Obama Care is socialism at work!  How many Americans want a podiatrist operating on their brain if all doctors are considered equal and all pay is equalized under Obama Care?  Well, how about a federal worker radiating your body instead of a licensed or certified and trained radiologists as required by state laws?  Is it possible the banksters are creating socialism for American after promoting capitalism?

Ironically individual states can’t afford to pay 100% of retirement and health care  benefits for teachers during this deep recession, especially in Wisconsin.  On the other hand, Obama recklessly printed $5 Trillion of U.S. taxpayer dollars which burdens the American people and future generations with generational debt.

So, if the debt was a few billion when Obama took office then how is it that after he printed nearly $5 trillion dollars that there isn’t a surplus?  And, since Obama took office, the unemployment rate has skyrocketed into the double-digits with little recovery in sight. Ghost cities are springing up across America as well as tent cities never before seen as common place which occurred after Obama was elected. President George W. Bush created some debt, but not  even close to the $5 trillion debt under Obama’s reign.

In fact, the news reported recently that U.S. banks can’t handle the unprecedented number of  foreclosures remaining on their books.  Food banks are closing down!  Yet, Obama printed and spent nearly $5 Trillion dollars of taxpayer money which he didn’t use towards helping the American people.  Obama promised to help America and maintain our economic status in the world.  So, the $5 trillion debt accumulated by Obama is in his court and what happened to $5 trillion dollars remains a mystery as there is very little transparency.  Yet, we do know that Obama provided funding through government contracts to groups and individuals like Chertoff and Soros, who supported and donated to his presidential campaign.  It is reported that the groups or individuals who supported Obama’s elections ended up with government contracts funded from the stimulus for private corporations such as Rapiscan owned by OSI Systems.

In fact, Rapiscan provides Soros, who owned stock in OSI Systems, which owns Rapiscan, as well as Michael Chertoff, and the Wall Street stockholders unprecedented wealth.  They are using every U.S. man, woman, and minor child as a commodity for-profit and as Human Capital to be radiated which sets off the free radicals that kill the  healthy skin cells.  They have naked photographed or humiliated every American including children and the elderly and disabled by intrusively groping and patting down private body parts of law-abiding Americans, who are treated like criminals, while exempting Muslims.  Even doctors must have the consent of their patients before touching them. Rapiscan full body scanning is similar to ordering Americans into a microwave oven without protecting them from radiation and without a doctor reviewing the citizen’s health records. Ironically, CAIR insists that Muslim women and children are exempted based on a religious claim, but not Christian, Catholic, and Mormon, or Protestant women and children, so how is that?

Furthermore, the Clinton’s and Obama’s ended up wealthy after elected into office, yet President Clinton and non-vetted President Obama told the American people that they must sacrifice, while they party, travel, shop, and vacation.   President Bill  Clinton and  Obama outsourced U.S.  jobs and technology into communist China and sent billions of U.S. tax dollars across the oceans!  One would think they prefer building up Communist China more than the USA by their actions!  However, it is difficult to understand how America could remain bankrupt after Obama printed $5 trillion dollars as of 2011!  Can anyone grasp the amount of wealth that Obama has printed without creating jobs or stimulating America’s economy?

Surely, Obama and the majority of U.S. Federal Judges, who support Obama Care, must realize that America is on the verge of bankruptcy, yet they are intensely pushing for the take over of the private sector health care system against the objections of the American people who will burden the taxpayers with trillions of taxes and national debt after warned by the CBO that Obamacare could collapse the U.S. economy.  They are relentless at trampling on the constitutional freedom to choose as guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution, unless they believe that the U.S. Constitution no longer exists!  Could it be possible that there are federal activist judges who support the New World Order and a take over by the U.N.?    I’ll bet most Americans don’t pay attention to the fact that there are  U.N. flags flying above U.S. flags in some courtrooms in America or that there is gold fringe on many flags since 2009!   This fact should be very disturbing to the majority of U.S. citizens who pay the wages of the federal judges as well as the benefits of federal government employees.

Ironically, Obama, Sebelius, Axelrod, Jarrett, and others including the U.S. Congress is exempted as well as Muslims, SEIU, and bundlers from paying up front or complying with Obama care according to news articles.  If it’s such a good deal then why would the U.S. Congress exempt themselves from the same laws and treatment that they are forcing upon every American citizen under the threat of punishment for non-compliance? Could it be that the congress doesn’t want to be radiated, groped, naked photographed, micro-chipped, audited, and examined by federal workers instead of licensed doctors?

Also, Obama Care requires Americans to pay-up-front for an insurance premium that is inactive and for services not rendered and may never be rendered.   Obama is calling an insurance premium for services not rendered, but required to be paid up-front,  a tax, but it isn’t a tax! So, if it isn’t a tax then how is it that taxpayers will claim an insurance premium as a tax on their taxes?

Thus, Americans, who fail to comply with Obama’s mandates and requirements are coerced to pay up front under the threat of  audits, jail, and penalties, which is the way they do business in Third World countries, so how un-American is that?  It is amazing that three Federal Judges are ignoring the “Commerce Clause” as a violation of constitutional law which has been explained by major law firms including the prominent firm of Liberty Counsel.

In fact, Paul Keckley, Ph.d. Executive Director of Deloitte Center for Health Solutions stated that “reducing costs is secondary to covering everyone.”  Also, “States are a payor and a controller rather than a manager.”  The article and videos point out that Obama care will create an accelerated debt and that the economy is a deficit at state level….and that “education and health care is one of the two biggest expenses states have.”

Most importantly, Deloitte’s Review written by Robert W. Clarke, Paul H. Keckley and Steven Kraus, states, “But the journey to the new health care system has begun with enormous implications for American businesses.”  Also, “For many physicians, health reform poses a difficult transition to a ‘new normal’ focused on lower costs and evidence based performance.”

In other words, the costs for health care according to my research will excessively increase the taxes for every U.S. citizen while letting those who don’t have to pay up front for health care benefits off the hook from paying up, complying, and from punishment. So, shall we assume that this is what Obama refers to as the redistribution of America’s wealth?

How then can Obama allege that Obama Care will save Americans money when common sense states that adding 30,000,000 non-paying new immigrants, illegals, and refugees to the health care rolls at taxpayer’s expense will increase taxes?  And, remember, that democratic and Rino congressional members of the 111th congress engaged in sleazy backroom deals.  They made backroom deals with the unions and certain states, who were provided a waiver, so that  the burden of the non-paying states will be divided equally and the costs added amongst the states who were not exempted from paying-up-front for services not rendered.  And, adding 30,000,000 people onto the health care roles with the same number of doctors or fewer doctors, nurses, and hospitals, will undoubtedly decrease the quality of health care.

There is but one way to provide health care services to 30,000,000 additional people at the expense of U.S. Natural born and legal Americans and that would have to include rationing, denial of services and prescriptions, cutting out Medicare Advantage benefits, reducing health care for the elderly, cancer patients, veterans, and mentally and physically handicapped; euthanasia and mandated abortions which is happening in 2013!

Obama Released his 2012 Budget Proposal which can be accessed on-line which increases the costs for the U.S. taxpayers.  I have listed two substantial increases in Obama’s proposed Health Care Reform Budget during a deep recession for the year 2012:

1) Mental health Block Grant $434.7 Million (a $13.9 million INCREASE from FY 2011)

2)  Substance Abuse Block Grant $1.494 Billion (a $39.6 Million INCREASE from 2011)  In 2013, the budget is expected to reach $20 possibly by 2014 based on Obamacare gobbling the pie this Thanksgiving and every year thereafter.

In conclusion, Americans must ask if Obama Care will lead to death care in America, but unlike WWII, could there be a more subtle method of genocide being introduced into America, which I coined back in 2009 to be a “civil genocide?”  Wall Street views people as commodities. The elite view people as Human Capital to be enslaved as an investment and used for-profit!  In fact, President Clinton requested a study on Human Capital, so this isn’t new!  These elitist view people as numbers who are of value or no value and disposable.

Even the most unintelligible person must beg the question, why would all doctors want to be equally paid and placed on the same level?  Why would a brain surgeon who has highly technical skills and vast knowledge want to practice brain surgery if he can get equal pay for passing out diet pills?  So, once again, I ask, do you want a podiatrist or a general practitioner to operate on your brain?  **Note:  The readers may share this Blog, but not change or use the content to claim as their work.  Plagiarism is prohibited by law.

Seditious Conspiracy:  A Criminal Conspiracy to forcibly (1) Overthrow or destroy the United States Government (2) to oppose its authority (3) prevent the execution of its laws, or or (4) seize or possess its property. 

Is Pelosi, Schiff, Brennan, Soros, Biden, Charlie, Atty Zaid, Hillary Clinton, Obama, and their long-time Democrats in the DOJ and inner circle involved in this faux “COUP” as admitted by the so-called Whistleblower’s attorney Laird,  to impeach President Trump meet the definition of  a Seditious Conspiracy by overthrowing the 2016 Elections and wiping out the VOTES of 70M Americans who are the GOVERNMENT – We The People – are the Government.

Which constitutional authority is Schiff and Pelosi applying that grants them the right and authority to ignore and violate the WILL of the majority of Americans who oppose the Bias Secret Partisan hearing to impeach the President of the United States based on Hearsay and Gossip?

To-date, the American people are learning of the ties to the Ukraine of all parties involved in the “Coup” as admitted by the attorney who threatened the POTUS with a “cease and desist letter.”  To-day, Schiff hasn’t provided Americans with “factual” first-hand evidence of pressuring the Ukrainian President who stated that he wasn’t pressured and didn’t have any knowledge of any U.S. aid being withheld. Transcripts that are blacked out and selected excerpts of testimony that favor the Democrats isn’t factual evidence as it isnot being read in total context. And, the questions remain unknown if the Transcriber and the Chairman, Adam Schiff, are Certifying and signing the transcripts under oath and penalty of perjury.

The American people need to realize each natural-born citizen, legal naturalized citizen, has rights and protections guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America.

In my opinion, anyone who is a foreign enemy on U.S. soil and gained access into our Republic that operates by the Rule of Law and entered with intent to overthrow our government and constitution or harm Americans or spy on the government and impose anti-American Socialism, Communism or foreign ideologies of radical Muslim nations on U.S. soil must be detained and deported. If they are legal Americans, they must be held accountable, but how can we do that when George Soros is funding Democrats into the Department of Justice?

America is not a Socialist Nation, but Third World Nations such as Venezuela are Socialist Nations where the government rations and denies health care, food, water, and resources. The monster dictator who imposed Socialism on a once free nation now forces them to be numbered in order to access the rations of water and food. This is communism, not socialism. They can’t even access clothing or toilet paper, soap and many are dying and being ignored because of this tyrant. He changed a happy and thriving nation into a Socialist nation that is run with a communist iron fist. Is that the goal of Soros, obama’s, Clinton’s, Bush’s, and the wealthy inner-circle of Democrats?

In America, the once All-American Democrat Party was equally as strong and popular as the Republican Party and the masses voted and the winner and he’d be inaugurated as the President of the USA and supported by most Americans even if they didn’t like his policies, they figured they vote him out in 4 years. Americans went on with their lives after elections, but Hillary was promised, probably by Soros and the powers that be that she would be the first female U.S. President in 2016.  She lost for the second time by the WILL of the American Citizens and voters who didn’t were tired of the Clinton Chronicles of crimes without accountability.

