The Following excerpts published by Wikipedia and reposted out of respect for the U.S. Navy Seals, who were accused of insulting a dangerous terrorist, known as “The Finisher” and “The Butcher of Fallujah.” He mutilated 4 innocent men who were contracted to Blackwater hired to assist the U.S. troops in Fallujah. Americans should never forget what happened to our U.S. Navy Seals accused by the foreign enemy on the battlefield as the U.S. Navy Seals ended up standing trial or the 4 men brutally killed by a terrorist leader who murdered hundreds of innocent people.

Every man and woman puts their lives in danger for our nation when they volunteer to serve in The United States Navy Seals or The United States Military, U.S. Navy and Air Force, and U.S. Coast Guard. These are the risks they each must face when they sign up to protect our nation from foreign and domestic enemies. This dangerous terrorist Ahmad Hashim abd al Isawi, known as the “Butcher of Fallujah” accused the Navy Seals of making his lip bleed, after this terrorist committed heinous crimes against 4 innocent men. He used the instructions laid out in the play books for the terrorists and jihadist to carry out which caused the U.S. Navy Seals to be put on trial after they captured this evil terrorist butcher.

“On March 31, 2004, Iraqi insurgents ambushed a convoy assigned to protect food caterers ESS who were supplying US military bases near Fallujah.[11] Four armed private contractors working as security guards for Blackwater USA – Scott Helvenston, Jerko Zovko, Wesley Batalona, and Michael Teague – were killed by machine gun fire and a grenade thrown through a window of their SUVs.[12][13] Their bodies were dragged from the burning wreckage of their vehicles, mutilated, and dragged through the streets by a spontaneous mob largely composed of teenagers and boys. Two of the bodies were hung on display from a bridge over the Euphrates river as the crowd celebrated below.[12][14] Images of the gruesome aftermath were filmed by the international news media, drawing attention to issues around private contractors[11] and prompting Operation Vigilant Resolve,[15] which evolved into the first Battle of Fallujah. Their bodies were recovered near the outskirts of Baghdad early in April.[16]

Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was originally suspected as the organiser of the ambush[2] as he was known to planning terror attacks and believed to be in the area.[16] The intelligence community was doubtful, however, because the exhibitionism of broadcasting images of the desecration of the victim’s bodies was uncharacteristic of al-Zarqawi, whose typical style was to leak to Al Jazeera that he had planned an attack some weeks after it occurred.[2] Based on intelligence reports, U.S. authorities eventually accused Ahmad Hashim Abd al-Isawi of masterminding the ambush,[3][4][5][13] and he was charged with the deaths upon his capture.[8] The brutality of the ambush and desecration of the victim’s remains earned al-Isawi the nickname the “Butcher of Fallujah,” however only within US military and intelligence circles and not among the people of Fallujah, most of whom supported the insurgency to remove the US military occupation from their country. The Blackwater killings marked the start of Ahmad Hashim’s supposed rivalry with al-Zarqawi and his “blood-soaked journey to the peak of al-Qaeda command.”[2] Patrick Robinson’s book about al-Isawi’s capture described him as having “personally started on the rubble-strewn streets the worst close-combat fighting of the entire war,” creating in Fallujah the “most violent area in all of Iraq … [where] the demented Sunni killer Al-Isawi had assumed a loose and terrifying control.”[2]

In September 2004, al-Zarqawi was the “highest priority” target in Fallujah for the United States military;[17] he died in a targeted killing in June 2006 when a United States Air Forcejet dropped two 500-pound (230 kg) guided bombs on the safehouse in which he was attending a meeting.[18] al-Isawi replaced him as a key target, a briefing from a commander of SEAL Team 4 stating “Gentlemen, for us there’s nothing so difficult as searching for the unknown. But right now, the way it’s been for God knows how long, we have only a name for this bastard Isawi. There’s no more doubt that he strung up the bodies on the bridge, matter of fact he seems proud of that. But we’ve never been able even to see the sonofabitch. Right now we don’t even have a friggin’ photograph.”[2]

Capture

Five years after the ambush, in September 2009, a Navy SEAL team raided a house in search of al-Isawi,[13] who was at that time both a high-value target for intelligence gathering[2]and the most wanted terrorist in Iraq.[19] Special Warfare Operator, Second Class Matthew McCabe located and confronted a man matching al-Isawi’s description, who was reaching for a gun.[13] Following orders to capture al-Isawi if possible, and at personal risk, McCabe subdued al-Isawi and he was taken into custody in what was initially reported as a “textbook” operation.[13]

