Colombo enters into the world of authors and experts and welcomes a well-informed and experienced guest, Donald C. Brockett, sharing his latest book hot off the press, “The Tyrannical Rule of the U.S. Supreme Court:” A fascinating book on how the court violates the U.S. Constitution. Mr. Brockett is a veteran Prosecutor, who attended Lewis & Clark High School and Gonzaga University where he graduated from Law School in 1961. During his time as a Prosecutor, he tried numerous high profile criminal cases including three death penalty cases. He handled appeals in the Washington State Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His position in the Supreme Court prevailed in the case of Aldinger v. Howard, 427 U.S 1, where he defended the County Treasurer in a civil rights lawsuit.
