Coincidentally, Dr. Fauci attended President Bush’s speech on a future pre planned pandemic for this time in history back in 2004 which would be about 100 years since the worldwide pandemic of 1918. The number 21 appears to be code for the United Nations Agenda 21 depopulation program of the world to commence in 2021. After all, it appears covid-19 was a clue for unleashing the virus in 2019! Let the “Hunger Games” begin as they track down the Human Lab Rats. (1984, 2004, 2009, 2014, 2019 and 2021, 2025, 2030, 2050 appear to be significant years related to the Planedemic). In 2025, the NWO expects to reduce the population by 50% by 2025 and 25 years later reduce the population by 40% by 2050 for a total of 90% of the population wiped off the face of the map, and not with a shot by a gun, but a shot by a chemical laden weapon called a needle is it? And, yet, does anyone care?

Bill Gates stated from his own lips that his goal is to reduce the population by investing billions into Big Pharma to develop a vaccine that allegedly includes toxins such as, graphene oxide, ethyl oxide, phosphates, purple dye, nano-particles of aluminum and mercury, mRNA referred to a gene therapy and gene manipulation of every person’s DNA. It appears the goal is to reduce God’s creation of human beings by 90% by 2050 so Bill Gates can reach his goal and reduce carbon monoxide down to zero by 2050. Bill Gates stated during an interview that he would earn a $200 Billion profit from his Big Pharma investment which is more than he could earn from the S&P.

The question blowing in the wind that people are pondering is if Bill Gates and his UN-Agenda 21-NWO-EU members will succeed? Should people around the world be making preparations for their demise for themselves and their families as these experimental jabs are irreversible and with unknown consequences after people are jabbed. The effects can be immediate if you are allergic or weeks or months later or 1, 2 or 3 years from now or longer. It will be impossible 1, 2, or 3 years or more to connect the experimental jabs to the cause of illness or disability or death because there are no short and long term case studies published in medical journals.

One of the questions blowing in the wind is “Why would the HHS Secretary, WHO and CDC Directors, insist on moving forward and directly to turning human beings into their human lab rats with or without consent and jabbing people as if they own their bodies and minds and have some sort of authority to treat Americans as their property or chattel which is prohibited by the U.S. Constitution. It’s okay with these wealthy people who seek to reduce the population of the planet for pregnant women to control their own bodies as long as they’re depopulating the planet. And, why should they care because all involved in this supposed plandemic are granted immunity from the deaths and permanent injuries to the mind and/or body that may result in lifetime injuries or deaths according to the HHS Secretary’s Statute 247d-6D with expansion.

In fact, the government leaders, FDA, WHO, CDC, China, Bill and Melinda Gates and donors have recklessly bypassed short and long term published case studies and their findings on animals, mice and lab rats which has always been done in the past in order to reveal the Direct Adverse Health Effects for medical and public review. It would be a huge failure if their studies only proved that all the animals died, right which would wipe out any opportunity of FDA approval and licensing as a vaccine. Short and long term case studies are presented to the FDA to prove the safety and efficacy on human beings, but not when it comes to a flu known as covid 19.

Doctors and Scientists from around the world have concerns with the new technology in the jabs and the belief that it is a potential for a future worldwide genocide. Let’s dig into the U.S. HSS Secretary and Statute 247d-6d:

Statute 247d-6d reads: “the Comptroller General’s assessment of countermeasures to address threats identified by the Secretary of Homeland Security that are posed by technology that will enable, the development of antibiotic resistant, mutated or bioengineered strains of biological agents.”

HHS Secretary’s Statute appears to grant the HHS Secretary secret absolute powers that supersede those of the State and Federal Courts: “JUDICIAL REVIEW: No Court of the United States, or of any State, shall have subject matter jurisdiction to Review whether by Mandamus or otherwise, ANY ACTION BY THE SECRETARY under this paragraph. (HSS Secretary – STATUTE 247d-6d)

What is a COUNTERNMEASURE: “(A) the terms “vaccine” and “smallpox vaccine” shall be deemed to mean a covered countermeasure.: (B) the terms “smallpox vaccine injury table” and “table established under section 239b of this title” shall be deemed to refer to the table established under paragraph (4), and other terms used by this section.

