Is the Federal Government a Foreign Entity and Enemy of the USA? The Federal Government cannot be a Government Entity and a Dual Private Corporation! Null and Void!

Is the federal government a foreign international entity unto itself apart from the United States of America? After all, the U.S. Presidents i.e., Ford, Carter, Clinton, Bush Sr., and Obama were known supporters of The New World Order agenda.  In fact, Bush Sr., Clinton, and Obama declared on worldwide television that they were seeking a New World Order which is a foreign ideology, not a U.S. Constitutional ideology.  In fact The New World Order’s members are at war with the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  They are at war with God and God’s children around the world.

Consequently, The New World Oder represents a Master vs. Slave dictatorial and totalitarian government which should be considered an act of war or treason against the U.S. Constitution and the Sovereignty of this Great Republic operated by the Rule of Law.  God’s Children and God’ creations living on this planet are asleep when it comes to believing that a dark entity exists who meet in secret and conspire on how they will change and transform the planet.  They are funded into positions of power and protection from punishment if they willingly pledge their allegiance to these secret societies of wealthy men and women and sell out their souls for the material world.

In fact, it appears that  Obama appeared to believe that he is to be crowned the “One World Leader” among others who thrive on power and control and inflated egos such as Xi Jinping, Putin, Gates, Soros, Klaus Schwab, Erdogan, and maybe a secret man or woman behind the curtain.  After Obama was elected, he didn’t recite his first speech on American soil, but flew to former communist and Nazi Germany where he addressed the “Citizens of the World” which should have been a big clue for the American people, but not. He also bowed down to the Communist Chinese President and the Saudi King which were 2 more big clues, but the American people laughed.  Another major speech after elected President of the USA took place in the Middle East when he surprised Americans and spoke in perfect Arabic and promised them two lands.  It was my opinion, he may have promised them America tied to Canada and Europe. After all, the stated and written strategic goal of the Muslim Brotherhood is to wipe out Western Civilization and dominate the world. This is the same goal of the New World Order and United Nations Agenda 21, and possibly other leaders who are either communists or like playing games with the ives of 7 billion people.

Communism: Censorship and Freedom of Speech

Immediately after elections, Obama unconstitutionally agreed to sit as the Chair of the United Nations while an elected sitting U.S. President and prohibited by the U.S. Constitution.  He immediately addressed the Muslims of the Muslim Brotherhood-CAIR organization when he shocked Americans and addressed them in perfect Arabic, praised their accomplishments, not those of America, and promised them two States which I believe are Europe and America, and allowed them to visit with him in the White House.  He immediately signed an E.O. with the blessings of Hillary Clinton and John Kerry, a secret migration of Muslims linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and al Qaeda. Under his watch, the Big Foot federal government diverted our taxes and  secretly  migrated anti-Americans linked to these organizations into the USA,  They required Americans without their knowledge to pick up the tab for the migration and silenced them if they complained. Obama and Biden, Hillary and Kerry and the Democrats required Americans to pick up the living expenses and Health Care costs for the millions of new illegals flown into the USA under his signature legislation which appears to be Hillary care morphed into Obamacare.

These agendas were accomplished with the blessings of Hillary Clinton and John Kerry, and Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senator Harry Reid, and the entire Democratic Congress and Senate and RINOS who should just switch to the Democrat party.  These career politicians appear to have accepted alleged Bribes, oops, donations, oops, financial incentives for Votes.  These were the clues that were ignored by the majority of the legal Americans, who never thought to ask Obama, “Who are you,” and “Where is your Certified U.S. Birth Certificate?” Or, “Where are your credentials?”  These agendas are the agendas of the New World Order to create disorder and bring the “People of the World” under the control of the members of the New World Order creating a world of Master and Slaves going back to the days of the Egyptians. And, yet, these agendas were happening in the USA when George H. W. Bush, former deceased POTUS announced his allegiance to the New World Oder on the House Floor and the members of congress and the Senate applauded.  The American people didn’t want to recognize the clues and ignored them because when the economy is good, it appears people don’t want to hear anything or see anything or say anything that could rock the boat.

Thus, you see the all-seeing eye on corporate logos and in the media and their finger symbols of those who are within that inner circle.  You are witnessing Obama place his face on the U.S. flag and changing the flag and placing flags with gold fringe in public buildings.  Yet the federal and state government allows illegals and legal Americans to burn the U.S. Flag on U.S. soil while holding up communist flags and MB-CAIR Middle East Flags on U.S. soil.  This breaks my heart and the hearts of all natural-born Americans loyal to the soil upon which they are innate and born to 2 legal American parents.  The United Nations Agenda 21 implements the depopulation programs to wipe out 90% of the population under the guise of saving the planet and reducing poverty by 2050, or perhaps, if they get the opportunity out of fear, as too many people wake up to their sinister plots, the NWO will attempt to push their agendas sooner than planned.

Today, we are witnessing the invasion of the radical Muslim-Brotherhood-CAIR-Hamas org. into the USA from Iran, Palestine and Somalia and increase number of spies from China and Pakistan through the Bush-Cheney-CFR Open Border policies that began as a policy under their watch with the goal of flooding Western Civilization with poor and uneducated Third World unidentified foreigners as they abuse and use U.S. taxes for their sinister NWO agendas. When will Americans wake up will it be too late to stop their agendas which appears to be a potential enslavement of bodies and minds or else a potential genocide.

Will the New World Order threaten to dominate our Western Civilization Nations and kill us by thirst and rationing and denying health care as included in Obamacare?  Obamacare includes rationing and denying health care even though only legal Americans are forced to sign up and pay up whether or not they get the services and treatments or not. Will it be their denying food and water and necessities of life as they impose these agendas in communist nations when their citizens resist and don’t comply and are either executed or die from such tyranny?  How is it that the United States Congress and DOJ isn’t lifting one finger to identify, search, and vet, and health care check each person who comes to our borders and disrespects our laws and law enforcement and the American people, but if you go to their countries and illegally cross their borders, they have no problem torturing or executing or throwing you into a hell hole. The entire federal government and Blue States allowed the Bush-Cheney, Clinton-Obama, Biden open door policies to continue reaching probably about 40 million traffickers, felons, fake refugees, fake asylum seekers, not all, but one is too many, anti-American jihadists, cartels, gangs, and dangerous dudes into the USA, Mexico, Canada, and Europe.  They have risked the lives of every American and many have died by the attacks on Americans and law enforcement because of these unconstitutional agendas. In fact, gays, women, and children are a huge target of jihadists who are deep seeded into their ideologies.

We are witnessing America’s corporations such as Ford, Disneyland, McDonald’s, Starbucks and many major corporations on Wall Street willing to destroy their own businesses in order to carry out the New World Order agendas.  Of course, the radicals on the Left who are brainwashed and don’t understand  that this agenda will involve them when they’re no longer needed to commit these human rights violations and constitutional violations by lawmakers who became law breakers.  We witness even Americans born on U.S. soil who cheer the Liberal Progressive or Socialist and Communist agendas as seen on video!

Surprisingly, the news reported that a U.S. General, Joints Chief of Staff and Chairman, Martin Dempsey and former Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, stated that we [Obama and Panetta and maybe other military officers] believe that they no longer need to seek permission from congress or inform them of what they intend to do, but shall seek permission from the U.N. or NATO, and other international bodies. Therefore, did they not state that they believe and support Obama when he stated that the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Congress is “meaningless?”  That must have made the Communist nations and New World Order members happy or was he following their orders?.  Have they not stated that their allegiance is to a foreign international body such as the United Nations (U.N. Agenda 21)  or NATO, without being held accountable by Congress or the FBI or DOJ or anyone else in power within the Military who are sworn to protect us and who we pay by the sweat of our father’s and grandfather’s brows and that of the current loyal Americans?

Former Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, and U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff and Chairman, Martin Dempsey, brazenly and openly stated before the Senate Armed Services Committee that their orders come NOT from the U.S. Constitution or U.S. Congress, but that the U.S. is subservient and takes its marching orders from the U.N., NATO, and as I stated before, “international bodies” (INTERNATIONAL BODIES) and the American people have no democratic influence over their decisions.  WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN?

They (Panetta, General Dempsey and the Military and POTUS and VP is it?) stated that they may or may not inform the U.S. Congress who represent the American people. Which job duty and oath of office are they applying?  The American people are the government.  Should the USA secede from the federal land known as the District of Columbia – which appears to be a foreign body – who according to the above video appear to have secretly pledged allegiance to international foreign bodies and declares the U.S. Constitution and Congress “meaningless?  Could the New World Order who is involved with Wall Street be part of those giving orders as well?

Remember,  the United States of America exists operates according to the U.S. Constitution and any other laws outside of the U.S. Constitution make the U.S. A, a dead body of land, under foreign rule!  If the current federal administration doesn’t uphold enforce, or respect U.S. Constitutional law for every man, woman, and child, regardless of title, than which laws have they pledged their allegiance and intend to enforce upon U.S. soil? Shouldn’t D.C. federal agencies, either be enjoined to the USA and reaffirm their allegiance to the original U.S. Flag, and the U.S. Constitution, or declare themselves a foreign entity, who pledge their allegiance to foreign international bodies?  In that case, shouldn’t the Red States secede from the Union who are operating under foreign international bodies which are more than likely foreign enemies of the USA?  Shouldn’t China be denied access to our Long Beach Port?

Therefore, should we not assume that the federal government in D.C. is a separate body from the United States of America and holds itself as a separate entity from the United States of America?  It’s appears to be an island unto itself.  Perhaps, this is why the Framers provided the federal government with “limited powers,” which they have now trampled upon and are stepping on our necks with teir Big Boot.

But, should we not wonder if  key people in power declared that The United States of America is a stated enemy when they declared the USA – a separate body of land made up of separate states with separate laws, yet united and most recently, Obama declared the USA to be no more than a “battlefield?”  Who is America at war with on this battlefield?  Domestic and foreign enemy spies and nations?  The New World Order? Why would federal representatives declare and implement the NDAA Law and Patriot Act as well as declare that they will punish Americans who oppose the current federal regime by implementing unread and unconstitutional laws that deny “Due Process of Law” guaranteed and established by the U.S. Constitution for every American to be protected from government leaders who turn tyrannical?  A POTUS cannot overturn the Constitution or amend it by a E.O. and a stroke of the pen.

When and where was the NDAA bill proposed through Congress and approved and then to the Senate and approved known as the NDAA Law versus an unconstitutional Executive Order that would overthrow the Constitutional protections by the Third Branch of Government known as the Department of Justice?   (Read “Fight Back Legal Abuse” and learn more about legal abuse due to unconstitutional laws). Who is their enemy and who are they spying upon and targeting?  