Abuse allegations

Following his incarceration at Camp Schwedler, al-Isawi alleged, with blood on his lip and shirt, that he had suffered abuse as a detainee. According to U.S. authorities, a jihadist manual discovered in 2000 instructs captured operatives to immediately claim to have been mistreated.[13][20][21] Petty officer third class MA3 Kevin DeMartino who had responsibility for supervising al-Isawi, and had left him unsupervised in violation of procedures,[22][23] offered corroboration that McCabe had struck al-Isawi in the stomach[24] while other SEALs failed to intervene. Members of the SEAL team were interrogated and encouraged to confess to misdeeds in return for receiving non-judicial punishment,[13] which they refused and exercised their right to demand to face a court-martial.[13] McCabe, Jonathan Keefe, and Julio Huertas ultimately faced courts-martial on charges including assault (McCabe only), making a false official statement, and dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee.[4][5][8]

Evidence presented in the McCabe court martial can be divided into four broad categories: video testimony from al-Isawi as the alleged victim, direct testimony from DeMartino regarding the alleged assault, testimony and character evidence from SEAL team members and other witnesses, and medical evidence. al-Isawi’s recorded testimony was played for the court first, in which he alleged that “while handcuffed and blindfolded, he was kicked in the abdomen and fell to the floor … [and] then kicked several more times while on the floor.”[30] During the video playback, the defence used an easel to present what it described as inconsistencies in al-Isawi’s testimony.[30] Evidence was then submitted of al-Isawi’s suspected involvement in the Fallujah killings, and testimony presented that he was “believed to have killed hundreds of Iraqis”[22] and earned the nickname “The Finisher” amongst Iraqis, for his reputedly having “the decapitated bodies of his victims delivered to their families’ doorsteps.”[34] The detachment officer-in-charge, the direct commander of both McCabe and DeMartino, testified for the government under a grant of immunity that he observed blood on al-Isawi’s lip.

Under cross-examination by the defense, he suggested that al-Isawi was “hamming it up” and faking injuries, and said the detainee “sucked on the sore in his mouth to mix blood in with his saliva and spit it out after he heard Iraqi voices”;[22]an oral surgeon confirmed that the blood may have come from biting a mouth ulcer.[5] At the Huertas court-martial, photographs of al-Isawi’s “face and body taken in the days immediately after the alleged attack” were presented in evidence, and showed “a visible cut inside his lip but no obvious signs of bruising or injuries anywhere else.”[35]Consequently, with the claim of repeated kicks unsupported by physical evidence and the testimony that the bleeding lip may have been self-inflicted, both the defense and some subsequent commentary argued that al-Isawi was following the directions in the al-Qaeda manual to claim mistreatment

] The defense attorney described the prosecution as “asking the jury to take the word of a terrorist and a sailor who admitted initially lying about the incident.”[24] Following the completion of the government case and even without all of the defense case having been presented, Sullivan noted that “[b]ased on the evidence presented thus far … I would conclude that the Government has not established its case beyond a reasonable doubt. In fact, if this were a civil case, I would find that the defense prevails under a preponderance of the evidence standard even before seeing the complete defense case.”[31]

All three men were acquitted, with the Keefe and Huerta courts-martial taking place in Iraq to allow al-Isawi to testify in person.[4][5][23] Commentary in conservative media has criticized the Navy for its handling of the abuse allegations.[1][3][37][38] Ray Hartwell, for example, described the U.S. military leadership as having responded just as al-Isawi would have hoped when he “played the ‘abuse’ card”, by turning against their own troops;[10][37] an opinion-writer in the New York Post described al-Isawi as having “told a preposterous tale of having been beaten and stomped by several men in boots.”[1] Keefe and McCabe expressed their views through their collaboration with Robinson on his book titled Honor and Betrayal: The Untold Story of the Navy Seals Who Captured the “Butcher of Fallujah” and remember the 4 men who were butchered and all the victims that this dangerous terrorist tortured and killed.”

We, The American Natural Born Citizens Blessed by God as His children to be born in the Great Republic operated by God’s Universal Laws, The Ten Commandments, The U.S. Constitution embedded The Ten Commandments as the keys to all man made laws in the USA creating a Christian Foundation. We, The Natural-Born Americans are obligated to defend our nation from foreign invasions. We, the Natural born Americans are innate to America’s soil. We were born in the USA and we should hope that we die in the USA, One Nation Under God. We are mandated by the Constitution of the USA to defend our borders be it Law Enforcers, Military or armed Militia when called upon to do so and save the U.S. Constitution from being replaced with Sharia Law or Communist or Socialist foreign laws. Which constitutional authority are the Clinton’s and Obama’s and Democrats applying to give away our land and tax dollars to unidentified foreign enemies coming into the USA refusing to follow U.S. Laws and assimilate?