VOLUNTARY PROGRAM reads: “The Secretary shall ensure that State, local, or Department of Health and Human Services plan or administer or use a covered countermeasure is consistent with any declaration under 247d-6d of this title and any applicable product…FDA….Cosmetic Act….that is authorized for emergency use in accordance with section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act [2]

So, Who is the Secretary of State COVERING from liability “The term “covered person’, when used with respect to the administration or use of a covered countermeasure, means –

This absolute power created by the HSS Secretary agency with DHS in support is unprecedented in American History. This section of the Statute reads as follows:”

“Statute 247d-6d (A) C1 the Comptroller General’s assessment of threats to national security that are posed by technology that will enable, during the 10-year period beginning on July 21, 2004, the development of antibiotic resistant, mutated, or bioengineered strains of biological agents; and

(ii) recommendations on short-term and long-term governmental strategies for addressing such threats, including recommendations for Federal policies regarding research priorities, the development of countermeasures, and investments in technology (3) REPORT A report providing the results of the study under paragraph (1) shall be submitted in the designated congressional committees not later than five years after July 21, 2004.”

IMMUNITY Defined by HHS Secretary’s Statute 247d-6d: “Subject to the provision of this section, a covered person shall be IMMUNE from SUIT (lawsuits) and liability under Federal and State law with respect to all claims for Loss caused by arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the administration to or the use by an individual of a covered countermeasure. If a Declaration under Section (b) of this section has been issued with respect to such countermeasures.

A Covered Person: “(2) SCOPE OF CLAIMS FOR LOSS (A) Loss for purpose of this section, the term “loss” means ANY TYPE OF LOSS, [after jabbed with the experimental vaccine] including – (i) Death (ii) Physical, mental, emotional injury, illness, disability, or condition, (iii) Fear of physical, Mental or Emotional Injury, Illness, Disability, or Condition including any need for medical monitoring and (iv) Loss of or damage to property, including businesses interruption loss. Each of the clauses without regard to the date of the occurrence, presentation, or discovery of the Loss of described in the clause.”

IT APPEARS THAT THE HHS SECRETARY GRANTED TOTAL IMMUNITY TO EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THE EXPERIMENTAL AND TRIAL CHEMICAL-LADEN-GENE THERAPY NEVER USED ON HUMAN BEINGS IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD FROM CRIMINAL, FINANCIAL or PERSONAL LAWSUITS FILED BY VICTIMS.

Statute 247d-6d (B) SCOPE: “The IMMUNITY from Paragraph (i) applies to any claim for loss that has a casual relationship with the administration to or use by an individual of a covered countermeasure, including a casual relationship with the design, development, clinical testing or investigation, manufacture, labeling, distribution, formulations, packaging, marketing, promotion, sale, purchase, donation, dispensing, prescribing, administration (i) censing, or use of such countermeasures.”

And, it’s alleged that the Statute by the HHS Secretary back in 2004 grants immunity to himself from answering questions.

Although, the 2004 Statute HHS 247d-6 was to sunset in 2014, it appears that they may have resurrected it during sunrise before anyone was awake and reinstated it for the current HHS Secretary to impose upon the American people:

The truth is that the 2004 Statute 247d-6d created in 2004 would expand into the election of 2009 prior to expiring in 2014. This statute would be active under the authority of the Obama-Biden regime as well as HHS-Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. Should we not ask if that is why Obama and Sebelius declared a Swine Flu Pandemic in 2009? It appears that if they had succeeded, the Statute would no longer be necessary after 5 years as it expired with a sunset date in July of 2014.