Should we not assume that the federal government under the Obama non-vetted regime have declared that they are a separate foreign entity and enemy of the United States of America since they declared that the USA is a “battlefield” and the constitution is “meaningless” and it appears they are stating that the American people on the Right are the enemies is it? Senator Harry Reid recently declared certain Americans to be “domestic terrorists,” on the “right,” which is a very dangerous allegation. Yet, the oval office and Congress never declared it’s the USA, who is their enemy, as well as the patriotic loyal conservatives, who they appear to view as the enemy on U.S. soil reflected by their actions at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada and the Bessimer Farms, Gibson Guitars, Solyndra, WACO, and Ruby Ridge and Ken State when they attacked loyal good patriotic taxpayer funding Americans? . Is America a declared battlefield, but by whose standards?  Should Americans not  believe that the enemy attacking the USA is the current federal regime on the Left and RINOs who may be members of  The New World Order?

Furthermore, Obama declared, “America will never be at war with Islam” which leaves the only interpretation available reflecting that “Islam can be at war with America. So, does that mean that the U.S. Military could be targeting American civilians as domestic terrorists versus targeting foreign radicals living on U.S. soil? The Obama regime is attempting to disarm Americans which would mean that Americans can’t shoot back at the enemy, but would be no more than sitting ducks. So, who would our U.S. Military be ordered to target if America’s been declared a “battlefield?” Should we not ask if the majority of current Federal Government administrators declared war against the U.S.A. including loyal Christians, Conservatives, pro-Constitution Americans, U.S. Natural Born Citizens, Veterans, elderly, sick, disabled, elderly, as well as the unborn future U.S. Natural Born Citizens and U.S. Military who refuse to fire upon Americans?  After all, Obama fired Military men who answered “no” to his Litmus test on whether or not they would fire on Americans if ordered.

 Shouldn’t  Americans expect to be punished under their dictatorial-type of behaviors which include unconstitutional, unread, and rubber stamped laws if loyal Americans or military personnel fail to comply?  The rubber stamped unconstitutional laws appear to be the same agendas implemented during WWII by the Nazi’s who implemented an agenda that mandated people comply vs. non-compliance which is the Nazi style of law mandated without due process of law while their Nazi leaders made themselves immune to their own mandated laws and punishments!

Should Americans not consider the unconstitutional and discriminatory laws that usurp the U.S. Constitution such as the NDAA Law, the Patriot Act (promised as temporary by former President George W. Bush, but misled as it is still intact) Obamacare, the Hate Crimes Bill, the Kill Lists, and the Armed Drones that have already killed Americans including a minor child. The drones were orders and killed a U.S. Citizen as well as foreign children in Libya.  Is the flying over of drones to target specific Americans not a dangerous threat  to our freedom and right-to-life?   These laws are unread in many cases, rubber stamped “approved” which is a dereliction of duty by congress in my opinion and a failure by Congress to perform their job duties as required of Congressional members.

Most Americans believe that Congress is paid excessive wages by the American taxpayers to uphold constitutional law.  Many congressional members enjoy the loopholes that they write for themselves while holding themselves above the law, so they aren’t punished, as they live luxurious lifestyles and earn big profits.  In fact, the latest polls taken in the USA produced results that reflected that the majority of Americans don’t respect or hold the oval office or the Congress is high regard as of 2014! In fact,

The unconstitutional and unread  rubber stamped laws for the most part only target Americans, but exempt Muslims, gays,  federal public servants, SEIU workers, or bundlers who support these agendas mandated by current federal government administrators.  The Obama administration  exempts themselves and those they favor from the law, but under which constitutional authority do they dare to be so bold as to violate their sworn oaths that mandate upholding constitutional laws?  One reason could be that they secretly don’t support the U.S. Constitution and Western Civilization, but live off the taxpayers, while they use their positions to shred the U.S. Constitution and punish Americans who support the U.S. Constitution.

For example, if a scriptwriter were to write  a movie would they not submit a script that included blackmail or payola to suppress the truth while the players filled their bank accounts and grabbed control of an entire nation’s wealth?  We could assume that the movie included selling out one’s National Security secrets and funding and arming the enemy while disarming their own countrymen and punishing them unjustly?  Let’s hope that old movie isn’t up-dated!

About 2009, not long after the non-vetted President, Barack Hussein Obama, who didn’t want Americans knowing or stating his middle name, Hussein,  during the campaign, he shockingly sat as Chair of the U.N., which is prohibited by the U.S. Constitution, but congress didn’t care.  Shortly thereafter, he accepted a valuable gold necklace gift from the Saudi King which should have been returned, but to my knowledge, not.  Instead, the British were surprised when Obama returned their gift displayed at the White House for years.  Since his election and after he declared his true beliefs about  2001, 2008, and 2012 and stated the same at other events as follows, “The U.S. Constitution is meaningless and no more than a charter of negative liberties [laws] that need to be changed,” the Congress should have taken action.  Congress was silent.  Congress has been complicit on every issue, Article II, silencing Americans, threatening Americans, spying and targeting on Americans, and destroying the greatest health care system, as well as scandals (Benghazi, Fast and Furious, Libya, Solyndra, AP, IRS, NDAA…..) and so forth.

About 2008,  I blogged many times and informed Americans of the non-vetted president’s  declaration informing Americans that he declared  the “U.S. Constitution is “meaningless.”  but my information received little attention; therefore does it now appear that the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Congress are dead after listening to  the sworn testimony stated at the Senate Armed Services Committee?

It appears that if the Constitution is “meaningless” and that same declaration remains the belief of a U.S. President, Barack Hussein Obama, as well as those in high-ranking positions of the federal government than public servants working within the federal government are above the law because they apparently don’t feel their sworn oaths are meaningful as well as their assumed allegiance when they swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution which was believed  by We The People.

It’s quite clever for the  oval office, Congress, Senators, high-ranking Military Officers, and the U.S. Justices, who agree to hold themselves above constitutional laws, for it would stand to reason that  they can’t  be charged with High Crimes, Treason, or as Traitors or Sedition, or punished.  The only people who can be punished by them would be loyal patriotic Americans who believe that the U.S. Constitution is alive and the law of the land.  Under such a plan,  the  loyal law-abiding US Citizens who oppose this regime apparently would be the targets to be spied upon and punished under such an agenda.

Is this  why the illegals, foreigners from the Middle East, bundlers, donors and supporters of the Obama regime are rewarded with bonuses, elevated positions, excessive retirement packages, no-bid multi-million dollar contracts, Insider Trading and Bribes for Votes? Yet, loyal patriotic Americans. who oppose this regime, appear to be punished.  In fact, Valerie Jarrett threatened  to punish Americans who oppose their regime, which she announced, on international television.  Since then, we learned through a Whistle Blower, Edward Snowden, that specific Americans and groups are spied upon and targeted.

In fact, Americans have experienced an increase of police states and an increase of police behaving more as militant types than protectors in many cases.  There appears to be an increase of police officers using unusual force or groping procedures against elderly Americans, veterans (even though these veterans served this country and kept them free),  pregnant women, and targeted women, children, and many innocent Americans reported in the news to have been shot for no reason even if they’re unarmed and not a threat at the time of the event.

Most recently, $800,000,000 reported in the news to be cut from Food Stamps, once again punishing the poor.  So, will more Americans die from hunger and having their health care insurance cancelled, mandated abortions, and rationing and denying health care services to Americans, who must pay up or else be punished?

In fact, Americans have been experiencing forced radiation at the airports with knowledge that radiation is known to cause adverse side affects per medical journals.  Americans including children and the elderly have been groped and viewed by TSA workers using naked by x-ray machines which usually require health care licensed or certified professionals.   Americans have been spied upon and targeted since2009.  We’ve heard the cries of American women and children and even men of being raped by TSA (and too many recent reports by police), but the Congress ignored those complaints for the most part.  We’re watching more robocop home invasions where adults and kids are murdered by police when they bust down the doors without search warrants and without probable cause.  Will these knocks on the door or doors knocked down  increase under Obamacare as the current regime hires more Navigators, Gestapo types, to knock on people’s doors or knock down citizen’s doors?  T

Sadly, the Obama regime with approval of Congress is cutting Food Stamps for the poor by $800,000,000  in these tough economic times, but this regime takes excessive taxpayer-funded wages and COL increases with benefits and we must ask if the $800,000,000 is being transferred to fund Obamacare.  It appears it’s a crime to be poor in America subject to punishment!

Furthermore, Great Britain promotes seeking the support of the U.N. and encourages the U.S. seek support of the U.N. which should awaken every American and European that the leaders of these countries are not looking out for the best interest of Western Civilization but are seeking to change Western Civilization into the “haves” and “have nots” which President George W. Bush spoke about at a dinner engagement during a toast at a dinner of the “haves.”  He sent a message to the world that it will be better for people if they are part of the “haves.”  (Read “Obamacare, Dinosaurs, Red Necks and Radicals” to find out how a free nation can be made extinct)

Perhaps, it’s time for each Governor of each State to opt out of the”Corporation” allegedly owned by the Federal Reserve and Banksters and run by the World Bank.  It is now alleged that Communist China will buy the Federal Reserve which would mean that Communist China would own the U.S.A. and control the world.  The Federal Reserve is a sore problem for the U.S.A.  who controls in secret America’s gold and tax dollars without accountability to the American people, which reeks of insanity to say the least!

Consequently, shouldn’t the American people at least consider and ponder if the Federal Government in connection with the Federal Reserve to be viewed as no more than a foreign enemy of the U.S.A. and the American citizens  based on the fact that they have refused to audit the Federal Reserve for public review and public scrutiny as this begs the question what do they have to hide?  Shouldn’t the American people ponder and consider if the Federal Government, who has trampled upon “limited Powers” and is dictating to the States without congressional and constitutional authority ask each representative, where does their allegiance lie, if as stated by former Secretary of Defense Panetta, they shall not seek permission from Congress but from international bodies?

Former Secretary of the Defense, Leon Panetta, made statements that shocked a nation under oath to the Senate Armed Services Committee on national television and recorded on video in front of millions of witnesses.  Have they not declared that they, too, like President Obama believe that the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Constitution are “meaningless?”  If the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Congress are “meaningless” than the U.S. is dead!  Gone!  Doesn’t exist!    Is the word “nullification” familiar to the Governors?  The only reason the U.S.A. exists is the fact that the U.S. Constitution exists!  If the U.S. Constitution has been declared “meaningless” than the USA doesn’t exist, but foreign entities, international bodies, rule.

The time has come for all good men and women to come to the aid of their country is it not?  Perhaps, the states must now consider how to protect their citizens and perhaps secede from a separate body known as D.C. and these federal agencies as well as the federal public servants, who appear to have declared themselves exempt from the laws which they mandate for the citizens of the USA!  They now hold themselves above U.S. Constitutional laws, which makes them non-U.S. Citizens based on the fact that all citizens of the U.S.  must follow and abide by the Rule of Law, especially those paid to do so as public servants.  Remember, only Citizens of the U.S.A. pledge their allegiance to the U.S. Flag and the U.S. Constitution, but those who have secret allegiances don’t place their hand on their hearts and pledge their allegiance or place their right hand on the Bible when swearing an oath.  Every man, woman, and child, must abide by U.S. Constitutional and state laws, but it appears that’s been turned upside down since 2009!