The Coup that rocked the nation was the coup against the Kennedy family loved by Americans of both parties, but insiders hated his policies and foreign enemies hated him and his policies and instead of attempting to file impeachment hearings, their coup decided to have President John F. Kennedy and future President Bobby Kennedy assassinated. And the second attempt to assassinate targed a GOP President who was a Pro-Life and God-fearing man named Ronald Reagan. They didn’t succeed, but wounded hom. Today, the Liberal Hollywood Celebrities and Congressional Democrats like Maxine Waters and Rep. Hirono and the squad, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, Soros, and Obama’s and Democrats view the POTUS who is Pro-LIFe – GOP – Supports Legal Immigration and Secure Borders and bringing U.S. companies back to the USA hate President Donald J. Trump. After Bernie Sanders gave a scathing vile commentary on President Trump, one of Bernie’s supports took a gun and shot at the GOP and injured Rep. Scalisle who was hospitalized and many believe he thought that President Trump would be at the park. The Extreme Left Democrats know they can’t beat President Trump unless they remove him from office or he’s assassinated or they drive to quit and accuse him of being mentally disturbed while Biden talks to a blank screen with his back to the audience and sniffs kids and women’s hair and gropes them isn’t targeted as mentally disturbed. Or, Hillary Clinton laughing hysterially on TV when asked about her and Obama’s orders to assassinate Gadaffi.  Or, Hillary Clinton laughing hysterically during a senate hearing when asked about abandoning 4 Americans at Benghazi or laughing when talking about getting a rapist of a 12-yr old left violent abused and sterile a short sentence. The Democrats don’t find Hillary’s laughing hysterically at murder and rape as being mentally disturbed.

In fact, the radical disrupters known as ANTIFA is alleged to be funded by Comrade George Soros, an anti-Trump and anti-American billionaire, who does everything in his power to fund Democrat candidates into the Department of Justice in as many states as possible so in other words, he has influence on decisions it appears when it comes to prosecutions.  This is very dangerous to all Americans and they are setting a very bad precedent of distrust for the Department of Justice by accepting donations from Soros.

SOROS and Obama and Hillary Clinton have been building an army of masked radicals inside the USA by paying them wages and placing ads in newspapers such as “Craigs List” and probably online. They migrated healthy males since 2009 from Third World poor and diseased and radicalized nations of uneducated and gang and terrorist infested foreign communist, Muslim Brotherhood, and socialist nations without proper vetting. obama and Holder made sure they were flown into the USA secretly at night and allowed to walk across the borders without fear of being detained and deported. After 2016, we witnessed the Soros money helping millions of people by Central and South Americans and China and Jihadist coming together in the thousands to invade the USA at the borders. The Liberal media and the Hollywood LIberals and Democrats demonized fellow Americans who feared unidentified foreigners, 75% healthy males, entering with unidentified children and females  – fake families – possibly used to be trafficked or for organ harvesting once they were detained and released. 

The SOROS army known as ANTIFA has not been designated as a domestic terrorist organization to-date and yet, they are domestic terrorist organization in my opinion who attack the police as well as the general public who aren’t one of them. They could be radical Jihadist or terrorists behind those masks because they wear masks in those 57 countries including the woman and children they train up. Antifa could be American converts to the Muslim Brotherhood or Communist or Socialist Parties. Masks should never be allowed for any reason including religion to be worn in public.

ANTIFA and the extreme Left join hands and block roads which is a violation of the traffic laws that can cause them to be injured or killed by a driver accidentally as well as innocent people who are trying to get to a hospital or the police trying to save someone’s life or the First Responders who may need to get to a fire and every second counts.

Furthermore, these ANTIFA comrades have been illegally threatening drivers, elderly people with walkers and veterans in wheelchairs.  They target innocent Americans who don’t comply with their extreme Leftist ideologies and knock Americans to the ground and pummel them including females because they’re cowards. If they weren’t cowards, they wouldn’t be threatening elderly, sick, vets in wheelchairs, or females. I often wonder how they would feel if their wives, parents, grandparents, or kids were attacked in the same manner that they threaten and attack innocent people in the USA to stifle their freedom.

Unfortunately, the female members of congress have a limited vocabulary that is offensive to millions of Americans as representatives of the American people and it as they state in their anger for President Trump, Representative Hirono and Rashis Tlaib appear to be limited to the words “MF” and “F…er.” Speaker Pelosi has called the POTUS a “criminal and called for his indictment and impeachment as well as her partner, Rep. Adam Schiff and their squad, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Rep. Pressley, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib. Omar and Rlaib are terrorist sympathizer and linked to the Muslim Brotherhood-CAIR-Hamas orgs and Hamas is linked to Hezbollah. 

Since Donald J. Trump was elected in November of 2016, the wannabe candidates for President of the USA, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Hussein Obama, Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Beto O’Rourke, George Soros, and many more long-time associates, members of the Democrat Party, and the DNC have been working overtime to accuse President Trump of being a foreign agent and working with Russia and Ukraine and pressuring the Ukraine over a phone call, when they and their families have ties to Russia and the Ukraine and they and their families have made millions of dollars while in positions of influence for themselves and their families while accepting taxpayer funded wages by hard-working Americans.  And, their big thank you to Americans is that your VOTES are “meaningless.”  We will abuse our positions of power and influence with MSM and funding from George Soros to indict or impeach the duly elected President of the United States, regardless of the fact that he did nothing wrong, and put Comrade Hillary or Comrade Pelosi or Comrade Warren in the oval office.

Consequently, we should ask if the American people have been duped by the federal government, which appears to be corrupted, by Hollywood Liberals such as sexual predator, Weinstein who donates big bucks to the Clinton’s and Democrats. They appear to be corrupted by looking the other way for 25 years at the Clinton’s involvement with Jeffrey Epstein, who they and many Democrat Candidates accepted large donations from the billionaire and international kidnapper of children, trafficker, and money launderer, Jeffrey Epstein and his female assistant who MSM and the Democrats have bothered to even whisper her name most dangerous registered pedolphile. The Democrats and MSM ignored the biggest international pedophile ring involving mostly wealthy Democrats.

Senator Nancy Pelosi recently diverted $2 Billion from Social Security funds that belong to the taxpayers.  The taxpayers and Congress need to file a complaint and question her authority to divert $2 Billion from the taxpayer’s government retirement fund they paid into most of their lives for her faux Impeachment Inquiry hearings when she and her son are linked to the the Ukraine and oil and gas companies wherein they are seen in a commercial together promoting the company for financial gain while she was and is a member of the Democrat Party and Speaker of the House. Pelosi was not removed from Congress after she engaged in more than one Insider Trading deal that provided her and her family millions of dollars while she was a member of Congress.

The federal government promised to open up a Trust Account and deposit the taxes collected for social security but they lied and did not!  The American people have been too trusting of their public servants and placing all their trust into a majority of ivy league college grads weaved from the same cloth until 2008. 

In 2007, the unknown stranger in the knight flew in on a magic carpet from either Kenya or Hawaii about 1981 or 1982 as a National Indonesian and as Barry Soetoro without disclosing that information to the American people, nor did MSM, because Soros, Bill Ayers, al-Mansour, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and the Muslim Brotherhood-CAIR and the Democrats and MSM wanted this stranger in the night to become the POTUS as part of the New World Order agendas of the Bush dynasty, Clinton dynasty, Pelosi dynasty, Feinstein dynasty, and other Democrats and some RINOS.

Americans didn’t ask, “Who are you?”  Americans didn’t ask as they chanted, “Yes, we can!”  But, didn’t ask, “Yes we can do what?”  The question of “what” they can do were clues in his speech when he spoke in Germany at the wall and stated that “change was coming to America in 5 days.”  And, that he didn’t need congress or the Constitution to implement laws, he only needed a “phone and a pen.”  He ruled by Executive Orders and Congress did nothing about it since they knew that E.O.’s weren’t intended to make laws, but laws must be proposed as bill through congress, studied, reviewed, and approved by congress that are in accordance with the U.S. Constitution and the WILL of the American people. 

Obama approved  Executive Orders and inserted communist agendas into Obamacare that were not in the best interest of the American citizens, but in the best interest of congress and their donors, Justices, Judges, and illegals and Muslims who didn’t have to sign up or pay up or be punished. Only Americans would be mandated to pay for taxpayer funded abortions to depopulate the number of future natural born Americans in the USA for this takeover in the future by foreign nations that he and Hillary Clinton pre planned when they diverted tax dollars and incentives to U.S. Refugee workers to secretly migrate as many unidentified radicals into the USA between 2009 and 2018 when the funds ran out thinking Hillary Clinton would be the next POTUS in 2016.

Obama sold the American People snake oil along with the Democrats, Pelosi, Schumer, Reid, Feinstein, Kerry, Brennan, McCabe, Ohr, Page, Wasserman, Biden, Comey, Lynch, Holder, and all the rest who have known each other for decades because they refuse to impose Term Limits. If Term Limits had been the law of the land then the cabal could never have existed.

The only reason Social Security is on shaky ground is because the Congress has been stealing aka diverting it illegally for decades and most recently, as I stated, Pelosi took our Social Security in the amount of $2 Billion as if it is hers and the Congress to take and abuse and use and never repay it back.  This has been going on since the congress mandated every worker pay into social security which in the beginning was voluntary and people could take out their money saved, but congress became greedy and saw it as a illegal tool to use for their agendas without paying it back.

If Americans had those tax dollars paid into social security deposited into IRA’s then they would have earned a good amount of interest in the past when interest earnings were substantial and building up their retirement funds with private banks. The Congress stole the Retirement Funds and this is another reason they want SOCIALISM because they ripped off the hard-working taxpayers and robbed the future generations from having the same benefits as their parents and grandparents.

Consequently, as we witnessed in 2011, Obama’s Democrat administration printed and spent $5 trillion dollars which is the highest debt accumulated in only two years by one U.S. President! Think about that! 

In a short time, thereafter, Obama racked up about $20 Trillion Dollars in National Debt when he read his “Chicken Little” speech and the sky was falling if we didn’t bail out the Big Corporations and Banks on Wall Street and racked up more DEBT than ALL PRESIDENTS COMBINED since the founding The United Stated of America and nothing happened to a man who ripped off the American people of their future and their children and grandchildren’s future because he used it for self-indulgences and to migrate foreigners from foreign enemy nations into the USA to begin his “hope” and “change” of America into a Muslim Nation run by the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR which is no different than the Soros goal to make Communist China the super power who would takeover control of the world and fulfill the Dreams of Genghis Khan, Pol Pot, Hitler, Stalin, Soros, Obama, and fulfilling their dreams of tyranny and that of their fathers.

The debt Obama has accumulated for the American people can never be paid back. Americans should demand they use the American way of life and file Bankruptcy and start over again with a clean slate and a loyal legal Republican Party in the oval office, congress and senate in order to restore the Constitution of the United States of America, The Pledge of Allegiance, The National Anthem, One Nation Under God, Christian Foundation and Laws rooted into the Bible and Ten Commandments, Christian Prayer in School, Overturn Roe v. Wade, Secure the Borders, Build the Wall to stop child and female trafficking and human organ harvesting and illegal entry into the USA; restore Detain and Deport, and arrest congressional members who employ foreign spies into their staff and FBI agents who give politicians a pass who steal Top Secret Sensitive Government Documents that can easily be hacked by Saudi, Iran, North Korea, China, Russia, Ukraine and Muslim Brotherhood-CAIR organizations. 

The truth is that the only reason Obama was funded and recruited by Bill Ayers, al-Mansour, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Muslim Brotherhood-CAIR, Clinton’s, Bush’s, Soros, and their inner-circle was to bring the change and transformation of America into a nation of radicals, felons, cartel and gang members who they migrate illegally into the USA who traffic humans, guns, and tons of drugs to dumb down the youth which is part of the marijuana push for legalization knowing that it makes the police, military, and security legally spaced out when the USA could possibly be under attack and siege. Obama voted as a non-vetted senator on only three bills:  Abortion, Late Term at Birth, and Infanticide after a fully developed baby is born and killed by an abortionist at PP which is muder in my opinion because Roe v. Wade doesn’t include at-birth and after birth murders under the guise of abortion which is not only using babies for organs and body parts, DNA, and tissue but for depopulation of future Natural Born Americans needed to preserve the United States of America while being overrun by foreigners caravaning and forcing their way into the USA because the Democrats want disruption and to end the Middle Class and create collectivism as the foreigners overpopulate and never get abortions or take contraceptives because overpopulation is a tool used for dominating cities, counties, states, and nations.

