What Is Lawfare and What Does It Mean to America and Americans?

Recent reports on Main Stream Media and You Tube and social media are tossing around the word “Lawfare” as if everyone knows what is the meaning of this word; however, most to do not know the meaning of the word or its intent or how it is used and the benefit versus the adverse effects on America and the American people.

“Lawfare‘s coverage of intelligence and legal matters related to the Trump administration has brought the website significant increases in readership and national attention.[5][6] In January 2017, the website’s traffic was up by 1,101% from 12 months before.[7” (wikipedia)

Let’s dig into this word and who came up with blogging and created “Lawfare.” Let’s consider the issue as it relates to lawlessness at the borders and how the Left has turned illegal into legal and ignored the U.S. Constituional guaranteed supreme laws of the land. Or the fact that BLM and ANTIFA terrorized America under the Obama administration without fear of arrest or charges filed; yet a former President of the USA, Donald J. Trump, didn’t burn down any businesses or vehicles private or government property in America and he has more felonies filed against him than a mass rapist and serial killer.

Conservatives feared that enemies of the United States might engage in lawfare, charging the country with violations of international law to stop it from rightfully ensuring its safety. The dictator zealously embraced the idea of lawfare. I think you will find this information intriguing and maybe make your blood boil a little as Lawfare involved Harvard Law School, Jack Goldsmith, George W. Bush and Barack Hussein Obama’s administration officials.

When did lawfare become a word?

“Lawfare was founded as a blog in September 2010[3] by Benjamin Wittes (a former editorial writer for The Washington Post), Harvard Law School professor Jack Goldsmith, and University of Texas at Austin law professor Robert Chesney.[2] Goldsmith was the head of the Office of Legal Counsel in the George W. Bush administration‘s Justice Department, and Chesney served on a detention-policy task force in the Obama administration.[2] Its writers include law professors, law students, and former George W. Wikipedia writes, “Perhaps the first use of the term “lawfare” was in the 1975 manuscript Whither Goeth the Law, which argues that the Western legal system has become overly rational and treats persons like objects as compared to so-called “Community Law”, which is based more on humanity and intuition.” In other words, it isn’t Communist or Socialist or Marxist nations or Muslim Brotherhood CAIR nations who are the umbrella for extremist groups, but the United States of America which was the only melting pot in the world allowing foreigners to become legal naturalized Americans until 2009. The Obama administrationn former USAG, Eric Holder, Valerie Jarret, and Democrat and RINO congress allowed the open border policies and secretly allowed Obama and his officials to fly Iranians and Pakistanis and Somolians into the USA late a night. Many of the Palestinians are members or support HAMAS, an extremist group, who opposes gays and Israel and America to reside into the USA late at night on taxpayer’s expense without disclosing it to the American people under the guise of refugees.

The difference is that Refugees or asylum seekers must apply and be vetted. They must prove that they are escaping from their homeland in fear of their lives and must swear an oath to uphold and defend and protect the U.S. Constitution, but that isn’t what occurred as many chanted, “Death to America” and Death to Israel,” on American sidewalks. Many stated that they came to the USA to overpopulate and impose their laws and religion on America. It appears that the leaders in pubic office apparently were okay with Obama’s preplanned agenda to change the face of America. In this preplanned agenda, the illegals were invited by the U.S. federal employees, who are paid with hard working American’s taxpayer dollars for life, no matter what they do to America, not for America.

There isn’t one country in the world with the exception of the United States of America and Europe, Canada, and Australia who opened their borders to illegal invasions allowing millions of Third World unidentified impoverished and mostly uneducated foreigners without vetting and identification or background checks to enter illegally according to the laws of each of the free nations. The natural-borm born citizens of each free nation are witnessing their leaders forcing the citizens to pay for the demise of their sovereign nations and live among millions of unidentified foreigners from crime-ridden nations as America experiences increased rapes, murders, attacks on law enforcement, assaults, and Grand Theft Robbery, America is facing more national spies from China, Iran, Pakistan, Russia as well as trafficking of human organs, Fentanyl, guns, drugs and human beings.

