Recent reports on Main Stream Media and You Tube and social media are tossing around the word “Lawfare” as if everyone knows what is the meaning of this word; however, most to do not know the meaning of the word or its intent or how it is used and the benefit versus the adverse effects on America and the American people.

Let’s dig into this word and who came up with blogging and created “Lawfare.” Let’s consider the issue as it relates to lawlessness at the borders and how the Left has turned illegal into legal and ignored the U.S. Constituional guaranteed supreme laws of the land. Or the fact that BLM and ANTIFA terrorized America under the Obama administration without fear of arrest or charges filed; yet a former President of the USA, Donald J. Trump, didn’t burn down any businesses or vehicles private or government property in America and he has more felonies filed against him than a mass rapist and serial killer.

Many of the Palestinians are members or support HAMAS, an extremist group, who opposes gays and Israel and America to reside into the USA late at night on taxpayer’s expense without disclosing it to the American people under the guise of refugees.
The difference is that Refugees or asylum seekers must apply and be vetted. They must prove that they are escaping from their homeland in fear of their lives and must swear an oath to uphold and defend and protect the U.S. Constitution, but that isn’t what occurred as many chanted, “Death to America” and Death to Israel,” on American sidewalks. Many stated that they came to the USA to overpopulate and impose their laws and religion on America. It appears that the leaders in pubic office apparently were okay with Obama’s preplanned agenda to change the face of America. In this preplanned agenda, the illegals were invited by the U.S. federal employees, who are paid with hard working American’s taxpayer dollars for life, no matter what they do to America, not for America.
There isn’t one country in the world with the exception of the United States of America and Europe, Canada, and Australia who opened their borders to illegal invasions allowing millions of Third World unidentified impoverished and mostly uneducated foreigners without vetting and identification or background checks to enter illegally according to the laws of each of the free nations. In other words, it appears that Lawfare is no more than a word made up by a Blogger that was dormant until former President Donald J. Trump mentioned it and the interest increased, but it does not appear to be law in my opinion, only the creation of a blogger.

The AMA and the NIH, CDC, Big Pharma HHS, WHO, United Nations, Bill Gates, and George Soros, who fund many of these healthcare organizations, may have used Microsoft to write the 2700 pages of OBAMACARE. This blogger wrote this is a possibiity as wrottem in Colombo’s blog on or about February 2009 titled, “OBAMACARE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ILLEGAL,” before Obamacare was approved unread by the Democrats in Congress. Colombo stated that Obamacare was unconstitutional and illegal and borders on extortion as the Obama and congress abused their power when they forced Americans to buy a consumer products with their own earnings after taxes or else be punished. They used this same fear and threat and coercive tactics on Americans during the covid lockdowns. Colombo’s blog on Obamacare was read in part on the House Floor and recorded on the congressional record with her name. The truth is that Obama and congress exempted themselves, and SEIU, illegals, and Muslims, from signing up or paying up. The unfair and unconstitutional agendas have gotten worse as the three branches of the United States government morphed into one branch of government in 2009.
The Obama-Biden regime began by-passing congress, who is the ony body mandated to make laws, as mandated by the U.S. Constitution. Obama and Democrat congress and RINOS bypassed the laws laid out in the U.S. Constitution. Obama took it upon himself without congressional authority in my opinion to write Executive Orders since 2009 which were declared to be laws and mandated orders in the areas of social media, China, AMA, CDC, WHO, HHS, Big Pharma, and the U.N. bypassing congress and the constitutional laws of the Republic. These alphabet agencies appear to be working together to eliminate Freedom of Speech and fundamentally transform America into a Muslim Brotherhod CAIR and CCP-style nation owned by China which appears to be a treasonous act. The reason that Executive Orders are not laws is because they are “Orders,” not laws. All laws must first be submitted as bills for review, debated, approved, and passed onto the senate for the review, debate, and approval before sending it to the President’s desk.
All laws must be fair just for all, and include common sense. Each law is required to be written in accordance with constitutional law and in accordance with the will of most Americans. Executive Orders do not meet the standards of approved laws in the USA but dictatorial mandates reflecting the Muslim Brotherood CAIR nations and Communist, Marxist, Fascist, and Socialist ideologies and mandates worldwide. Americans appear to have been tricked under the OBAMA-Biden regime. In fact, Senator Dan Lungren stood up in congress and stated that Executive Orders were never intended to make laws, only congress can make laws.
Therefore, it appears that the NWO members seek to silence Americans. President Bill Clinton opened the floodgates to a foreign enemy, communist China, without constitutional law. China seeks to own and conquer the USA. Instead, America’s leaders are unconstitutionally and unawfully allowing a foreign enemy communist nation who threatens,, to attack America, buy farmland, U.S. food plants, property, banks, and invest in Hollywood, Disneyland, and everything and anything else they choose to do as well as install Huawei communications in America, China, and Iran.