Shouldn’t Americans ask under which constitutional authority has the oval office and Congress and the Supreme Court granted to themselves the right to discriminate and exempt  themselves and people, whether legal or illegals, Muslims, or gays, or anyone else who they favor, from  all constitutional laws?  The Framers created and established the U.S. Constitution for the protection of all citizens.  As Americans know, the U.S. Constitution includes equality for all, but the current federal government has rendered laws that include blatant inequality.  The current regime creates and approve laws that usurp the U.S. Constitution and change it which isn’t legal in my opinion and boldly writes discriminatory laws in favor of people who support the current regime.

The majority of current federal public servants have declared the USA to be  a “battlefield,” without boldly declaring who is the enemy of the USA.   Such a declaration makes the federal government in D.C., a separate body from the U.S.A.   Have they not declared war on the states, the Constitution, Bill of Rights,  and the American people who oppose their foreign allegiance to the U.N. and NATO and international bodies?  Are they not  imposing tyrannical, unconstitutional, unread, and non-affordable discriminatory laws which include excessive mandates, excessive regulations, excessive penalties, excessive taxation, and excessive punishment for the American people living in the states of the USA which is outside the scope of constitutional and moral law?  Under which constitutional authority are they declaring that federal workers in D.C., the oval office, Congress, and U.S. Justices can be favored and simultaneously mandate draconian laws for the taxpayers who pay their wages and elected them?

Does the oval office, Congress, Senate, and U.S. Justices truly  believe that they have constitutional authority or any legal authority to hold themselves above constitutional law contrary to their sworn oaths just because they work in the separate body of federal land known as the District of Columbia?  They should remember that it is the Middle Class who pays their wages and it’s the Middle Class that they’re destroying.

Should Americans not at least ponder why do U.S. Natural Born and generational long time naturalized Citizens who pledge their Allegiance to the U.S. Flag and their allegiance to the U.S. Constitution and to God and fellow countrymen be ruled by foreign laws since all unconstitutional and unread laws are foreign to Americans?  And why are Americans being dictated to by non-vetted public servants, who are appointed or elected public servants, paid with tax dollars,  who refuse to identify themselves or uphold U.S. Constitutional law? And, why are Americans paying excessive U.S. tax dollars to federal workers, who prove that they have little or no respect for America or the U.S.Military or the American people and the future U.S. Natural Born Citizens by snuffing  out millions of babies before they take their first breath for-profit by forcing taxpayers to pay excessive taxes against their religious or moral conscience?  Yet, they exempt those who over-populate with the goal to dominate the USA and the world!

Introduction:

Colombo created and wrote the first blog in the nation opposing Obamacare.  She sent her Blog to every congressional member, U.S. Justice, and to Colombo’s senators and members of congress. She created and posted her blog on Congress.org prior to congress voting on Obamacare. She posted her blog on several public websites. As a seasoned “Advocate for Justice,” who spent 15 years in the courts and self-taught herself about the law and injustices as well as corruption, she led a grassroots movement for years. The minute she read Obamacare online, she realized that she must inform Americans and the congress that they were forcing Americans to live under government health care that included “death panels!” 

Colombo believed that Obamacare was unconstitutional and illegal and unlawful because Obama and the congress and U.S. Justices were ignoring constitutional law and  forcing Americans to pay for consumer products and services from their earnings after taxes even if they didn’t want the services or products and didn’t need them or couldn’t afford them from their earnings after taxes.  The American people were lied to when Obama told the American people that they could keep their own doctors. He and Pelosi lied when they stated that Obamacare didn’t include  mandated taxpayer funded abortions and the fact that Americans were to fund abortions worldwide.

In fact, Obamacare mandated that they could ration and deny health care to Americans. Colombo urged Congress and the U.S. Justices to oppose Obamacare, but Justice Roberts refused to vote with the Constitution and with the majority of Americans and refused to recuse Justice Kagan for Conflicts of  Interest.  Colombo’s Blog 2009 was entitled, “Obamacare is Unconstitutional and Illegal” dated on or about February 2009.  (Colombo was informed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce that her blog was partially read on the House floor with her name recorded on the congressional record). 

WHY OBAMACARE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ILLEGAL

OBAMACARE is a bad joke and a dirty trick played upon the legal American citizens!  The American people  were told by Obama and the Congress that Obamacare was intended to pay for pre-existing illnesses for Americans.  It appears this was the gimmick used to force Americans to pick up the tab for  100,000,000 Muslims and Illegals, which the NWO members and Democrats and RINOS were planning to migrate into the USA over 8 years by targeting the police, Sheriffs, ICE, Border Patrol, and supporting key people it appears in the FBI who favored the Bush’s, Obama’s, and Clinton’s. In fact, on or about 2009, Obama signed a Presidential Order to migrate millions of Muslims into the USA using  Obamacare as the catalyst to cover all their living costs and health care expenses through Obamacare. 

It appears that Obama, V.P. Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Speaker Pelosi, Senator Schumer and John Kerry approved Obamacare and the preplanned migration of radical Muslims into the USA.  Obama’s signed  Executive Order requires Americans to pick up the tab for all radicals under the guise of “refugees” and “asylum seekers” and illegals with the blessings of Hillary Clinton, Biden, Kerry, Reid, Pelosi, Feinstein and the CFR, Democrats and Rinos who secretly approved of Obamacare by rubber stamping it unread and approved.

In fact, Obamacare includes Dhimmitude, Sharia Law, enslaving Americans to pay for the illegals flown into the USA secretly at night.  Refugees flee countries because they fear living under tyrannical laws, but that isn’t the case of the radicals linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas that were being migrated into the USA. In fact, after they set up no-go zones, they changed, “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” on American soil and it appears that no one in the Obama administration or the Democrat Party cared about those threats, but protected them, not us.

The so-called non-affordable Patient Act is unconstitutional and a Dinosaur!  Obamacare is a Killer Bill!  It’s reported that at least 3.5 million plus Americans are hit with cancellation notices in the mail.   Obama and his regime had knowledge that this would occur and misled the American people by stating that all Americans would be covered and could access their own insurance company and doctors.  The Democrats lied to the American people. Obamacare is the train wreck rolled out at a cost of more than $6,000,000 in computer costs charged to the American people!  Obama and Sibelius and Congress forced Obamacare on Americans, just like they used Obamacare to fund worldwide vaccines and then called out a swine flu pandemic and attempted to force every American to be jabbed or else be punished with jail and a $1,000 fine or even be fired from their jobs if they resisted back in 2009. A Journalist risked her life and blew the whistle informing Americans that the so-called vaccines didn’t have short or long term case studies on the direct adverse health effects published in medical and scientific books for review. However, the U.S. Justices approved Obamacare even though they ignored the U.S. Constitution and the Best Interest of the American People and failed to uphold the U.S. Constitution which is their only taxpayer funded lifetime job!   Ironically, these same people held themselves above the law and exempted themselves from signing up or paying up or being punished for refusing to sign up.  Those held above the Obama and Biden Obamacare mandates are the Presidents, V.P.’s, , Congress, wealthy Democrat Donors, Muslims, illegals, U.S. Justices, Federal  Judges, and those they favored.  Does this not mean that they have crossed over the line from lawmakers to law breakers as only criminals hold themselves above the laws that are mandated by Congress after reviewed, debated and voted upon and then passed onto the senate to do the same before being passed onto the President of the USA. 

A President of the USA abuses his power when he declares that Executive Orders can by-pass the congress and senate and the Will of the majority of Americans and make laws by Mandates which is above his pay grade and isn’t in accordance with the U.S. Constitution and therefore, should be null and void.  The Constitution of the United States of America requires all Americans regardless of status to follow the laws of the land.  Only criminals exempt themselves from U.S. laws, policies, and procedures.  As former Rep. Daniel Lundgren stated, “Executive Orders were never intended to make laws.”

 In fact, the Obama-Biden regime rewards criminals who illegally violate the immigration laws which include  cartel members, gang members, radicals, and terrorists.  They tax exempt anti-American organizations such as CAIR and employ links to the Muslim Brotherhood into the White House and DHS as reported in the news.  (On or about January 27, 2009, Obama signed the bill to migrate 1,000,000 radical Muslims under the guise of refugees, before they were refugees, into the USA. This happened before ISIS was created and got their start when the Obama-Biden team left vehicles, weapons and ammunition behind in Iraq upon ordering the U.S. troops to leave. And, under the Obama-Biden regime, they “accidentally” dropped food supplies on ISIS head who thought it was manna from heaven that was intended for the Syrians fleeing their villages as ISIS was raping and killing men, women, and babies. Let’s not forget what has actually happened in the past to understand the present.

About this same time, Obama signed the worldwide U.S. Mandated Taxpayer Funded Abortion E.O. that was approved as the Global Poverty Act on about December 2007 in a secret meeting with Biden, Hilllary Clinton, John Kerry, Dianne Feinstein, the CFR and possibly other Democrats. of Hillary, Biden, Kerry, Feinstein, the CFR and Democrats.  In other words, they deceived Americans who against the will of the majority didn’t approve of killing natural born American babies on abortion tables to seel their body parts for research and profit.  Sovereign nations need babies in order to dominate their nation and so they grow up and preserve their sovereign nation’s identity and laws, cultures, civilization, foods, and way of life.  If  babies are depopulated in America and Europe and Canada, who will be left?

Obama’s January 2009 pre-planned mandated taxpayer-funded abortions and Obamacare and the migration of  a goal of  5,000,000 radicals linked to the Muslim Brotherhood-Hamas org and other terrorists organizations which included radicals from Iran, Pakistan, and across the Middle East required American taxpayers  to pick up the tab for the migration of unidentified foreign invaders. In America, Americans were told they were not to say the name “Hussein” or “war criminals” or “Islamic Terrorists” or Obama’s middle name, Hussein, or offend a radical on U.S. soil he and Biden and Hillary and the Democrats were secretly flying into the USA between 2009-2016 and President Biden and V.P. Harris continued this Obama-Biden agenda in 2021 until those in the DOJ step up to the plate, it appears, if ever.  Obama, Hillary and Kerry require Americans to pick up the tab for the anti-American foreigners they migrated into the USA under the guise of “refugees,” but not really are they real “refugees” except for the minority. 

Americans are required to pick up the tab for their housing, food, flights, welfare checks, social security checks, EDD checks, phones, and Obamacare costs for the unidentified foreigners from anti-American enemy nations and granted them areas of our Homeland that belong to the natural-born Americans and their families who came as legal immigrants to become proud hard working Americans.  They didn’t come to America for freebies or to set up no-go zones on our soil.  Today, the Obama’s quickly went from being a Middle Class family to a multi-millionaire family in about 8 years owning mansions in the most expensive areas of the nation.

