, mask mandates, and vaccination cards now being commonplace everywhere? The answer may lie in the Young Global Leaders school, which was established and managed by Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum, and that many of today’s prominent political and business leaders passed through on their way to the top.”

Colombo says, “The Georgia Guidestones remains a mystery and it’s message is difficult for decent people to understand.  It calls for depopulation of the planet and eliminating sovereign nations and ushering in the New World Order also known as Communism. The message includes a compass, clock, and calendar providing the dates and time to impose these evil agendas upon the world.  The members of the New World Order believe it’s their duty  to cleanse the world of undesirable people which the communists conspired to do long before WW II.  Colombo says, “One night, I awakened to a very old movie on TV.  WW II had ended and a the soldiers of a defeated communist party were in a jeep. One communist comrade stood up and he stated,  “We will continue to fight for a New World Order.” It was an old movie and definitely was filed away in my mind.

“No man or woman can have two Masters. One must choose allegiance to the U.S. Constitution or to the New World Order. Each individual must choose or they will fall and be disowned by both Masters,” remarks Rose Colombo.

“The written and stated strategic goal of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Communist red book and their faithful leaders of Marxism or Communism is to wipe out all of Western Civilization and dominate the world,” commented Rose Colombo. This is basically the same agenda of Communist China-Gates and Iran.

We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Recently, we have the disinformation czar, Mary Poppins, posting online, while toasting her friend’s book that promotes anti-white discriminatory comments, as well as, toasting to a white genocide. Ironically, the czar, Mary Poppins, and her friend are white and assuming their parents, siblings and family and friends are probably white raises the question, if they and their friends and families are included in their goal of anti-white genocide comments?

WAG THE DOG: On the other hand, it appears that there are police and FBI, who haven’t any problem confiscating the property and assets of the average American accused of a crime, even if they’re innocent,  but apparently, not the well-funded and well-connected such as the notorious trafficker, Jeffery Epstein and his wealthy friends who appear for 40 years to care less about the children used as sex slaves.  In fact, Hollywood Liberals glorify criminals in their movies because it’s truth presented as fiction. Do you believe that the U.S. Constitution is the law of the land under the extreme Left and the RINOS who have made congressional and senatorial positions and other elected or appointed positions of government their lifetime careers funded by the American taxpayers that created what appears to be more of a cabal than a Republic operating by the Rule of Law?

Congressional Record Reads 1997: COSCO: A 100% Communist-Chinese Owned Company/ Which constitutional authority did Bill Clinton and Democrats apply to allow a foreign enemy nation access to the L.B. Port Tariff Free for more than 25 years?

Sir John Harrington’s famous quote, “Treason doth never prosper: what’s the reason?  For if it prosper, none dare call it Treason.”  The words treason and sedition or malfeasance involve corruption. 

America has a double standard.  One for them and one for the taxpaying citizens  who pay their wages, elect them, and inevitably state those famous two words, “Trust me.”   Why would Americans trust lawyers who run for public office when the constitution prohibits them from holding two titles?  The Clinton’s were lawyers as well as their appointee Holder and what did they do for America?  After 40+ years of the Clinton’s in public office, we are certain of one thing, we now know what they  did to America.

Corruption is impairment of one’s principles and integrity for personal gain at the expense of others which is what appears to have recurred between the Clinton reign from Mena, Arkansas that led to the steps of the White House and expanding to the red carpet laid out for Red Communist China who has gained access to National Security.

The Clinton-Bush-Obama New World Order agendas appear to have created a revolving White House door for those the Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Obama’s favored such as the Communist Chinese and the SEIU and Steel Unions, as well as The Muslim Brotherhood.  In fact, there is a  Communist Chinese owned private room at the Kennedy Center, larger than that of the U.S. President, but who pays attention to the small details?

The Clinton’s ordered free reign of the Long Beach Naval Base and Port for tariff free imports and exports of COSCO and Walmart products.  The Clinton’s, Bush’s, and Obama approved of the signed laws such as NAFTA that led to the Patriot Act, NDAA, NWO, U.N. Agenda 21, North American Union, TPP, and  what I term, “A Nation without Borders.”  These laws deny the right-to-life and the right to Miranda Rights and “Due Process of Law.”  Former Impeached President, William Jefferson Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton, both lawyers, helped build-up Walmart, U.S. owned, and COSCO owned by Communist China with knowledge that Walmart sells 90% of their products made in China unless they’ve currently reduced that percentage. COSCO sold 100% of their products made in China,but may have added some additional changes currently.  The Clinton’s  were reported in MSM news for accepting millions of illegal donations from a foreign enemy nation’s citizens visiting the White House from  Communist China!

Today, Hillary Clinton is in the news for using her government position and contact list to secretly access wealthy friendly and enemy CEO’s and World Leaders willing  to donate to the Clinton Foundation, but at what cost to the USA?

The Bill Clinton COSCO Deal Has created a dangerous and complex problem for Americans and America after Bill Clinton agreed to Lease the entire Long Beach Naval Base to communist China including the Long Beach Port tariff free after he failed at his attempt to give it away to communist China to a foreign enemy Communist leader who committed genocide against his own people.  And yet, no one ever bothered to ask under which constitutional authority did Bill Clinton apply that provided him the authority and right to negotiate the sale or lease with total access to the USA for importing and exporting inside the USA?  And, which strict regulations has the federal government been applying as we know China smuggled weapons into the USA until caught. Communist China threatened to blow Los Angeles off the face of the map in 1993.

In my opinion, such an action appears to be in line with the definition laid out in America’s Law books that clearly defines treason.  Bill Clinton and every American is aware and vigil of the fact that U.S. family members and fellow Americans died on the battlefields fighting back against communism.  But, Bill Clinton stated he wouldn’t fight for this country and fled to a Communist Nation.  Bill Clinton’s signing of NAFTA and leasing out the the Long Beach Naval Base to a foreign communist nation and foreign enemy leader would appear to be outside of his job duty as  a U.S. President and doesn’t appear to be in accordance with the U.S. Constitution,

Note:   (The only reason Bill Clinton couldn’t move forward with giving the L.B. Port to China or selling the Long Beach Naval base and Port to the communist leader involved his encounter with united American Patriots who protested and received media attention when reporters were still reporters. In fact, the Clinton’s would probably have deposited the profits into the  Clinton Foundation or the Clinton offshore banks which appears to be their pattern without fear of being punished).   

Update April 20, 2018, source Los Angeles Times:  

“U.S. regulators are reportedly raising objections that Cosco Shipping, a state-run Chinese company, could take control of a container terminal at the Port of Long Beach as part of its $6.3-billion acquisition of another company.

The concerns have been raised by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal, which cited unnamed sources.”

“The secretive committee, which is chaired by the Treasury Department and focuses on national security, is reviewing Cosco’s planned acquisition of Orient Overseas International because that Hong Kong company has some assets in the U.S., a Cosco vice chairman has said.

The assets include a nearly fully automated terminal known as the Long Beach Container Terminal, for which Orient Overseas has a long-term lease.”  (L.A. Times)

 

Colombo states, “The fact of what appears to be treason can’t be disputed.  Former impeached President Clinton wasn’t impeached for allegations of accepting foreign donations and helping build up an enemy nation at the expense of the American citizens and America’s sovereignty. Clinton wasn’t held accountable for allowing an enemy nation, Communist China, to access U.S. National Security. This helped enable Red China’s Intelligence to access U.S. Political secrets to arms smugglers and gangsters as well as to penetrate U.S. Defense establishments.  The downsizing of the U.S. Military and Defense Department began with former President Bill Clinton, not with Obama, who carried on the same agenda of downsizing the U.S. Military and U.S. Defenses. In 2016, the Clinton’s were certain they would take back the White House and get their baton back so they could carry on these U.N. and Communist NWO agendas. Due to Bill Clinton’s and the Democrats agendas, many people ended up homeless in 2008 and millions of Americans lost their jobs.”

Consequently,  former Impeached President Clinton is  responsible for  “outsourcing” U.S. Technology, U.S. Manufacturing Companies, and U. S. jobs.  He is responsible for downsizing the development of  U.S. Military troops and Military and Defenses.  On the other hand, it appears, Bill Clinton was more concerned about assisting  Communist China with building up their economic and military status, while diminishing that of the United States of America.  Today,  the Clinton’s and Obama’s  continue to embrace the Communist Chinese, who are  willing to donate the millions to the Clinton Foundation, or  Hillary’s political  campaign,  as well as  Saudi Arabia donations.  On the other hand, George Soros donates to all Democrat candidates and says he mentors the Clinton’s and Obama’s. Soros goal is to destroy America and Western Civilization and make Communist China the #1 super power i the world. It’s this blogger’s opinion that Soros is an enemy of the USA and Europe and is attempting to overthrow the U.S. government by using his billions and U.S. tax dollars and U.S. non-profits to donate and control everyone in the Democrat Party.

Ironically, in the case of a major foreign enemy nation, IRAN, Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry approved an unread Iranian Deal that assists Iran in building  a nuke.  They have knowledge that the Imam’s goal is to wipe out Israel and America and Europe.  The former President Ahmadinejad and Imam have stated on worldwide TV, videos, and online, that they intend to attack the USA and Israel as well as Europe.    It appears the Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Obama’s, Soros, Kissinger, and the Democrats embrace  foreign enemy nations.  They refer to these unconstitutional agendas  as globalism and ‘one of us” as well as “a peaceful religion.”

In other words, it appears that the Bush’s, Clinton’s and Obama’s are all on the same page and made themselves and families wealthy while in public office. It appears they ma have sold out the USA and Citizens and are forcing Americans to taxpayer fund their own demise.  The cost of the foreign invasion to the taxpayers was more than $220,000,000.  As I’ve been reporting on radio  and cable TV since the 90’s, when the Clinton’s gained access into the White House, it’s no secret that Bill Clinton  sold out the Long Beach naval Base back in the  90’s. It’s also reported and alleged hat Hillary Clinton made a deal as Senator Clinton to hand over districts of   U.S. land to the Communist Chinese after Communist China was caught smuggling military weapons into the USA.