Nevertheless, Obama threatens to shut down the federal government meaning that the federal government would refuse to send seniors and veterans their social security checks which is money that belongs to the retirees.  Social Security does not belong to the federal government.  The federal government does not have the authority to withhold social security money that belongs to the investors nor hold it hostage, or pilfer social security money. Which constitutional authority did Speaker Pelosi have recently in November 2019 to divert the taxpayer’s social security funds in the amount of $2 Billion for a faux Impeachment hearing?

Also, Social Security is not a welfare check or a benefit, period!  The congress is attempting to make social security a Benefit – like a welfare check but it is far from a welfare check. It was earned by the seat of the browns of hard working Americans and business owners promised as a government retirement savings account. The government should divert the entire social security money into a safe and secure financial institution that congress can never touch again.

 The Millennials are angry at President Trump since 2016 because they were brainwashed by Liberal, Marxist, Communist, domestic terrorists like Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ayers, at universities across the USA. They don’t understand that the reason they are forced to pay back social security and will never see social security when they retireis the result of decades old diversion by congress from social security. Social Security is NOT WELFARE! The Millennials aren’t supporting their parents, they are paying back what was STOLEN from their parents and grandparents and from them by Congress.

Many legal loyal American citizens on social security are veterans, who proudly fought for freedom and served our nation. Bill Clinton or Barack Hussein Obama,never served our nation. They ripped off our nation by selling Americans and America out to Communist China and Iran and Saudi and made unethical deals with foreign enemy nations by opening our borders and trampling on America’s sovereignty and border security as they allowed foreign enemies such as the Communist and Socialist dictators and the Muslim Brotherhood-Cair orgs. to tour the White House and National Security and access and steal our U.S. technology and government documents without fear of arrest and punishment. George Soros’ has been using his billions to run the USA from the extreme Left and destroy our nation’s sovereignty in my opinion by donating to members of the Department of Justice and Congress who accept his dirty money. Unfortunately, we’re at a crossroads of rigged electronic machines vested with Soros money and social media and MSM invested with Soros money and too many Americans proving themselves to be greedy and worshippers of money and the Soros, Weinstein’s, and Epsteins’ of the world choose money or bribes over God and the One Nation Under God, The greatest Free Republic in the world on the verge of being ended because of GHWB and family who support dark secret societies and the NWO along with Soros and many within the Democrat party and some of the Rinos as the Framers warned.

In fact, the federal government sent Madoff to prison because he took his wealthy client’s money. They trust Madoff and he “made off” with their money!  Nothing good comes out of greed,except for pain and suffering of innocent people and sometimes KARMA comes back to the greedy evil people who seek power, control, illicit sexual encounters and money and it can never be enough!  They are never satisfied. They are without conscious and they are psychopaths and sociopaths who will do anything to remain free and continue on with their titles, power, control, pedo and sexual activities and greed! You must be a sociopath in order to be a tyrannical dictator, Communist, Socialist, or Muslim Brotherhood leader.

The American people are so ripped off by the Politicals on the Left and some on the Right who they trusted and took the time to go to the polls and vote for them. Not only has decades of congressional members ripped off Medicare and Social Security for decades for  personal and political agendas, but they are the Madoff’s (Made Off’s) of the world. They are the key persons, who are protected by the wealthy inner-circle who do their dirty work, to end America and the American way of life. They are held above the law and exempt themselves from the law because they have a person like SOROS who spends his time and money funding Democrats in the Department of Justice who accept his dirty money to do his bidding. 

In fact, under the mandates of Obamacare, many Americans are paying twice as much for healthcare services. Obamacare as I warned every congressman by emailing my Blog, “Obamacare is Unconstitutional and Illegal” partially read on the congressional floor with my name prior to the Democrat Congress rubber stamping 2700 pages approved and unread. I warned that obamacare bordered on extortion and that it includes death panels for Americans only as well as rationing and denying health care services and treatments.

And after the New Millennium, the Soros controlled politicians and their evil inner-circles who hold hearings and meetings in secret in basements, including impeachment inquiries and witness testimony, began using the term “white privilege” prior to their pre-planned secret agenda laid implemented by Obama-Hillary Clinton-Holder-DHS-FEMA and the Democrats to migrate as many foreigners from foreign enemy nations into the USA secretly at night by plane and allowing them to cross illegally into the USA by Obama and Holder tying the hands of the Military, Border Patrol, and ICE.

Regardless, how is it that Americans aren’t outraged that the former Director of the FBI and his team aren’t held accountable for violating their sworn oath after laying out espionage crimes and then reducing the crimes down to “extremely careless?”  Or the same Secretary of State abandoning the U.S. Ambassador and 4 American heroes watching them be tortured and murdered by Islamic Terrorists while allegedly trafficking guns during the Benghazi scandal and then Susan Rice, Obama, and Hillary Clinton lying about it on worldwide television and having an innocent man’s home raided and the man arrested who they blamed?

The Democrats accuse – point the finger – Blame – have their Soros disrupters enter into the hearings or rallies and booing or shouting “he’s guilty” and turning job hearings into criminal trials and spectacles. The key Democrats seek the removal, indictments or impeachments of Justice Kavanaugh,  AG Barr,  Investigator Durham, General Flynn, Roger Stone, and President, Donald J. Trump who did nothing wrong.

Obama and Holder and the Democrats trample and ignore federal and state migration and citizenship laws and in order to accomplish their goal, obama and Holder changed legal immigration laws so illegals could enter by the millions without required legal inspections by BP and ICE or TSA  under the guise of Detain and Release.  This was the beginning of attacking white and European descent natural born Americans, in particular, white males pulling the “race card” back in 2009. And, 10 years later, 2019, the “squad” joined forces and MSM can’t get enough of them on the air bashing the USA,Military, Jews, Israel, Christians, white males, POTUS, BP, ICE and detention centers.

The secret pre planned migration of radicals from foreign enemy nations into the SAY was implemented by Obama, Holder, Hillary Clinton, and the Democrats with a goal of migrating a minimum of 5,000,000 Palestinians who are members of  or tied to the Muslim Brotherhood-Hamas org into the USA by diverting America’s tax dollars for their secret illegal and unconstitutional agenda. They also migrated 70M unidentified radical alleged refugees from Somalia.  The reason I state they are alleged refugees is simple. They didn’t migrate into the USA through legal channels, but circumvented the constitutional federal and state laws on refugees and asylum seekers entering into the USA. The majority do not  meet the standards required to be Citizens of the USA by Refugee status because they aren’t fleeing from tyranny and fearing for their lives, but are sympathetic to terrorists and admit they’re here to overpopulate and dominate the USA and replace the Constitution with their foreign ideologies which equates to traitors and treason and sedition according the Constitution of the USA. 

The Bush-Clinton-Soros-Obama leftist comrades appear to support Socialism and Communism. Their actions raise the question of how they aren’t being held up as traitors to the U.S. Constitution as well as to America and the legal loyal American citizens? If we wanted to be Socialists, we’d move to Venezuela or Cuba. If we wanted to be Communist then we’d move China or Cambodia or North Korea. If Americans sought to be members of  the anti-American  Muslim Brotherhood-CAIR-Hamas orgs, then we’d move to Africa or one of the 57 Muslim radicalized nations.

The Liberal Department of Education under the Obama-Democrats in office, Hollywood, and wealthy Democrats such as Bill Gates and Soros who support the U.N. Agenda 21, 30, and 50 for depopulation of the masses on the planet under the guise of saving the planet and reducing poverty are seeking to control a world with fewer human beings, especially Europeans and Africans and America’s Middle Class, poor, and natural-born Americans and natural-born babies. The reason AOC and the Democrats are putting fear in the minds of the youth that the end of the world will happen in 10 years which would be 2030 is because the evil elitist on the LEFT who support the United States which is the intended One World Government have a goal of reducing the planet’s population by 2030. Is it using weather manipulation and triangulation as well as vaccines and 5G and 6G with horrendous amounts of radiation and abortions and same-sex agendas and transgender surgeries which are depopulation programs.

“No Sharia Law!  No Sharia Law!”  shouted the Yorba Linda patriotic American protestors and residents, who live in a quiet upper middle class God-fearing neighborhood located in Yorba Linda, California, as they marched in opposition to  the fund-raiser held by the Islamic Circle of North America  (ICNA) which is tied to the Muslim Brotherhood and was held at the Yorba Linda Community Center on Sunday, February 13, at 5:30 p.m.  The protestors carried U.S. flags, Israeli flags, and signs against Sharia Law. This led me to wonder, “Whose neighborhoods are next?”

Consequently, the police roped off a large area of the community center which was guarded by Yorba Linda police officers.  The police informed Yorba Linda residents that they must stay behind the yellow ropes.  Peaceful protestors repeatedly shouted out,  “No Sharia Law!”

Ironically, the residents of the quiet conservative Christian majority community, who turn out their lights by 10:00 p.m, were rudely awakened when they learned that their city council members approved a ICNA Muslim fund-raiser which included two anti-American radical key speakers, Siraj Wahhaj and Anur-Abel Malik-Ali.

As the protestors waved their flags, the Muslim women attempted to quietly parade by the protestors dressed in their Muslim clothing and head scarves.  I was surprised to see that they brought their children to this meeting.  It was difficult for myself and the protestors to watch new foreigners, who took an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution,  attend the event fully dressed in Muslim coverings and apparently, in support of  the sponsors who support anti-American radical groups.  It is difficult to understand why or how anti-American groups are approved to hold private meetings in  U.S.  public buildings and block off public sidewalks which are paid and maintained with U.S. tax dollars.  Some protestors asked an important question, “How do Americans know that the anti-Americans groups aren’t using the funds for their anti-American radical  movement instead of their alleged cause that they are fund-raising to feed the poor?

It was also difficult to witness the police officers preventing U.S. citizens from walking on U.S. soil and accessing a public building paid with U.S. tax dollars in favor of foreign anti-American  immigrants, who support key speakers and anti-American groups with the intent of violating our laws and replacing the U.S. Constitution with their Sharia Laws.   Foreign immigrants swear an oath of allegiance to the U.S. Constitution and America and are free to apply for our social programs, laws, schools,  jobs, and live peacefully in the United States, but they do not offer the same benefits to Americans on their soil.  Prior to 2009, anyone who committed seditious acts against the United States of America were held accountable, but that doesn’t appear to be the case today. Americans who attempt to build Christian churches, preach the gospel, build Jewish temples, Mormon temples or Catholic cathedrals on Middle East soil are risking their lives.

One of the protestors said, “Why didn’t they hold their fund-raiser at the mosque which they built down the street in Anaheim instead of  targeting Yorba Linda?”  The two anti-American radicals flew into Orange County from New York for this meeting which raised the eyebrows of those living in Orange County, California, and caused more fear amongst the American people.

Furthermore, the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) is teaching a global Caliphate and Islamic Sharia law over America [and throughout the world] according to the ICNA hand book.  The ICNA is reported to be directly connected to the Muslim Brotherhood ” and encourages members to deceive people in its proselytizing campaign to help fulfill their goal.” The ICNA and the Muslim Brotherhood’s main goal is the”Establishment of Islam” according to the IPT News.

The goal of the Muslim Brotherhood is to wipe out Western civilization from within and their stated goal is “the establishment of the Islamic system of life” in the world.  They are here for their purpose which means being the American branch of a global phenomenon that they refer to as the ‘Islamic Movement,’ as stated in the ICNA’s hand book.

Since I had a press pass, but not a ticket to enter the fund-raiser event, the police allowed me to speak to the organizers, but they denied me access and stated that the media wasn’t permitted inside.  I responded, “Well, the American people will be very disturbed when they hear that your organization denied the U.S. Press access inside of a U.S. public building.”  One of the men said, “Well, we may let some press inside depending upon the amount of space available.”  Awhile later, I noticed that a few of the men in attendance were photographing me and the protestors.