 In fact, Obama is building a mansion on 3 acres of land in Hawaii and causing environmental problems by building a wall along the ocean shore which the Hawaiian natural-born citizens oppose.  What is amazing is that the Democrats who somehow became extremely wealthy after taking office refuse to build a wall along the border to help control the flow of illegals and traffickers, jihadists, cartels and gangs from smuggling kids, young females, organ harvesting and guns and drugs into the USA, but they build walls around their mansions and hire security who carry weapons, but seek to take everyone else’s weapons and security away. More people are killed with hammers than guns.

Obama, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry, Speaker Pelosi and Senator Schumer and Rep. Maxine Waters and most Democrats and Rinos insist that Americans shut up, sit down, and be quiet when they slash Veteran and Military pay and benefits as well as  Medical benefits. In fact, after Obamacare was rolled out, veterans and elderly died because they had long waits for appointments and they couldn’t get in to see their doctors and died. The congress has pilfered Social Security and the Retirement accounts of the American Citizens for decades.  Make no mistake, it appears that Obamacare is Death Care for Americans only! 

The exempted in public office granted themselves Cadillac health insurance by requiring Americans to pick up those costs as well.  It matters not how much wealthy that these public servants have gained on taxpayer funded wages from 8 years up to 50 years in office and continue to grant themselves increases in wages and pensions and vacation pay no mater how much wealth they have gained.  That is ridiculous.  This needs to be changed.  And, most use non-profits as tax benefits so they pay litle in taxes while America’s working class are being burdened with excessive taxation in 2022.

It’s part of the New World Order communist agenda for population control.  It appears they seek to  reduce the number of  veterans, chronically ill, cancer patients, elderly, mentally and physically challenged, and future natural-born citizens by mandating taxpayer-funded abortions and same-sex agendas in public schools and the military.  Same-Sex and Trans Human and abortions are all depopulation programs. 

On the other hand, the radicals and illegals overpopulate while Americans and Europeans and Canadians have aborted millions of natural-born citizens of each nation. Another way to conquer a nation is by overpopulating that nation with foreign refugees, asylum seekers and illegals flown into the USA or walking across our borders. They have anchor babies and they stay in the USA and then they have more babies and then they bring their families into the USA to have more babies until the natural-born Americans or Europeans or Canadians are the minority in their Homelands. This is part of the Obamacare depopulation program for Americans only while forced to pick up the tab for all the births by the invasion of invited anti-Americans and illegals from indigent nations that will create hyper-inflation eventually. Crisis. Chaos. Disease. Crime. Civil Unrest.

Obama, Hillary, Kerry and the Democrats and Rinos intend to ration and deny health care treatments and medication to Americans and appoint a committee of 25 to determine who lives and who dies. This raises the question as to why aren’t the American people suing the federal government for the infliction of emotional, physical, and financial distress?  They enacted “early-end-of-life counseling” and “euthanasia” for elderly, seriously ill, vets, and mentally and physically challenged, if they get their way.

How is it that  Americans aren’t asking Congress if Obamacare is similar to Madoff  and a Ponzi Scheme who made off with his client’s money?   Obamacare is similar to the government  having an imaginary gun pointed at every American’s  head saying, “Pay up or else!”  In other words, “Pay up or else be punished!”  Hand over your earnings after taxes for consumer products and services but  there is no guarantee that the government will provide any services or treatments and reserve the right to ration and deny healthcare treatments or medications and they have granted themselves immunity from liability for deaths and injuries. It’s Colombo’s opinion and it appears that  Obamacare borders on extortion, fraud, and pre-meditated murder.

Americans didn’t pay attention when Michelle  Obama, Valerie Jarrett, and Axelrod were exposed for “Patient Dumping” and “Fraud” for big profits at University Hospital in Chicago that hit major news about 2008.  Indigent patients were being dumped into the streets from ambulances even in their night-clothes which coincides with President Reagan and Governor Jerry Brown’s goal to shut down mental health hospitals and crisis clinics where the indigent with mental problems could get medical help.  This same program which was exposed as “Patient Dumping” is known as Obamacare. 

These same people were elected or appointed into government positions and carried on the same agenda of “Patient Dumping” the American Citizens by forcing Obamacare on all Americans and  rationing and denying health care  treatments and medications as they did during the plannedemic and civil unrest by Antifa and BLM during the year of  2019-2020 when the Blue State governors called out severe Lock Downs and destroyed the American Dream and turned it into the American nightmare by causing the loss of health care treatments and businesses, jobs, education, and broke down the food chain as if we were under totalitarian rule of a foreign enemy nations which equates to the dictates of a communist nation.

In support of the Lock Downs at the helm appears to be Bill and Melinda  Gates, Dr. Anthony J. Fauci. CDC Director, Rochelle Walensky, and WHO Director, Tedros as well as other New World Order members tied to Big Pharma and AI.  The Democrats forced Americans to pick up the tab for their agenda and  pre-planned migration of anti-American radicals and illegals who are illegally entering into the USA without fear of being deported, but secretly bussed around the country and scattered. 

Should Americans not ask how is it okay with the entire government for Presidents of the USA and V.P’s and the entire Democrat and RINO congress to encourage illegal immigration and entry as well as citizenship and then hand them over free health care through Obamacare?  The law books clearly state that no one including public servants are to provide aid and abet and fund illegals as well as harbor illegals, which are crimes according to the U.S. Constitution and state and federal laws published in U.S. Law books nationwide. 

Consequently , back in 2009, Colombo continually blogged and posted the question that hasn’t been answered.  How can unconstitutional laws be constitutional, legal, and lawful if they are unread and rubber stamped approved which by-passes congress whose job it is to study and analyze the 2700 pages of laws, death panels, regulations, punishment, taxes, and fines inserted into Obamacare?. Health Care is one of the most serious industries in the nation.  Obamacare could be the biggest Ponzi Scheme and Patient Dumping scheme to hit the USA in her history and far worse than Social Security that has been pilfered by Congressional members.  Congressional members for decades have been diverting the taxpayer funded retirement funds which belong to the individual Americans workers, not to congress.  In fact at one point, Obama threatened to bankrupt social security.

Furthermore, millions of Americans were shocked when notified of canceled insurance policies.  If you recall, Katheleen Sibelius was promoting Obamacare along with Obama and Hillary Clinton back in 2009.  The HHS Director, Kathleen Sibelius refused to testify about Obamacare before a Congressional hearing, but she did show up for the hearing.  She found time to appear on late night television shows and attend gala events.  During the hearings, she stated to a congressional member, “Don’t do this to me” when she was asked if she would sign up for Obamacare.  Was she threatening him or ordering him to stop his line of questioning?   And when asked about providing an organ for an 11-year-old child which she refused to approve, she said, “Someone has to live and someone has to die.”  The Democrats appear to be cold hearted when it comes to children and unborn babies.

Obamacare is a death care for Americans.  It is death care for future U.S. Natural Born Citizens.  Obama also promotes same sex indoctrination implemented in public schools and the military, which is a population control agenda reducing the number of natural born Americans while the migration of millions of illegals from the Middle East overpopulate with intent to dominate Europe and the USA.  Obama and Hillary promote mandated taxpayer abortions for America’s pregnant women, but not for the illegals and unidentified foreigners from terrorist nations.

 The average age for a little girl in the Middle East to have a baby is 15 years old.  One Imam is on video stating that he dreams of the day that they are marrying little blond girls. In my opinion, Obamacare is much bigger and sinister than realized by most Americans who are being sucked into political correctness and we are a nation of immigrants, but the intent and law states we are a nation of LEGAL immigrants.

Of course, Obama played on the emotions of the generous Americans by using his mother as an example to promote Obamacare.  He told told his sad story revealing that his mother suffered from a pre-existing existence and that was his reason to implement Obamacare, but the story turned out to be bogus. He also stated that his mother’s race bothered him.

In fact, Obamacare may even double the costs of health care which they may receive or not receive called out as the “Cadillac Tax” that will deny unaffordable health care to Americans and lead to a single-payer that will devastate insurance companies and Americans will lose their jobs. Obamacare is a scam that includes euthanasia which is population control.  Obamacare is Death Care for Americans only, not the foreign invaders.

It appears that Obamacare is a scam forcing Americans to pay for a consumer product or consumer service with their earnings after  taxes that they mayor may not want or need.  Obama and Hillary state that it is a tax, but taxes are paid after exchanging money for a consumer product.  Consumer products and services are a choice in America, except for Obamacare that denies the constitutional right to choose.  In fact, Obama and Pelosi mandated that Americans are mandated to pay up for a consumer product or service they may or may not receive based on the truth that Obamacare health care can  be rationed or denied knowing people will be injured or could die The entire government exempts itself from liability should anyone’s health deteriorate or should they die from being denied or rationed health care appointments, treatments or medications.

Americans should recall that president Obama secretly diverted $500,000,0000 from Medicare, robbing Peter to pay Paul, just to get Obamacare off the ground.  Did Congress approve the diverted funding from Medicare or not?  Obamacare is hurting the people who elected these same representatives.  The taxpayers make this country great, yet, the Congress turns a blind eye and punishes their constituents and risks the health and lives of every American with this Ponzi scheme that borders on extortion.

If Congress fails to refund Medicare and repeal Obamacare as promised, these same lawmakers, who exempted themselves, will not suffer the immediate consequences, but like history proves out, it is only a matter of time before it hits home.  They apparently have approved these anti-American unconstitutional and unread laws without conscience that will force Americans into enslavement to those who threaten to harm Americans and dominate the USA.  America needs leaders who are willing to send up the red flares to stop the train wreck and pull the brake on the one!

Remember, the fact that employers who fail to comply with the 30 hour work week will face huge penalties and this appears to be a power-grab by the federal politicians. Furthermore, Obama’s Affordable Patient Act  tentacles reach far beyond healthcare for Americans, it actually takes rent from taxpayers, businesses, and employees and food from the tables of  American families. The tax-payer funded representatives appear to end up extremely wealthy while working in public office.  Yet, without conscience, they are making the US Natural Born and Naturalized legal Americans poorer while handing out Entitlements for free to the anti-American foreign free loaders who stand on our sidewalks and threaten to kill the American Jews and kill us and dominate our nation which is  treason and pre-meditated murder. 

In  conclusion, the  change and transformation promised by Obama or Barry is not in the best interest of the legal U.S. Natural Born and generational loyal naturalized Americans who didn’t wake up, face the dragon, and slay the dragon that is  illegally crossing our borders. Did the fiery dragon join forces with two more dragons rising out of  Communist China, Russia, and Syria and/or IRAN and are they targeting U.S. soil?

