GOVERNOR GEORGE W. BUSH DENIES A STAY AND APPEAL

On or about 1991, I called the Office of Governor George W. Bush, and I, Rose Colombo, was able to get directly through to Governor Bush’s secretary who was extremely welcoming to my plea for a stay and an appeal for Troy Davis, a Black Man, who always stated he was innocent, but executed nonetheless. At the time of my request, time was of the essence. I asked if she would write down my plea on behalf of my grassroots movement members and myself who oppose the execution and support an appeal and a new trial. She promised me that my message would get to Governor Bush and said she wrote it down word-for-word and thanked me for being concerned about this serious matter. In fact, I turned my first-hand experiences and those of our members, who experienced injustices by the legal system, into a cable TV Show and am-FM radio show and today, I continue to share information on my Colombo Chronicles podcast because as I stated in my self-help award-winning book, “Fight Back Legal Abuse,” without justice, we have nothing but an open door to injustice.” Every human being deserves to live until there is no reasonable doubt that this person committed the crime.

TROY DAVIS was the wrongfully accused in my opinion and that of my former members of “Women Fight Back. The Secretary said that she would make sure my message was shared with Governor Bush and that she wrote it down just as I stated it. This is the article:

After a hearing on September 19, 2011, the Georgia Board of Pardons and Parolees denied clemency to Troy Davis, despite presentation of testimony casting doubt on his guilt. Brian Kammer, one of Davis’ attorneys, said, “I am utterly shocked and disappointed at the failure of our justice system at all levels to correct a miscarriage of justice.” Davis’s claims of innocence received international attention and calls for clemency were made by Pope Benedict XVI, former President Jimmy Carter, former FBI Director William Sessions, and former Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Norman Fletcher and others (I will add, Rose Colombo’s org. “Women Fight Back).

Doubts about Davis’ guilt (a Black American male) were raised when some prosecution witnesses changed their stories after giving testimony against Davis, including accusations pointing to another suspect as the murderer of a police officer in Savannah. The Board heard testimony from a juror in Davis’s original trial who now says she has too much doubt about his guilt and would change her verdict. (I recall reading that one of the the witnessed who recanted her testimony at the time said she wasn’t sure if Davis was the suspect she identified, but said that she felt pressured by the prosecutors to identify Troy Davis, but of course, no one can know if that was true or not, right?)

They also heard from a witness who originally testified against Davis, but has since recanted her testimony and heard from Davis’ family. The Board had held two previous clemency hearings for Davis, but the makeup of the Board had changed since he was denied clemency in 2008 and new testimony had been given at a federal court hearing in 2010. Nonetheless, Davis was executed late the night of September 21, 2011. Governor George W. Bush did not grant a stay for an appeal at the time he was in office. The U.S. Supreme Court delayed the execution to consider final appeals, but then denied a stay, which in my opinion makes the legal system’s view of the sanctity of life and innocent insignificant when there is a reason beyond a reasonable shadow of doubt in a trial. In Texas, there articles pointing out the huge discrepancy of whites vs. Blacks who were sentenced to death during the 80s and 90s.

MELISSA LUCIO, 52 – SENTENCED TO DEATH

HOUSTON (AP) — Nearly half of the jurors who sentenced a Texas woman to die for the 2007 death of one of her 14 children have called for her upcoming execution to be halted and for Melissa Lucio to be granted a new trial.

Melissa Lucio, 52, is set to be executed Wednesday for the death of her 2-year-old daughter Mariah in Harlingen, a city of about 75,000 in Texas’ southern tip.

Her lawyers say new evidence shows that Mariah’s injuries, including a blow to the head, were caused by a fall down a steep staircase, and many lawmakers and celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, an advocate for criminal justice reform, and Amanda Knox — an American who was convicted of murdering a British student in Italy and whose conviction was overturned — have rallied to Lucio’s cause. Prosecutors, though, maintain that the girl was the victim of child abuse.