Therefore, it’s important to note that one of the keys speakers is Sirahj Wahhaj  and the Muslim Brotherhood refers to him as the “American Imam.”  In 1993, he was named as the unindicted co-conspirator in the World Trade Center’s bombing investigations.  Siraj Wahhaj has been reported to believe in the conversion of gang members into the Islamic religion and preparing them for the “day  America will crumble.”  Wahhaj allegedly instructs the faithful to go into the “hood” also known as the inner city neighborhoods and recruit inside of U.S. prisons with the intent of converting minorities as well as arm and train them to carry out a Uzi jihad in the inner cities.  It’s amazing that the prison guards can deny prisoners access to bibles or access to Christian services on Sundays as punishment, but it’s okay to recruit American prisoners to radical Islam?

Wahhaj has been reported to state, “You know what this country [USA] is?  It’s a garbage can.”  And, “It’s filthy.”  He has been reported to say that he prays it [USA} “crumbles” and is replaced by Islam.  Wahhaj’s words made me recall a young Muslim girl who worked in a department store.  As she rung up the items, we talked about the wild fires in Laguna.  Suddenly, she startled me when she bluntly said, “I hate this country.  I wish the fires would have burned down this entire country.”  My mind froze and I angrily responded, “If you hate this country so much then why don’t you go back to your own country and stop taking American jobs and taking advantage of our freedom?  I bet if you said that in your country there would be serious consequences!”  She was  surprised by my reaction.  I told her to cancel the sale and walked away.  In Obama’s book,  “Dreams of My Father” he said, “I found solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother’s race.”  Obama’s comments and actions in strong favor of Muslims and his words and actions which have been negative towards Christians is disturbing.  His many apologies to the rest of the world for America and the American people should be of  a serious concern to the American people.

Furthermore, the second Islamic speaker, Anur-Abel Malik-Ali was reported to have allegedly warned Muslims at the Universal Heritage Foundation’s Islamic Conference in Florida, December 2003, that moderate American Muslims desire to be “liked” was turning them into “house slaves.”  He allegedly stated, “Sooner or later, today’s Muslim students will be the parents of Muslim children and they should be militants.”  Its been reported that in February 2004, he attended the Sixth Annual Muslim Student Association Conference and allegedly stated, “the white man, who is the enemy…” which reminds me of Obama’s book,  “Audacity of Hope”  in which he states, “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

Near the end of their fund-raiser, I noted that the leaders invited an ABC News reporter and his cameraman into the meeting, but it appeared that they were permitted inside the meeting after the key speakers had already spoken. I commented to the ABC reporter, “Oh, I saw you were allowed inside of the meeting,” and he said, “only briefly, very briefly.”

The Yorba Linda Community Center is a public building paid with U.S. tax dollars by the residents of Yorba Linda, California.  I was pleased to witness hundreds of  Yorba Linda residents protesting against anti-American foreigners, who support groups whose stated strategic goals are to ‘destroy Western civilization from within” under the guise of religion.  Anti-American radicals shouldn’t be allowed to live in the U.S. if they are found to violate their sworn oaths and allegiance to the U.S.    Otherwise, the American people will find themselves being told to  shut up,  sit down, and get in the back of the bus.  Americans must let the voices be heard by writing, calling, faxing, and emailing their congressional representatives and informing them that anti-American radicals who threaten to over throw our Rule of Law  must be deported.

Americans must vote for a U.S. President, congressional members,, and judges who are strict U.S. Constitutionalists or else we shall risk the loss of the most precious document ever written that protects America’s freedoms and has endured for 235 years.

Consequently, as the ICNA meeting was coming to an end,  I was standing outside of the large glass windows where the meeting was held and I could hear the closer speaking in the microphone.  The protestors had quieted down and I could hear a man speaking to the audience. I was surprised when I heard the closer state that America’s media didn’t want the truth out about Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK).  The speaker stated that MLK was a militant.  He said that one year before MLK’s assassination, that he had delivered a  militant speech, but the American press suppressed that information.  In my opinion, he was suggesting that the African-Americans and MLK are militants and that’s how they won their cause which is a form of recruiting young people.  This is similar to the belief system established by the two key speakers that in order to dominate the world, the Muslims must be militant., so maybe that’s why they brought their children to the meeting and why there were so many young men in attendance.

Ironically, I had to chuckle because the closing speaker began to sound very Americanized at that point.  I thought, he must be studying our infomercials.  Firstly, he informed his audience  that the purpose for the evening’s fund-raiser was to help the poor and their goal was to raise $60,000.   The audience was silent.  He was behaving like an American capitalist giving a sales pitch when he lowered the requested donation down to $10,000.  I didn’t hear anyone calling out a donation.  Next, he began to sound like a used car salesman when he gave his final pitch and asked his audience to donate only $5,000.  Some of those in attendance could have ended up with a very expensive chicken dinner!

In conclusion, as I gathered my belongings, I became amused when the closing speaker told his audience that they were about to dine on a chicken dinner and proceeded to instruct them with a before meal mental exercise.  He told his audience that before they eat their chicken dinner, he wanted each of them to stare at the chicken.  Secondly, he wanted each person to imagine that the chicken was alive.  And, thirdly, he wanted each dinner guest to talk to the chicken.”  Well, I couldn’t figure out how his mental and verbal exercise before dinner could possibly help them fulfill their goal of raising $60,000, but maybe it worked, after all!  Obviously, I never know what lessons I might learn from attending patriotic protests, but I did figure out that there are times when I’m better off watching an event from the outside instead of the inside.  So, I packed up my belongings and headed for my car as the protestors thanked me for showing up.  It made me feel good that I met some wonderful loyal Americans which I wouldn’t have known if I had not made the small effort to help support the residents, the American people, our military and our nation.   We felt like old friends as we all have one thing in common – We have the spirit of freedom and love for our country!  I also realized that turning off a movie and attending such events is such a small price to pay for freedom and to protect future generations.

As I drove home, I drove through a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant and I ordered their chicken dinner to-go.    After I arrived home,  I washed my hands and poured myself a glass of milk and grabbed my chicken dinner and sat down and watched a movie, but I’m afraid I didn’t follow the closing speaker’s advice.  I never stared at the chicken before I ate it.  I never imagined it was alive.  But, I did talk to the chicken.  I said, “Boy, you’re sure finger lickin’ good!”  And I only had to pay $6 for my chicken dinner, instead of $60,000!

My original blog and proposal published on-line on Town Hall and Newsvine about 2009 and submitted to my Representatives on Congress.org and more. I believe that applications to be a U.S. President must require a Certified copy of a Birth Certificate attached to the application of a candidate for Congress, State of U.S. Senator or U.S. President. This should be a simple and mandated requirement before the application is accepted by the DNC and GOP and signed off by federal public servants. In fact, this proposal is the fastest and easiest way to prevent any person, who may or may not be a U.S. Natural Born Citizen, the opportunity to produce a Certified U.S. Birth Certificate, and remain transparent or be forced to quit the race. The U.S. Justices and Congress have knowledge that if there is a technical or administrative error that slipped through the cracks of any candidate for public office that it is their moral responsibility and fiduciary duty to correct the record.

My proposal of 2009 targeting a Certified U.S. Birth Certificate if implemented must include two words, “Incumbant” and “Retroactive.” Such legislation would eliminate any doubt or lawsuits in the future. The 2008 and 2012 elections have placed grave doubt upon the integrity of the U.S. President, Justices, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Congress. These two elections and the question of the eligibility of a U.S. President shall leave a bad taste in the mouths of U.S. Citizens for years to come.

In fact, this proposal should be proposed as an Amendment to Article II. The elections of 2008 and 2012 have placed grave doubt as to the fairness and honesty of U.S. National elections and left the door open for foreign born or anti-American foreign born, illegals, or foreign enemy spies to infiltrate the federal government and access the taxpayer’s money and the keys to the White House, the keys to Air Force One, and National Security, which leaves America at great risk to the welfare and safety of the American people, and the U.S. Military men and women on the battlefields, or on U.S. soil left unarmed.

Stop the controversy over Article II with a simple common-sense amendment to Article II, which I proposed to my representatives and blogged on-line five years ago. The issue of Obama’s eligibility could have been resolved before the inauguration of 2009 and the election of 2012. 

Consequently, I read that Rep. Jim DeMint proposed a similar law, but it is my understanding that his proposed legislation didn’t include two words which I believe are crucial in order for the law to be effective in 2012 which are “Incumbant” and “Retroactive.”

Ironically, the democrats didn’t have a problem spying on Palin’s e-mails or arresting a citizen who doesn’t have their proper identification on them when stopped by a cop, but they care less about the identity of a non-vetted man elected to the highest office in the land, who the next day after swearing an oath to uphold all U.S. Constitutional laws and be the most transparency president ever in U.S. History, concealed his records from law enforcement, lawmakers, and the world.

  I strongly urge congress to implement or amend Article II of the U.S. Constitution and include the two words  “incumbant” and “retroactive.”  It’s my understanding that when  Rep. DeMint proposed a similar bill that the Republicans didn’t feel that it could pass if  the words “incumbant” and “retroactive” were included, but with a Republican congress and if Republicans take the Senate back in 2014, I don’t see a problem with its passage.

Therefore,if Americans are to be protected in the future against a non-vetted U.S. President then two most important words must be included, “incumbant” and “retroactive” for this is the only way to prevent history from repeating itself. If Americans don’t take this opportunity to close this serious loophole now, before 2015, there may never be another opportunity to prevent a foreign enemy or usurper or illegal citizen from by-passing the vetting process and Article II which would render Article II meaningless.

Consequently, if this law isn’t amended, than it’s possible that foreigners and illegals could use Obama’s senate race and presidential race as the test case and file lawsuits arguing that a precedent has been set. The U.S. Supreme Court Justices and Congress failed to act when Obama ran for Illinois Senator and ran for the office of US President twice without proper vetting requirements being enforced. Therefore, the foreigners or illegals could argue that a pattern has been set and they could steal the birthright of a U.S. Natural Born Citizen who inherited his or birthright at birth when he or she was born on U.S. soil to two U.S. legal parents. This could risk the freedom, liberty, sovereignty, and democratic form of government run by three branches of government and balanced by Checks and Balances.

Governor Abercrombie shouldn’t waste his time chasing rainbows.  Immediately after President Obama was elected in 2009, he implemented and signed Executive Order 13233, approving executive privilege and the concealment of  all of his personal records unless he gave his permission.  Executive Order-Presidential Records states, “NARA” refers to the National Archives and Records Administration.”  And,(c) Presidential Records Act” refers to the Presidential Records Act 44 U.S. C. 2201-2207.”  And, “Sec. 3, (c), if the President decides to invoke executive privilege, the Counsel to the President shall notify the former President [Bush] the archivist, and the Attorney General [Holder] in writing of the claim of privilege and the specific Presidential records to which it relates. After receiving such notice, the archivist shall NOT DISCLOSE the privileged records UNLESS directed to do so by the INCUMBENT President or by a final court order.”

Therefore, is it only the men in black robes who have the  power to hear the case of eligibility and correct the record one way or the other?  Therefore, shouldn’t  Governor Abercrombie file a lawsuit with Hawaii’s federal court requesting access to the records based on improper vetting and an alleged violation of Article, II so he can prove his case of eligibility, not only to the people, but to himself.  After all, how does Obama’s credentials and identification records affect National Security.  It’s understood that Executive Privilege is only invoked if National Security is at risk to the best of my knowledge and research on this issue.

I believe this is the first time in U.S. history that a U.S. government finds it necessary to announce that Obama will not be ordered to produce a Certified Copy of a U.S. President’s Birth Certificate because the U.S. president refuses to follow the law, Article II, after he swore an oath to uphold U.S. law.   Article II requires proof that the person seeking to be President of the USA is a U.S. Natural Born Citizen established as the only person who is eligible to be a U.S. President.  How is it then that Governor Abercrombie doesn’t realize that Obama can’t be a U.S. Natural born citizen because Obama admits that his biological  father is a generational  Muslim and a Kenyan native-born citizen and subject of Britain and his Birthright is passed down from his father.   Obama’s dad is foreign-born and only his mother was a U.S. natural-born citizen, which means that Obama might be a legal U.S. citizen, but he can’t be a U.S. “Natural” or “Native” born citizen of the United States as required by the Rule of Law, Article II, of the U.S. Constitution.