So, it’s okay for a woman who allege she was sexually assaulted 30-years ago by Donald J. So, how do all these criminals get accepted onto these sites if they are providing fake identifications? I provided real identification on a major site for a blue check mark and the fact checker stated they couldn’t validate my identification, but they can validate thousands of fake identifcation scammers who are traffickers or thieves?
It appears that the scammers and traffickers could be a built-in never ending money-maker for the social media CEOs as they increase their numbers of members for advertising revenue. They mandated that human beings including babies and toddler and minor kids were to wear these masks even in airplanes. The fact is that there isn’t any medical or scientific evidence documented in journals that masks end a virus, but they make billions for China and the investors. Medical Journals will inform people that masks , which cut off the supply of oxygen and releasing carbon monoxide continuously, can cause free radicals to destroy the healthy cells, as well as the injure the lungs, organs, brain, and heart. It’s common knowledge that when oxygen is not getting to the brain it can cause brain injury or brain fog or fainting and death. Humans can’t get enough oxygen into the body and lungs wearing 3 masks and a plastic shield. God breathed oxygen into the bodies of Adam and Eve so they could live and that is why it is called the “Breath of Life.” Without breathing in and out naturally, it diminishes the heath of the immune system. Congress and the senate has failed to hold the social media CEO’s liable for injuries whether it be emotional, physical, or financial or all three as they have protected them from lawsuits and failed to regulate them. They have failed to break up the monopoly on social media sites giving Americans who seek to create social media sites a huge disadvantage of competing. Why would any CEOs fear violating any moral or ethics codes, or laws, if they are protected by government from criminal allegations or civil lawsuits?
Why does the senate judiciary committee allow 1, 2, o 3 people to own a monopoly on social media sites knowing there are lawsuits with evidence of child and adult trafficking, wiretapping, scamming, and spying? What about the damage to the young patients. who years later. learn that they can’t have children? Or those who may have to be on prescription drugs for ife or those who become mentally depressed later on in life after making a life altering decision as a minor child? Should Americans not ask their leaders if this is the beginning of the end for America. The average person woul be charged possibly with wiretapping or espionage as well as violations of privacy rights. They would have to pay out millions of dollars for wages and benefits around the world, but they are smart by using the members to write the content and require members to provide them with your personal information even though the members are not paid employees who end up making the CEO’s weathy. So, the content to fill the pages on the social media sites saves millions of dollars in employee wages as well as benefits and allows them to operate and expand their social media sites without any fear of liabiity or lawsuits regardless of any negligence or wrong doing that cause pain and suffering or loss of life or injury or lossof finances by imposters and scammers.
Its been reported that members have been hacked by unidentified hackers as well as from Russia and China from time-to-time. In other words, they are using the members who sign up for their sites to post content for free so they do not have to hire employees to pay for content so they cab increase the number of members that attract advertisers who pay billions to the CEOs to reach the greatest number of members on each site. After members provide their content maybe for years, fact checkers hired by these social media sites can suspend the members or ban them if they don’t approve of their content so once again, they are acting as law enforcers and accusing members of violating their policy that could infer a crime of hate or hate speech or harassment or bullying and other allegations as a policy violation which could lead to members being reported to law enforcement and even arrest as well as causing a member to accrue legal fees.
Why is the Government allowing CEOs of private corporations to monopolize the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and deny Freedom of Speech as if it is a privilege granted by their authority and not a United States guaranteed Constitutional Right? Who monitors their Freedom of Speech and writings and gathers all their personal information, Does the government monitor what they are requing members to provide to non-employers of free membership sites that require members provide them with personal information that really isn’t any of their business being a free site? If you go to a movie theater and they tell you it’s free to see the movie on a special day of the week to provide a review of the movie should they require you to give them your Driver License ID or Passport ID or Birthdate and Social Security? What is the difference?