In fact, Communist China threatened to blow Los Angeles off the face of the map.  And, to boot, Americans are forced to pay the Obama’s and Clinton’s excessive taxpayer funded wages and pensions until they die despite their myriad list of scandals and multi-millions deposited into their so-called charity, The Clinton Foundation, without any real scrutiny by the government.  So, these same career politicians paid by taxpayers despite the wealth they gained as public servants for most of their lives embrace nations that threaten to wipe out Israel and the USA and we’re forced to have funded them with taxpayer wages for most of their lives with benefits and lifetime pensions despite their wealth.

Treason is overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or injure the sovereign.  The United States of America is a “sovereign” Republic.  Public servants swear an allegiance to the U.S.Flag and to the U.S. Constitution, but Americans elected a draft dodger twice, who had been accused of numerous wrongful acts including his years as Governor of Arkansas.

Hillary Clinton hit the news for having been fired from a prominent law firm for lying during the Watergate trial that sent her friend to jail. Many of the Clinton and Obama associates appear to end up in jail or commit suicide as well as witnesses, but no one appears to care in the government about that – oh well, mountain of dead witnesses.  And, it’s no secret that Bill Clinton was found guilty of lying about a sexual affair in the oval office with a young intern and refers to himself as the “victim”  which is delusional on its face.

In fact, Hillary Clinton was Legal Counsel at the Rose Law Firm for Walmart and simultaneously sat on the  Board of Directors for six years, which is a serious Conflict of Interest, when she and Vince Foster worked as a team at the Rose Law Firm.  Bill Clinton says he was a Rhodes scholar but there isn’t definite proof according to experts of that claim.  After dodging the draft and stating he wouldn’t fight for this country, he fled to Oxford University and to continue avoiding the drat, he fled to Communist Russia for refuge.  The Obama’s and Clinton’s attended flag burning events from their own admittance.  And, Obama stated the Bible and National Anthem were violent and needed to be changed, but he also reassured Americans that the foreign ideology known as the Quran is holy. 

Did the Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Obama’s suspend the U.S. Flag by using a yellow-fringed flag in government buildings and courthouses and/or by signing secret Executive Orders that denied the right to exercise U.S. Constitutional Rights on U.S.  soil?  After all, how many judges paid by taxpayers sitting on the Bench in a taxpayer funded courthouse shout out, “This is my courtroom?”  How many judges refuse to allow Americans to speak up and defend themselves in a courtroom or present their evidence?  I bet, most Americans haven’t a clue.

After all, isn’t it  elected public servants who are issuing new laws or regulations that are creeping into cities across America in defiance of their sworn to uphold fair, just, and equitable laws that are in accordance with the constitution and the will of the majority of Americans?  Congress under the majority rule of Democrats and Rinos haven’t been upholding sovereignty and the Constitution for about 40 years!  In fact, there are cities, where Americans are warned that flying the U.S. Flag on their own property is offensive, or a crime, as well as flying the U.S. Flag on their vehicles or bicycles.  Yet, the foreign flags and communist flags don’t appear to offend these nazi-type Americans or foreigners.  Will the red flag fly above COSCO and Walmart one day?  Think about it.

NAFTA was the key that opened the borders and created globalism thanks to impeached President Bill Clinton.  This unconstitutional law opened the borders as the Democrats invited illegal foreigners to violate U.S. immigration laws and Obama flew foreign radicals from foreign enemy nations by the tens of thousands into the USA for his change and transformation of American into a Muslim Nation. He tied the hands of ICE and Border Patrol and changed Detain and Deport to Detain and Release so that the illegals and radicals could remain in the USA. The illegals and radicals consist of 75% healthy males. Obama and Hillary Clinton secretly preplanned the migration bypassing quotas and legal ports of entry and legal inspections by diverting millions in U.S. tax dollars to offer financial incentives to U.S. Refugees with the goal to migrate as many as possible into the USA for 8 years,

Communist China appears to be the choice the Clinton’s and Soros made when they decided to to sell out the USA.  Should Americans not ponder under which constitutional authority did President Clinton open the borders of a sovereign nation, the USA,  as well as, which authority did he apply that granted him the authority to outsource our  jobs and our technology to Communist China? President Bill  Clinton swore an oath to uphold, defend, and preserve the U.S. Constitution and defend the sovereignty of the United States of America, but the Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Obama’s approve of NAFTA and the North American Union as a tool for opening up the borders and allow entry to anyone who wants to by-pass the Port of Entry and inspections and immigration laws along Canada and Mexico. 

It’s been alleged for years that  Bill Clinton rented out the Lincoln Bedroom for profit to the Communist Chinese.  It’a alleged even to this day that Bill Clinton  accepted large donations from Communist Chinese who visited the White House, but the Clinton’s appear to be free from being held accountable for anything at all.  

The truth is that Communist China owes America a big debt for increasing the economic power of China who was suffering under a weak economic status.  It didn’t take long after Bill Clinton outsourced America’s technology, jobs, and companies as well as leasing the Long Beach Naval Base and port of entry for China to  supersede the economic status of the United States of America by 2009 under Obama’s reign. after the USA hit a huge recession because of the Democrats Housing Crisis. The Communist Chinese have been allowed to enter the USA beyond the international water laws and access the Long Beach Naval Base with little or no inspections it appears and  remain tariff free for 25 years until Trump lowered the hammer on communist China. 

After more than 25 years, Communist China has been allowed to sell products stamped, “made in China” without selling products in the USA inside of COSCO stamped, “made in the USA.”  So, how does that benefit America other than jobs, but America’s manufacturers provided American jobs as well.  Communist China owns 1995 of COSCO and put mom and pop businesses or U.SS. discount stores such as GEMCO out of business. And, as I stated, WALMART sells a large portion of their products imported from communist China. COCO and Walmart are probably the 2 largest discount retail stores in the USA. Americans who were hired by WALMART had to fight for a decent income, especially women.  The largest discrimination lawsuit filed by female employees in U.S. History was the lawsuit filed by female employees who worked for WALMART.   

The Communist naval ship and Russian Naval Ship were seen in the San Francisco Dock about 2010 while Obama was in office.  And, missiles were pointing out on the Chinese Communist naval ship.  If the Communist Chinese have total control inside the USA allowing China to access a major U.S. Naval Base and U.S. Port and dock at our U.S. Ports then what’s to prevent them from smuggling in drugs, guns, and people?

It appears that the goal of the New World Order members which are members of the EU and Wall Street, Bankers, and many of America’s politicians and some wealthy CEO’s is to make COSCO and Walmart the 2 major stores on U.S. soil as part of their hope to usher in a New World Order. COSCO is a 100% Communist Owned Corporation operating on U.S. soil for huge profits.  Walmart is alleged to be linked to DHS-Fema. When Janet Napolitano, former DHS director, worked under Obama-Holder regime, she requested that Walmart spy on Americans who purchased legal guns.  There are also rumors that WALMART has underground facilities and access to DHS-FEMA vehicles.  It appears there is a link between WALMART and Hillary Clinton and DHS-FEMA.

And, Walmart is alleged to import about 90% of their products  from Communist China. Walmart also forced American businesses out of business, especially mom and pop stores who couldn’t compete with Communist China’s cheap labor that allowed them to import wholesale products into the USA and export products that earned China huge profits. Both COSCO and Walmart are linked to Bill and Hillary Clinton since their conception.

If foreign and domestic enemies without our government are preparing America to be enslaved, it requires Gun Control; depopulation; enslavement; FEMA Camps, FEMA trains, microchips, and a cashless  society as well as taking control of all the land, water, oil, and oceans. Is that why Ted Turner bought up more land than any American in the nation and founded the U.N. to usher in a One World Government that rules with an iron fist such as Communist China and the Muslim-Brotherhood-CAIR organization?

 Remember, Obama stated in 2008 that he would disarm Americans and skyrocket electricity and “shut down” the coal mining states, but the powers that be appear to have scrubbed and edited news about Obama from his past and on video or posted as of 2008. Obama denied Americans the right to drill for oil in the USA and be independent of Saudi Arabia. Ironically it was Hillary and Obama who secretly pre planned and used $220,000,000 of U.S. tax dollars and flood the nation with unidentified illegals and radicals, who are a majority of males. They aren’t patted down or naked x-rayed with radiation or forced to show valid identification, They are flown into the USA or walked across and the only people being assaulted with radiation are legal Americans. In fact,  Obama signed E.O.’s that need to be nullified because they confiscate state land and waters including the oceans, ports, and property as federal land which is unconstitutional.

And, the Americans are being intentionally drawn by the news to focus only on Hispanics and Black Americans, while the Communist Chinese and Middle East radical terrorist cells are not only infiltrating into the  USA, but taking over companies, communications, infiltrating public schools, and government positions and U.S. jobs.

The Congressional Record dated April 15, 1997 reads: COSCO: A Communist-Chinese-Owned Company – House of Representatives – Page H1534 – Rep. Randall “Duke” Cunningham (R-Ca) provided most of the information, but the article is not verbatim, but a mere compilation of talking points:

“There is a current report, an up-dated report from the FBI that states that COSCO is currently actively involved in placing intelligence officials, spies, in all of the ports of call.  This is a national security interest.  COSCO has enjoyed 15 year access to the Long Beach Naval Shipyard, I have no problem with that, my problem comes with COSCO taking complete control of the 145 acres in which they will control access of every ship there.  Every cargo container that comes off there, they will place it and they will have control of who sees it, where the cargo goes, where it is stored and what time of night it goes out and who receives it.  Mr. Speaker, if we give China that opportunity, we are going to see an increase of illegal aliens where in the last congress, 2 ships owned by COSCO shipped in illegal [Chinese Communist] aliens.  It was in all the newspapers including the AK 47’s COSCO  attempted to smuggle into the U.S. from Communist China.” 

[Did you know there are more Chinese anchor babies in the USA than of any other race or ethnicity? Did you know we pay for the education of 350,000 Chinese students at U.S. Universities? So, communist China is using Americans to educate their young people and have their babies on U.S. soil while sending spies into the USA to work with domestic enemies within our government and universities.