Governor Abercrombie stated Obama has a long-form Birth Certificate and he will produce it, but he has now retracted his statement claiming that “Hawaii law bars the release of Obama’s long-form birth certificate,” which he should have known when he set out to prove that millions of U.S. citizens are wrong and intended to prove his friend, Obama, is eligible, but could not. So, how did they access the short form live birth certificate and then claim that it’s illegal to access the long form birth certificate without Obama’s consent?   If Obama gave consent for a short form live birth certificate then why wouldn’t he give his consent for the long form birth certificate which is a very simple thing to do?

How is it that Governor Abercrombie isn’t concerned with the fact  that Obama has spent millions of dollars on legal fees concealing his birth certificate when he could produce it for about $20 and end this controversy over his eligibility?  It isn’t logical for a man in public office to be labeled brilliant and  simultaneously waste millions of dollars concealing a twenty-dollar ($20) piece of paper!  It doesn’t make any sense for the President of the United states to beg the American people to trust him with trillions of U.S. tax dollars by promising that he’ll create U.S. jobs, but to-date, has failed to do so.  He promised to create 350,000 shovel-ready infrastructure jobs with the Stimulus Money when he misled Americans to believe the sky was falling, but it was not.  Any average citizen with any amount of common sense understands that it’s wasteful and irrational to spend millions of dollars on attorney’s fees when the cost to resolve the eligibility  issue would cost the government or Obama about twenty-dollars.

Just because Obama’s proud grandparents paid to have an announcement published in a Hawaiian newspaper announcing the birth of their grandson is not proof that Obama was born in Hawaii.  A newspaper article wouldn’t be enough evidence to prove that Obama was born in Hawaii, only a certified copy of Obama’s long form Hawaiian birth certificate can prove his birth place, but even the birth certificate wouldn’t qualify him as a “natural-born U.S. citizen.”  And, many experts are stating the Birth Certificate is forged and altered.

Although, Hawaii’s  Health Director states that Obama’s name is listed in vital records, the listing isn’t proof that he was born in Hawaii.  The Health Director, Ms. Fuddy, who knew Lolo Soetoro and Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama’s white mom who married Lolo Soetoro in Indonesia and legally adopted Obama making him a  Indonesian Citizen is intriguing as well.  She may have mentioned that the short Live Birth Certificate is published on the internet, but to my knowledge, she hasn’t stated that she has reviewed and vetted Obama’s long form birth certificate if she were called upon to testify at congressional hearings or in a court of law.

In fact, I watched a video which went viral in 2008/2009  and may have been removed from the internet which featured Obama’s Kenyan grandma stating that she was present at the Kenyan hospital when Obama was born.  Another video appeared on You Tube featuring Obama’s sister and she also stated that  Obama was born in Kenya, but that video may be been removed as well.  The Kenyan Parliament posted a video that they had a copy of Obama’s Kenyan Birth Certificate on file, but its been reported to have gone missing as well, whether true or not, I don’t know, but it does remain a mystery.

The vetting process is an examination and review of the records by the DNC in order to confirm that the statements made by Barack Hussein Obama are true or false about his birth, names, age, social security, parents, education, social or political groups.  Background checks are required by all government  agencies when citizens apply for a position.  To the best of my knowledge, I’ve been led to believe that a certification is signed by the Speaker of the House declaring that Obama’s records were reviewed and true and validated; therefore, the birth certificate should have been produced and vetted, but allegations filed with the courts complain that Obama did not produce a valid long form birth certificate or any other personal records during the vetting process and before he was elected into public office.  In fact, there are allegations that Rep. Pelosi altered the Certification while she was Speaker of the House.

For example,   before any U.S. citizen or immigrant leaves or comes into the country or when a government employee or private corporation employee is hired, they are required to answer specific questions about their backgrounds.  The employers or government agencies vet the background information and assure the American people with clever words that the information is complete and truthful before the candidate is approved to run for office.  But, they aren’t required to attach a copy of their Certified Birth Certificate which should be a requirement in line with Article II of the U.S. Constitution.

Just recently, a woman was arrested in Canada because she changed her birth date on her passport as reported in the news.     A certificate of live birth, such as the one published by Obama on the internet with black lines drawn through it is invalid and it is not proof of U.S. Natural born citizenship.  Even if there is a long form birth certificate, It appears that Obama is ineligible as a “Natural Born U.S. Citizen” because his biological  father was not a U.S. citizen, but a Kenyan born citizen and a British subject.  Also, Obama was adopted as a child by his step dad Lolo Soetoro, who legally changed Obama’s name to Barry Soetoro and changed his citizenship from a U.S. citizen to a legal Indonesian citizen.  Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship.  Upon re-entering the U.S. during the 80s, Barry Soetoro or Obama would be required to repatriate his U.S. Citizenship and Renew his U.S. Passport, apply for a U.S. Social Security number, and Selective Service Records and Legally change his name from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama.  So, when did he accomplish all those requirements since he’s alleged to have attended college on a Foreign Student Loan?

So, how is it that U.S. legal and natural-born citizens must produce their birth certificates and follow the Rule of Law, but high-ranking public servants are given a pass and to add fuel to the fire, they are  allowed to write laws which by-pass Article II, the law of the land, which is a self-protecting agenda for self-gain and they are trampling upon the 4th Amendment and 1st Amendment as well.

Therefore, it is unconscionable to most Americans that the U.S. government is allowing a high-ranking public servant to appear to be in violation of the law of the land,  Article II, and Repatriation Laws as well as Legal Name Changes, Selective Service Records, application for a Social Security Number required to work in this nation and pay taxes.  Obama stated that he was too-inexperienced to be a U.S. President after he stated he was a licensed lawyer, but he was not licensed at the time he campaigned and he stated he was a College Professor which has also been debunked.  He is a Community Organizer and he did join hands with Bill Ayers, an American terrorist and his neighbor, and created an organization named ACORN.  They trained the ACORN members, who eventually committed voter fraud in 2008 when Obama ran for President and some members landed in jail.

In conclusion, Obama slipped into public office as an Illinois senator without any experience in politics as the two experienced candidates suddenly dropped out.  He slipped into the oval office as a non-vetted President and immediately with the blessings of the entire DNC and Federal Government concealed his identification records and credential from the government and from the American people.  These actions cast a shadow over the country causing serious doubt in the minds of American citizens.  This is similar to an activist judge who has a wealthy and connected litigant before them with unclean hands and came to court in “Bad Faith.”   The judge and lawyers know the guy is in violation of the judge’s court order and the guys says, well, here’s a xerox copy of the check that I paid her off, but he did not.  He provides no certified bank copy of the check as evidence, but the judge doesn’t care and says, “I believe he paid his child support.”  The lawyers say, “Oh well, we believe he paid his child support.  They ignore the truth and violate their sworn oaths to uphold the constitution, and ignore the cries of the hungry children.  Shame on all those who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and have not.  The lawyers  know that if a judge says he “believes” a litigant that it’s a done deal regardless of truth!

The Honorable LTC Lakin believes that his primary duty is to uphold the U.S. Constitution.  Philip J. Berg, Esq. and Orly Taitz are requesting Obama produce his Certified U.S. Long Form Birth Certificate. In fact they filed eligibility lawsuits in the Federal Courts. But, the response by the Department of Justice and the congress and media is nothing more than smoke and mirrors.  In my opinion, his long form birth certificate would prove a place of birth, but it isn’t the only evidence that Obama may or may not be a “U.S. Natural Born” citizen.   The reason is simple.  I don’t think the production of a U.S. long form birth certificate matters based if there is extenuating evidence based on the following facts:

1)  Obama made promises and statements during the election about his birth place, date, city, country, and parents and the hospital.  He produced a short form “Live Certificate of Birth” that had been altered to be viewed on the internet.  He made statements about his involvement as an instructor for ACORN and his involvement with Ayers and stated he attended Columbia and Harvard.  He stated he was the President of the Law Review, but like his non-vetted Certified U.S. Birth Certificate, he never produced his published Harvard Review. The American people were instructed during his campaign not to write or use his middle name “Hussein.”  Ironically, this was shortly after President Bush captured Saddam Hussein. and after American was attacked by Osama bin Laden.

2.  Obama swore an oath to uphold, defend, and protect the U.S. Constitution.  At the time of his sworn oath, he flubbed it with his hand on the bible, administered by Justice Robert and they laughed, but later on that day, he secretly swore the same oath in private, and the video was leaked pointing out his hand wasn’t on the Bible, but some allege he placed his hand on the Koran.

3.  Obama has knowledge that he wasn’t vetted properly and that Article II of the U.S. Constitution requires that he be a “U.S. Natural Born” citizen.  Obama declared himself to be the President of the Harvard Law Review and a constitutional lawyer and law professor, but the evidence of such declarations is blowing in the wind. His wife, Michelle Obama, graduated from Princeton law school and obtained her law license, and at the time of the campaign and thereafter, his wife and the media declared she was an active lawyer and failed to report that they were inactive lawyers who had been investigated by a federal branch of the Illinois Supreme Court. Representatives Biden, Feinstein, Boxer, Schumer, McCain, Pelosi, Reid, and the Clintons remained silent. Yet, they must have been aware that as a Senator that he was non-vetted as well.

In Obama’s book, Dreams of My Father, as well as stated in his speeches, Obama provides the clues relating to his eligibility.  Obama admits that his alleged 1) biological father is a Natural Born citizen of Kenya and a subject of Britain which makes Obama ineligible to be a U.S. President because both parents must be U.S. “legal” or U.S. “natural born” citizens when the baby is born on U.S. soil.  A baby can be a “legal” citizen if one parent is foreign-born, but not a U.S. “naturalized born” citizen. The words are specific for eligibility and required by Constitutional Law, Article II of the U.S. Constitution.  Article II requires proof when properly vetted for public office as U.S. President.

3) The news reports that Obama’s alleged white grandparents supported the communist party, but there’s no proof except for photos and a newspaper article and the article isn’t certified by the courts as legal evidence to my knowledge.

4) Obama and his lawyers state that Obama’s step father, Lolo Soetoro, legally adopted him and legally changed his name to Barry Soetoro and there is credible proof of this adoption and name change submitted by investigative reporters. My research relating to Indonesian Citizenship during the 1960’s and 1970’s disclosed that In order to attend school in Indonesia, a student must be an Indonesian citizen and denounce his U.S. citizenship.   Indonesia and the USA didn’t recognize dual citizenship at that time.

Furthermore, Obama immediately wrote an Executive Order which is on record granting himself the privilege to conceal his birth certificate and all other personal records unless he granted permission to allow law enforcement, Congress, or anyone in authority working within the U.S. overnment to access his records without permission granted by the USAG, Erick Holder, and himself.  But, Obama swore an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution  on 1/9/2009, which supersedes his Executive Order; consequently, Article II of the U.S. Constitution supersedes his Executive Order which means that the U.S. Justices have the authority to correct the vetting records and uphold Article II of the United States Constitution which they swore an oath to do as a fiduciary duty to the U.S. Constitution, the American people, and the U.S. military,  The federal judges have the authority to grant the lawyers, military, citizens, and law enforcement due process of law and proceed with their eligibility cases if they choose to seek out the truth by Judicial Review, but they choose not to seek truth or justice in this one exceptional eligibility case. They deny each case by declaring the petitioners have “No Standing.”