The American people somehow elected Bill and Hillary for two terms into the White House and they had great disdain for the U.S. Military and as I stated, Bill Clinton dodged the draft and said, he’d never fight for this country. He reduced the Department of Defense Funding and laid off thousands of staff.

Obama may never have registered with the Military. He concealed his “credentials” and his “ID” from America which was just fine with the Democrats. He also had great disdain for the MIlitary and tied their hands on the battlefield and continually threatened to deny an pay increase and a 3rd hot meal and ordered the American military to ask permission to fire on the enemy or they would end up in Leavenworth and quite a few did. Obama embraced the designated terrorist organization, The Muslim Brotherhood, and met with them consistently in the White House.

In fact, Obama and and Bill Clinton never served in the Military; however, under their watch, American veterans, especially vets who fought in Viet Nam, were treated poorly. They’ve been treated as if they are discardable people by the Democrats. The Clinton’s and Obama’s embraced the Muslim Brotherhood-CAIR as well as Communist China and Socialist Nations. The Clinton’s and Obama’s and their team are the reason America could go bankrupt as they flood our nation with foreign enemies through open borders living off welfare and ripping off welfare programs and allegedly sending the American tax dollars back to their homelands to fund the terrorist groups.

The terrorists and Jihadist are deep- seeded in their Sharia Law or Communist manifesto or Socialism which turns into communism. Anyone who refuses to assimilate as an American and uphold U.S. Constitutional Law living in America off the taxpayers in my opinion are illegally inside the USA and ripping off the welfare programs paid into by the American taxpayers. To-date, the Middle East alleged refugees and illegals supposedly fleeing tyrannical laws, but appear to be working overtime to impose tyrannical foreign laws on the USA have ripped off $1 BIllion plus $123 Million taxpayer dollars paid into welfare programs for Opioids, Day Care, and SNAP ((food). And, 90% are living off the welfare programs while ripping off the taxpayer welfare programs!

The Clinton’s and Obama’s and their Democratic team have been allowed for decades to trample on the Supreme Laws of the Land and refuse to secure the borders as required by Constitutional Law meaning they are prohibiting ICE and Border Patrol and The U.S. Military from upholding their sworn oath to defend the United States Borders from foreign invasions. The Democrats work overtime to make sure that ICE, Border Patrol, and the Military cannot assure Americans that all foreigners are entering through ports-of-entry and inspected as required by law.

Today, because of Pelosi, Schumer, Hillary, Bill, Obama’s, Biden, Feinstein, Nadler, Cummings, Waters, Schiff, Comey, Holder, Jarrett, Huma, and the Socialist Democratic Party, America is experiencing a National Emergency Crisis at the U.S. Border and they are intent to support criminals and terrorists entering into the USA over the Natural-Born Legal Americans who pay their wages.

In fact, they are endangering the lives of every American as the foreigners believe it’s their right to marry 9 year-old girls and rape females as well as deny access to Law Enforcers into what the anti-American foreigners say are “no-go zones” on our Homeland. The Obama’s and Clinton’s and Bushes never stopped the foreigners from being flown into the USA by Obama and Hillary as preplanned and secretly in the night while Americans slept. They changed and transformed Minnesota it appears into an enclave of Jihadist and welfare recipients and as the #1 state for recruiting Jihadists in the USA and who will do anything about it? And, the diseases brought into the USA by Third World Nations isn’t even mentioned by the Congress!

The Obama’s and Clinton’s and the Democrats and Rinos appear to embrace former Communist Russia even when Bill Clinton fled the USA to flee the U.S. Draft. He fled to Oxford and after two girls alleged rape, he fled to Communist China, according to old news articles. He was never punished for fleeing the U.S. Draft, but rewarded.

The question blowing in the wind is why did Bush send the troops into Iraq? And, why did Obama say he would end the war in Iraq and instead, he left the vacuum of vehicles, weapons and ammos that helped create ISIS. It all appears that it goes back to using America’s welfare programs to fund the unidentified fake refugees from the Middle East into the USA forcing Americans to pay for all their living expenses on Welfare and Obamacare while they ripped off more than $123 Million plus $1 Billion that allegedly was being sent back to their Homelands to fund terrorists recruitment.