 REPEAL H.R. 1388!!   Nullify the E.O.!   STOP THE DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA – Did OBAMA and Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, approve 20.3M plus U.S. Tax Dollars to Enslave Americans to future Palestinian Refugees who are members or supporters of HAMAS? – DEMAND CONGRESS REPEAL H.R. 1388.   Didn’t Obama and Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, secretly send an additional $200M at a later date for the migration?  Is the USA supposedly the second state for the Palestinians as they attempt to indoctrinate American kids into a foreign religion and socialist agendas?  Is  Europe the second State promised by Obama during his Cairo speech that he promised to the Muslims?  Are they pushing to  indoctrinate the children at the age of 5 years old into same-sex education, while in Kindergarten, through Obama’s Common Core program implemented into public schools?  After all, the Middle East radicals believe that it’s okay to marry little girls! Think about that, especially if Common Core denies parental rights!  Will this federal regime who intends to control your kids remove them from your custody and punish you if you object making them the property of the federal government? 

The non-vetted U.S. President,  Barack Hussein Obama, signed his long time in-waiting legislation through Congress on or about January 27, 2009 with the blessings of Hillary, Biden, and Kerry. He slipped it through under the radar, although the left will claim that Americans are aware of Obama’s Executive Order, House Bill, H.R. 1388, which included $20.3M on the backs of U.S.taxpayers.  But truth is that most Americans don’t have a clue that H.R .1388 was approved after secretly introduced during 2009 to the 110th Congress,  put before the 111th Congress, who secretly passed, and signed off, as an Executive Order by Obama.  Today, the 112th Congress remains silent on H.R. 1388, with knowledge that Obama and the former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, and  Congressional members, secretly slipped HR 1388 under the radar.

Should we conclude that the U.S. Congress supported this preplanned migration?

I researched several news sources including CNN, as well as, SNOPES and  other articles which confirmed that H.R. 1388 passed, and to the best of my knowledge, it was signed as an Executive Order on or about 127/2009, without congress objecting.  The non-vetted President Barack Hussein Obama, as well as the 111th Congress, along with the blessings of the 112th Congress, who must approve of Obama’s Executive Order H.R. 1388, apparently approve of the invasion coming to the USA. It’s been reported in specific White House memos and news articles that taxpayers are unaware that Obama and Hillary approved of the $20.3M  in taxpayer funds required for implementation through the U.S. Refugee Agency.  They also approved of an additional $200M on the backs of America’s taxpayers to be sent at a later date for emergency purposes.  But, why would Obama and Hillary along with the Democratic Congress preplan the migration of Middle East alleged “refugees” before they were refugees?  Obama’s Executive Order requires migration of future refugees. After all, ObamaCare mandates and requires that the U.S. Natural Born Citizens pick up the costs for the medical care of Middle East immigrant refugees current and future and he and Congress exempted the refugees from compliance, paying up front, and exempted them from punishment under Obamacare.  

H.R. 1388 requires that U.S. Natural Born Citizens pick up the costs for the future migration of Muslim refugees living expenses, i.e., food and housing, education, and Obamacare.

How is it that the Obama regime is more concerned about foreigners from the Middle East and Illegals from Mexico than U.S. Citizens?  The American people are suffering because of the corruption being implemented under the past and current regimes as they write loopholes to exempt themselves from the illegal and corrupted laws they are mandating for the Middle Class and poor on the backs of legal natural born American taxpayers.  The increasing number of Americans standing in Food Stamp lines and unemployment lines has reached unprecedented numbers since Obama took office.  He has failed to support small American businesses but exempts big business who donate and bundle for his campaigns as well as congressional members.  In fact, under Obamacare, they punish the Middle Class workers and the American small business owners with excessive mandates, penalties, taxes that aren’t taxes, and they threaten to shut them down if they don’t comply.

H.R. 1388 signed as an Executive Order reads as follows: “provide emergency funds for unexpected urgent refugees and migration needs related to Gaza…”  and specifies the requirement of food, housing, and medical.  This begs the question if Obamacare wrote this law specifically to enslave Americans to the Middle East so they pick up the tab for the millions of foreigners that he intends to migrate into the USA and change and transform America into a foreign nation?  If anyone bothered to read Obamacare, it specifically mentions Sharia law, Dhimmitudes, (page 107) which means that Americans will be forced to pay for all necessities of life for the refugees and foreigners from the Middle East.

Obama gave a pass to a majority of wealthy white bundlers, CEO’s, donors, congress, U.S. Justices, the oval office and their families as well as SEIU unions who donated tens of thousands of dollars or maybe millions to help Obama become an unopposed senator and inexperienced U.S. President whose identity is concealed from the world.  These wealthy Americans don’t have to pay up-front or comply or be punished so they think, but once the nation is changed into a foreign nation of refugees and foreign immigrants and Americans are enslaved, it will affect them and their families as well! History confirms that fact. Tyrannical leaders care less about who did what!  These people sold out the American people and the country in my opinion for the almighty dollar!

America’s families are hurting because of the 20,000,000 people unemployed as Obamacare slashed work hours and forces American businesses to downsize.  Americans are losing their health care insurance and treatments because of Obamacare.  Americans are being penalized and punished because of Obamacare.   In fact, the 112th Congress denied seniors their Cost of Living increase for two years, which is the first time in U.S. History, a Congress punished seniors then increased the cost of the Medicare payments taken out of the social security checks every month making seniors poorer.  How is it that Obama and his non-vetted Czars continually attempt to cut the wages and benefits of the U.S. military soldiers, veteran,s and seniors? The American taxpayers, voters, and citizens should be demanding answers as to why they are funding enemy nations and non-citizens, but don’t have any money to fund veterans, seniors, and America’s sick, homeless, and poor. Perhaps, they should ask their representative if they consider Americans to be “obsolete.”

Even more disturbing are the myriad of scandals, and one of the most shameful act is not investigating Benghazi and Fast and Furious that resulted in murdered Americans by terrorists as well as the arrest of 90-year old American WWII veterans!

H.R. 1388 and Obamacare is the Redistribution of America’s Wealth. It is and will continue to devastate the lifestyle of the  United States of America, if millions of  Palestinian Refugees with members and supporters of HAMAS were to migrate into the U.S.  Also, H.R. 1388  includes financial requirements of the U.S. Natural Born Citizens if the Palestinian Refugees migrated into the U.S. as their second state and have large families which will lead to domination in the future.  How is it that the 112th Congress and  the current Congress remain silent as they destroy our nation? So, should Americans assume that the 112th and current Congress only care about their bank accounts as many have become very wealthy?

 In the mean time, the U.S. Justices failed to nullify or void the unconstitutional ObamaCare, also known as the Affordable Care Act, a restructured set of laws that wipe out all freedom and liberty guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, as well as, enslave the U.S. Natural Born Citizens, who are required to pick up the health care costs of ObamaCare for the U.S. Justices, Congress, Federal employees, 500,000+ SEIU Union members, Palestinian Refugees, 10,000,000+ Muslims currently living in the U.S., and 12,000,000 illegal aliens or else! Or else be punished with a $25,000 penalty and one year in jail!   CALL OR EMAIL EVERY  CONGRESSMAN AND DEMAND THAT THEY NULLIFY, DEFUND and  REPEAL –  HR 1388  – AS WELL AS THE DANGEROUS NDAA BILL NOW, Patriot Act, and OBAMACARE!  CONGRESS HAS THE POWER TO REPEAL ANY EXECUTIVE ORDER, but THEY EXEMPT THEMSELVES AND ACT AS IF THEY HAVEN’T ANY POWER TO TELL THE NON-VETTED MAN, “NO!”

The bill reads, “Payment of administrative expenses of Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of Department of State related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian Refugees and conflict victims in Gaza,” so it specifically states that the $20.3M plus is for the implementation to be used by the U.S. Department of State who handles “refugees” and “migration” from Gaza and implement migration – is it not the U.S. Department of State that assists the migration of foreigners into the USA- and if not – where else would they have them migrate?  America doesn’t have the authority to help thousands of refugees to migrate into foreign lands – so again, I ask – migrate to where?  May God Help the United States of America!  (This article may be shared but not Plagiarized by a Third Party)

Sir John Harrington’s famous quote, “Treason doth never prosper: what’s the reason?  For if it prosper, none dare call it Treason.”  The words treason and sedition or malfeasance involve corruption. 

America has a double standard.  One for them and one for the taxpaying citizens  who pay their wages, elect them, and inevitably state those famous two words, “Trust me.”   Why would Americans trust lawyers who run for public office when the constitution prohibits them from holding two titles?  The Clinton’s were lawyers as well as their appointee Holder and what did they do for America?  After 40+ years of the Clinton’s in public office, we are certain of one thing, we now know what they  did to America.

Corruption is impairment of one’s principles and integrity for personal gain at the expense of others which is what appears to have recurred between the Clinton reign from Mena, Arkansas that led to the steps of the White House and expanding to the red carpet laid out for Red Communist China who has gained access to National Security.

The Clinton-Bush-Obama New World Order agendas appear to have created a revolving White House door for those the Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Obama’s favored such as the Communist Chinese and the SEIU and Steel Unions, as well as The Muslim Brotherhood.  In fact, there is a  Communist Chinese owned private room at the Kennedy Center, larger than that of the U.S. President, but who pays attention to the small details?

The Clinton’s ordered free reign of the Long Beach Naval Base and Port for tariff free imports and exports of COSCO and Walmart products.  The Clinton’s, Bush’s, and Obama approved of the signed laws such as NAFTA that led to the Patriot Act, NDAA, NWO, U.N. Agenda 21, North American Union, TPP, and  what I term, “A Nation without Borders.”  These laws deny the right-to-life and the right to Miranda Rights and “Due Process of Law.”  Former Impeached President, William Jefferson Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton, both lawyers, helped build-up Walmart, U.S. owned, and COSCO owned by Communist China with knowledge that Walmart sells 90% of their products made in China unless they’ve currently reduced that percentage. COSCO sold 100% of their products made in China,but may have added some additional changes currently.  The Clinton’s  were reported in MSM news for accepting millions of illegal donations from a foreign enemy nation’s citizens visiting the White House from  Communist China!

Today, Hillary Clinton is in the news for using her government position and contact list to secretly access wealthy friendly and enemy CEO’s and World Leaders willing  to donate to the Clinton Foundation, but at what cost to the USA?

The Bill Clinton COSCO Deal Has created a dangerous and complex problem for Americans and America after Bill Clinton agreed to Lease the entire Long Beach Naval Base to communist China including the Long Beach Port tariff free after he failed at his attempt to give it away to communist China to a foreign enemy Communist leader who committed genocide against his own people.  And yet, no one ever bothered to ask under which constitutional authority did Bill Clinton apply that provided him the authority and right to negotiate the sale or lease with total access to the USA for importing and exporting inside the USA?  And, which strict regulations has the federal government been applying as we know China smuggled weapons into the USA until caught. Communist China threatened to blow Los Angeles off the face of the map in 1993.