It is the duty of all officers of the court and taxpayer funded law enforcement agents to exercise their duty which includes the U.S. Federal Judges and Justices and clarify Obama’s birth records by correcting the records and properly vet Obama’s identification, birth certificate, and credentials, passports, immigration papers, Selective Service, and Social Security numbers, but they refuse to-date. This is a remarkable stance by the U.S. federal government who properly vetted public servants, especially at the highest levels for 235 years. Article II clearly states that a U.S. President is required to be a U.S. Natural Born Citizen, but the Justices and federal government and media have ignored and avoided the issue and people have been punished for seeking the truth and clarification. The failure of the federal public servants to properly vet a U.S. President and his Cabinet casts a dark and grave shadow of doubt over the Department of Justice as well as the federal government who are paid with U.S. tax dollars.

Consequently, LTC Lakin was imprisoned at Leavenworth for six months, because he asked a question regarding Obama’s eligibility that allegedly would interfere with his orders when he requested the production of Obama’s long form certified birth certificate. After his eligibility case was denied, the news reported that he chose not to follow Obama’s orders without proper vetting as required by Article II of the U.S. Constitution, but cleverly twisted by the Liberal Socialist Democrats and media that Article II does not require proper identification aka vetting. 

Every public servants and every military person pledges and swears their allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, not to a public servant.  So, the first allegiance for the military and all public servants under oath is to the U.S. Constitution and the orders of the Commander-In-Chief are secondary for the U.S. Constitution is the solid rock that the USA depends upon, but U.S. Presidents and Commanders-In-Chief are temporary. The U.S. Justices and public servants swear an oath to uphold and obey the laws established in the U.S. Constitution and protect, defend, and preserve the Constitution, they don’t swear an oath to protect public servants from the Constitution.

If the American people believe a public servant is violating constitutional laws of the land then and disrespects the U.S. Constitution and the Congress and the Voices of Americans they why would they be required to comply with unconstitutional laws forced upon them? For example, Obama’s regime has ordered that every American travelling in the USA at airports be radiated, naked photographed, or intensively groped in their private parts including minor kids by government workers who aren’t health care professionals. The federal government has knowledge that radiation causes free radicals to react and that free radicals kill healthy cells.  Obama joked and laughed about this serious matter which most Americans find to be humiliating as well as a health hazard and unconstitutional. In my opinion, ordering TSA workers to radiate and grope innocent Americans, while exempting Muslims, is a violation of our civil rights and constitutional rights. How is it that this isn’t the same as rape or child molestation by strangers? The fact that the president and congress is allowing this to continue is immoral, inappropriate, and insensitive. As I stated, doctors journals report that radiation can kill healthy cells and can cause adverse side effects and there isn’t any such thing as “safe radiation,” yet U.S. Congressional members laughed and applauded when Obama joked about this serious matter.

Remember, LTC Lakin served his country. He placed his life on the line and saved the lives of U.S. military men and women on the battlefields.  He swore an oath as did the U.S. Supreme Court Justices to uphold the U.S. Constitution.  Every soldier must swear an oath of allegiance knowing  that their primary duty is to UPHOLD the U.S. Constitution.  Article II is a crucial part of the U.S. Constitution.  Article II is the law of the land.  Where’ was the outcry by the American people to free LTC Lakin?

The federal judges use the word “no standing” to dismiss all the eligibility cases, but Americans have standing.  Public servants are bound by a contract with the American people.  Americans believe public servants and their promises during the campaign and in exchange for believing that their sworn oath to uphold, defend, and protect the U.S. Constitution and America in exchange for their jobs, titles, taxpayer wages and benefits, they are provided taxpayer funded jobs, benefits, and wages.

Congress and Judges are bound by a fundamental fiduciary duty to the American people and individually swore to uphold the Rule of Law aka Constitutional Laws, not avoid and ignore their sworn oaths.  Public servants are under contract to the American people and the American people should amend the U.S. Constitution in 2012 so they can hold a “special election” and vote out any Congressional member, President, V.P., Judges, and local and state public servants who fail to uphold their sworn oath and uphold constitutional laws, but apparently have granted themselves unprecedented authority to self-police, self-investigate, and self-protect themselves from punishment and liability.

Therefore, the U.S. federal judges are ignoring the law and risking the welfare and safety of every American citizen because the American people have standing based on the fact that their health care, freedom of choice, and national safety has been jeopardized and remains at risk. The fact that the unborn babies can’t speak up has never been more at risk than under the Obama administration as he mandates worldwide abortions.  He has given more money that was promised to jobs for aborting millions of babies, especially in Black communities around the globe requiring U.S. taxpayers to pick up the tab for slaughtering innocents than any president in our history.  Planned Parenthood is big business and for-profit using teenagers, women, and unborn babies as commodities.  In fact, shortly after he implemented the Global Poverty Act, about December 7, 2007, (mandated worldwide abortions) as a senator with the blessings of Biden, he filed an application to run for the highest office in the land. Each of the keys persons who approved worldwide mandated abortions were provided positions and no-bid contracts and Insider Trading grace as well as stimulus money for their TSA programs or for their relatives!

For example, prominent attorney Orly Taitz, who was denied access to the courts after filing an eligibility case, stated publicly that she was threatened.  Philip J. Berg, Esq., has been denied due process of law many times by the federal courts after filing eligibility cases and mentioned he could be risking his life.  The military officers and civilians who filed eligibility cases have been denied due process of law.  The denial of these lawsuits has caused more Americans to question Obama’s eligibility.  If  the courts are denying due process of law regarding allegations of eligibility then what’s to stop them from ignoring all constitutional law until it’s shredded before the year 2016? Eligibility is a constitutional requirement under the law, which Justices, Judges, and Congress, and Law Enforcement swore to uphold. Yet, they are holding business owners accountable criminally if they hire illegals, but leave the borders open and say they must be hired and can’t be fired? Has the federal government gone mad?

The fact that Obama refuses to produce a $35 long form U.S. birth certificate in a court of law or hand it over to Congress or law enforcement for vetting versus publishing it on the internet and spending about $2,000,000 or more to lawyers to keep it from being vetted, leaves a lot for the imagination. What businessman would pay $2M versus $35 if the CEO of his company wanted to vet his Birth Certificate? Where is he getting millions of dollars to keep his birth certificate concealed from the government and which law is he applying that provides any public servant the authority to conceal his identification from law enforcement or Congress or Federal Judges?

Mandated auto insurance is  required by state law, but it is different from mandated health care insurance for a multitude of reasons.  Your health isn’t going to affect anyone but you.  The Supreme Court says that women have the right to control their own bodies and approved of abortion and Planned Parenthood:  Abortion on Demand.

In other words, auto insurance protects not you if you choose not to be protected, but it is mandated that you purchase the consumer product known as “auto insurance” because a vehicle can kill or injure other people on the road.  It is implemented to protect the “other” people that you may injure or damage their vehicle which makes sense.

Auto Insurance premiums take effect immediately when the customer makes the first payment which is different than health care insurance which may require a physical examination and determine pre-existing conditions and increase the rates depending on health and age.  Health Insurance is a consumer product that was always a choice for Americans because they pay for health insurance either through individual policies or employer groups policies which reduces the costs when large groups are signed up with the same insurance company.  Group insurance offers individual or family rates for less money than individual policies. Health Insurance is a choice because many people can’t afford health insurance or they don’t think they need it because of their good health and their age. It’s called “Freedom of Choice.”

Nevertheless, in 2009, Hillarycare morphed into Obamacare!  And, Barack Hussein Obama II, aka Barry Soetoro, forced it down the throats of every American despite the fact is it 2700 pages of what Congress stated was unread and I wrote to Congress which was partially read on the House Floor with my name to be, “unconstitutional and possibly illegal” bordering on coercion and extortion.

ObamaCare is a pay-up-front program for services not rendered and may never be rendered due to the economic crisis and the fact that it was determined by the powers that be inside the White House to be non-sustainable long-term.

On the other hand, auto insurance is sustainable long-term and it is for the protection of victims who may be injured.  It also offers a choice.  An American can purchase Liability only that protects the other person/s or they can purchase Full Coverage which protects themselves and the other persons should an accident occur on the road.

Health Care doesn’t affect anyone else except the individual who may or may not want to buy a consumer product known as health care.  The truth is that paying-up-front as mandated for Obamacare is worse than going to Vegas and throwing the dice on the table. Paying up-front for a consumer product that can’t be delivered immediately is highway robbery.   Under Obamacare, Obama is to appoint a Select Committee, who will determine who lives and who dies!  In other words, Obamacare isn’t about health care but death care to Americans.   No wonder the radicals chant on their news and U.S. soil, “Death to America!”  It appears their wish is coming true. Obama’s committee will ration and deny health care to Americans which can lead to euthanizing Americans.

Apparently, the committee appointed by Obama would have been members of the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR who are anti-American organization.  Think about that for one moment.  The committee would decide who will live or die, i.e., elderly, chronically ill, cancer patients, mentally and physically challenged, poor, homeless, veterans, or perhaps, children with autism.  This sound more like Communism than Americanism.

Furthermore, many people don’t drive cars, so there is no need for them to purchase car insurance so making car insurance mandatory for all citizens is moot.  The Right to Exercise Freedom of Choice is intact, but not with Obamacare.  In fact, many car insurance policies offer medical insurance options,  so how does that affect Obamacare?  Will Americans who opt in for health care coverage under their auto insurance be forced to pay for two health care insurance policies!

On the other hand, health care insurance can be and is purchased for a lot less money through employers which is known as “group” insurance.  Group Insurance in my opinion offers the  best coverage  because the employees pay less money when a corporation signs up large numbers of people.  And, married persons can include coverage for their families. Americans are still exercising their right to Freedom of Choice under group insurance.  They didn’t have to purchase the group insurance.

Obamacare denies The Right To Choose and control your own body. The Supreme Court judged it to be a right when they approved of the abortion law.  So, which is it?  Do we have a right to determine what we want to do with our own bodies which includes buying health care insurance as the body includes the mind?  If not, then the abortion decision to control one’s own body is hypocritical. Abortion is about taking life of another individual, but health care is only about taking contorl of our own body.

Therefore, health insurance offered by an employer is not required because it is a consumer product that the individual may or may not want to purchase.  A person may believe in holistic and natural cures and choose not to sign up for health care and pay the high premiums. Or an American may feel they are too young and healthy to purchase health insurance.  But, the fact is that in America, prior to Obamacare, no one who seeks emergency help in a hospital could be denied services even if they are a non-citizen.   The U.S. also provided federal and state programs for the indigent so that they can access clinics or county hospitals.

Furthermore, Obama-Care is an umbrella set of regulations, mandates, punishments, fines, and  laws, which are far-reaching beyond health care and infringe on the duties of other agencies as well as individuals.  Obamacare includes hundreds of unread  mandates and regulations that destroy free enterprise and  private health care.  Ironically, it is called Obama-Care when there is little care involved since people can’t afford to sign up, can’t access the internet to sign up because their site doesn’t operate correctly, it’s unaffordable, and it denies care by rationing and denying care if the government employees implementing Obama-Care choose to do so.

ObamaCare  creates a federal government that determines who will live or die based on one’s health, age, and cost to the government setting up  people and unborn babies and pregnant moms as Human Commodities, in other words no more than a number of consumer products of value or of no value .  Maybe, they will secretly determine the political affiliation, race, ethnicity, intelligence, and sexual preference, if you smoke or drink or use drugs, mental IQ or distress, which is very dangerous. Obama-Care is similar to a the worst HMO that you could ever imagine.  The government will decide who will be rationed services or denied services.  Services include crutches,  wheelchairs, mammograms, or cancer treatments.

Again, auto insurance doesn’t ration or deny insurance unless by law for good reason.  You either qualify or you don’t. You choose your policy.  You receive immediate service upon making a payment.

Consequently, as I stated before, this is a thug-like government agenda that infringes on constitutional rights and discriminates against the legal middle-class and poor Americans forced to sign up, pay up, or else be punished.  On the other hand, the hypocrites who didn’t read Obamacare, but rubber stamped 2700 pages, “approved” exempted themselves from the same laws they mandated for everyone else without constitutional authority to do so.  They exempted those they favor without constitutional authority such as the Muslims, Illegals, Bundlers, SEIU, and Donors to their campaigns.