1.  COCSCO is a Communist-Chinese owned company which President Clinton supported.  Another company which Hillary Clinton supported and sat on the Board of Directors after it was founded is Wal-Mart.  As stated previously, Hillary Clinton was a partner in the Rose Law Firm according to news articles and the Rose Law Firm represented Wal-Mart in legal matters and she sat on the Board of Directors of Walmart for 6 years.  This is a huge  Conflict of Interest.  It appears the Clinton’s have always been above the laws of the land.  After President Clinton was elected, WalMart became the largest retailer and importer of products Made in Communist China (How was Hillary’s representation of Walmart as their lawyer and being on their Board of Directors, not a serious Conflict of Interest with the ABA?)

2.  The Hutchinson Group also owned by Communist China purchased both ends of the Panama Canal which would give the Communist Chinese control of the Panama Canal.  During President Clinton’s terms, he agreed to allow the Communist Chinese to lease the Long Beach Naval Shipyard and the L.B. Port to the Communist-Chinese.  American is no stranger to the fact that Communist China’s goal has always been to conquer the USA, not by bombs, but perhaps, by infiltration and buying up America’s businesses, opening up Banks, and building HUWEI Communications as well as negotiating with Hillary Clinton for districts of land in exchange for their alleged debt. 

COSCO’s ships fly flags of the People’s Republic of China into our international water ways that violate U.S. and International water laws, but Americans can’t fly POW flags and Confederate flags, and even U.S. Flags depending on the city and state.  But, Americans and the Teachers Union are big supporters of the Clinton’s.   The [Long Beach] port lease with [Communist-Owned] COSCO [approved by President Clinton, but opposed by congress, military and grassroots] would provide COSCO with its own terminal – major imports from China to Long Beach which include toys, sporting goods, footwear, apparel, electrical parts, machinery while Americans are losing their jobs to the foreign invasion and robots.

[It is my opinion that leasing a United States Port should have been the reason to impeach President Clinton.  Outsourcing America’s technology, manufacturing companies, and jobs would be a more serious charge and reason to “impeach” Bill Clinton, not a blue stained dress!  Bill Clinton signing NAFTA was necessary even though it’s unconstitutional in order to pull off allowing foreign enemies to access our shores and ports and air strips.

3.  COSCO builds the AK 47’s and COSCO is the company that negotiates the trade of the AK 47’s around the wars. [added July 2014: Most recently, its been reported in the news that the current 2014 administration under the watch of President Obama has allegedly shipped AK-47’s to the Middle East. ISIS boasts of having confiscated the AK 47’s which hit the news, while the Obama administration attempts to disarm Americans leaving the American people sitting ducks with open borders. There is a strong and bold new invasion from Mexico and South America and those invited by Obama and Hillary Clinton and the Dems, Soros, and Rinos, who are entering from the Middle East through Mexico into the USA as unidentified illegal persons who are being provided taxpayer-funded refuge, health care, food, housing, clothing, and social security checks, Driver’s Licenses, and illegal amnesty.

There are public servants in the federal government and on the State Levels who are refusing to uphold their sworn oaths and they are harboring the illegals as well as criminals, terrorists, and radicals in no-go zones and sanctuary cities while crime increases. This is recurring in the USA, while Veterans die in VA hospitals since 2009 under Obama-Hillary Clinton watch while America’s soldiers die on the battlefields.  And, because of these two people and Soros, Ayers, Jarrett, Huma, Holder, Lynch, and the Dems and Rinos, America Vets are homeless and hungry and without healthcare, and Americans are  facing death panels].

4.  COSCO is a Chinese Communist owned corporation which could mean that American citizens shopping at Walmart and COSCO are helping the Communist to build up their economic and military status so they can come against the USA after they’ve established themselves on  U.S. soil and possibly conquer the USA for their overpopulated citizens.  They are in dire need of clean coal and clean water and more land.

In California and Nevada and other states, the trains are stacked high every day with  COSCO freight, so what is the benefit to America’s capitalism and free enterprise, small businesses and jobs or products that were invented and created in the USA if the communist are taking over free enterprise by creating one-stop discount stores in the USA?  How will America not be turned into a cashless society and under the control of the Communist Regime if this continues forward?  After all, remember that the Communist hate God, Capitalism, and Freedom, but they are busy capitalizing on America’s open door policies.

More products sold in the USA are “made in China” or “made in Philippines” or “made in India” or made in “Mexico.”  Not many products are stamped “made in the USA” and that is a huge problem for Americans thanks to the Bush’s, Clinton’s, Obama’s, Soros, Ayers, and the Democrats and Rinos. 

It appears that the federal government has been so corrupted for so long that they have become greedy and gone rogue and care less about preserving, protecting, defending and upholding the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights or U.S. Flag.  The Chinese and Middle East are shipping containers in and out of major ports all over the world, but what is in those containers and where is the oversight?

Due to Bill Clinton’s Defense Budget cuts that he implemented while he was the President of the USA, Americans lost over one million jobs (1,000,000).    The additional BRACC cuts in Base closings and realignment have cost thousands to millions of jobs in the state of California.  The people of Long Beach have lost thousands of jobs including the loss at Kelly Air Force Base, El Toro, Miramar and the shifting assets.

5.  “What I plan to show tonight is a direct link between the White House fundraising with [Communist] China and assets that have gone in favor of Communist China that could pose a National Threat to the U.S. and I have Intelligence Reports that state so.  Mr. Speaker, I would say that all my colleagues on both sides of the aisle are opposed to a Chinese Communist Company taking over the Long Beach Naval Air Stations and I would do everything we can to help Long Beach recover the jobs, but not to a Communist controlled nation of the Chinese Republic.”

6. “ Marine officers, politicians and small grassroots groups question why the Clinton administration favored turning over a [U.S.] military base in Long Beach California, to the [Communist] Chinese ocean shipping company, COSCO, over the protest of marine reserve battalions made homeless by the 1994  Northridge earthquake.  The CIA, the Officers of Navy Intelligence and the Coast Guard reinforced the view that COSCO’s strong link with the [Communist] Chinese government is a fatal flaw in its proposal to deliver the [U.S. Naval] Base to a [Chinese Communist] company.”

7. “President Bill Clinton gave a multi-million dollar loan to COSCO to build 5 communist ships in a non-recourse loan meaning if the Communist default on their U.S. loan that the American people must pick up the tab for $137 million.  President Clinton took a personal role in promoting the interests of COSCO.  At the time, he was cutting 100 warships from the U.S. fleet draw up by the Bush (sr) administration, a 23% cut.  Rep. Cunningham said, “The symbolism could not be anymore stark.”

8.  “COSCO was fined for paying kickbacks to shippers instead of abiding by tariffs.  This is again, a Communist Chinese operated company that was cited for giving kickbacks and payoff for access [to the White House during President Bill Clinton’s terms].”

9.  Communist China’s #1 import from the U.S. is wheat and by controlling the Panama Canal and with President Clinton attempting to lease the Long Beach Naval Shipyard to them, the communist Chinese could fix the pricing of U.S. exports going out of a major [U.S.] Port of Long Beach. [if Clinton had succeeded]

10.  The New York Times reported during Clinton’s term that Chinese officials had conveyed an ominous message to Anthony Lake, President Clinton’s National Secretary Advisor, just weeks earlier:  “The possibility that American interference in Beijing efforts to bring……..could result in devastating attack on Los Angeles.”

[Ironically, about 1993, Communist China threatened to blow up Los Angeles and attack America, but Clinton didn’t attack Communist China.  Today, after Gaddafi praised and congratulated Obama’s election of 2009 as U.S. president, and called him “Our Black Kenyan Son,” about 2012, Obama attacked Libya without congressional authority and Libya didn’t threaten or attack America, but Obama ordered the assassination of Gaddafi, which resulted in the loss of 220 Tomahawks at a cost of about $600,000 each to taxpayers, the killing of Gaddafi’s teenage son and his friends, grandkids, and freedom fighters being killed].

11.  During President Clinton’s terms, an American Chinese businessman, Johnny Chung, gave $366,000 to the Democrats (DNC) in California and [the donation] was later returned on suspicion that it illegally came from foreign sources. It appears using political positions for donation for personal financial gain and holding themselves above the laws of the land is okay for “$um and for Some!”

[Ironically, the news reported that much of  Obama’s campaign funds came from anonymous donors and from foreign soil, so was it returned?]

12.  Johnny Chung brought 6 Communist Chinese officials to the White House and one of the six was the Advisor from COSCO who Clinton granted access to the Long Beach Shipyard – and the actual donors were there in the White House who gave money to the DNC.

13.  The Chairman of one of these 2 Communist Chinese arms companies implicated in the scheme to smuggle the 2,000 Chinese made weapons into Oakland [Ca] aboard COSCO’s ship had coffee in the White House in an affair associated with D.C. fund-raising.  Officials of the weapons were indicted for shipping those arms.

[Today, under the Obama-Holder administration, we have straw men being provided stimulus money from the federal government who purchased untracked U.S. guns and were gun-running onto foreign soil into Mexico and selling them to untracked cartels tied to terrorists who murdered thousands of people, police, Americans, Border Patrol, without accountability for the victims, families, or Americans. This program would probably still be in effect if the 2 Border Patrol Officers hadn’t been murdered with untracked U.S. guns. It’s been reported that the untracked guns are still out there in the hands of untracked cartel members through a 2 year program called “Fast and Furious” where Border Patrol and innocent people were murdered without any oversight. In July 2014, we have open borders with cartels bussing in illegal minor sick foreign kids and adults and its reported they’re being paid $5,000 per illegal to bring them across the open U.S. Borders with the blessings of D.C.]

14.  On the campaign trail and in a White House meeting in 1995, President Clinton endorsed the proposal to transfer land of the Long Beach Naval shipyard to COSCO, 2 days after Johnny Chung made a $50,000 donation to the DNC hand delivered to Mrs. Clinton’s Chief of Staff –  Margaret Williams, CBS Evening News – 3/11/97.