In my opinion, such an action appears to be in line with the definition laid out in America’s Law books that clearly defines treason.  Bill Clinton and every American is aware and vigil of the fact that U.S. family members and fellow Americans died on the battlefields fighting back against communism.  But, Bill Clinton stated he wouldn’t fight for this country and fled to a Communist Nation.  Bill Clinton’s signing of NAFTA and leasing out the the Long Beach Naval Base to a foreign communist nation and foreign enemy leader would appear to be outside of his job duty as  a U.S. President and doesn’t appear to be in accordance with the U.S. Constitution,

Note:   (The only reason Bill Clinton couldn’t move forward with giving the L.B. Port to China or selling the Long Beach Naval base and Port to the communist leader involved his encounter with united American Patriots who protested and received media attention when reporters were still reporters. In fact, the Clinton’s would probably have deposited the profits into the  Clinton Foundation or the Clinton offshore banks which appears to be their pattern without fear of being punished).

“U.S. regulators are reportedly raising objections that Cosco Shipping, a state-run Chinese company, could take control of a container terminal at the Port of Long Beach as part of its $6.3-billion acquisition of another company.

The concerns have been raised by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal, which cited unnamed sources.”

“The secretive committee, which is chaired by the Treasury Department and focuses on national security, is reviewing Cosco’s planned acquisition of Orient Overseas International because that Hong Kong company has some assets in the U.S., a Cosco vice chairman has said.

The assets include a nearly fully automated terminal known as the Long Beach Container Terminal, for which Orient Overseas has a long-term lease.”  (L.A. Times)

 

Colombo states, “The fact of what appears to be treason can’t be disputed.  Former impeached President Clinton wasn’t impeached for allegations of accepting foreign donations and helping build up an enemy nation at the expense of the American citizens and America’s sovereignty. Clinton wasn’t held accountable for allowing an enemy nation, Communist China, to access U.S. National Security. This helped enable Red China’s Intelligence to access U.S. Political secrets to arms smugglers and gangsters as well as to penetrate U.S. Defense establishments.  The downsizing of the U.S. Military and Defense Department began with former President Bill Clinton, not with Obama, who carried on the same agenda of downsizing the U.S. Military and U.S. Defenses. In 2016, the Clinton’s were certain they would take back the White House and get their baton back so they could carry on these U.N. and Communist NWO agendas. Due to Bill Clinton’s and the Democrats agendas, many people ended up homeless in 2008 and millions of Americans lost their jobs.”

Consequently,  former Impeached President Clinton is  responsible for  “outsourcing” U.S. Technology, U.S. Manufacturing Companies, and U. S. jobs.  He is responsible for downsizing the development of  U.S. Military troops and Military and Defenses.  On the other hand, it appears, Bill Clinton was more concerned about assisting  Communist China with building up their economic and military status, while diminishing that of the United States of America.  Today,  the Clinton’s and Obama’s  continue to embrace the Communist Chinese, who are  willing to donate the millions to the Clinton Foundation, or  Hillary’s political  campaign,  as well as  Saudi Arabia donations.  On the other hand, George Soros donates to all Democrat candidates and says he mentors the Clinton’s and Obama’s. Soros goal is to destroy America and Western Civilization and make Communist China the #1 super power i the world. It’s this blogger’s opinion that Soros is an enemy of the USA and Europe and is attempting to overthrow the U.S. government by using his billions and U.S. tax dollars and U.S. non-profits to donate and control everyone in the Democrat Party.

Ironically, in the case of a major foreign enemy nation, IRAN, Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry approved an unread Iranian Deal that assists Iran in building  a nuke.  They have knowledge that the Imam’s goal is to wipe out Israel and America and Europe.  The former President Ahmadinejad and Imam have stated on worldwide TV, videos, and online, that they intend to attack the USA and Israel as well as Europe.    It appears the Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Obama’s, Soros, Kissinger, and the Democrats embrace  foreign enemy nations.  They refer to these unconstitutional agendas  as globalism and ‘one of us” as well as “a peaceful religion.”

In other words, it appears that the Bush’s, Clinton’s and Obama’s are all on the same page and made themselves and families wealthy while in public office. It appears they ma have sold out the USA and Citizens and are forcing Americans to taxpayer fund their own demise.  The cost of the foreign invasion to the taxpayers was more than $220,000,000.  As I’ve been reporting on radio  and cable TV since the 90’s, when the Clinton’s gained access into the White House, it’s no secret that Bill Clinton  sold out the Long Beach naval Base back in the  90’s. It’s also reported and alleged hat Hillary Clinton made a deal as Senator Clinton to hand over districts of   U.S. land to the Communist Chinese after Communist China was caught smuggling military weapons into the USA.

In fact, Communist China threatened to blow Los Angeles off the face of the map.  And, to boot, Americans are forced to pay the Obama’s and Clinton’s excessive taxpayer funded wages and pensions until they die despite their myriad list of scandals and multi-millions deposited into their so-called charity, The Clinton Foundation, without any real scrutiny by the government.  So, these same career politicians paid by taxpayers despite the wealth they gained as public servants for most of their lives embrace nations that threaten to wipe out Israel and the USA and we’re forced to have funded them with taxpayer wages for most of their lives with benefits and lifetime pensions despite their wealth.

Treason is overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or injure the sovereign.  The United States of America is a “sovereign” Republic.  Public servants swear an allegiance to the U.S.Flag and to the U.S. Constitution, but Americans elected a draft dodger twice, who had been accused of numerous wrongful acts including his years as Governor of Arkansas.

Hillary Clinton hit the news for having been fired from a prominent law firm for lying during the Watergate trial that sent her friend to jail. Many of the Clinton and Obama associates appear to end up in jail or commit suicide as well as witnesses, but no one appears to care in the government about that – oh well, mountain of dead witnesses.  And, it’s no secret that Bill Clinton was found guilty of lying about a sexual affair in the oval office with a young intern and refers to himself as the “victim”  which is delusional on its face.

In fact, Hillary Clinton was Legal Counsel at the Rose Law Firm for Walmart and simultaneously sat on the  Board of Directors for six years, which is a serious Conflict of Interest, when she and Vince Foster worked as a team at the Rose Law Firm.  Bill Clinton says he was a Rhodes scholar but there isn’t definite proof according to experts of that claim.  After dodging the draft and stating he wouldn’t fight for this country, he fled to Oxford University and to continue avoiding the drat, he fled to Communist Russia for refuge.  The Obama’s and Clinton’s attended flag burning events from their own admittance.  And, Obama stated the Bible and National Anthem were violent and needed to be changed, but he also reassured Americans that the foreign ideology known as the Quran is holy. 

Did the Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Obama’s suspend the U.S. Flag by using a yellow-fringed flag in government buildings and courthouses and/or by signing secret Executive Orders that denied the right to exercise U.S. Constitutional Rights on U.S.  soil?  After all, how many judges paid by taxpayers sitting on the Bench in a taxpayer funded courthouse shout out, “This is my courtroom?”  How many judges refuse to allow Americans to speak up and defend themselves in a courtroom or present their evidence?  I bet, most Americans haven’t a clue.

After all, isn’t it  elected public servants who are issuing new laws or regulations that are creeping into cities across America in defiance of their sworn to uphold fair, just, and equitable laws that are in accordance with the constitution and the will of the majority of Americans?  Congress under the majority rule of Democrats and Rinos haven’t been upholding sovereignty and the Constitution for about 40 years!  In fact, there are cities, where Americans are warned that flying the U.S. Flag on their own property is offensive, or a crime, as well as flying the U.S. Flag on their vehicles or bicycles.  Yet, the foreign flags and communist flags don’t appear to offend these nazi-type Americans or foreigners.  Will the red flag fly above COSCO and Walmart one day?  Think about it.

NAFTA was the key that opened the borders and created globalism thanks to impeached President Bill Clinton.  This unconstitutional law opened the borders as the Democrats invited illegal foreigners to violate U.S. immigration laws and Obama flew foreign radicals from foreign enemy nations by the tens of thousands into the USA for his change and transformation of American into a Muslim Nation. He tied the hands of ICE and Border Patrol and changed Detain and Deport to Detain and Release so that the illegals and radicals could remain in the USA. The illegals and radicals consist of 75% healthy males. Obama and Hillary Clinton secretly preplanned the migration bypassing quotas and legal ports of entry and legal inspections by diverting millions in U.S. tax dollars to offer financial incentives to U.S. Refugees with the goal to migrate as many as possible into the USA for 8 years,

Communist China appears to be the choice the Clinton’s and Soros made when they decided to to sell out the USA.  Should Americans not ponder under which constitutional authority did President Clinton open the borders of a sovereign nation, the USA,  as well as, which authority did he apply that granted him the authority to outsource our  jobs and our technology to Communist China? President Bill  Clinton swore an oath to uphold, defend, and preserve the U.S. Constitution and defend the sovereignty of the United States of America, but the Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Obama’s approve of NAFTA and the North American Union as a tool for opening up the borders and allow entry to anyone who wants to by-pass the Port of Entry and inspections and immigration laws along Canada and Mexico. 

It’s been alleged for years that  Bill Clinton rented out the Lincoln Bedroom for profit to the Communist Chinese.  It’a alleged even to this day that Bill Clinton  accepted large donations from Communist Chinese who visited the White House, but the Clinton’s appear to be free from being held accountable for anything at all.  

The truth is that Communist China owes America a big debt for increasing the economic power of China who was suffering under a weak economic status.  It didn’t take long after Bill Clinton outsourced America’s technology, jobs, and companies as well as leasing the Long Beach Naval Base and port of entry for China to  supersede the economic status of the United States of America by 2009 under Obama’s reign. after the USA hit a huge recession because of the Democrats Housing Crisis. The Communist Chinese have been allowed to enter the USA beyond the international water laws and access the Long Beach Naval Base with little or no inspections it appears and  remain tariff free for 25 years until Trump lowered the hammer on communist China. 

After more than 25 years, Communist China has been allowed to sell products stamped, “made in China” without selling products in the USA inside of COSCO stamped, “made in the USA.”  So, how does that benefit America other than jobs, but America’s manufacturers provided American jobs as well.  Communist China owns 1995 of COSCO and put mom and pop businesses or U.SS. discount stores such as GEMCO out of business. And, as I stated, WALMART sells a large portion of their products imported from communist China. COCO and Walmart are probably the 2 largest discount retail stores in the USA. Americans who were hired by WALMART had to fight for a decent income, especially women.  The largest discrimination lawsuit filed by female employees in U.S. History was the lawsuit filed by female employees who worked for WALMART.   

The Communist naval ship and Russian Naval Ship were seen in the San Francisco Dock about 2010 while Obama was in office.  And, missiles were pointing out on the Chinese Communist naval ship.  If the Communist Chinese have total control inside the USA allowing China to access a major U.S. Naval Base and U.S. Port and dock at our U.S. Ports then what’s to prevent them from smuggling in drugs, guns, and people?