How is ObamaCare any different from having a thug place an imaginary gun to the head of every  American man, woman, and child and demanding, “Pay up or else?”  The Obama administration is pushing a thug-like and Orwellian style law against the will of the majority of Americans, which appears to be another depopulation program as well as a Ponzi scheme to pay up without having to provide any services to the customer and without being held accountable if the paid up customer is rationed or denied services.

In  my opinion, ObamaCare borders on extortion because it forces Americans to pay up against their will with earnings after taxes in exchange for a consumer product that the government may or may not provide. oesn’t have to provide.  Obamacare is about rationing and denying health care, not providing healthcare for Americans.  It has the makings of a what appeared to be a totalitarian Democratic oval office and congress by using force and what appears to be coercion and extortion creating another Ponzi scheme only this Ponzi Scheme includes death panels.

In 2009,  Senator Nancy Pelosi they didn’t read the 2700 pages of Obamacare, and that they needed “to pass it in order to know what is in it.”  That  is the most classic twisted comment ever made by a Speaker of the House to my knowledge.  Her comment borders on gross negligence and sheer incompetence.  How is it okay for the government to coerce 300M Americans to comply with unconstitutional, illegal, unlawful, unaffordable, discriminatory laws, in which they exempt themselves, illegals, Muslims, and donors from signing up and paying up for the same laws they rubber stamped, “approved?”

Obamacare is not about health care.  It allows the government to remove your money from your bank account without your knowledge if they allege you committed a crime or didn’t pay-up.  Believe it or not!  And, that’s why it appears that Congress claimed they never read what was in it!  In my opinion, they knew exactly what was in it.  How is that any different from what Hitler did to the Europeans, especially, the Jews during WW II?

Auto insurance does not automatically deduct money from the paychecks of every American without the customer’s consent, but Obama-Care doesn’t care about the citizen’s consent because Obama operates with a pen and a phone by signing Executive Orders that by-pass Congress and the Will of the majority of Americans.  In fact, Obama declared that the U.S. Constitution and Congress are “meaningless” and the Democratic Congress stood up and applauded instead of impeaching him at that moment.

Auto insurance doesn’t violate the commerce clause, but ObamaCare appears to be violating the commerce clause.  Obama-Care denies the freedom of every American as I stated to choose a consumer product that they may or may not want to purchase from the government who is a dual national private insurance company without constitutional authority.  This unconstitutional act appears to end  private group health insurance offered by employers at a reduced cost with their own earnings after taxes.  Obamacare takes over the private Insurance Industry which is above their pay grade as they have no authority to take over private industry by using and abusing U.S. tax dollars.  Is the goal to create a totalitarian government and ignore the fact that the U.S. Constitution clearly defines the laws of the land stating that the federal government is granted “limited powers.”

The Congress of the United States and Obama and V.P. Biden along with the approval of the U.S. Supreme Court urged congress to infringe on the constitutional rights of every American by rubber stamping 2700 pages of unread laws “approved.”  In my opinion, every representative, senator, Obama, and Biden should be sued by the American citizens.

The entire federal government of congressional members, a non-vetted President and V.P.,  exempted themselves from the laws the mandated without constitutional authority and in violation of their sworn oath when they held themselves above the law and stated they were exempted from signing up or paying up or being punished under the mandates they didn’t read but approved without legal, lawful, or constitutional authority No one is exempt from upholding and following the law, except law breakers.

Should the American citizens not ask which constitutional law provides public servants the authority to exempt themselves from paying up-front for ObamaCare?

Which Constitutional authority did  Congress and Obama apply when they exempted themselves, Muslims, Illegals, SEIU, Donors, and Bundlers from signing up and paying up for Obamacare which includes punishment and penalties by calling a tax – a tax that isn’t a tax?   Or calling a penalty – a penalty that isn’t a penalty?

If Americans don’t pay their insurance premiums then they can’t drive a vehicle.  A citizen who drives a car without auto insurance is violating the law.  But, a person who doesn’t purchase health insurance wasn’t in violation of the law because health insurance is a consumer product purchased with the earnings of Americans after taxes are paid to the government. Americans have always used their earnings after taxes to purchase consumer products by exercising their right-to-choose, but Obama and the Democrats took the right-to-choose away from Americans loyal to their  free nation when they wrongfully mandated Americans purchase a consumer product with their own earnings they may not want.

Obama-Care must be repealed in its entirety.  It has nothing to do with health care, because it’s all about death care.  Obamacare denies and rations health care to Americans which is death panels.  Obamacare isn’t easily accessed for sign ups and its unaffordable to most Americans which is a death panel.  Obamacare targets death by early end-of-life counseling leading to euthanasia for Americans who are chronically ill, elderly, veterans, cancer patients, the poor and the homeless Americans, while providing for Muslims, Illegals, and those they favor.  Obamacare rations and denies treatments and Rx drugs to Americans which is a death panel.

The Reward for rubber stamping the unread 2700 pages of Obamacare so he could add to his legacy as the non-vetted POTUS without a vetted Certified U.S. Birth Certificate that he morphed Hillarycare into Obamacare under his watch against the will of the majority of Americans.  The Obama regime of Democrats sitting in Congress approved Obamacare and then after exempting themselves approved and secretly grated to themselves a gift   from the taxpayers.  The Democratic Congress approved and  granted themselves the gift of a  $12,000 taxpayer-funded kick back so they could purchase premium health care.

Obamacare must be nullified because Obama can’t produce a vetted valid Certified U.S. Birth Certificate, therefore, how can anything he signed by legal, lawful, and constitutional and in the best interest of all Americans?

All laws must be written and approved in accordance with constitutional law or the will of the majority of legal citizens.  Each law must be read and studied in-depth and debated before approved which is what lawmakers are taxpayer-funded and elected to do.  This is the fiduciary duty of congress required by the 14th Amendment for which they are elected to do.  Are the Democratic members of congress who rubber stamped Obamacare “approved,” just lazy, incompetent, or should we ponder if they pledged their allegiance to foreign international bodies?

Remember, auto insurance protects people or property that is damaged and is in place to save laws, but Obama’s forced health care insurance doesn’t damage another person or someone else’s property and it is more about death, not so much about saving American lives, but enslaving Americans to the rogue government, illegals, fake refugees, donors, bundlers who are a majority from the Left.

Of course, liability insurance for automobiles should be mandated to protect the victims of an accident.  Common sense tells us that accidents happen everyday and we need to make sure the victims are compensated; however, constitutional  law doesn’t mandate that Americans pick up the tab for illegals or fake refugees, the federal government and their donors and exempt themselves and those they favor from the laws they mandate.

In the meantime,  Americans will continue to pay for their current health insurance, and the federal government will deduct money from every citizen’s paychecks and social security checks for services not rendered for ObamaCare for at least two years because their website isn’t up and running.  Americans are forced to pick up the cost for all those who are exempted from paying up for health care along with all the Muslims, illegals, and SEIU members who are exempted from the unread Obamacare mandates.

Also, buried in the news is the fact that senior citizens on a budget who use Medicare will suffer because it’s reported that under Obamacare, their premiums will increase for Medicare will increase from $100 to $247 per month beginning in the year 2014 to pick up the tab for the millions of fake “Christian Refugees” Obama and Hillary have walked across the borders and flown into the USA by a preplanned secret E.O. without the knowledge of the American citizens.

America has county hospitals and free taxpayer-funded clinics for the indigent .   America doesn’t turn away people who have emergencies from emergency rooms.  So, why does Obama and Congress believe that it is necessary for the government to take over health private health care when they bankrupted social security and Medicare?  The federal government does not have a good track records when they trample on “limited powers.”  In fact, it’s reported that Obama with the blessings of Hillary Clinton and Congress are  funding ObamaCare by diverting funds from Medicare and denying the Advantage program under Medicare.  In time, the seniors will be punished .  The seniors helped build America by their blood, sweat and tears. Obama contributed nothing, but brought his change so he could fund his foreign enemy invasion into the USA under the guise of “Christian Refugees,” but appears to be a Trojan Horse.  The Democrats will destroy Social Security and Medicare at the rate they’re spending.

ObamaCare made a demand that American taxpayers pay the federal government up-front for Obamacare for two years or else be punished for services NOT rendered and may NEVER be rendered.  It’s a fact that the White House has been warned that the long-term financial costs to maintain ObamaCare is not sustainable.  And, there lies a huge difference between car insurance and successful private health insurance paid through employers versus a federally run health care system known as Obama-Care.  Private industry, who operates the auto industry, auto and health insurance private industry is a proven success,  but federally operated Obamacare will be a disaster. 

The federal government has proven its inadequacy to run any business as they turn into Ponzi schemes.  The House Crisis?  Social Security?  Medicare?  Welfare?  Obamacare?  T – like the housing crisis – government-run Social Security – Medicare – Welfare – and  the Stimulus! They’ve all been pilfered and bankrupted by the federal government!  The limited powers was granted to the federal government so they couldn’t bankrupt the nation.

The Nazi-style Obama agenda:  Obama-Care creates a generational built-in pay-up-front customer base for the federal government and a consistent flow of taxes for the federal government with intent to hire 1700 IRS agents.  The agents under Obama’s watch will be allowed  to knock on the doors of Americans which is what Obama planned for Americans and frighten people.  This is Obamacare.  It’s not about health care.

Obamacare is about Obama!   Obamacare is about implementing the taxpayer funded microchip with intent to microchip every individual in order to control and enslave the masses.  There are many people already microchipped.  Obamacare is a death panel clever 2700 pages forcing Americans to pay for their own demise and that of babies around the world.  It’s about forcing teachers to indoctrinate little children into same-sex agendas and transgenders by feminizing little boys.  These are depopulation programs of future Americans that will be spread across Western Civilization if not stopped.

Obamacare forces America’s taxpayer to fund death to future natural-born Americans and babies around the world about to be born to poor parents. These are worldwide depopulation programs.  Planned Parenthood aborts about 1,000,000 future natural born Americans per year.  They’ve wiped out about 70,000,000 Americans who would be natural-born citizens helping defend this nation, but they are being replaced with illegals and fake refugees from foreign enemy nations.

In other words, Americans are  forced to pay for their own  demise ,  It’s the catalyst to wipe out the constitution, Freedom, Liberty,  Rights, Individualism, Capitalism, Free Enterprise, Sovereignty, God, Christianity,  U.S. history, America’s monuments, by creating civil unrest funded by George Soros.  These NWO and UN and EU agendas are funded by extremely wealthy supporters determined to destroy the greatest Free Christian Nation on earth.

Europe is already falling, especially the UK who caters to the foreign invaders.  Canada under Trudeau is on its way to find out that the Canadians are being replaced as Trudeau changes and transforms Canada. Merkel is transforming  Germany  and nearly lost to the foreign invaders .  Macros is a problem for the French.  Sweden and Belgium aren’t fighting back against the foreign invaders to save their nations.  Hillarycare morphed into Obamacare!  Obama and Hillary are the same.  These agendas are clever depopulation programs implemented  as health care, but in reality ends in “death to America!”   Obamacare ends the lives of the elderly and seniors, chronically ill, mentally and physically challenged, possibly kids and adults with autism, and veterans.

Remember, the federal government collected social security and Medicare up-front from America’s earnings and promised to open a Trust Fund where it would never be touched by the congress but promised it to be returned as a government retirement plan for all American workers. The greedy and dishonest elected congressional members throughout the years,  diverted social security and Medical. without the knowledge of the American Citizens. They spent it without accountability.

So, what’s the difference between collecting up-front for Social Security and collecting up-front for Obama-Care?  Since this regime has already pilfered nearly $5 trillion in 3 years under the Obama-Democratic regime without accountability, just a bunch of hot air of how they were going to use it to create infrastructure jobs and put Americans to work and repair infrastructure in dire need of repairs for decades.  They lied and it appears to be more of the Ponzi scheme that helped fund donors, bundlers, themselves, and foreign enemy nations. as well as migrate tens of thousands of fake refugees and illegals they invited into the USA without constitutional authority.