So, why were the U.S. Military sent to the Middle East when Obama and the Democrats were migrating the Jihadist and Terrorists into the USA under the guise of Christian Refugees? It appears that many believe Americans are stupid so they decided to rip off the American taxpayers in the greatest welfare fraud in the history of the USA. No wonder they appears to be laughing and smiling probably at Americans! Obama said he was migrating Christian Refugees, but the majority are radicalized and refuse to assimilate as Americans or uphold the U.S. Constitutional laws required by the Supreme Laws of the Land. In fact, they speak out and say they aren’t here to assimilate, but dominate America! Now, that’s bold and that should result in deportation, but not.

This secret migration of Somalians and Palestinians linked to Hamas appears to be the Obama-Hillary secret pre planned agenda without transparency to begin changing and transforming the USA into the Dream of Obama’s father and Obama and Michelle which appears to be replacing the U.S. Constitution and American way of Life into a Sharia Law Nation dominated by Muslims.

Sadly, the Obama’s and Clinton’s, Soros, and the Democrats approved of this pre planned invasion into the USA and Open borders as well as the secret diversion of U.S. tax dollars after Obama placed fear in the minds of Americans to approve the trillions in stimulus money that only benefited the Obama’s, Clinton’s, Democrats, Bundlers, Soros, SEIU, Muslims, and Illegals in order to change and transform the USA into his dream of a Muslim nation. They were sending our troops over to their Homelands while flying in and walking in the radicals into the USA for 8 years and still coming through caravans.

In the meantime, the refugees ripped off the welfare programs. In fact, 90% of the refugees live off the American taxpayer welfare programs. The truth is that the majority of radicals didn’t leave their Homeland to come to the USA fleeing from tyrannical laws, but came to impose their tyrannical laws and civilization on Americans and enslave the American taxpayers to support the lifestyle that Omar says they deserve and are entitled to from the taxpayers. Obama made it clear that they would be provided for with housing, food, clothing, Obamacare, cell phones, and so forth for FREE, but nothing is free, it came from our hard earned tax dollars while killing off the future Americans at birth and after birth and the elderly and seniors and vets who are chronically ill under Obamacare by pulling the plug on Americans to make room for the Third World invaders.

So, while the U.S. Navy Seals were sent on a mysterious secret mission in the middle of the night, Seal Team 6, over Afghanistan after killing OBL and after Biden released their names on worldwide television, somehow the 15th century Afghan terrorists were made aware of the mission and shot them down while radicals were been flown into America secretly at night, especially Dearborn, where the Americans woke up one morning and thought they were transported to the Middle East.

The U.S. Navy Seals who were accused of making the lip bleed of a dangerous terrorist, “The Butcher of Fallujah” who they courageously captured after mutilating 4 innocent men contracted to Blackwater were put on trial instead of rewarded with Medals and cheers from Americans and the Military and Obama White House, but then Obama sent them to capture him while he was flying more radicals into the USA secretly at night at the taxpayer expense of all Americans without their knowledge.

Wake Up, America! About 1989, on my talk radio show syndicated in Southern California on KIEV, KORG, KYMS, KGER, AND KWNK, I stated, “Wake Up, America! Wake up all you little sleepy heads out there!” And, I would ask, “Is America on the verge of the American dream or the American nightmare?” But, most people remained asleep to the corruption that was slowly creeping into our courts, government, schools, and churches. I’d ask my audience, “Are you awake now? The time is coming when you will witness the death of the U.S. Constitution shredded right before your very eyes.Of course, many listeners thought of the government topics as “conspiracy theories.” Well, all evil begins with a conspiracy theory and some people conspire before running as public servants; after all, we are our thoughts.

Shockingly, we are living in the year 2013 and the U.S. Congress is failing miserably as they violate their sworn oaths to uphold the U.S. Constitution and perform their fiduciary duty, i.e., control the budget, read and make laws in accordance with the U.S. Constitution and the will of the majority of Americans, which are fair, just, and equitable. Congress failed to Repeal, eliminate funding, and Nullify 923 draconian Executive Orders signed by Obama that deny constitutional rights and freedoms. In fact, the past and current U.S. Congress and Senators and all public servants even at the highest levels are ignoring and avoiding exercising their powers and refuse to ask a man, who was unvetted not once, not twice, but three times – 3X – “Who are you?” or “Where are your credentials?” They didn’t ask, “Why would you want to disarm Americans and arm anti-American nations?” Or, “Where was everyone before, during, and after Benghazi?” Obama stated that he’responsible for the final decisions as Commander-in-Chief whenever he spoke at press conferences. Remember, the news reported that final orders for military personnel must come from the White House before they can act. Its been stated that U.S. military officers must seek permission before taking action against the enemy or they could face punishment.