It appears that Obama-Biden and Soros and Gates may have believed the population could have been reduced down by 50% in the year 2014 so they issued a sunset date. After 25 people died and the American people resisted despite their threats of losing jobs, jail and fines, Obama-Biden ended their declared pandemic. Or did they? A Little more history of covid 19: In 2009, Obama was surprisingly elected into office despite electronic voting machines slipping votes in my voting precinct to BHO. I reported this shocking information on ABC radio and nationally and locally and apparently no one cared. And, then there was ACORN illegal voting. So, illegal voting isn’t anything new to 2020, but people didn’t pay attention. In 2009, after entering the oval office, Obama suddenly comes up with 2700 pages of Obamacare immediately as if he had a magic wand and wished it on his desk for signature. No, the Democrat Congress didn’t write the 2700 pages which is what they’re paid to do – make laws – they didn’t even read them – they didn’t review them.

The Obama Democrats were derelict in their taxpayer funded duties and didn’t bother to write those laws let alone read 2700 pages of new laws, mandates, taxes, fines, punishments, death panels, regulations or jail time. The Democrats didn’t care because they rubber stamped it approved without reading it. Pelosi said, they had to approve it to find out what was in it. And, no one bothered to ask who compiled the 2700 pages of U.S. laws. Apparently, they cared less if they were legal, lawful and in accordance with constitutional law which appears to be treasonous in my opinion. What if Gates or the President of China, Xi Jinping, and the CCP, or the Muslim Brotherhood had compiled Obamacare, they wouldn’t have cared because they never read it and studied each law or mandates or debate it.

It appears that Bill Gates, CEO of Microsoft, may have been involved with the creation of Obamacare and published it through Microsoft. Gates was involved with creating Communist Core aka Common Core for America’s public schools. that failed after Americans protested and resisted. After all, someone secretly inserted mandated taxpayer funded worldwide abortions at Planned Parenthood clinics as well as mandated taxpayer funded worldwide vaccines requiring Americans to pick up the tab for abortions and vaccines worldwide. After all, it was Obama and Biden who signed off on the “Global Poverty Act” on or about December 2007 in secret that included Hillary Clinton, Senator Feinstein, John Kerry and the CFR.

.After Trump was duly elected by We The People in 2016, he and his team nearly had Obamacare repealed and only needed one more vote. The final count depended upon one person, Sen. John McCain (deceased), Sen. McCain showed up and shocked the American people when he looked into the camera and smiled and gave then to everyone’s surprise except mine, gave a “thumbs down.” McCain snubbed the American people and sided with Obama and the Democrats. DId anyone take McCain’s run for President of the USA seriously in 2008. It appears Obama was groomed and already chosen by Bill Ayers, Henry Kissinger and George Soros, who choose and mentor Presidents of the USA and V.P. believe it or not. In fact, Sarah Palin commented that she met with Henry Kissinger who mentored her when she was chose for V.P. on McCain’s ticket in 2008.

In fact, it appears McCain was so anti-American that he was the catalyst of the unconstitutional and tyrannical NDAA law approved by the Democrats. The NDAA Law denies Americans “Due Process of Law.” The Framers protected Americans from tyranny by establishing and guaranteeing “Due Process of Law” that sets us apart from Communism and Marxism and the Muslim Brotherhood ideologies.

The NDAA Law provides unconstitutional excessive cruel and unusual KGB and CCP style authority to the government to charge any American with specific crimes against the government and without due process of law indefinitely detains American citizens without contact to the outside world, without a phone call to a lawyer, family member, or access to a judge or jury trial. Yet, these same Democrats released Islamic Terrorists who murdered Americans civilians and U.S. Navy Seals and U.S. Military men. They released 10s of 1000s of felons and illegal who are members of gangs from prisons in New York, California, and GITMO.