Colombo asks, “What about O.J. Simpson?” He is a Black man who had fame and fortune and could afford to buy justice or as some see it, an injustice ignored. In fact, as the Founder and President of “Women Fight Back,” I was asked to help Judge Nancy Wieben Stock, after the Left left led by Tammy Bruce seeking a recall from the Bench caused me to help save the judge from being removed from the Bench. I was asked to join her committee and I did. We succeeded because I knew Judge Wieben Stock was a mom and she also defended women and wrote against gender bias. And, I was invited to be on a panel on Channel 13 during the O.J. trial and to everyone’s surprise, I was defending a female Judge, because I believe that titles don’t matter, because anyone can become a victim of injustices. In fact, I am a victim of injustices and hit the law books and took classes on the law and became a survivor so I could help other victims become survivors because there was no where to go for moral support or guidance and the victims are ignored by the legal and medical profession who most end up suffering from PTSD after their court experiences and find themselves dismissed by media and family and friends as if they were to blame for the circumstances forced upon them They feel alone and isolated.

After all, people will say to the victims, “What did you do to make the judge mad?” I am a doer, not a complainer! We need more positive patriots to stand up and fight back against injustices and legal abuses in a civilized way and by remaining united, not divided. Justice is everything for without justice, anyone can go to their death never experiencing justice and “due process of law” that allows an American to appear in court when there is new evidence and not a shadow of a doubt.

The Conscience of Men and Women vs. Justice for All! Will Melissa Lucio get mercy and justice in Texas?

Thank You for your time and consideration in reading this urgent letter on behalf of myself and millions of Americans who have experienced injustices by the legal system and falsely accused of crimes even if 100% innocent of the allegations as well as been thrust into experiencing Kangaroo courts. The cost of litigation is only for the rich who can hire high powered lawyers to keep their clients from going to jail or to their death, even if they committed treason or are committing genocide for-profit under the guise of health care. It was a 3-tier justice system in the past, but it became a 2-tier justice system in 1984 when the corruption began to rear its ugly head. Innocent people found out that they couldn’t afford to buy justice. And, even if wealthy, you can still end up walking in court wealthy and end up walking out poor or sentenced to death. You don’t have to do anything wrong, just be accused by anyone and this has happened far too many times.

What happens when a leaked memo hits the internet? In my opinion, it’s no longer a private memo but a public memo. The memo that states it’s rooted in the UK isn’t verified by this writer, but Colombo believes that it should be read and authenticated by non-bias forensic investigators as to the authenticity of the memo and the agendas laid out in the memo which may lead to evidence of a worldwide coup.

The memo alleged to be attached to the United Kingdom leads this writer to believe that if true then the research and critical thinking she has engaged in for 30 years as well as writings on injustices is justified. In fact, she exposed a 2006 Executive Order that can be part of significant clues. On or about 2009, Colombo inadvertently came across an E.O. that she read and felt total shock. She feared for the American people and freedom. The E.O. under the leadership of President Bush was shocking to Colombo and she posted the E.O. on Facebook. The post went viral. Facebook took down Colombo’s page. Prior to 2004, Colombo led a grassroots movement, “Women Fight Back” against the injustices coming down in the family law courts silently without media attention.

In the meantime, kids were being removed by gender bias judges or CPS (Child Protective Services) after parents filed for divorce. Kids were removed from one or both parents based on accusation only without evidence of abuse. Parents can even be accused by anonymous persons even if innocent. Too many kids were being placed in foster homes or state facilities even though many parents weren’t offenders, but their crime was filing for divorce. Colombo exposed these stories and agendas from 1989-2004 on a cable TV show that she created, produced and hosted in So. Calif. as well as am-FM radio shows. She was disturbed that judges and CPS were renting biological kids back to their parents during divorce proceedings under paid supervision by the non-custodial parent, who may have never offended the kids, just accused.

Furthermore, even more concerning was the fact that NAMBLA (pedo org. operating in the USA) was publishing books that sex with kids was natural during the 1990s. NAMBLA was holding workshops for judges and lawyers. In fact, whistleblowers were thrown off of MSM TV and radio shows during interviews because they exposed the NWO-UN-WHO-CDC-WEF agendas that were not allowed by controlled MSM.

The world and USA have been experiencing scripted reports for decades and brainwashed. In the meantime, taxpayers funded law enforcers and lawmakers and security to protect Presidents and wealthy leaders, who were named in a flight log and jetting off on the Lolita Express to Orgy Island for 40 years where kids were trafficked. It appears that our taxes were protecting Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, but not the kids, which raises the question, who was the real Jeffrey Epstein who wielded so much protection by the powers that be allowing him to operate a trafficking organization of minor kids as well as blackmail and seduce leaders around the world into his evil world? I doubt the mainstream media will ever ask that question.