Well, here are the questions that Americans should be asking of their representatives before it’s too late!

Why does a unvetted senator or a unvetted (2x) US President, which is documented by news reports, believe that eliminating or circumventing or changing the 2nd Amendment for the purpose of disarming Americans is constitutionally allowed when the “Dick Act of 1902” prohibits the federal government, from denying Americans their right to bear arms?  Let’s review the following actions relating to the Obama regime who sold untracked guns to untracked cartel members linked to terrorists using U.S. tax dollars diverted from the Recovery Act for jobs. This same regime sent U.S. tax dollars, weapons, and funding to anti-American nations and jobs and technology to Communist China who is demanding Americans disarm! Below are the questions:

1.  Why did President Obama, according to Deputy AG Ogden, launch Fast and Furious and fund Fast and Furious with Recovery Funds promised for U.S. jobs with the express intent of selling untracked US guns to untracked criminals on foreign soil?  In fact, untracked guns are still missing and in the hands of the untracked cartel members, but the Obama regime, with the approval of a silent congress proposes the disarming of law-abiding Americans, but for what purpose?  Law-abiding Americans don’t kill children or innocent adults!

Did congress have knowledge of the $10,000,000 taken from the Recovery funds and diverted to a secret program so U.S. agents could sell untracked guns to untracked criminals in Mexico?  And, if congress didn’t have knowledge of the $10,000,000 diverted from the Recovery Funds, Americans must ponder if congress relinquished their power to perform their fiduciary duty and control the purse strings as well as account for taxpayer dollars? And, who was responsible to track the $10,000,000 diverted from the Recovery Fund to implement Fast and Furious? Surely, someone is tracking the budget for each department.

After all, the only people, who ended up “unarmed”  were the thousands of executed victims, who couldn’t defend themselves without guns between 2009 and 2011 after Fast and Furious was implemented.  The Fast and Furious video of Deputy AG Ogden was seen on national news in April 2009.  And, the fact is that there are thousands of untracked illegal guns with unknown locations and unknown owners making it impossible for the government to track thousands of untracked guns.  Illegal guns are owned by untracked criminals,so the only people who will be disarmed and tracked are innocent law-abiding citizens owning legal guns. Also, criminals know how to make guns and ammunitions and they can buy them from communist nations and the Black Market.

2.  Why did President Obama order 220 Tomahawk missiles fired off at Libya that killed unarmed innocent women, children, Gaddafi’s grandchildren and teenage son, as well as his son’s friends, and freedom fighters?  The victims of the Libyan attack were  defenseless.  Why were the missiles fired off without congressional authority that killed unarmed people who hit national news including women and children. So, why doesn’t the NRA use the photos of all the children murdered in the Middle East with U.S. Tomahawk missiles against the push to take guns away from Americans.

Are people no more than “bumps in the road” or “collateral damage” if the means justifies their goal, but the same public servants exempt themselves from the same laws that they mandate for the peasants.  Americans ponder how is it moral and ethical to deny due process of law to Americans while providing due process of law to radicals and illegals who kill Americans?

3.  Why did President Obama send billions of US tax dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood and Palestinians linked to Hamas to buy weapons and send Fighter Jets to the Middle East, after he helped install Muslim Brotherhood dictators into leadership positions?  Didn’t such action render the freedom fighters and opposition to Sharia Law helpless.  It appears that the freedom fighters weren’t supplied with arms, but the tyrants were supplied with arms.

4.  Why does the US President have excessive numbers of armed body guards to protect himself and his family, but opposes the right of Americans to exercise their 236 year old right to bear arms as guaranteed by the US Constitution?

Why would the White House want Americans to remain defenseless against criminals who are armed if their lives are threatened by criminals?  Guns are smuggled into the U.S. just like drugs. As I stated, guns are smuggled throughout the world in the Black market and sold to cartels around the world, so why would loyal American public servants want to render innocent law-abiding Americans helpless against criminals, terrorists, a tyrannical government, or a foreign enemy invasion, especially since police can’t arrive in time to save victims from armed criminals?

5.  Why does the U.S. President and congress believe it’s the right of  public servants to carry concealed weapons and defend themselves and their families and simultaneously support the UN small arms treaty that would disarm Americans?  The 2nd Amendment and the Dick Act of 1902 prohibit the federal government from disarming Americans, yet they attempt to deny  U.S. Constitutional rights.  All public servants have sworn an oath to uphold, defend, and preserve the U.S. Constitution.  Law abiding Americans don’t kill children or adults unless a criminal threatens them. Senator Feinstein testified that she carries a concealed weapon and she will take out any criminal who threatens her or her husband!