For example, when a U.S. President or government official targets any American on the Right because they aren’t a Liberal Democrat or Socialist or those who favor communists or the MB ideologies, they appear to view them as a “domestic enemy” or “right wing extremist,” Every American should be very concerned because of the NDAA Law. This particular tyrannical law flies in the face of what sets America apart from communism, Marxism and the Muslim Brotherhood ideologies. The Communist and Muslim Brotherhood nations rule with an iron fist, not by “due process of law” and could care less about “due process of law.” It’s mob rule and an iron fist. The reason the Framers intentionally included “due process of law” into the Supreme Laws of the Land was to to protect Americans from what America and Europe is facing today which is tyranny.

It’s my opinion Bill and Melinda Gates through Microsoft may have been involved with compiling Obamacare’s taxpayer funded mandates, punishments and laws that include worldwide mandated U.S. taxpayer funded abortions and worldwide mandated taxpayer funded vaccines as well as death panels such as euthanasia and early-end-of life counseling for seniors, elderly, very sick, veterans. The early-end of life has been considered for kids with autism and persons with mental and physical health problems in several democrat states.

These depopulation programs should have alarmed the American people across the nation, but they didn’t because too many don’t pay attention to what these people who gain access to government public service positions are enacting until it’s too late. If the 2 jabs cured covid 19 then why do people need 3, 4, and more jabs again and again? Therefore, will the Medical Industrial Complex and the U. S. Government include those injuries from the experimental injections who are hospitalized as candidates for their early-end-of life counseling and euthanasia as well that was inserted into the Obama-Biden Obamacare mandates?

Americans should be asking themselves why did Obama and the Democrats hold themselves above the law which included their wealthy Bundlers such as Gates and Soros and wealthy Hollywood donors as well as Federal Judges, SCOTUS, SEIU, Illegals and Muslims and exempt them from paying up or signing up for Obamacare. Did they exempt themselves and those listed because of the death panels inserted into Obamacare? In other words, if theoretically, only Americans were disabled and injured from the experimental jabs then only Americans would face the early-end-of life counseling and the hospitals or nursing homes pulling the plug early or starving a sick person to death under the guise of humanitarian efforts, right?

Remember, Terri Schaivo. who was in a coma and starved to death even though she was breathing on her own and could respond to her parents? Was she another government and Bill Gates test case to see how the public would react if they starved her to death as part of a death panel? So, once a substantial number of future natural-born Americans are wiped out at Planned Parenthood which is depopulation as they are needed to preserve America’s future. The truth is that no Doctor or Scientist can state that a vaccine is 100% safe because one shoe doesn’t fit all and some people forced to wear shoes that don’t fit are going to end up unable to walk or run.

How is it Obama and Biden open the borders and only fly radicals into the USA from the Middle East or gang and cartel members from down South, but refused the Cuban people entry who love Americans Why didn’t they follow the quotas and the laws on immigration and secure borders and citizenship and give Europeans, Canadians, Australians, and Brazilians an opportunity to be flown into the USA or allowed to walk across the borders? Upon declaring Martial Law, the POTUS would be removed from office and they would usher in the NWO shadow government naming DHS who will order the troops to arrest “right wing extremist” who refused to comply. The non-compliant American “right wing extremist” would be taken to government facilities to be reprogrammed with no outside contact. I posted the information on FB in 2009 and it went viral and FB took down my site. So, it appears that the 2 giant social media sites are working hand-in-hand with the Left. Remember, it was the Bush and Cheney and Clinton administrations who used U.S. taxes to secretly build private prisons and private juvenile facilities for profit and FEMA Camps around the nation. And, no one asked why?

The senate should subpoena Dr. Fauci, CDC and WHO Directors, Secretary of HHS about this Statute, CEO of Moderna (who never developed a vaccine), Dr. Baric, Bill Gates, and Obama and all who funded the research at the Wuhan lab.