15. After the Long Beach Naval Shipyard land transfer was arranged with President Clinton’s approval, the Clinton administration helped arrange in his Clinton budget that he submitted, to give free to the Communist Chinese, $50 million [U.S. tax dollars] to burn a coal-burning plant after the meeting and after the DNC fund-raiser from the Chinese.

16.  There is a current report, an up-dated report from the FBI that states that COSCO is currently actively involved in placing intelligence officials, spies, in all of the ports of call.  This is a national security interest.  COSCO has enjoyed 15 year access to the Long Beach Naval Shipyard, I have no problem with that, my problem comes with COSCO taking complete control of the 145 acres in which they will control access of every ship there.  Every cargo container that comes off there, they will place it and they will have control of who sees it, where the cargo goes, where it is stored and what time of night it goes out and who receives it.  Mr. Speaker, if we give China that opportunity, we are going to see an increase of illegal aliens where in the last congress, 2 ships owned by COSCO shipped in illegal [Chinese Communist] aliens.  It was in all the newspapers including the AK 47’s COSCO  attempted to smuggle into the U.S. from Communist China.

Sheridan Prasso, writer for an article in Fortune,  dated 5/2/2010,  reported that in the city of Spartanburg, South Carolina, “tucked into an industrial court…is a brand new factory the state-of-the-art American Yunchen Gravure Cylinder Plant…a [communist] Chinese company.”  And, according to the article, I am led to believe that Americans should expect more Communist Chinese manufacturing companies to sprout up on U.S. soil.  Although, Americans say, well, the economy is bad and I need a job, imagine in 15-20 years if the nation is inundated with Communist Chinese manufacturing companies and America’s industrial leadership is no longer acknowledged because the Clinton’s and congress and the Bush and Obama administrations allowed a Communist nations to wipe out American capitalism! 

Imagine if you or your kids and grandkids were to wake up one morning – 15 to 20 years down the road.  You looked out your window after grabbing a cup of coffee and you saw  Red Communist China flying the People’s Republic Flag .The U.S. Flag was prohibited.  Or how about the Palestinian Flag or Iranian Flag flying across America?   What if there were U.N. Troops patrolling your street and military tanks driving through your streets.   What would you think or do?  And, what if China and IRAN are in bed together working together to take down the USA preparing to attack with missiles and troops and foreign troops?  After all, China built Huwei Communications in Iran and the USA as well.  And, its reported that the terrorist organization Hezbollah has gone from 50 missiles to 50,000 missiles spread all about and have GPS capability.

Furthermore, since  1993-to-date,  the threat of the Muslim Brotherhood is alive and well. The stated and written strategic goal of the Muslim Brotherhood is to wipe out all of Western Civilization.  The Muslim Brotherhood publishes instruction books on how to start wildfires and how to build explosives.  They don’t need a nuke to conquer Europe, Canada, or America.  They have a strategic goal that is working step by step:   1) Invade;  2) Infiltrate;  3) Overpopulate; and 4)  dominate and at that point they conquer.

Remember, Bill Clinton and the Democrat and Rino Congress without interference from the Department of Justice which include Janet Reno and Eric Holder were granted control over the entire 145 acre Navy Shipyard without any interference from the U.S. after President Clinton implemented NAFTA and “Outsourcing.”   T

 It’s no secret that Communists are not America’s friend. It’s no secret that Communist leaders hate capitalism, God, and Freedom. Today, America’s trains which are operating in the USA, assuming the trains are still owned by the USA, transport a majority of COSCO freight into the USA daily.  The roads are filled with Walmart trucks. The Ports are filled with COSCO ships loaded with cargo.  How securely inspected is the cargo by America’s customs – who knows?

 China is using America’s technology, manufacturing companies, and former jobs as well as America’s soil to build their 100% owned corporations, communications centers such as HUWEI, and Long Beach Port tariff and duty free.China has built HUWEI communications across America and IRAN!  Americans are paying for their own demise of their own sovereignty and nation and the fault lies within the words “treason” and “traitors” from within who became extremely wealthy and ripped off the and sold out their country.  Remember, these same Democrats who have been in office for decades and Rinos stated that Americans are “small minded,” and “Stupid” and “foolish” and “easily tricked.”  Have the Americans foolishly been tricked into voting for most of them again and again without Term Limits?

Consequently, Americans have been reduced to purchase consumer products from Communist China on U.S. soil for less money from a 100% Communist-Chinese owned corporation who controls the Long Beach ports.  As I stated, COSCO imports 100% of the Consumer products that use to be “made in the USA,” now “made in China.”  And, the second biggest discount retailer sells 90% of their products imported from Communist China, not “made in the USA.”  So, what should Americans expect when their government and wall Street sold out Americans to Communist  Communist China and India, Philippines for cheap labor as well as the foreign enemy nations of the Middle East whose stated and written goal is to wipe out Israel and America. 

 And, now, the records of Federal U.S. Workers and Citizens are compromised by hackers.  Think about that and watch the movie, “Olympus Has Fallen,” as well as “American Sniper” and the “Kingsmen” and think about it!  Take  a Democrat to watch “Hillary’s America!”  All foreign enemy nations could hack into America’s records and now we have corporations digging into personal information and endangering lives by publishing personal information, which could be wrong, posted  worldwide online without  consent.

  In conclusion, Americans can thank Slick Willy, for all he didn’t do for America but to America.  Thank  Hillary Rodham Clinton, who ended up involved in Watergate scandal years ago, when her friend ended up in jail.  And, of course, we can’t forget her friend,  Vince Foster, who  suddenly died under suspicious circumstances written up as a suicide.  And, of course, her friend, Ambassador Stevens, who was abandoned at Benghazi and murdered by terrorists while watching on real time and someone called out a “stand down.”  Hillary Rodham Clinton sat on the Board of Walmart for 6 years while  representing Walmart as Legal Counsel with her partner, Vince Foster, at the  Rose Law Firm, so what did Vince Foster know?  Of course, there are much more to the suspicious and possible illegal and alleged corruption and scandals linked to the Clinton’s and Obama’s, but they truly appear to be the “Untouchables.”

Obama: First President in History To Increase U.S. Debt From $13T to $14Trillion in 7 Months!

Under which Job Description or Constitutional Authority does the non-vetted U.S. President, Barack Hussein Obama, applying that would grant him or Congress the authority to cut Social Security, which is a mandated Retirement Savings since the money does not belong to Obama or Congress, but to the U.S. Citizens who paid into the Retirement Savings?  Social Security has been pilfered for years and millions or billions missing without accountability removed by the federal government.  Which constitutional authority applies that would justify punishing senior citizens and forcing them into possible homelessness by stealing their money?  After all, the federal government who lived off these seniors for years and still live off the taxpayers were promised that their earnings would be returned upon retirement?  Social Security is not an Entitlement Program, so if,  Obama and Congress were to deny millions of Seniors their earnings were safe and wouldbe returned upon retirement and if not, explain how Obama’s denying or cutting Social Security which isn’t an entitlement program any  different from Grand Theft or a Ponzi Scheme?

Cut the Spending!  Those three words are not pleasant-sounding to the ears of President Obama!  He is the Print and Spend President.  Obama made history as the president who increased the national debt within seven months to the highest level ever from $13 trillion in June 2010 to $14 trillion in December 2010!  Where’s the 350,000 shovel ready jobs Obama promised?

One lucky guy was George Kaiser, Obama’s bundler, who Obama granted $40,000,000 in US tax stimulus dollars and told his audience at a meeting that he was going back for more because the White House [Obama] was shoveling more money out of the door than any president in history and America would never see that again – and guess what – he went back for more and Obama granted George Kaiser, co-owner of Solyndra, an additional $535,000,000 more!  And, the U.S. Solyndra employed workers lost their jobs afterwards; and Solyndra’s executives were reported to take out huge bonuses and wages before they bankrupted Solyndra! And, that’s on the backs of the U.S. Natural Born hard-working Americans!  I read an article that stated American taxpayers were ordered to pay about $14M to cover the costs of those who lost their jobs.

So, instead of the executive office and congress acknowledging that social security funds were misused by congress, they continue to point the finger at the recipients of social security who worked for 20 – 60 years and were forced to by the federal government to contribute to social security from each pay check. The federal government removed the money from the paychecks of the seniors and veterans during their work years, which the government  promised to save as a retirement fund, and deposit into a “Trust” fund.  If seniors had been allowed to deposit their earnings into an IRA or a CD or a savings or 401K for 20 – 60 years, they would have earned interest and wouldn’t be at the mercy of the federal government and would have access to their own money.  Social Security does not belong to President Obama or to the Congress, but to the American Retirees!

Remember, if Americans were allowed to invest their earnings into an interest bearing retirement account versus the Federal Government demanding that they pay into a mandated Federal Retirement Account, it stands to reason that their retirement savings would have increased substantially and they would have control of their retirement savings. Instead, what began as a voluntary system by the federal government turned into a mandatory tax, but in reality, retirement savings isn’t a tax. The federal government made seniors and veterans dependent upon the federal government through the social security program and the government which is socialism.

In fact, the federal government took away the independence of seniors and the federal government is their parent who decides how much seniors can earn or receive from their social security savings each month.  The government doesn’t pay interest on the earnings they pilfer from seniors, but Obama threatens to deny social security checks to seniors, veterans, and military families. Seniors are paying double taxes on social security money. Taxes were already removed from their earnings and then the government calls the social security payment a tax and then they tax the social security again once they begin receiving it. This is the same as Obama-Care.  Americans forced to pay-up-front for services not rendered and may never be rendered and then after the people’s money is diverted like usual, healthcare will be denied or rationed and people will die in my opinion.

In 2008, Congress opened the purse strings containing $5 Trillion in taxpayer money and one might say gifted it to President Obama!  No strings attached or accountability for his “redistribution” of America’s wealth.  The stimulus funds resulted in more tax dollars spent than any president redistributed in 235 years.  The $5 trillion granted to Obama as stimulus funding did not stimulate the economy, but it exceeded the amount owed on the national debt or owed to China.  Today, the Obama administration hasn’t created any new jobs. The Clinton’s and Obama outsourced jobs to Communist China including solar jobs.  It’s small businesses that create more jobs.  Instead,  Obama created more government  jobs and didn’t provide loans so small businesses could expand, but instead created more regulations and punishments.