Lawfare – “Lawfare is the use of legal systems and institutional to damage or delegitimize an opponent, or to deter an indivdual’s usage of their legal rights.” (wikipedia) The excessive number of lawsuits against a former United States President Donald J Trump is the reason that the word “Lawfare” is now being exposed.

Columnist David Ignatius described Lawfare as “one of the most fair-minded chroniclers of national security issues”.[17] According to Daniel W. Drezner, professor of international politics at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, Lawfare is an example of “outside intellectuals” who “exercised real influence in the Trump era”.[18][better source needed]

The website has been criticized by attorney and journalist Glenn Greenwald. Writing in The New York Times he said it has a “courtier Beltway mentality” devoted to “serving, venerating and justifying the acts of those in power”.[2] {Wikipedia}

In other words, it appears that Lawfare is no more than a word made up by a Blogger that was dormant until former President Donald J. Trump mentioned it and the interest increased, but it does not appear to be law in my opinion, only the creation of a blogger.

AMERICANS ARE NOT ISLAMOPHOBIC OR RACIST! The truth is that Americans don’t suffer from a fake made up word, “Islamophobia” but foreigners could suffer from a made up word known as “Americanophobia.” Phobia is defined as “irrational fear,” but Americans aren’t suffering from “irrational fear” but real fear and concern for the safety of all Americans who shall never forget 9/11/2001 and 9/11/2012….as well as attacks recorded throughout history .


Rimsha Masih, an 11-year-old Christian girl suffering from Down Syndrome, was falsely accused of burning the Koran. Muslims responded by rioting, destroying Christian homes, churches, and crosses, tearing Bibles to pieces, and calling for her death. While under arrest, it was discovered that Muhammad Khalid, a learned Muslim cleric, had planted the charred Koran in her backpack “in order to get rid of Christians in the area.” — Stefan J. Bos, Worthy News, August 22, 2012; The Guardian, September 2, 2012, and others.

Islamophobia is not an American English word and the English word phobia means “irrational fear,” but Americans have real fear when they are accused of being racist and haters as well as being accused of irrationally fearing foreign immigrants. The fear is created by the immigrants, who hold up signs on U.S. soil, declaring their goals to “Dominate America.” The radicals are seen in videos and news both foreign and domestic news reports stating, “Death to America!” That is a threat and should require deportation from the USA because Legal U.S. Citizenship requires assimilation as an American and allegiance to the USA. Naturalized Americans who are immigrants and new legal or illegal immigrants aren’t granted authority to harm American citizens or plot to attack America or steal American land by setting up no-go zones.

How about the radicals who have been attacking and murdering Americans since 2001 inside the USA as well as attacking Americans at military bases or on the battlefields since the 1970’s? In fact, U.S. congressional reps should never be allowed to threaten the POTUS and declaring in hearings that they are guilty of lying, perjury, covering-up to protect the POTUS and being traitors to the American people and Nation which stirs up the radicals in the world and communist and socialist nations making it appear that the POTUS is under attack and weak. It’s unbecoming and unprofessional to see men, and especially females, who demand respect, spewing vile curse words and declaring that he is guilty of crimes without a trial or evidence directed at the POTUS that most men wouldn’t use in public.

It would appear that it would be prohibited by Congress to allow U.S. Representatives to be the key speakers at the Muslim Brotherhood CAIR meetings that are kept secret and guarded by American police officers. The Muslim reps in congress have been reported and seen and heard on camera calling for a revolution in the USA. It appears that their mission and purpose is making congress a majority of Muslims and put a Muslim in the oval office as stated by former rep Ellison and rep. Rashida.

Furthermore, the Muslim female representatives and their close link, Linda Sarsour call for the Muslims to “wake up angry” every morning at the White House. Rep. Omar calls for the Muslims to “Rise Up” in the USA. Loyal Americans who love their country would never do that and haven’t done it, but the females who support the radical organizations and began speaking out after 2016, continue to do so. In fact, Ilhan Omar, told the CAIR audience to “raise hell” in the USA! In most of the countries they support in the Middle East, women can’t speak out at all and they definitely wouldn’t be in public office or speaking out on stage or in the media.