6.  Why would judges and lawyers be allowed to carry concealed weapons and hire armed body guards, but not the average Americans who aren’t employed by the federal government?

7.  Why did the federal government purchase $1.6 billion rounds of ammunition and sniper bullets recently to be used against which people since ammunition is purchased to kill? In the book, Fight Back Legal Abuse, the author write, “There is no justice, only decisions.”

Obviously, as history has proven, and it’s Eric Holder who referred to Obama – as dictator-like – that dictators throughout history, who disarmed the people and ordered them to lay down their guns eventually were ordered to lay down their lives, and genocide occurred every time, so how is this in the best interest of the American people?  How is denying Americans their right to exercise the right to bear arms written in accordance with the will of the people or in accordance with the US Constitution or the Dick Act of 1902?   It is not!  For only the criminals, government, military (who must ask permission to shoot back at the enemy under the Obama regime according to news articles), will be armed, for once they deny and suspend constitutional rights, the dictators always come back to take away whatever rights remain including the Right-to-Life!  Look at Communist China, Russia, Iraq,  Cuba, Venezuela, Chile,  Rwanda, Germany and Europe! Remember, the NDAA law?  Did any U.S. Natural Born Citizen ever think they would see the day when the U.S. President, V.P., and Congress would target American Citizens to be possibly placed on a secret hit lists that could target them on domestic and foreign soil based on an accusation only and be considered legal, so how evil is that? Isn’t that the same as hiring hit men to kill innocent people who may be mistaken by the government or 100% innocent?

Rose says, “And, the dictators said, Come, march to my drum beat and I shall take care of you for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come, let me radiate your naked bodies for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come, let me grope your bodies for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come, let me teach your children how to behave for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come, let me determine your value and worth for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come let me provide you work in the camp for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come, let me tell you what you can or can’t eat and drink or what you can or can’t be or do, for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come, let me mandate vaccines and Rx drugs for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come, let me mandate abortions for it is in the best interest of certain sheeple!  Come, let me disarm you for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come, let me track you and enslave you for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!  Come, worship me, for it is in the best interest of the sheeple!

And, the sheeple did as they were told by public servants. They bowed to their new world leader.  The sheeple didn’t ask questions nor did the congress who the sheeple entrusted to be men and women of integrity, but were not for they remained silent.  The rest of the story is repeated in well-documented history books. Many sheeple have been slaughtered throughout history because they were disarmed by their leaders under the guise that it was for their protection.  Other sheeple were disarmed.  Afterwards, they were forced by the armed soldiers to drink the kool-aid against their will at gun point.  They drank the kool-aid when Jim Jones and his armed guards surrounded them.  They killed the sheeple and even a U.S. Congressman.  The sheeple didn’t realize that they were defenseless against an armed fraud as their leader and armed criminals and they had awakened to the truth much too late! After he disarmed the people, they carried out a genocide against Americans. Article I, Section 8, of the United States Constitution says Congress shall have the power to ……DECLARE WAR.,” not the President.  How then shall we decide if the Constitution is respected as the law of the land or even acknowledged by President Obama or congress?  Shall we assume that Congress is looking the other way and dismissing the Rule of Law as a mere charter of negative laws or liberties that no longer need to be followed, but ignored or changed?

Consequently, such negligent behaviors by congress begs the question:  Is congress holding themselves above the laws of the land by ignoring Obama’s one man decision to declare war without presenting his case to congress?  How then does Obama have the authority to spend billions of dollars on a war without the approval of congress?  It appears that congress is fearful of  calling for an investigation into Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS, HHS, AP, and NSA, NDAA, Patriot Act, which are U.S. scandals and possibly crimes recurring from within the federal government without oversight which can lead to Obstruction of Justice.

Therefore, We The People must ask if  Obama is following the decisions set down by the U.N. versus the laws established by the constitution of the United States.  Obama stated several times that the US Constitution and US Congress are “meaningless?”  Perhaps, they were “meaningless” to him when he swore an oath to uphold, defend, and protect the U.S. Constitution, twice, with his hand on the “red” book.   The fact that Obama in my opinion violated the US Constitution and by-passed and ignored congress when he ordered the military to fire off 220 Tomahawk missiles at Libya and wasn’t held accountable for what appeared to most Americans as an “act of war” against a nation who never threatened to attack the United States of America.