Should Americans not ask which constitutional authority do they gather confidential information of members and store it in a data base that has been hacked in the past so which country or criminal organization hacked their members personal and confidential information? It appears that the President of the AMA seeks to cause peple to believe that social media policies that control Freedom of Speech is now the law of the land and and not U.S. Constitution tjat guarantees Freedom of Speech, Expression, and Press.
Which constitutional law says Linked has a right to know your Passport information or your Driver License and Birthdate in order to post on their free site? What constitutional rights do they have to require this confidential information stored in their possession justto post without being an employee, but even employers don’t require you to provide your passport information, sowhatis this all about?
Ironically, these CEOs of social media sites who demand personal and confidential information of members who provide free content without compensation for their time and work sothe CEOs can attract advertiers and make them wealthy are using slave labor for free in a sense and then firing them under the guise of banning or suspending the members who did the work based on their whims of community policy violations. On the otherhand, they require the same information for all their members before posting, so how is it that they can’t identify imposter celebrities or charities or pastors or imposter politicians on their sites who are committing fraud and identity theft and possibly tied to porn or human trafficking, wiretapping, or scamming people can’t be identified or located once reported by members? And, how is it they can’t identify those from Nigeria or other third world nations if they have worldwide tracking access?

What authority did these non-elected officials or officials apply that allowed them to deny healthy Americans and kids the right to access taxpayer funded parks andthe ocean where people can breathe in the ions. It doesn’t prove that the chemtrails, individual radiationof naked x-rays at airports can harm the eyes, cells, heart, organs, brain, teeth, gums, as the individual radiated are being cooked at unknown levels by people hired and are probably not licensed x-ray technicians, The airports do not provide any safety to protect any parts of the body fron being damaged by the radiation. There are no safe levels of radiation and that is why the doctors and dentists cover up the healthy parts of your body before turning on the machine.
Therefore, the government is not protecting people from radiation, but radiating the world’s population in bed with AI billionaires. Radiation can cause cataracts, stunt little kid’s growth, set off free radicals that destroy healthy cells that is irreversible causing aging and can cause cancer and death. Who will connect cancer if diagnosed down the road by a doctor to the x-ray machines at the airports or how can one prove it? Who will connect other health issues or death or injury to the covid experimental jabs or radiation pouring ot of microwaves, smart meters, 5G towers, Fukushima, computers and laptops and cell phones or televisions down the road? No one.
For example, it’s alleged that CDC, WHO, and NIH, were ordering people to wear 1, 2, or 3 masks with no evidence that masks stop a virus, The government taxpayer funded employees did not provide the quality of the materials used in China to manufacture and distribute worldwide. It appears that the FDA approved the masks to be safe despite the fact that China’s packaging did not print the materials or chemicals used to make the masks. In fact, it’s alleged that the masks included harmful chemicals such as graphene or ethylene oxide, which can have direct adverse health effects affecting breathing according to the reports online.
In fact, the FDA allows billionaire cosmetic lines and skin care products, hospitals, and the food industry to use dyes and preservatives and chemicals in their products. Many products claim the products are all natural based on a minute drop of one ingredient that may be natural. If we think about it, we should ask why are so many young Americans in their 30’s, 40s, and seniors losing their hair and now created a billion dollar business consisting of new popular products to grow hair? And why do so many kids have myocarditis since the covid injections were made mandatory by HHS, Department of Education, CDC, WHO, and politicians, when covid or heart attacks, myocarditis, were never a serious health issue for babies, toddlers, minor kids, and young adults in the USA?
Should we not ask, ” Why is the FDA and U.S. government allowing farmers to inject hormones into poultry and cows to fatten them up that appear to cause boys to grown breasts and feminize them? And then there is the flouride used in toothpaste and gum products and dumped into the water supplies. In fact, the government, and EPA, allowed billionaire CEOs of oil companiesto dump a poisonous toxin known as MTBE into the gasoline tanks at gas stations so they could save millions by not having to pay to dump the toxins. So, how many people contracted cancer and how many pregnant women’s babis were affected when breathing the toxins into the body at the gas stations when pumping gasoline? We will never know. An entire city was dying from cancer only to find out the MTBE leaked into the drinkig water and soil.
Many of these chemicals such as chemtrails that 2 chemist whistleblowers posted on YT in 2009 and I believe has been scrubbed from You Tube, stated that the chemtrails were not contrails and that they contained nano-particles of lead, aluminum, and barium. These chemical sprayed across the skies every day for years must come down into the atmosphere, water, oceans, rivers, lakes, soil, and on humans, birds, animals, mammals, fish, bees, butterflies, insects, plants and trees. The question is why is the military and government allowing these chemtrails to be sprayed or why they never explained the whale in the sky in December 2017 that I saw spraying something.
In fact, the government went silent about the radiation spilled into the oceans from Fukushima and the damage it has done to the ocean and fish, mammals, ocean life, plants, swimmers and surfers. People can’t see radiation so they don’t connect it to their cancer or other health issues. Perhaps, the radiation from Fukushima is warming up the ocea, Should Americans not ask if it could cause a volcanic reaction in the Pacific Ocean or a Tsunami along the West Coast? Is it possible that the radiation from Fukushima could be affecting the unprecedented storms in the oceans that hit land as well as chemtrails, cloud seeding, weather manipulation, triangulation, and HAARP?
Consequently, It is very important for Americans to support their local farmers and Farmer’s Markets. And controlling the weather can cause drought or flooding. If the grid is attacked or not restored, there will be more blackouts that can cause overheating in desert and rural areas or freezing in areas where the weather snows and freezes. Whistleblowers stated that the government offered financial incentives to the doctors and staff who allegedly diagnosed a person had covid or was hospitalized with covid or placed on a ventilator for covid, or wrote down the patient died from covid even if they died from pre-existing causes.