Now, Obama is fear mongering by targeting the most vulnerable of our society, the baby boomers, seniors, veterans and the disabled. What sort of person elected to public office threatens the vulnerable of society who were ripped off by their government?  Baby boomers and seniors worked most of their lives and paid taxes.  Seniors and veterans helped make this country great and weren’t welfare recipients.  Social security is money earned, not welfare.  Not only is Obama’s  threat immoral but disrespectful to every American citizen who worked for their living.  So, one must wonder if  Obama has disdain for seniors, veterans, and the disabled as well as the unborn?

Furthermore, the housing crisis affected jobs and it devastated the home building industry and real estate.  Many Baby Boomers are forced to retire early because the group which Obama funded and mentored known as Acorn pressured congress.  In turn, congress pressured the banks and ordered the bankers to issue fraudulent loans. Social Security is not a welfare or entitlement program, but a promised retirement fund.  Americans were led to believe that their earnings, which the government removed from their paychecks,  was deposited into a “Trust” Account.

Actually, isn’t it considered a crime to remove money from a “Trust” Account without the permission of the owners since earnings are private property?  How is diverting  the retirement money removed from the paychecks of U.S. citizens  considered ethical?  How was it ethical for the federal government to threaten seniors and veterans by stating that Obama may not reimburse the social security savings owed to seniors or veterans if the GOP didn’t agree to his budget? Americans should ponder how denying social security is any  different from a Ponzi Scheme perpetrated by Made-Off, oops, I mean Madoff.  Madoff was prosecuted for diverting his clients’ retirement funds which he promised to invest after the clients discovered that their investments had been diverted.

Also, an excessive number of prisons throughout the country have been built at taxpayers expense since the Clinton administration, instead of factories, which would have provided jobs, but U.S. factories and jobs have been outsourced by our presidents to Communist China and India. It’s a fact that high unemployment creates more crime. Prisons generate about $60 billion in tax revenues each year, which is excessive, yet, they are arresting more people in the U.S. than any country in the world making the prison system unaffordable.  In fact, there are projections that under the NDAA law, more Americans could be indefinitely detained in the future if Obama is re-elected.  Yet, the Clinton and Obama administration cut back on NASA, Defense, and education funding.

So, are they creating the Prison Industrial Complex and about to use every American man, woman, and child as human commodities for profit – to fill the prison beds – after all, they’re creating so many laws – and denying due process of law – how can an American win against a dealer who is stacking the deck?

In fact, outsourcing jobs to China and India helped create an increase of unemployment in America.   President Clinton outsourced U.S. jobs, technology, and businesses to Communist China as well as Obama.  Clinton opened the borders and signed NAFTA.  China and India are employing more people and building more factories thanks to the Clinton’s and Obama who catapulting Communist China’s economic status as a potential economic super power. How is it that the Clinton’s and Obama are so dedicated to outsourcing U.S. jobs to a Communist Nation instead of channeling that same energy into the U.S.?

About 1993, Communist China threatened to blow Los Angeles off the face of the map. .  On the other hand, Soros is alleged to be one of Obama’s primary donors and supporters.  Soros strategic stated goal is to devalue the U.S. dollar and help build the economic status of Communist China which congress should be addressing.

Furthermore, wars cost billions of tax dollars.  Recently Obama attacked Libya without the approval of congress at a cost to the taxpayers ranging between $600,000 to $1.4 million per tomahawk.  Obama fired off 221 tomahawks  – multiply 221 x $600,000 – $1.4 million at taxpayer’s expense and figure out the additional hefty debt to the American people.  Obama ordered the firing off of the tomahawks without congressional authority during a deep recession according to the news.  He created a fourth war at taxpayer’s expense cleverly referring to his act as a “mission.” Imagine how many U.S. jobs could have been created if those same U.S. tax dollars had been redistributed to small businesses.

Therefore, I’ve gathered some information relating to the National Debt.  For example, did you know that the Total Debt per Citizen in 2011 is $176,281 and the Total Debt per family is $669,103 and the Total Savings per Family is only $6,953.  Think about that!

How is it that the U.S. National Debt was at $284,705,907,078 in 1959, which was only 50 years ago and reported at a startling $5,656,270,901,615 in 1999 while Clinton was president.  In 2004, the national debt was reported at $7,379,052,696,330. Bush was said to have started his presidency with a surplus, but he managed to substantially increase the national debt within 8 years reported at $10 trillion dollars when he left office in 2008.  Although, Obama promised not to raise taxes and support small businesses, increase jobs, and stimulate the economy, he did not.

But, Obama made history.  Not only was he the first 1/2 white and 1/2 Black U.S. President, but he kept none of his promises and he skyrocketed the U.S. National debt with in 24 months to a whopping $14 trillion!  He’s the first U.S. President who has managed to increase the national debt within 7 months from $13 trillion in June 2010 to $14 trillion by December 31, 2010.

Obama appointed U.S. Attorney General, Erick Holder.  Holder commented that the American people will be “polarized” in the future and that the change coming will be that the American people won’t recognize the face of their own nation, so is a part of the polarization coming from this administration including the polarization of seniors and veterans, the sick, and the challenged?

Although, everyone is told by the media and the federal government that China is the biggest threat to America if the U.S. defaults on the national debt, I believe the biggest threat to America are public servants who are in bed with Wall Street and are using U.S. citizens as commodities for profit through global agendas by funding private corporations of billionaires like Soros through employees of the federal government such as Michael Chertoff and his Rapiscan business with stimulus tax dollars, prisons, Obama-care, Planned Parenthood; and denying Americans the right to collect rain water, while the wealthy are allegedly buying up the water reservoirs, and destroying the farms.

Therefore, let me ask and answer who owns the U.S. National Debt?  China owns 21.09%; Japan owns 20.4% or nearly an equal share along with China; and the remaining U.S. Debt is owned by other nations in the world at 58.51%.

The business owners and politicians don’t talk about the debt as related to the outsourcing of jobs to China and India as a major reason America is out of work.  The U.S. National debt has doubled since Clinton was elected into office and he and Hillary were the catalysts who worked with Wal-Mart and COSCO (the largest communist Chinese importers into the U.S.) to import more products made in China than any other retailer in the U.S.A.  Because of the Clinton’s efforts, U.S. consumers rarely see “Made in the U.S.A.,” any longer.  President Clinton outsourced U.S. jobs and U.S. technology to Communist China along with globalist corporations.  He opened the borders and signed NAFTA making it easy for retailers like Wal-Mart and COSCO skyrocket in sales of products made in China instead of Made in the U.S.A.  Hillary Clinton introduced universal healthcare and now Hillary-Care has morphed into Obama-Care against the will of the American people for a second time, which could create an economic collapse in the future.

In 1959, the National Debt was at $284,705,907,078.  Under, Clinton, the national debt increased substantially in 8 years.  By 1999, the National Debt was at $5,656,270,,901,615.  In 2004 under Bush, the National Debt increased and read $7,379,052,696,330, but by 2008, the debt as I stated was at $10 trillion.  But, the U.S. Historical National Debt record and award for increasing the debt limit by trillions in 2 1/2 years is credited to President Obama, with the support of the U.S. Democratic and Rhino U.S. Congress, who has managed to hit the debt ceiling at $14 Trillion by 2011.

But, President Obama also receives the Historical National Debt Award for being the first U.S. President in 235 years who with the blessings of congress, increased the National Debt within 7 Months from $13 Trillion to $14 Trillion!  Alas, Obama doesn’t intend to stop there.  He demands that congress hand over the purse strings and push the debt ceiling even higher.  So, when should Americans expect the bubble to burst since congress has been mush in Obama’s hands since 2008? How can congress have allowed the economic outsourcing of jobs to a communist nation and why would they want to build up a communist nation with knowledge that it is destroying the U.S. economic status which could collapse?

2011:  U.S. Population = 311, 756,198  (2008 = 304,421,946)

2011:  U.S. Income Taxpayers = 111,741,291  (2008 = 108,228,953)

2011:  Official Unemployed = 14,055,369  (2008: unemployed 9,503,495; the 2008 U.S. Work Force = 144,672,980)

I believe that the Total Mortgage Debt is the major portion of Personal Debt which was caused by our own government after Acorn pressured Congress and Congress pressured Banks to commit a crime and issue fraudulent loans.  Another example of waste is the  multi-millions for the Gun-running program “Fast and Furious launched by Obama as well as the trillions spent on Imams, restoring mosques, trying terrorists in civilian courts, and diverting the trillions to groups like Acorn, Planned Parenthood, the IMF, AIG, and so forth…instead of creating U.S. jobs.  But most business and political leaders don’t mention the wasted $5 Trillion recklessly spent since 2009!

Article I, Section 8, of the United States Constitution says Congress shall have the power to ……DECLARE WAR.,” not the President.  How then shall we decide if the Constitution is respected as the law of the land or even acknowledged by President Obama or congress?  Shall we assume that Congress is looking the other way and dismissing the Rule of Law as a mere charter of negative laws or liberties that no longer need to be followed, but ignored or changed?

Consequently, such negligent behaviors by congress begs the question:  Is congress holding themselves above the laws of the land by ignoring Obama’s one man decision to declare war without presenting his case to congress?  How then does Obama have the authority to spend billions of dollars on a war without the approval of congress?  It appears that congress is fearful of  calling for an investigation into Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS, HHS, AP, and NSA, NDAA, Patriot Act, which are U.S. scandals and possibly crimes recurring from within the federal government without oversight which can lead to Obstruction of Justice.

Therefore, We The People must ask if  Obama is following the decisions set down by the U.N. versus the laws established by the constitution of the United States.  Obama stated several times that the US Constitution and US Congress are “meaningless?”  Perhaps, they were “meaningless” to him when he swore an oath to uphold, defend, and protect the U.S. Constitution, twice, with his hand on the “red” book.   The fact that Obama in my opinion violated the US Constitution and by-passed and ignored congress when he ordered the military to fire off 220 Tomahawk missiles at Libya and wasn’t held accountable for what appeared to most Americans as an “act of war” against a nation who never threatened to attack the United States of America.