And, let’s not forget that famous interview of Hillary Clinton, former Secretary of State, who laughed hysterically when asked about the assassination of Gadaffi.  On national television, Gadaffi referred to Obama as “my son” and “our son” and congratulated a Kenyan for winning the election as President of the USA which shocked the entire Middle East and Kenya’s family, Parliament, and citizens.

Therefore, how is it that congress failed to call for an investigation into Obama’s failure to follow the Rule of Law since America is a Republic that operates by the Rule of Law?   Should we fear asking if America is still a Republic versus what many believe is a  Corporation owned by the Rothschild bankers.  Otherwise; how should We The People know how congress can justify ignoring Obama’s trampling on the laws of the land as if they have relinquished their powers and granted absolute power to a non-vetted admitted Kenyan in a free nation?

It would appear that the majority of Americans should be outraged that a U.S. President would fire missiles at a nation who didn’t attack the USA.  It is not important for all Americans to know where the loyalties of every U.S. President and the U.S. Congressional member lie during this volatile time in world history with knowledge that the wealthy elite are  determined to create a global world and seek to depopulate the world by 90% by the year 2050?  I guess firing off 220 Tomahawk Missiles would do the trick over time.

How is it that Americans are calling the congressional representatives with outrage and asking how much money Obama and Hillary Clinton spent on the attack against Libya that put their nation in disarray where blood was shed. It appears that Obama and congress are spending a lot less money and are a lot less concerned about fixing the economy or creating jobs versus their efforts that are destroying the U.S. economic status and reducing America’s credit rating for the first time in 240 years. It appears that they are more concerned about destroying jobs through outsourcing and using U.S. tax dollars against the will of the legal American citizens as they unconstitutionally spy on innocent Americans.  They are using U.S. tax dollars it appears to supply weapons and funding to train up anti-American and anti-Christian and anti-Jew organizations and rebels.

Remember, “The 1787 Adoption of the Constitution”  gave congress the power to raise and support armies,”  “Provide and maintain a Navy,” and “to make rules for the government and regulation of the land and Naval forces, as well as to “declare war” as well as granted the President of the United States the responsibility of being the military’s Commander In Chief.  The title, Commander-in-Chief is separate and apart from Obama declaring himself a one-man decision maker to declare war without congressional authority then have the congress diminish it as a non-war.

Furthermore, Americans should be asking if Obama violated the U.S. Constitution when he took it upon himself without the approval of Congress to sit as the Acting Chair of the U.N., while he is a sitting President of the United States? The U.S. Congress prohibits such behavior, but he appears to be able to do whatever he decides to do and it appears he has been granted special privileges.  Is Obama held above constitutional law and without accountability?

How then do these issues not raise eyebrows so that Americans can determine if the U.S. President as well as the U.S. Congress have misdirected their loyalty and are leaning towards protecting foreign anti-American nations and not so much legal Americans?  It appears the U.N. s overstepped their power when the federal government allowed the United Nations to trample upon America and the American people as the United Nations without any authority of the USA continues to overstep their bounds and demand Americans give up their weapons and children, or redistribute America’s wealth to them, depopulate future natural-born citizens, and give up U.S. Liberties to them.

During a senatorial investigation, former Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, stated to Chair, Jeff Sessions, that “we” – assuming Panetta and Obama, the Commander-in-Chief, would not seek permission for their agendas from Congress in the future, but would seek permission from international bodies, and may or may not inform Congress.  How is that not impeachable offenses?  In other words, their loyalty no longer lies with the Constitution and Congress, but with foreign international bodies, which should have caused outrage by Americans, but did not.

Obama and Hillary Clinton and their Democratic Regime appear to have gone rogue and appear to have been working with the Deep State and Shadow Governments which would include DHS-Fema and The Clinton Foundation and CFR, U.N. and NWO in my opinion.  They allowed the Muslim Brotherhood, to frequent the White House in secret meetings with Obama without the press present and tour the White House.  The stated and written strategic goal of the Muslim Brotherhood is to wipe out America, Europe, and Israel – all of Western Civilization.

How is it that President Obama determined that he has the power to declare war against Libya without presenting his case to Congress who are supposed to represent We The People?  The Congress is the only body established by the U.S. Constitution that can declare war with just cause. The Congress is responsible for U.S. tax dollars being spent wisely, yet, they wasted about $600,000 per Tomahawk Missile fired off at Libya for a total of 220.  Multiple $600,000.00 x 220 and that’s what the taxpayers lost and that doesn’t include the loss of life and property in Libya.  It appears that the White House and Congress spend the taxpayer’s money as if it’s theirs to do whatever they choose and ignore their responsibility to the American taxpayers.  This writer read that by 2016, the Tomahawk Missiles would be reduced down substantially because of Obama’s war on Libya which could mean he left America vulnerable.