If this memo is verified as authentic or not as read on this podcast, Colombo Chronicles, it provides what appears to be the truth or even if not verified, it lays out the pre planned pandemic and a conspiracy to “High Jack” the minds and bodies of human beings worldwide. It reveals how the evil ones plan to commit a worldwide Heist and Robbery of the world’s population’s bank accounts, cash, coins, and assets, by reducing the population of the planet. It appears this conspiracy by them includes using Artificial Intelligence to spy, track and trace and control individuals by digital means as well as experimental and trial injections that may include snake venum according to recent researchers.

After all, the entire government leaders around the world and Military aren’t concerned about knowing the consequences of mRNA never used on humans or the ingredients, adjuvants, possible graphene oxide, ethylene oxide, nano-particles and perhaps stem cells and a chip as they are unknown materials that only Pfizer’s CEO and researchers have knowledge and failed to disclose to the world what is in the Pfizer Trade Secret Formula. Millions of people worldwide have been injected with unknown materials into the bodies and unknown consequences. In my opinion, this is stupidity or complete Gross Incompetence and Gross Negligence by all government leaders, if true.

On the other hand, could it be about greed and striving for power and control and inappropriate sexual behaviors that require high jacking of the world’s wealth and taking control over the entire planet as the goal? It appears that there are people who believe that they are the chosen” and “entitled.” Could this Emergency Use Act that was only intended for rare use by government and for 90 days, but extended by leaders of the USA, EU, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, wasn’t justified because the negative cost to Americans and the economic status of our nations didn’t prove to be reason enough to unlawfully hold 300M Americans hostage while destroying 10s or 1000s of businesses and millions of jobs, education, travel, and Freedom, over a flu with a 99.98% recovery rate.

It appears that this long-time conspiracy to defraud every American, European, and Canadian of their cash and coins, gold and silver if achieved will be the greatest criminal pre planned “Heist” and the greatest “Robbery” of the world’s population as well as the greatest potential genocide ever committed in the world. These members of the current secret societies would make Hitler and Pot Pol look like amateurs. They have their agenda down pat using fear mongering, coercion and threats, which are crimes, in exchange for complying with the NWO members under duress to be used as human lab rats and repeatedly jabbed under duress in exchange for Big Pharma, CDC, WHO, NIH, WEC and NWO members’ financial gain and possible depopulation of those jabbed. These actions border on extortion. The fact that none of these people have the authority to deny Freedom to anyone or deny the Necessities of life such as shelter, food, medicine, education, and travel. Who made them the world’s dictators over humanity, punishments and persecutions for non-compliance? Threatening to deny people the right-to-work and to access the necessities of life are crimes in the USA.

The world’s population, especially in Western Civilization, must ask which legal, lawful, constitutional authority did the White House, EU, Trudeau, Australia and Austria and New Zealand, UK, Soros, Gates, China and the Wuhan Lab researchers involved apply to take Billions of people hostage and steal their cash and coins, silver, gold, and property that doesn’t belong to them as well as print TRILLIONS of U.S. Tax Dollars that didn’t exist and redistribute our imaginary stimulus dollars to Pfizer, China, Russia, Ukraine, IMF, World Bank, and Investors on Wall Street and themselves? The only people who are raking in Billions are Pfizer, Moderna, Big Pharma, WHO, CDC, China, Gates, Soros, Dr. Fauci and Mrs. Fauci, Schwab, and all investors in Big Pharma, 5G, Ai and MSM, The question has been raised if the doctors or staff are injecting snake serum into covid patients in exchange for bribes for each patients who is pronounced dead by covid on their death certificate?

It appears the New World Order wealthy members will intentionally create a water and food shortage after destroying farms, ranches and the food chain and stifled the truckers during the lock down in order to create hunger, thirst, depression, crisis and chaos through the end goal of hyperinflation so they usher in their One World Government is it or not? Are the evil ones planning on bringing the world to its knees under the guise of a plan demic and a man made flu? Who shall stop them?