And, let’s not forget that famous interview of Hillary Clinton, former Secretary of State, who laughed hysterically when asked about the assassination of Gadaffi.  On national television, Gadaffi referred to Obama as “my son” and “our son” and congratulated a Kenyan for winning the election as President of the USA which shocked the entire Middle East and Kenya’s family, Parliament, and citizens.

Therefore, how is it that congress failed to call for an investigation into Obama’s failure to follow the Rule of Law since America is a Republic that operates by the Rule of Law?   Should we fear asking if America is still a Republic versus what many believe is a  Corporation owned by the Rothschild bankers.  Otherwise; how should We The People know how congress can justify ignoring Obama’s trampling on the laws of the land as if they have relinquished their powers and granted absolute power to a non-vetted admitted Kenyan in a free nation?

It would appear that the majority of Americans should be outraged that a U.S. President would fire missiles at a nation who didn’t attack the USA.  It is not important for all Americans to know where the loyalties of every U.S. President and the U.S. Congressional member lie during this volatile time in world history with knowledge that the wealthy elite are  determined to create a global world and seek to depopulate the world by 90% by the year 2050?  I guess firing off 220 Tomahawk Missiles would do the trick over time.

How is it that Americans are calling the congressional representatives with outrage and asking how much money Obama and Hillary Clinton spent on the attack against Libya that put their nation in disarray where blood was shed. It appears that Obama and congress are spending a lot less money and are a lot less concerned about fixing the economy or creating jobs versus their efforts that are destroying the U.S. economic status and reducing America’s credit rating for the first time in 240 years. It appears that they are more concerned about destroying jobs through outsourcing and using U.S. tax dollars against the will of the legal American citizens as they unconstitutionally spy on innocent Americans.  They are using U.S. tax dollars it appears to supply weapons and funding to train up anti-American and anti-Christian and anti-Jew organizations and rebels.

Remember, “The 1787 Adoption of the Constitution”  gave congress the power to raise and support armies,”  “Provide and maintain a Navy,” and “to make rules for the government and regulation of the land and Naval forces, as well as to “declare war” as well as granted the President of the United States the responsibility of being the military’s Commander In Chief.  The title, Commander-in-Chief is separate and apart from Obama declaring himself a one-man decision maker to declare war without congressional authority then have the congress diminish it as a non-war.

Furthermore, Americans should be asking if Obama violated the U.S. Constitution when he took it upon himself without the approval of Congress to sit as the Acting Chair of the U.N., while he is a sitting President of the United States? The U.S. Congress prohibits such behavior, but he appears to be able to do whatever he decides to do and it appears he has been granted special privileges.  Is Obama held above constitutional law and without accountability?

How then do these issues not raise eyebrows so that Americans can determine if the U.S. President as well as the U.S. Congress have misdirected their loyalty and are leaning towards protecting foreign anti-American nations and not so much legal Americans?  It appears the U.N. s overstepped their power when the federal government allowed the United Nations to trample upon America and the American people as the United Nations without any authority of the USA continues to overstep their bounds and demand Americans give up their weapons and children, or redistribute America’s wealth to them, depopulate future natural-born citizens, and give up U.S. Liberties to them.

During a senatorial investigation, former Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, stated to Chair, Jeff Sessions, that “we” – assuming Panetta and Obama, the Commander-in-Chief, would not seek permission for their agendas from Congress in the future, but would seek permission from international bodies, and may or may not inform Congress.  How is that not impeachable offenses?  In other words, their loyalty no longer lies with the Constitution and Congress, but with foreign international bodies, which should have caused outrage by Americans, but did not.

Obama and Hillary Clinton and their Democratic Regime appear to have gone rogue and appear to have been working with the Deep State and Shadow Governments which would include DHS-Fema and The Clinton Foundation and CFR, U.N. and NWO in my opinion.  They allowed the Muslim Brotherhood, to frequent the White House in secret meetings with Obama without the press present and tour the White House.  The stated and written strategic goal of the Muslim Brotherhood is to wipe out America, Europe, and Israel – all of Western Civilization.

How is it that President Obama determined that he has the power to declare war against Libya without presenting his case to Congress who are supposed to represent We The People?  The Congress is the only body established by the U.S. Constitution that can declare war with just cause. The Congress is responsible for U.S. tax dollars being spent wisely, yet, they wasted about $600,000 per Tomahawk Missile fired off at Libya for a total of 220.  Multiple $600,000.00 x 220 and that’s what the taxpayers lost and that doesn’t include the loss of life and property in Libya.  It appears that the White House and Congress spend the taxpayer’s money as if it’s theirs to do whatever they choose and ignore their responsibility to the American taxpayers.  This writer read that by 2016, the Tomahawk Missiles would be reduced down substantially because of Obama’s war on Libya which could mean he left America vulnerable.

The American people compensate the Presidents of the United States with jobs and taxpayer-funded wages, but within that election process lies a fiduciary duty and expectation of all public servants. The belief of a sworn oath by We The People includes the belief that the elected public servants will uphold morality, honesty, integrity, common sense, and loyalty to the USA and in exchange for their sworn oaths, they are required to uphold the Rule of Law as established within the U.S. Constitution. The  President is required to uphold his sworn oath as Commander-in-Chief and protect the safety and welfare of our U.S. military, not intentionally send the U.S. Navy Seals and Military into harm’s way to be slaughtered like sheep.

It appears to this writer that congress failed to protect the U.S. Military with all the Obama dictatorial orders that tied the hands of the military men and women which got many killed and dishonorably discharged or jailed!  Obama said, “America will never be at war with America” which meant in my opinion, he was protecting them, not us.  If America wasn’t at war with Islam then why were the troops sent to the Middle East to be injured or die on their soil?  This was the fault of the corrupted DNC and Democratic Socialist Liberal Congress and the Rinos as many became wealthy even though they are on taxpayer-funded wages.

The sworn oath doesn’t grant authority to exempt any US President or Congressional member from the law or grant them the authority to hold themselves above the law.The Congress and Obama decided they would hold themselves above the law it does appear. In fact,  lawmakers are to be held to a higher standard of the law. The sworn oath doesn’t grant authority to a U.S. President to rule by abuse of power and without objection by Congress.  The Constitution doesn’t grant a President of the USA to by-pass congress and the constitution by declaring the constitution and congress “meaningless” and state he will rule by Executive Order because he has a pen and a phone.  The Congress failed in their fiduciary duty to read laws and failed to nullify laws that were unconstitutional, illegal, and unlawful.

The truth is that every elected U.S. President and each member of congress has a fiduciary duty to read in-depth and study in-depth each law before they approve it and assure the American people each law is just, fair, equitable, economically sound, moral, and of good common sense.  They failed to do that between 1992-2016.

Therefore, how is it that Americans would not unite and protest any U.S. President or  Congressional members to say,  “Well, it doesn’t matter that Obama didn’t seek permission from Congress before ordering the military to fire off 220 Tomahawk missiles without approval against a leader and nation that never threatened the USA.  Obama’s rogue decisions eliminated Checks and Balances as he ruled by Executive Order only. Wars create homelessness, poverty, orphans, injured bodies, death and destruction, loss of jobs and income, and contaminated water and food, as well as disease.  Think about it!

The U.S. Constitution declares that Congress controls the purse strings, not the U.S. President, but Congress handed over the purse strings of the people’s tax dollars to president Obama in 2009. Americans are concerned about their welfare and safety since the majority of congressional members are rolling over like lap dogs and complicit to whatever president Obama decides. Are they afraid to speak out and if so then they should resign for they appear to care less that the economic status of the USA is sinking without recovery in sight.

Since the age of Obama and the Clinton’s taking office in 2009, it appears that the Democratic Congress doesn’t even bother to investigate or question the migration of unidentified foreigners in the tens of thousands into the USA from foreign terrorist nations?  How is it they were okay with Obama and Hillary, Ogden, and Holder trafficking and selling guns on foreign soil in Mexico to unidentified cartel members who murdered innocent people for two years between 2009 and 2011 on both sides of the borders after the President of Mexico met with Holder and Hillary Clinton complaining the guns were coming into Mexico from the USA?

In my opinion, the American Citizens should be wearing their red, white, and blue sandals and walking like the Egyptians.  Americans should ask how is it that a U.S. President is informed of a BP oil spill in the gulf of Mexico and he does absolutely nothing for two months to prevent its spill into the gulf that kills off the ocean life and fishing industry affecting the food industry in Mexico and the USA?  And, what happened to the billions paid to the Obama Regime for the oil leak by BP Oil?

Congress is compensated with taxpayer-funded wages and jobs in exchange for their promises and sworn oath that mandates they uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution of the USA and the welfare and safety of the American citizens, but the Democratic Socialist Liberal and Rino Congress have failed Americans greatly.  They cared less about vetting a U.S. President and cared less that he altered a Certificate of Live Birth and a U.S. Birth Certificate throughout the entire federal government which is absolute unprecedented and stunning in the greatest nation in the world.  The only explanation is that America is facing enemies from within not just from without.

Japan’s Triple Catastrophe Coming Towards America:Why is TSA Radiating Americans As Radiation is Radiation!

Fear is the biggest enemy of all people in every nation!  Yes, women and children FEAR being GROPED and RADIATED at the airports and rightfully so while others are exempted!  And, people should fear the Fukushima Nuclear Explosion because it is more serious than reported.  In fact, Hillary Clinton approved food from Japan imported into the USA after the explosion in the news.  Most people don’t bother to  pay much attention unless it involves a catastrophe.  This problem appears to be ignored by the White House, yet it is a serious threat to mankind.