It appears that the goal of the New World Order members which are members of the EU and Wall Street, Bankers, and many of America’s politicians and some wealthy CEO’s is to make COSCO and Walmart the 2 major stores on U.S. soil as part of their hope to usher in a New World Order. COSCO is a 100% Communist Owned Corporation operating on U.S. soil for huge profits.  Walmart is alleged to be linked to DHS-Fema. When Janet Napolitano, former DHS director, worked under Obama-Holder regime, she requested that Walmart spy on Americans who purchased legal guns.  There are also rumors that WALMART has underground facilities and access to DHS-FEMA vehicles.  It appears there is a link between WALMART and Hillary Clinton and DHS-FEMA.

And, Walmart is alleged to import about 90% of their products  from Communist China. Walmart also forced American businesses out of business, especially mom and pop stores who couldn’t compete with Communist China’s cheap labor that allowed them to import wholesale products into the USA and export products that earned China huge profits. Both COSCO and Walmart are linked to Bill and Hillary Clinton since their conception.

If foreign and domestic enemies without our government are preparing America to be enslaved, it requires Gun Control; depopulation; enslavement; FEMA Camps, FEMA trains, microchips, and a cashless  society as well as taking control of all the land, water, oil, and oceans. Is that why Ted Turner bought up more land than any American in the nation and founded the U.N. to usher in a One World Government that rules with an iron fist such as Communist China and the Muslim-Brotherhood-CAIR organization?

 Remember, Obama stated in 2008 that he would disarm Americans and skyrocket electricity and “shut down” the coal mining states, but the powers that be appear to have scrubbed and edited news about Obama from his past and on video or posted as of 2008. Obama denied Americans the right to drill for oil in the USA and be independent of Saudi Arabia. Ironically it was Hillary and Obama who secretly pre planned and used $220,000,000 of U.S. tax dollars and flood the nation with unidentified illegals and radicals, who are a majority of males. They aren’t patted down or naked x-rayed with radiation or forced to show valid identification, They are flown into the USA or walked across and the only people being assaulted with radiation are legal Americans. In fact,  Obama signed E.O.’s that need to be nullified because they confiscate state land and waters including the oceans, ports, and property as federal land which is unconstitutional.

And, the Americans are being intentionally drawn by the news to focus only on Hispanics and Black Americans, while the Communist Chinese and Middle East radical terrorist cells are not only infiltrating into the  USA, but taking over companies, communications, infiltrating public schools, and government positions and U.S. jobs.

The Congressional Record dated April 15, 1997 reads: COSCO: A Communist-Chinese-Owned Company – House of Representatives – Page H1534 – Rep. Randall “Duke” Cunningham (R-Ca) provided most of the information, but the article is not verbatim, but a mere compilation of talking points:

“There is a current report, an up-dated report from the FBI that states that COSCO is currently actively involved in placing intelligence officials, spies, in all of the ports of call.  This is a national security interest.  COSCO has enjoyed 15 year access to the Long Beach Naval Shipyard, I have no problem with that, my problem comes with COSCO taking complete control of the 145 acres in which they will control access of every ship there.  Every cargo container that comes off there, they will place it and they will have control of who sees it, where the cargo goes, where it is stored and what time of night it goes out and who receives it.  Mr. Speaker, if we give China that opportunity, we are going to see an increase of illegal aliens where in the last congress, 2 ships owned by COSCO shipped in illegal [Chinese Communist] aliens.  It was in all the newspapers including the AK 47’s COSCO  attempted to smuggle into the U.S. from Communist China.” 

[Did you know there are more Chinese anchor babies in the USA than of any other race or ethnicity? Did you know we pay for the education of 350,000 Chinese students at U.S. Universities? So, communist China is using Americans to educate their young people and have their babies on U.S. soil while sending spies into the USA to work with domestic enemies within our government and universities.

1.  COCSCO is a Communist-Chinese owned company which President Clinton supported.  Another company which Hillary Clinton supported and sat on the Board of Directors after it was founded is Wal-Mart.  As stated previously, Hillary Clinton was a partner in the Rose Law Firm according to news articles and the Rose Law Firm represented Wal-Mart in legal matters and she sat on the Board of Directors of Walmart for 6 years.  This is a huge  Conflict of Interest.  It appears the Clinton’s have always been above the laws of the land.  After President Clinton was elected, WalMart became the largest retailer and importer of products Made in Communist China (How was Hillary’s representation of Walmart as their lawyer and being on their Board of Directors, not a serious Conflict of Interest with the ABA?)

2.  The Hutchinson Group also owned by Communist China purchased both ends of the Panama Canal which would give the Communist Chinese control of the Panama Canal.  During President Clinton’s terms, he agreed to allow the Communist Chinese to lease the Long Beach Naval Shipyard and the L.B. Port to the Communist-Chinese.  American is no stranger to the fact that Communist China’s goal has always been to conquer the USA, not by bombs, but perhaps, by infiltration and buying up America’s businesses, opening up Banks, and building HUWEI Communications as well as negotiating with Hillary Clinton for districts of land in exchange for their alleged debt. 

COSCO’s ships fly flags of the People’s Republic of China into our international water ways that violate U.S. and International water laws, but Americans can’t fly POW flags and Confederate flags, and even U.S. Flags depending on the city and state.  But, Americans and the Teachers Union are big supporters of the Clinton’s.   The [Long Beach] port lease with [Communist-Owned] COSCO [approved by President Clinton, but opposed by congress, military and grassroots] would provide COSCO with its own terminal – major imports from China to Long Beach which include toys, sporting goods, footwear, apparel, electrical parts, machinery while Americans are losing their jobs to the foreign invasion and robots.

[It is my opinion that leasing a United States Port should have been the reason to impeach President Clinton.  Outsourcing America’s technology, manufacturing companies, and jobs would be a more serious charge and reason to “impeach” Bill Clinton, not a blue stained dress!  Bill Clinton signing NAFTA was necessary even though it’s unconstitutional in order to pull off allowing foreign enemies to access our shores and ports and air strips.

3.  COSCO builds the AK 47’s and COSCO is the company that negotiates the trade of the AK 47’s around the wars. [added July 2014: Most recently, its been reported in the news that the current 2014 administration under the watch of President Obama has allegedly shipped AK-47’s to the Middle East. ISIS boasts of having confiscated the AK 47’s which hit the news, while the Obama administration attempts to disarm Americans leaving the American people sitting ducks with open borders. There is a strong and bold new invasion from Mexico and South America and those invited by Obama and Hillary Clinton and the Dems, Soros, and Rinos, who are entering from the Middle East through Mexico into the USA as unidentified illegal persons who are being provided taxpayer-funded refuge, health care, food, housing, clothing, and social security checks, Driver’s Licenses, and illegal amnesty.

There are public servants in the federal government and on the State Levels who are refusing to uphold their sworn oaths and they are harboring the illegals as well as criminals, terrorists, and radicals in no-go zones and sanctuary cities while crime increases. This is recurring in the USA, while Veterans die in VA hospitals since 2009 under Obama-Hillary Clinton watch while America’s soldiers die on the battlefields.  And, because of these two people and Soros, Ayers, Jarrett, Huma, Holder, Lynch, and the Dems and Rinos, America Vets are homeless and hungry and without healthcare, and Americans are  facing death panels].

4.  COSCO is a Chinese Communist owned corporation which could mean that American citizens shopping at Walmart and COSCO are helping the Communist to build up their economic and military status so they can come against the USA after they’ve established themselves on  U.S. soil and possibly conquer the USA for their overpopulated citizens.  They are in dire need of clean coal and clean water and more land.

In California and Nevada and other states, the trains are stacked high every day with  COSCO freight, so what is the benefit to America’s capitalism and free enterprise, small businesses and jobs or products that were invented and created in the USA if the communist are taking over free enterprise by creating one-stop discount stores in the USA?  How will America not be turned into a cashless society and under the control of the Communist Regime if this continues forward?  After all, remember that the Communist hate God, Capitalism, and Freedom, but they are busy capitalizing on America’s open door policies.

More products sold in the USA are “made in China” or “made in Philippines” or “made in India” or made in “Mexico.”  Not many products are stamped “made in the USA” and that is a huge problem for Americans thanks to the Bush’s, Clinton’s, Obama’s, Soros, Ayers, and the Democrats and Rinos. 

It appears that the federal government has been so corrupted for so long that they have become greedy and gone rogue and care less about preserving, protecting, defending and upholding the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights or U.S. Flag.  The Chinese and Middle East are shipping containers in and out of major ports all over the world, but what is in those containers and where is the oversight?

Due to Bill Clinton’s Defense Budget cuts that he implemented while he was the President of the USA, Americans lost over one million jobs (1,000,000).    The additional BRACC cuts in Base closings and realignment have cost thousands to millions of jobs in the state of California.  The people of Long Beach have lost thousands of jobs including the loss at Kelly Air Force Base, El Toro, Miramar and the shifting assets.

5.  “What I plan to show tonight is a direct link between the White House fundraising with [Communist] China and assets that have gone in favor of Communist China that could pose a National Threat to the U.S. and I have Intelligence Reports that state so.  Mr. Speaker, I would say that all my colleagues on both sides of the aisle are opposed to a Chinese Communist Company taking over the Long Beach Naval Air Stations and I would do everything we can to help Long Beach recover the jobs, but not to a Communist controlled nation of the Chinese Republic.”

6. “ Marine officers, politicians and small grassroots groups question why the Clinton administration favored turning over a [U.S.] military base in Long Beach California, to the [Communist] Chinese ocean shipping company, COSCO, over the protest of marine reserve battalions made homeless by the 1994  Northridge earthquake.  The CIA, the Officers of Navy Intelligence and the Coast Guard reinforced the view that COSCO’s strong link with the [Communist] Chinese government is a fatal flaw in its proposal to deliver the [U.S. Naval] Base to a [Chinese Communist] company.”

7. “President Bill Clinton gave a multi-million dollar loan to COSCO to build 5 communist ships in a non-recourse loan meaning if the Communist default on their U.S. loan that the American people must pick up the tab for $137 million.  President Clinton took a personal role in promoting the interests of COSCO.  At the time, he was cutting 100 warships from the U.S. fleet draw up by the Bush (sr) administration, a 23% cut.  Rep. Cunningham said, “The symbolism could not be anymore stark.”

8.  “COSCO was fined for paying kickbacks to shippers instead of abiding by tariffs.  This is again, a Communist Chinese operated company that was cited for giving kickbacks and payoff for access [to the White House during President Bill Clinton’s terms].”