If CDC and WHO and Dr. Fauci are concerned about saving lives then why would they deny Americans and the world access to buy FDA approved and over the counter Big Pharma products known as Hydroxychloroquine that has been around 70 years or Ivermectin, which are FDA approved as safe and effective.
Should you know ask yourself how does it make any sense that they would take FDA approved safe products away from the people and coerce them to be human lab rats for their Experimental and Trial injections with unknown consequences to individuals that can be immediate, days, weeks, months, or 1 or 2 or 3 years or more down the road with 100% immunity granted to themselves from any liability for the deaths or injuries to once healthy babies, children, teens, adults and elderly?

The eye-opening book. Five years in the making representing the hard work and dedication that world renown political advocate, lawyer and activist has put into proving that Barack Obama was not qualified to be the President of the USA and continues to commit acts of treason against America, even now that he is out of office. Colombo says that most Americans do not believe that Biden is the legally elected POTUS and that Obama wanted a Third Term as he stated because he couldn’t complete his mission, it appears, and stated that he’d like to be whispering in Joe’s ear in his basement, and it appears that is exactly what he is doing and enjoying his Third Term.
Philip J. Berg, esq. and author, shares his extensive research on the former President of the USA and former Senator, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro. The original book was entitled, ObamaScare, but the title was changed because it is a book that exposes the life of Obama. Mr. Berg filed the first eligibility lawsuit in the nation naming Obama, who he refers to as a “fraud.”
Furthermore, Colombo supported Berg’s lawsuit to clarify eligibility. Colombo wrote to Justice Roberts and each Justice of the Supreme Court prior to the hearing on eligibility stating that the lawsuit is important for National Security. She stated that Americans have standing because they believed Obama’s online altered Birth Certificate and was valid, which Colombo did not, because government documents must be Certified and can’t be altered.
Colombo requested that Justice Roberts and the Justices hear the lawsuit based on the fact that without verifying a Certified U.S. Birth Certificate which the entire government did not do, only MSM hosts, who referred to everyone else as “birthers” insulted our intelligence. Colombo pointed out that if the Justices didn’t hear the lawsuit that they could be confirming a foreign spy, illegal usurper, or a foreign agent seeking to change and transform the USA into a foreign nation of tyrannical ideologies and that would be Treason in her opinion and setting a very bad precedent in the future when anyone including foreigners and fake identification persons and illegals or spies could run for office based on this case precedent. I assume the Justices back in 2008-2009 round filed the Lawsuit along with my Letter.