Shouldn’t the U.S. Senators have already subpoenaed evidence and patents and persons involved in the research, patents, and coronavirus and funding at the Wuhan Lab and set dates for hearings under sworn oath and penalty of perjury by all those involved? They were quick to punish MAGA supporters who showed up on 1/6 and didn’t kill anyone to my knowledge, but not BLM or ANTIFA who did commit murder and injury to police and civilians then used the donations to buy mansions, not to help Black communities but to impose criminal Marxism on Americans which is a violation of the U.S. Constitution. Is there a double standard when it comes to prosecuting Republicans vs. Democrats? It appears that there are quirks and benefits to comply with the Left. Where are all their required warnings if they are a taxpayer agency obligated to do no harm?

Communism and Communist China is no friend of the United States (but the good citizens under an oppressive regime are not responsible for their leader’s tyranny). China works with the anti-American foreign nation of IRAN and built Huawei communications inside Iran and the USA.

Yet, the Democrats have used our taxes to send Billions of our hard earned money to another foreign nation known as Iran who threatened to nuke us and wipe us out and threaten to assassinate President Trump. Iran offered a reward, so is the reward part of the John Kerry $150 Billion or the cash that Obama dropped at their feet in the middle of the night? Are the American taxpayers paying for that IMAM’s threat against a President of the USA?

In 1993, Communist China was gift with a green light by Bill Clinton and the Democrats to buy and/or work with U.S. corporations on Wall Street. Clinton outsourced U.S. manufacturing and intellectual property to a foreign enemy nation after former President Bill Clinton opened up the Long Beach Naval Base and Port tariff free to a dangerous enemy nation. It appears to be Espionage, but the Democrat wealthy Globalists referred to it as “outsourcing” and “globalism” to protect Bill Clinton’s wrongdoing it appears. China works tirelessly to threaten the freedom and safety of the entire world by buying up commodities around the world for decades.

It’s a fact that manufacturers and Military need commodities in order to build vehicles and military vehicles and weapons and China was quietly making it so that America and the world must depend on them for the world’s commodities needed to develop products and survive. Are the U.S. coins at risk and now causing a shortage because as I posted years back, China is buying up a major portion of copper and nickel. How grossly negligent is the Democrat and RINO leaders to have allowed this to happen to America?

Why would the U.S. Government, Big Pharma, MSM, Social Media giants and Dr. Fauci, Dr. Birx, Bill Gates, World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC offer financial incentives to hospitals and nursing homes using taxpayer funding earmarked for Medicare to pay doctors and nursing homes financial incentives since 2019 to what appears to be committing a fraud on American taxpayers and citizens in order to inflate the number of cases of covid-19 tests, patients, and deaths regardless of the cause of death as the the CDC finally admitted that they inflated the covid-19 numbers and ignored the real cause of death.

Could it possibly be they used coercion and threats as well as fear mongering which equates to “bullying” innocent people with indefinite lock downs of innocent people by weaponizing a flu? In America, they ordered the police to arrest Americans who gathered with more than 10 people in their homes or who didn’t wear a stupid mask as if masks stopped the spread of the virus when prominent doctors and scientists from around the world stated vaccinating every person on the planet will cause a virus to mutate and spread. My question to you the reader and critical thinker is who is telling the truth and who has nothing to gain by telling the truth and who has everything to gain such as control over an entire planet if they succeed?

The leaders involved in this United Nations Agenda 21 and reducing the population of the planet by 90% and carbon monoxide down to zero by 2050 are a majority of seniors and elderly. For example, George Soros would be about 123 years old and Bill and Melinda Gates nearly 100 years old in 2050. Will they succeed at seeing their dreams come true in 2050? Oh wait, if these NWO members succeed, that leaves 10% of the population or less living on the entire planet, so who will clean up the devastation they’ve left behind? The Robotoids? The Humanoids? The Transhumans? So, in the end, what will they actually have accomplished? They truly believe in the song, “Fly me to the Moon!”