For example, Japan’s 9.0 earthquake, Tsunami, and Nuclear Plant Radiation leaks are an unprecedented tragedy.  Japan has been  hit with three different disasters.  A triple disaster.  And, they continue to live through after shocks in very cold weather.  Japan’s triple disaster has caused a rude awakening for America, Russia, China, and the rest of the world.  Japan’s Tsunami touched the shores of America.  Obviously, radiation can leak into the drinking water, soil, ocean, and atmosphere. If  the radiation becomes  airborne, it can enter into the pores of humans, ocean life, and animals.  Medical Journals state there aren’t any guaranteed safe levels of radiation.

Radiation has adverse health affects. Tragedies such as those in Japan cause the loss of  life, jobs; stocks; homes, and businesses.  In America, this catastrophe has plummeted Wall Street and will cause food prices to rise, but the White House and Obama seem to have been MIA (missing in action).  They don’t up-date America on the serious problem at Fukushima.  The radiation catastrophe affects the economy , The news reported that radiation is blowing in the wind towards California’s West Coast and the radiated trash is washing up along our shores.

Ironically, Obama, Chertoff,  Soros,  Homeland Security and TSA support radiating every American including minor children in America under the guise of fear of terrorism, but it’s pretty doubtful that they get groped or radiated.  Shouldn’t Americans be given the right to be safe and protected from radiation, not threatened with radiation or else punished with an intrusive groping of the private parts of every passenger?  It’s my belief that the federal government should be held liable for any adverse side effects in the future as well as Rapiscan and should be held accountable and made to answer the following questions:

1. Is it healthy for Americans to be radiated as Janet Napolitano has led Americans to believe through Homeland Security?

2.  How is it legal for TSA security guards to radiate Americans as non-health care professionals under the laws of each state pertaining to health care professionals?

3. Why is it that professionals in the beauty industry must graduate from school; attend continuing educational classes, take a state test, and obtain a state license before they can touch anyone or be threatened with lawsuits and jail if they are caught touching anyone without a license, even with a curling iron?

4.  How much more important is it for TSA employees who are operating radiation machines and examining naked photos of people to be licensed health care professionals and follow the health care laws of each state?

5.  How is it that TSA employees can full body radiate Americans without using any protective coverings on their customers as a  precaution? And, what damage could the radiation do to the eyes and where are the long-term studies?  How about cause cataracts?

6.  How does the radiation affect people with cancer or other health problems or people who don’t know they have cancer or don’t know if they are pregnant?

As a long time licensed Skin Care Specialist in the beauty industry, I’ve attended many continuing education classes with doctors and chemists and I can tell you that they warn Americans to stay out of the sun for long periods of time during specific hours of the day and avoid radiation that can cause skin cancer and increase the aging process as well as shorten one’s life span.  The government now regulates tanning beds because people are being radiated by artificial light and even though the government says the beds are at a safe level of radiation, the government believes that the  tanning beds must be regulated because radiation can cause adverse side effects to human beings, but how is it not a risk to the skin cells with TSA’s radiation program?

Most of the medical reports I’ve read state that there are no safe levels of radiation, but the Obama regime states that the newly installed Rapiscan full body radiation scanners are set at safe levels, but how is radiation safe when Americans have been warned to stay away from any radiation.  In my opinion, staying away from radiation is safe!  The reason that there are warnings against radiation exposure such as staying in the sun too long or in a tanning bed too long is simple.  Over exposure is similar to  cooking yourself.  Radiation is heat and it can cook flesh.  In fact, one girl over exposed herself in a tanning bed and hit the news because she cooked herself and died before her wedding day.

Consequently, radiologists, doctors, and dentists, are educated, licensed and certified to operate radiation machines.  Radiologists are  trained and certified and they work under the wing of a licensed doctor or Dentist..  Doctors and dentists require that patients sign and consent before being radiated and treated or touched.  The radiologists cover up all healthy parts of the body before radiating the unhealthy parts of the body and they leave the room before turning on the switch, even though, they must operate within “safe” levels of radiation.  So, the question remains, why leave the room, if radiation is safe and why cover up the body if radiation is safe?

Therefore, will Rapiscan full body radiation scanners and x-ray machines long-term, end up to be a slow genocide for traveling Americans, who are radiated without  protective coverings?  Will Obama implement the Rapiscan radiation machines into entertainment parks and public buildings so there is no escape from being radiated in the future?  Most people are healthy, so why is congress and the American people allowing Obama, Soros, and Chertoff to subject Americans to an unnecessary health care “treatment” of radiation and nude x-ray photos by non-health care professionals knowing the risks of radiation at any levels?  Even a Fox News guest who is an expert on radiation stated there aren’t any safe levels of radiation.  If there are safe levels of radiation as the federal government states under Obama and the news is reporting that the radiation levels in Japan are safe then why are they evacuating the people and treating them for radiation contamination or handing out iodide tablets?  And, what are the long-term effects on children as they must continue to be radiated throughout their lives if Rapiscan isn’t stopped now.

Not surprising in the news is the fact that Obama’s regime provides Muslim women and kids “special considerations” based on their religion, but Americans aren’t provided any considerations based on their Judeo-Christian faith.  Even law enforcement must have probable cause to touch or grope a citizen, but not TSA, who is groping innocent children and American men and women.  Shouldn’t the Obama regime be concentrating on searching the parking lots and the luggage as well as closing the borders along the U.S. from the terrorists?

In conclusion, the American people must ask if Obama and his family and all White House public officials are being radiated every time they fly or did they exempt themselves just like they exempted themselves from Obama Care?  Therefore, why would the Obama administration require that Americans be radiated and state that its safe, yet he opposes nuclear radiation plants in America?  Also, the news reported that Obama is withdrawing the troops in May 2011 from securing the borders, so if terrorists  will continue to enter through our borders then why bother radiating healthy and unhealthy Americans at the airports?  Shouldn’t Chertoff, Soros, and Obama take their Rapiscan radiation to the borders and to the Middle East airports if they really want to catch terrorists?  Someone should inform Obama, Chertoff and Soros that they’re radiating the wrong people.

Remember, radiation is radiation.  The medical and beauty industry reports  which  I’ve read stated that radiation sets off  free radicals that continuously kill healthy cells which is non-reversible.  Radiation can cause cancer.  Radiation can cause death.  Radiation can change DNA.  Radiation can cause sterilization.  Radiation contaminates soil and drinking water if leaked, but so does Corexit 9500 sprayed over the gulf where there are alleged cover-ups.  Radiation is airborne and ends up in the drinking water and contaminates the food.  Japan reported that their spinach and milk and drinking water is now contaminated.

7.  Who in Congress or the Senate or judicial system or federal government owns stock in Rapiscan as they should have to disclose that information.

8.  How is it that Obama could provide U.S. tax dollars from the stimulus money which he promised for jobs and approve it for a private corporation owned by his federal employee who worked under him, Michael Chertoff, executive in Homeland Security, so  Chertoff could fund his private corporation, Rapiscan, without the approval of the American people and why is Obama funding a private corporation with tax dollars?

9.  How then does the federal government state that funding Rapiscan with stimulus funds is not a conflict of interest and abuse of power so Obama’s donors, supporters, and employee can become extremely wealthy?

In essence, it’s my opinion that the American people own Rapiscan since it was funded with U.S. tax dollars and it is the American people who should be issued the stock.  Otherwise, why isn’t Soros and Chertoff  having to reimburse the American people for funding their for-profit private corporation?  Rapiscan is a generational built-in customer base money-maker.  The news reported that Obama’s supporter, George Soros  owns most of the stock in OSI Systems and OSI owns Rapiscan, so how can the congress look the other way.  The funding of Rapiscan was unethical in my opinion and Obama provided no transparency, so did congress open the purse strings and approve the funding?

In my opinion, Rapiscan was set up to radiate Americans for-profit  allowing Soros and Chertoff and the stockholders to use every American man, woman and minor child as Human Capital and as individual commodities for their profit.  It could also cause depopulation long-term. In my opinion, the American people have been tricked into funding their own possible civil genocide depending upon how the radiation effects each American citizen who suffers adverse side effects or death.

By the way, didn’t Made-off, oops, I mean Madoff take people’s money and promise to do some thing specific with it, but instead divert it for his own agendas?  So, what’s the difference?

America is vulnerable to losing its economic status and freedoms under the Obama regime.  It was Obama who stated to America that he would be the “most transparent” president.  He is not. Have you called and asked your Congressman and Senators why they approved denying and rationing healthcare services to Americans only that cancel current health care policies and double insurance premiums while they exempt themselves from the same punishment?  For more than 230 years, Federal laws were  written by congress, read, debated, and voted upon before approving the laws. The laws were studied so that each constitutional law was established in accordance with constitutional law and in the best interest of the majority of Americans. Unfortunately, the past and current Congress and U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama appear to care less if the health care laws were read and rubber stamped “approved.”  It’s their way or the highway!

The 14th Amendment as well as the sworn oaths recited by U.S. Presidents and congressional members are believed to be sworn in “good faith” that they will uphold, defend, and preserve the U.S. Constitution. Such an oath requires that each Congressman read and study each law in-depth prior to approving national laws.

In fact, federal laws must reflect common sense and just, equitable, and economically sound.  Federal laws must be moral and reflect the will of the majority of the American people, which is the fiduciary duty of every congressional member, who are elected and paid with tax dollars.  Federal and State laws require every public servant uphold the law, abide by, and follow the Rule of Law.  Every individual American, including public servants, must follow the laws that are mandated, yet, the past and current U.S. President, V.P. and Congress are holding themselves above the law by granting themselves unconstitutional immunity and exemptions from the law which they have mandated for the American people.  The only people who exempt themselves from the laws are law breakers, not lawmakers!

A U.S. President, V.P., and Congress aren’t granted the authority to force the will of any U.S. President and Congress upon the American people by denying freedom of choice to choose to buy a consumer product with their own earnings, especially when they have knowledge that the Obamacare laws are unread. The Congress failed to uphold the 14th Amendment or their sworn oaths. It’s unethical and in violation of lawmaker’s Code of Ethics for lawmakers to impose unread and unconstitutional laws on the American people if they approve such laws without “clean hands” and when derelict in their duties.