Of course,  the Obama’s, Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Feinstein, Pelosi, Schumer, Reid, and all the rest of the Democratic taxpayer-funded congressional members are laughing at Americans all the way to the bank where they depot their wealth into U.S. Banks or Offshore Banks.  They could be laughing at the hard-working Americans they’ve ripped off and state are  “foolish,” and “easily tricked.”  The Democrats also stated that the Americans citizens are “stupid.”  Obama stated that Americans are small-minded,” when he demanded that all  Americans give up their Liberties.  He declared that America is “no longer a Christian Nation.”  Michelle  Obama stated in her last speech before leaving the White House that this nation “belongs to the Muslims” and they should never forget it.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that enemies from within can take down a nation without worrying about having one bomb dropped from the skies by foreign enemy nations.  It only takes, enemies from within working with foreign enemy nations and allow them to invade, infiltrate, over populate, dominate, and conquer a nation.  Obama and the Democrats apparently wrote the Hate crimes Bill to silence Americans and punish Americans who spoke out against these agendas and the fake foreign refugees

Remember,  Obamacare is a trap towards enslavement.  It’s about death to Americans and depopulation of future Americans and changing and transforming the USA into a nation of foreign babble, foreign religion, foreign ideologies, and compliance.  The motto is “comply or die.”   This is an example of how Obamacare operates:  You are in pain and you need a Dentist to take away your pain.  The Dentist says he can relieve your pain and make you all better.  He says, “First, you must pay-up-front for three years, and after three years, come back and see me.”  He blurts out, “And, if I’m still around and in business, and you didn’t die from gum disease, I might be able to perform dental work but it will depend on your health, age, politics, religion, gender, and sexual preference and mental state.  And, if you meet all the criteria at that time, we can proceed, but you must continue to pay-up or else you could be punished.”  (c 2013)

Magicians are remarkable!  They can cause your mind and your eyes to  believe the “change” they bring about such as pulling a rabbit out of a hat.  It’s similar to the illusion of justice!  In my book, Fight Back Legal Abuse, I state that “Justice is an illusion and the people are set up for the disillusion.” Liberal congressional members as well as Rinos, appear to be great magicians.  They can cause people to believe their promises which they don’t intend to keep.  For example, they will state that a fetus is not a living being. They state that it’s not a graduation, but a promotion. They say, it’s not a sunny day, but a soft sun.  Can public servants write laws and cause people to believe that their magical tricks are real and legal by using fear tactics?   After all, most people fear the Big Bad Wolf also known as the federal government.

The magic tricks played on Americans are untouched by the greatest magicians in the world!  The secret societies, the oval office, the shadow government, and Liberal and Rino Congressional members, appear to be magicians. For example, in 2009, the White House and Democratic Congress promised that the  costs of Obamacare would cost each citizen less money, but by 2012 – Surprise!  The news shocked Americans when they leaked that Obama intended to hire 1700 new IRS agents to spy on U.S. Citizens and visit them if they failed to comply and pay up for Obamacare!  The White House denied that the IRS was spying and targeting Conservative and Christian Americans, but Surprise!  In 2013, Edward Snowden leaked that the Obama administration was spying on the world, not just Americans!

And in 2009, the second magical trick pulled out of the hat promised Obamacare health care  premiums for each U.S. citizen would cost a lot less, but Surprise!  By 2013, the White House announced that health care premiums for U.S. Citizens will Double!  After all, it takes trillions of tax dollars to add 30,000,000 to 50,000,000 illegals, new immigrants, Refugees, SEIU Union Members, and anyone else the White House favors who are exempted from compliance, paying-up, and from punishment!)

And, In 2009, Obama and Congress promised Obamacare would cost Americans $9 Billion but like used car salesmen, they used a bait and switched, and Surprise!  By 2012, the White House announced that the cost of Obamacare to American taxpayers is nearly $3 Trillion plus!  And, sadly, the GOP candidates in 2010, promised to Defund and Repeal, but they remain complicit and silent about the coming train wreck even though the White House CBO and economic experts say long term, Obamacare will bankrupt the United States of America!  This begs the question why would the White House and Congress want to bankrupt the United States of America?

It appears that the Obama regime and the liberal socialist congress are very good at performing magic tricks on the American people.  We shall give you better health care, but after it’s implemented, it’s leaked that they can ration or deny health care services or prescriptions or send Americans, especially elderly and veterans,  to sign off on euthanasia so the federal government can save money.  Euthanasia is presented as  benevolent end-of-life counseling. And, it’s leaked that they are currently sending letters to veterans and allegedly confiscating their guns, ordering psychological evaluations, and allegedly accessing their personal assets.  And, how many Americans are awake, yet?

Federal and States laws require that public servants and all citizens follow the Rule of Law, but the US President, V.P., and Congress exempt themselves from the laws that they mandate, but under what authority?   The only people who exempt themselves from the law are criminals also known as law breakers.   And, believe it or not, millions of Americans are duped and have fallen for these magic tricks.  For example,  the liberal congress implemented the unconstitutional mandate requiring every U.S. natural-born citizen and U.S. legal citizen believe in the illusion which proposes that elected representatives have the authority to use usurp the U.S. Constitution, The Bill of Rights, the Commerce Clause,  by approving Executive Orders. If that’s the case then we no longer are under the Rule of the U.S. Constitution!

It does appear that the White House is able to make laws disappear by the magical swipe of a pen or re-write unconstitutional law that denies freedom and liberty or Rights. Such laws are always intended for personal and political agendas that are self-serving.  In other words, the Reps turn a blind eye and play, “You scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours!”

These imposters have caused this new “change” and new “reality” using the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as their magical trick for the world to witness right before their very eyes on the world’s stage by declaring in open forum, the U.S. Constitution and Congress are  “meaningless” and Americans applaud.  The majority of Americans accept this illusion as real and they allow their minds to become conditioned until they believe that the magical “change” that diminishes our freedoms is the new reality.  They are complicit thinking they can do nothing about it.  They continue to buy their kids the hypnotic video games and watch hypnotic television shows that include violence, pornography, and disgusting behaviors intended to dumb down and change behaviors.  Even the talk shows use inappropriate language and many dress as if they’re going to a night club, as they scream, curse, and insult their guests. The audience applauds their bad behavior.

Therefore, serious problems arise because too many kids grow up over the past 30 years without the same set of values, principles, dress codes, moral codes, as generations before them because of the media, fashion, mandated abortions, contraceptives handed out at the schools, movies, music, and so forth that encourages rebellion, violence, pornography, and hate as well as disrespect for parents, but love for the federal government!  This evil money making greedy “machine” has been switched on and it’s gobbling up children, babies, unborn babies, and indoctrinating them into a new world of disorder.

Therefore, under these new lowered standards and as if by magic reflect how Speaker Pelosi convinced 300,000,00 Americans that Congress has the authority to pass 2700 pages of UNREAD Laws?  Again, how are UNREAD laws legal?  Vice President Biden, used a different and more distinct description to express his joy in its passage as he stated on national TV that this was a “f….” big deal!  The liberal congress and Rinos, magically declared that a “payment” for a U.S. consumer product or consumer service is not a “tax” even though taxes are paid after a consumer pays for the product, except in the case of Obamacare.   By force, U.S. consumers are forced to pay up twice the amount under the fear and threat of punishment, for a product they don’t want and may never receive which in my opinion borders on extortion!  How can a payment for a consumer product rationed or denied be called a tax?

The liberal democratic congress and Rinos magically passed the Health Care Bill by using “bribes for votes.”  They disregarded the constitution, tax codes,  commerce clause and disregarded the will of the majority of the American people.  They are now attempting to re-write or misinterpret or “change” the Commerce Clause.  The Obama regime, is using their magical pen to declare a “payment” for a consumer product or service – a tax or a “penalty” as a tax!  I guess it all depends on what the word ‘tax” means to the federal government.  They’re hoping that the American people can’t figure out their magical tricks and illusions.  In my opinion, this magical trick of turning a “payment” into a “tax” for a consumer product or service borders on insanity or should be studied under criminal law.

What if Americans, who pay for their health care through their employers, discover that the federal government is zapping their pay checks for Obamacare?  A double whammy!  And, how is it that seniors who pay for Medicare will have to double up and pay for Obamacare, too, as many seniors are struggling just to survive?

Well then  how does it affect full coverage car insurance premiums that include health care allowances since that would equate to paying  triple rates for health care payments?   So, how do taxpayers claim the health care “payments” called a “tax” on their income tax?  And, when did personal earnings which is personal property become the property of the federal government and no longer the personal property of the American people?  How many more consumer products will the American people be required to buy from the federal government with their personal income in the future?

How can the federal government collect payments for consumer product and calling it a tax and report it to the CBO and CAFR and the IRS?  And, why are they immune from lawsuits if they collect taxes which are payments and never provide the consumer product? Aren’t they changing the federal government into a two-role system, the federal government and a private corporation selling consumer products by calling the payment a tax and without any scrutiny by the Department of Consumer Affairs?  Where’s the disclosures sent to every consumer on what services will be provided in exchange for the consumer payment called a “tax” by the federal government?

How is it that the federal government is creating a built-in customer base for health care insurance using every U.S. Natural Born Citizen as commodities for taxation and profit through the takeover of the health care industry, and through taxpayer funding Planned Parenthood, with knowledge that USAG Eric Holder’s wife owns an abortion clinic for-profit, and perhaps, U.S. Reps own non-disclosed stock in Planned Parenthood or the health care of abortion industry?

This regime and congress and the federal judges know that Obama-care federal workers will have the power to ration services or  mandate abortions.  They will control every individual American; access all your businesss, personal, banking, and health care records; punish non-compliant doctors, implement euthanasia, deny prescriptions, ration prescriptions and they’ll have the power to determine who lives or dies, based on the profitability to the federal government.  The federal government will have the power to view every U.S. citizen as a commodity aka “Human Capital” and review the individual health records of every citizen.  And, based on the person’s age, health, and costs to the federal government the federal government will determine if an individual will be provided prescriptions, medical services or if they’ll be written off as “discardable” or “disposable” people who I mention in my book.  This is called “Patient Dumping” of people who are of no value to the government.

In my humble opinion, Obamacare will bring much suffering for Americans when their private insurance is wiped out by Obamacare.  Americans will stand in line and wait for services that doctors may or may not be allowed to provide.  America will be brought to its knees because now, the men in black robes failed to uphold the Constitution of the United States and uphold their sworn oaths of office or protect and defend Americans and America.

So, what happens to all the “payments” magically turned into “taxes” and used to pay for a consumer product between 2010 and 2014 knowing that the federal government pilfered social security, medicare, and the stimulus money that isn’t being provided? It is obvious that they will collect up-front and guarantee the expansion of  federal job security and eventually pilfer Obamacare just like Social Security and Medicare, but these elected Reps will all be gone by then and never held accountable.

Why wouldn’t they pilfer Obamacare?  What happens to the “payments” taken from earnings as “taxes” from U.S. legal citizens if the citizens die or they are denied or rationed prescriptions in 2014 after they paid-up-front for services not rendered since Obama’s committee of 15 will make those decisions?  Where does their money end up in the end?  Does the federal government reimburse the family’s estate for the “payments” paid up-front and if not, then isn’t it illegal to force people to pay up for consumer products that were never delivered?

The American people should be asking questions, such as what happens within the Department of Commerce and the Department of Consumer Affairs in every state once Obamacare is implemented?  How does Obamacare affect the AMA once this thug-like mentality of “Pay up or else” is implemented?  And, where’s the federal government’s brochure on the services they promise to perform in 2014, but we’ve heard those promises before – haven’t we?  So, the Redistribution of Wealth is Pay Up or Else be punished – Pay up to the Federal Government while they throw crumbs to the American people, who didn’t stand up peacefully and constitutionally and take back their country from the thug-like magicians!