The American people compensate the Presidents of the United States with jobs and taxpayer-funded wages, but within that election process lies a fiduciary duty and expectation of all public servants. The belief of a sworn oath by We The People includes the belief that the elected public servants will uphold morality, honesty, integrity, common sense, and loyalty to the USA and in exchange for their sworn oaths, they are required to uphold the Rule of Law as established within the U.S. Constitution. The  President is required to uphold his sworn oath as Commander-in-Chief and protect the safety and welfare of our U.S. military, not intentionally send the U.S. Navy Seals and Military into harm’s way to be slaughtered like sheep.

It appears to this writer that congress failed to protect the U.S. Military with all the Obama dictatorial orders that tied the hands of the military men and women which got many killed and dishonorably discharged or jailed!  Obama said, “America will never be at war with America” which meant in my opinion, he was protecting them, not us.  If America wasn’t at war with Islam then why were the troops sent to the Middle East to be injured or die on their soil?  This was the fault of the corrupted DNC and Democratic Socialist Liberal Congress and the Rinos as many became wealthy even though they are on taxpayer-funded wages.

The sworn oath doesn’t grant authority to exempt any US President or Congressional member from the law or grant them the authority to hold themselves above the law.The Congress and Obama decided they would hold themselves above the law it does appear. In fact,  lawmakers are to be held to a higher standard of the law. The sworn oath doesn’t grant authority to a U.S. President to rule by abuse of power and without objection by Congress.  The Constitution doesn’t grant a President of the USA to by-pass congress and the constitution by declaring the constitution and congress “meaningless” and state he will rule by Executive Order because he has a pen and a phone.  The Congress failed in their fiduciary duty to read laws and failed to nullify laws that were unconstitutional, illegal, and unlawful.

The truth is that every elected U.S. President and each member of congress has a fiduciary duty to read in-depth and study in-depth each law before they approve it and assure the American people each law is just, fair, equitable, economically sound, moral, and of good common sense.  They failed to do that between 1992-2016.

Therefore, how is it that Americans would not unite and protest any U.S. President or  Congressional members to say,  “Well, it doesn’t matter that Obama didn’t seek permission from Congress before ordering the military to fire off 220 Tomahawk missiles without approval against a leader and nation that never threatened the USA.  Obama’s rogue decisions eliminated Checks and Balances as he ruled by Executive Order only. Wars create homelessness, poverty, orphans, injured bodies, death and destruction, loss of jobs and income, and contaminated water and food, as well as disease.  Think about it!

The U.S. Constitution declares that Congress controls the purse strings, not the U.S. President, but Congress handed over the purse strings of the people’s tax dollars to president Obama in 2009. Americans are concerned about their welfare and safety since the majority of congressional members are rolling over like lap dogs and complicit to whatever president Obama decides. Are they afraid to speak out and if so then they should resign for they appear to care less that the economic status of the USA is sinking without recovery in sight.

Since the age of Obama and the Clinton’s taking office in 2009, it appears that the Democratic Congress doesn’t even bother to investigate or question the migration of unidentified foreigners in the tens of thousands into the USA from foreign terrorist nations?  How is it they were okay with Obama and Hillary, Ogden, and Holder trafficking and selling guns on foreign soil in Mexico to unidentified cartel members who murdered innocent people for two years between 2009 and 2011 on both sides of the borders after the President of Mexico met with Holder and Hillary Clinton complaining the guns were coming into Mexico from the USA?

In my opinion, the American Citizens should be wearing their red, white, and blue sandals and walking like the Egyptians.  Americans should ask how is it that a U.S. President is informed of a BP oil spill in the gulf of Mexico and he does absolutely nothing for two months to prevent its spill into the gulf that kills off the ocean life and fishing industry affecting the food industry in Mexico and the USA?  And, what happened to the billions paid to the Obama Regime for the oil leak by BP Oil?

Congress is compensated with taxpayer-funded wages and jobs in exchange for their promises and sworn oath that mandates they uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution of the USA and the welfare and safety of the American citizens, but the Democratic Socialist Liberal and Rino Congress have failed Americans greatly.  They cared less about vetting a U.S. President and cared less that he altered a Certificate of Live Birth and a U.S. Birth Certificate throughout the entire federal government which is absolute unprecedented and stunning in the greatest nation in the world.  The only explanation is that America is facing enemies from within not just from without.