Therefore, it’s bizarre that the U.S. Congress, Senators, Department of Justice, and U.S. Judiciary ignore their duty to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the WILL of the majority of Americans. But on the other hand, they ignored that a high ranking public servant concealed his credentials and identification from the American people and they refuse to correct the record after gaining knowledge. The American people should demand investigations, but by whom, since the entire federal government has gone rogue?

Consequently, it appears that the American people have short memory syndrome because they are addicted to television and video games. Or, could their passive behaviors have resulted from the chemical-laden foods, vaccines household items, drinks, Rx drugs, illegal drugs, alcohol, and chemtrails?  It appears, Americans have forgotten that prior to Obamacare being approved, but not studied or read for which they were elected and paid that many congressional members were making backroom deals and taking bribes for votes, engaging in Insider Trading, taking bid government Contracts and turning them into no-bid contracts for the benefit of their families. It appears that many congressional members and America’s leaders have become wealthier by the day!

Furthermore, U.S. constitutional laws have been written and passed based upon the merits of the law and in accordance with the Constitution of the United States for more than 230 years.  On or about 2009 prior to the unread ObamaCare passed, I wrote to every Congressional member and my Senators and emailed an A.G., I believe in Virginia, to awaken Congress.  I Blogged to Congress and the world the following, “Obama Care is Unconstitutional and Illegal” so I was the first in the country to awaken the nation and question the constitutionality of Obamacare and wrote the question pertaining to the “Mandate” which was read on the congressional floor with my name and debated in Congress, but regardless, Obamacare passed.

For example, I pointed out that it is illegal to force Americans to pay for a consumer product by implementing mandates and requirements  which “punish” Americans  if they “choose” not to buy a U.S. consumer product from a U.S. for-profit insurance private corporation (or from the federal government in this case)?  ObamaCare forces Americans to spend their personal  earnings which is their private property on a U.S. Consumer Product they may or may not want to buy in a free country by force in the form of taxes, but it’s a “payment” made from personal earnings when Americans buy consumer products. Business owners shouldn’t have to be subjected to excessive regulations and threatened with audits, jail and penalties for failing to buy a consumer product in America!

Furthermore, the Federal Government has NO money! It is the  American taxpayers, who pay the federal government’s wages and pay for every penny that the federal government and state governments spend! The money belongs to “We The Peoples,” not to greedy public servants. Americans shouldn’t be harassed and “coerced” under the “threat” of “punishment” to “pay up or else!” for products they may or may not receive in exchange for the forced payment. This is like the federal government holding an imaginary gun to every citizen’s head and saying, “Turn over your money and I may or may not give you the car your purchased!” Isn’t this similar to thug-like laws mandated in Third World countries such as Russia, Kenya, or communist China?  Americans are being forced to pay-up-front for services not rendered and may never be rendered. What’s the difference between MadeOff being punished for taking money from people and failing to provide anything in exchange for the payments? Now, the government has MadeOff with America’s tax dollars and retains the self-proclaimed right to deny any consumer product of services in exchange for the payment that they call a “tax” or a “penalty.”

After all, even the White House CBO and congress admits that ObamaCare is unsustainable long-term.  So, why would Obama and the 111th Congress pass a law that could depopulate American citizens such as the elderly, very ill, veterans, cancer patients, mentally and physically challenged, cancer patients, baby boomers, the military, by denying or rationing their prescriptions and medical service? Why would they encourage end-of-life and euthanasia and mandated taxpayer funded abortions if their intent isn’t to depopulate the USA of U.S. Natural Born and Legal Americans to make room for the illegal foreigners invading the USA?

Also, why did congress exempt themselves from complying with Obama Care, a law they wrote but didn’t read?  How do you write laws and not read them? That’s quite a magic trick! How could they approve unread laws and call it legal?  If  ObamaCare is such a great health care Reform Bill then why did Obama, Biden, and Congress exempt themselves, which isn’t constitutional for no man can violate federal laws.  Only criminals violate the law.But, how would they know what the bill mandates if by their own admittance they were so gross negligent and incompetent that they stated that they NEVER READ ObamaCare. This means they don’t care about America or Amerricans if they are that bold and negligent.  So, did the 111th Congress and Rhinos approve a bill that states older Americans and veterans, chronically ill, and cancer patients will be euthanized (isn’t this what Hitler did?) and encouraged to die by implementing early end-of-life counseling? Why did they lie about mandated taxpayer funded abortions when it’s true that Americans are forced to pay for mandated abortions? How can these people be paid life time retirements by the taxpayers for lying to We The People?

Why are cancer patients complaining that their care is being rationed or denied as well as the elderly?  How is it that the news is reporting that breast cancer patients are denied Rx drugs that could prolong their life? Why are there so many Rx drugs approved that are killing Americans or making them chronically ill? Why should Obama, who stated he is too inexperienced to be a U.S. President, be provided absolute power to play doctor and deny or ration every U.S. citizen’s health care by implementing an appointed committee to determine who lives and who dies?  Why is his Obamacare laws being approved that control every American doctor and punish them if they don’t comply?

Every Congressional Member who voted for Obamacare should have to stand before the American people and justify why they approved unread laws, mandates, regulations that deny life, health care, and medications, services, and treatments in exchange for forced payments to the American people!

Obamacare may be in the best interest of the U.S. President, V.P., Congress, Senators, Justices, Federal Judges, Muslims, Illegals, Donors,because they probably are exempt and don’t have to comply or pay up and they don’t have to be punished!  Obamacare discriminates because Obama and Congress favor bundlers, donors, SEIU Union, Muslim, gays, and anti-American immigrants and illegals.

Consequently, should the American people ask if ObamaCare could be the biggest hoax that ever hit America implemented by the 111th Congress and Rhinos who were looking out for themselves instead of the American people as they continue to lead the American people to believe that UNREAD laws are  legal in America?  Or that paying-up-front for services that may be rationed or denied without any recourse because the government makes itself immune to lawsuits and punishment is in accordance with the U.S. Constitution?

It appears to me that voting lawyers into Congress and the oval office, especially disbarred lawyers, or lawyers who are involved in unethical acts, non-vetted public servants, and appointed czars and the Muslim Brotherhood as taxpayer funded government employees is not in the best interest of the American people.  It appears more as if it is in the best interest of the Communist, Socialists, Liberals, NWO and the UN Agenda 21 who promotes collectivism and reducing the population by 90%! It appears they may succeed.

Also, Obama Care not only punishes Americans who don’t pay-up-front for services not rendered and services they don’t want, the fact is that those services or products may never be rendered because even the White House CBO admits that Obama Care will cost billions up-front and trillions within a few years and that it is unsustainable long-term!  So, how can the current Congress, the current Senate, Obama, and past members or judges carry on the biggest hoax ever played on Americans and justify that ObamaCare will improve health the care services of the American people when they know it will go belly up?

In my opinion, UNREAD laws cannot be the law of the land because they are UNREAD laws. Unread laws are without any substance, case precedent, or argument to back up the myriad of Obamacare laws.  The unethical and deceptive behaviors and bribes for votes should have been enough for the American people to rise up and demand that Obama and Biden, the Justices who approved Obamacare, and Congressional members who approved Obamacare remove themselves from public office, but Americans have become passive. The younger Americans are being brainwashed by liberal political correctness and tolerance that they remain silent, but hopefully will awaken soon to the truth. They will learn the hard way when their parents or loved ones need medical help.

The U.S. Congress and U.S. President and V.P. could care less that the taxpayers, including the elderly, will have their premiums doubled or cancelled or be placed on long waiting lists to accommodate millions of Middle East and South Americans and Asians sneaking across US. borders. Americans will suffer greatly. But, then again, these same public servants are all wealthier now while Americans are poorer and the Middle Class is picking up the tab for 30,000,000 + people, illegals, new immigrants under the guise of “refugees,” who haven’t contributed one dime to America and many of these unidentified foreigners are here to harm Americans and dominate America.

Consequently, since Obama Care is an umbrella UNREAD book of laws that includes 2,700 pages of mandates, regulations, and requirements, the 111th Congress and Rhinos have disrespected the Rule of Law, the 14th Amendment, their fiduciary duty to the American people, failed to uphold the U.S. Constitution, trampled on limited government, ignored the Rules of the House, and their moral and ethical duty to assure the best interest of the American people which has created a tremendous amount of distrust of the Federal Government.  So, they didn’t stop there under Lois Lerner’s direction when she worked for the IRS and the government began their intrusive spying and targeting of selected Americans, mainly Christians, Catholics, Conservatives, Patriots, or Pro-Constitution, Pro-Life and Pro-Gun citizens.

Furthermore,  how can judges determine a case if they haven’t any case precedent to present on behalf of the UNREAD laws? How does a lawyer defend unread laws? So, if the lawyers who support the Obamacare laws  admit that their clients (the 111th congress and the Rhinos) never read the laws then how is it their bucket of water doesn’t have a hole in it?  Again, I ask how are unread laws legal?  So, if a public servant says, “Here congress, I have a law that will be in the best interest of the people, don’t bother to read it, just approve it, and they do approve it, just like they did with Obamacare, and later they all learned that they were going to be euthanized if they got sick, would they Repeal and Defund Obamacare?

For example, what if the law wasn’t written by the 111th U.S. Congress, but written prior to 2009 and was actually HillaryCare morphed into Obamacare? What if Obamacare was written long ago by the Communist and by Saul Alinsky or his supporters? What if the CEOs, who run the private HMO corporations, wrote Obama Care since they were the first to ration and deny medical treatments to patients who died from failure to access their doctors or treatments so they could earn higher profits.

In other words, the incompetent passing of ObamaCare is similar to  going to court and presenting the law to the judge and he says, “Oh, I’m sorry, I can’t decide this case today because I wrote this law, but I never read this law,” so come back in three years and we’ll figure out if it is legal to pass laws that were approved, but have never been read.  And, by the way, keep paying up-front for your attorney fees until you return for a hearing in three years and if I’m still on the Bench, I’ll render my services.  But, if I find out that you didn’t  pay-up front for your attorney fees then I’ll have to send an IRS agent to audit you and you could end up penalized and sentenced to a jail term.