Americans aren’t suffering from an irrational fear, but a serious concern based on facts and history as well as the speeches presented at CAIR and other anti-Israel organizations that call for the domination of America. Remember, all U.S. legal citizenships require assimilation as an Americans and loyalty to the U.S. Constitution.

The concerns about terrorism and radicals for Americans is based on facts that go back generations throughout history. Recently, during the Obama regime and Democratic congress and senate the foreigners chanted on U.S. soil, “Death to America” and “Death to the Jews” which Americans watched on social media or television. And, targeting Jews is not different than targeting Christians who believe in the same God and same Bible. Christians are being persecuted in the Middle East, Nigeria, Africa, China and other foreign nations and the media is silent, unless it’s a mosque in New Zealand then the world news is non-stop it appears.

It appears that the word “Islamophobia was made up to silence Americans and force natural-born Americans to remove crosses, Bibles, Christian events, Christian advertisements by threatening business owners and mall administrations that they are insulted on U.S. soil while they distribute the Koran and their literature. This agenda affects the Jews and Christians, America, Europe, Canada and the rest of Western Civilization.

The word “Blasphemy” which is of ancient days, not modern times in the USA is being tossed around by Muslim immigrants and CAIR. Blasphemy is a crime in the Middle East and a mob rule death sentence according to experts and news articles. Never let the Blasphemy Law be implemented in the USA. Read again a paragraph from a true story below- again and let it sink in – Can you imagine mob rule and inhumane punishments recurring in the USA and Europe or Canada? Thank God, America wasn’t disarmed by the Obama Democratic administration which is their never ending chant, “Gun Control.”

Colonel John D. Vernon, (ret)wrote his memoirs, “Angels Watching Over Me.” Colonel (ret) John Vernon has proudly served the United States of America for over 37 years as a Military Officer, retiring at the rank of Colonel, a Department of Defense Civilian and Township Supervisor.  In 2012, John ran as a Conservative Candidate for the U.S. Senate in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  He now resides in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but he was born in Plainfield, New Jersey.  He and his family moved to Pennsylvania in 1969 where he learned the life of hardship and struggles that come with life on a remote homestead required hard work, dedication and long hours.  He graduated from High School and enlisted in the Pa. National Guard, and enrolled in the senior ROTC program at Rutgers University where he earned his commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Infantry Branch.  He led an expansive honorable career in the U.S. Army and due to his dedication, graduated from college and was promoted up the ranks to Colonel John D. Vernon.  He earned and was presented with many prestigious military awards for his service and dedication to our nation such as his first Meritorious Service Medal from Lieutenant Colonel Tommy Smith Commander, 3rd Battalion, 325th ABCT and when promoted to Colonel, Lieutenant General Bruce “Orville” Wright pinned on his eagles. Colonel John D. David Mulatto, author, is welcomed by Rose Colombo, Worldwide Radio Host on “Author’s Corner.” David Mulatto shares his exciting and timely book, Left vs. Right, Black vs. White, bringing his information and true human interest stories into the light and how it reflects upon what is happening in the cities of Ferguson and Baltimore in the USA. Americans are witnessing Black-White tension increasing across America most recently.  David Mulatto was born in 1954. His parents were from different cultures. His other was a White British woman and his dad was African American at a time when stereotypes and prejudice were at an all time high.  After David was born, his biological parents abandoned him and severed all parental ties.  He became a ward of the state and was classified as a “mixed” race.  Racism, isolation, and failure to fit in are just some of the many struggles that are prevalent in the lives of those who visually stand out.  David was no exception to the rule.  David struggled throughout his youth due to lack of education and work opportunity, magnified by racial perceptions making it appear as if reaching any dream, let alone the American dream was impossible. But, after surviving these difficult challenges as an abandoned child and not giving up, he worked his ways through the pain and inner suffering and through his faith and inner light, he succeeded. Today, David Mulatto is a respected author and a productive respected citizen as well as an honorable husband and father.   David Mulatto shares his trials and tribulations with the world to bring hope to all abandoned children and all who are treated differently as children and young adults for a myriad of reasons. The pain is the same.  David brings the world a powerful message.