9.  Communist China’s #1 import from the U.S. is wheat and by controlling the Panama Canal and with President Clinton attempting to lease the Long Beach Naval Shipyard to them, the communist Chinese could fix the pricing of U.S. exports going out of a major [U.S.] Port of Long Beach. [if Clinton had succeeded]

10.  The New York Times reported during Clinton’s term that Chinese officials had conveyed an ominous message to Anthony Lake, President Clinton’s National Secretary Advisor, just weeks earlier:  “The possibility that American interference in Beijing efforts to bring……..could result in devastating attack on Los Angeles.”

[Ironically, about 1993, Communist China threatened to blow up Los Angeles and attack America, but Clinton didn’t attack Communist China.  Today, after Gaddafi praised and congratulated Obama’s election of 2009 as U.S. president, and called him “Our Black Kenyan Son,” about 2012, Obama attacked Libya without congressional authority and Libya didn’t threaten or attack America, but Obama ordered the assassination of Gaddafi, which resulted in the loss of 220 Tomahawks at a cost of about $600,000 each to taxpayers, the killing of Gaddafi’s teenage son and his friends, grandkids, and freedom fighters being killed].

11.  During President Clinton’s terms, an American Chinese businessman, Johnny Chung, gave $366,000 to the Democrats (DNC) in California and [the donation] was later returned on suspicion that it illegally came from foreign sources. It appears using political positions for donation for personal financial gain and holding themselves above the laws of the land is okay for “$um and for Some!”

[Ironically, the news reported that much of  Obama’s campaign funds came from anonymous donors and from foreign soil, so was it returned?]

12.  Johnny Chung brought 6 Communist Chinese officials to the White House and one of the six was the Advisor from COSCO who Clinton granted access to the Long Beach Shipyard – and the actual donors were there in the White House who gave money to the DNC.

13.  The Chairman of one of these 2 Communist Chinese arms companies implicated in the scheme to smuggle the 2,000 Chinese made weapons into Oakland [Ca] aboard COSCO’s ship had coffee in the White House in an affair associated with D.C. fund-raising.  Officials of the weapons were indicted for shipping those arms.

[Today, under the Obama-Holder administration, we have straw men being provided stimulus money from the federal government who purchased untracked U.S. guns and were gun-running onto foreign soil into Mexico and selling them to untracked cartels tied to terrorists who murdered thousands of people, police, Americans, Border Patrol, without accountability for the victims, families, or Americans. This program would probably still be in effect if the 2 Border Patrol Officers hadn’t been murdered with untracked U.S. guns. It’s been reported that the untracked guns are still out there in the hands of untracked cartel members through a 2 year program called “Fast and Furious” where Border Patrol and innocent people were murdered without any oversight. In July 2014, we have open borders with cartels bussing in illegal minor sick foreign kids and adults and its reported they’re being paid $5,000 per illegal to bring them across the open U.S. Borders with the blessings of D.C.]

14.  On the campaign trail and in a White House meeting in 1995, President Clinton endorsed the proposal to transfer land of the Long Beach Naval shipyard to COSCO, 2 days after Johnny Chung made a $50,000 donation to the DNC hand delivered to Mrs. Clinton’s Chief of Staff –  Margaret Williams, CBS Evening News – 3/11/97.

15. After the Long Beach Naval Shipyard land transfer was arranged with President Clinton’s approval, the Clinton administration helped arrange in his Clinton budget that he submitted, to give free to the Communist Chinese, $50 million [U.S. tax dollars] to burn a coal-burning plant after the meeting and after the DNC fund-raiser from the Chinese.

Sheridan Prasso, writer for an article in Fortune,  dated 5/2/2010,  reported that in the city of Spartanburg, South Carolina, “tucked into an industrial court…is a brand new factory the state-of-the-art American Yunchen Gravure Cylinder Plant…a [communist] Chinese company.”  And, according to the article, I am led to believe that Americans should expect more Communist Chinese manufacturing companies to sprout up on U.S. soil.  Although, Americans say, well, the economy is bad and I need a job, imagine in 15-20 years if the nation is inundated with Communist Chinese manufacturing companies and America’s industrial leadership is no longer acknowledged because the Clinton’s and congress and the Bush and Obama administrations allowed a Communist nations to wipe out American capitalism! 

Imagine if you or your kids and grandkids were to wake up one morning – 15 to 20 years down the road.  You looked out your window after grabbing a cup of coffee and you saw  Red Communist China flying the People’s Republic Flag .The U.S. Flag was prohibited.  Or how about the Palestinian Flag or Iranian Flag flying across America?   What if there were U.N. Troops patrolling your street and military tanks driving through your streets.   What would you think or do?  And, what if China and IRAN are in bed together working together to take down the USA preparing to attack with missiles and troops and foreign troops?  After all, China built Huwei Communications in Iran and the USA as well.  And, its reported that the terrorist organization Hezbollah has gone from 50 missiles to 50,000 missiles spread all about and have GPS capability.

Furthermore, since  1993-to-date,  the threat of the Muslim Brotherhood is alive and well. The stated and written strategic goal of the Muslim Brotherhood is to wipe out all of Western Civilization.  The Muslim Brotherhood publishes instruction books on how to start wildfires and how to build explosives.  They don’t need a nuke to conquer Europe, Canada, or America.  They have a strategic goal that is working step by step:   1) Invade;  2) Infiltrate;  3) Overpopulate; and 4)  dominate and at that point they conquer.

Remember, Bill Clinton and the Democrat and Rino Congress without interference from the Department of Justice which include Janet Reno and Eric Holder were granted control over the entire 145 acre Navy Shipyard without any interference from the U.S. after President Clinton implemented NAFTA and “Outsourcing.”   T

 It’s no secret that Communists are not America’s friend. It’s no secret that Communist leaders hate capitalism, God, and Freedom. Today, America’s trains which are operating in the USA, assuming the trains are still owned by the USA, transport a majority of COSCO freight into the USA daily.  The roads are filled with Walmart trucks. The Ports are filled with COSCO ships loaded with cargo.  How securely inspected is the cargo by America’s customs – who knows?

 China is using America’s technology, manufacturing companies, and former jobs as well as America’s soil to build their 100% owned corporations, communications centers such as HUWEI, and Long Beach Port tariff and duty free.China has built HUWEI communications across America and IRAN!  Americans are paying for their own demise of their own sovereignty and nation and the fault lies within the words “treason” and “traitors” from within who became extremely wealthy and ripped off the and sold out their country.  Remember, these same Democrats who have been in office for decades and Rinos stated that Americans are “small minded,” and “Stupid” and “foolish” and “easily tricked.”  Have the Americans foolishly been tricked into voting for most of them again and again without Term Limits?

Consequently, Americans have been reduced to purchase consumer products from Communist China on U.S. soil for less money from a 100% Communist-Chinese owned corporation who controls the Long Beach ports.  As I stated, COSCO imports 100% of the Consumer products that use to be “made in the USA,” now “made in China.”  And, the second biggest discount retailer sells 90% of their products imported from Communist China, not “made in the USA.”  So, what should Americans expect when their government and wall Street sold out Americans to Communist  Communist China and India, Philippines for cheap labor as well as the foreign enemy nations of the Middle East whose stated and written goal is to wipe out Israel and America. 

 And, now, the records of Federal U.S. Workers and Citizens are compromised by hackers.  Think about that and watch the movie, “Olympus Has Fallen,” as well as “American Sniper” and the “Kingsmen” and think about it!  Take  a Democrat to watch “Hillary’s America!”  All foreign enemy nations could hack into America’s records and now we have corporations digging into personal information and endangering lives by publishing personal information, which could be wrong, posted  worldwide online without  consent.

  In conclusion, Americans can thank Slick Willy, for all he didn’t do for America but to America.  Thank  Hillary Rodham Clinton, who ended up involved in Watergate scandal years ago, when her friend ended up in jail.  And, of course, we can’t forget her friend,  Vince Foster, who  suddenly died under suspicious circumstances written up as a suicide.  And, of course, her friend, Ambassador Stevens, who was abandoned at Benghazi and murdered by terrorists while watching on real time and someone called out a “stand down.”  Hillary Rodham Clinton sat on the Board of Walmart for 6 years while  representing Walmart as Legal Counsel with her partner, Vince Foster, at the  Rose Law Firm, so what did Vince Foster know?  Of course, there are much more to the suspicious and possible illegal and alleged corruption and scandals linked to the Clinton’s and Obama’s, but they truly appear to be the “Untouchables.”

Sen. Hillary Clinton and Obama Attached an Amendment To A Military Bill Prior to 2008 Elections to Change Article II/ Remove The Words “Natural Born Citizen”

How is it that Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator Obama were secretly attaching an amendment into a military bill sponsored by Rep. McCaskill on or about 2008 prior to the presidential elections with the intent to change Article II of the U.S. Constitution and secretly  remove the words, U.S. “Natural Born Citizen,” while Senator Hillary Clinton was Obama’s opposing candidate? And, why would this be necessary prior to the elections of 2008 since Hillary Clinton was running against Obama?

Unfortunately, I didn’t have this information when I met with Congressman Dana Rohrabacher (R-Ca) on June 24, 2011 in his Washington D.C. office.  Rep. Rohrabacher is a congenial man and a pioneer of securing the borders and I support him.  But, my time was limited and I wanted to make the most of my visit so, I blurted out the big question, “Why hasn’t congress commenced impeachment hearings against Obama?”  He smiled and said there are people working on it.  So,  I asked my next question, “Shouldn’t heads be rolling and people stepping down who are responsible for the gun-running into Mexico by U.S. agents?”  And then, we were interrupted.  At my next opportunity I said, “Don’t you agree that Congress should stand up to Communist China and tell their leaders that America’s wiping out the debt  which they claim is owed to them by the U.S.A.

Until recently, i wasn’t aware that Hillary Clinton, a candidate for President against Obama in 2008, were concerned about removing the words “natural born citizen” from the U.S. Constitution.  Together, they attempted  to change Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, and remove the words “U.S. Natural Born Citizen” from the constitution by inserting a proposal into a Military bill proposed by Rep. McCaskill, which is dishonest and without transparency, but the real question is why would Hillary Clinton running against Obama 1)  want to assist him in removing the words “natural born citizen” as a constitutional requirement,’  2) what did she know about Obama’s Birth Certificate; and 3)  Why would she want to help him to become an ineligible President if she was seeking to be the first female President back in 2008?

The fact remains that it’s alleged that former Democratic Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, altered the Certification of a U.S. President document so, he could be eligible and she wouldn’t be held accountable by the original words established for former U.S. Presidents.  It appears that an exception was made in 2008.  Senator Hillary Clinton assisted  non-vetted Senator Obama as well as Senator McCaskill and other Democratics and RINOS in  removing the words, U.S. “Natural Born Citizen” from Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, it would appear that any questions about Obama’s eligibility, according to Article II of the U.S. Constitution would be rendered moot, but unfortunately for Obama aka Barry,  Article II remains intact after their attempt.

Therefore, I’ve compiled a list of Congressional bills that were proposed and intended to secretly eliminate the words “U.S. Natural Born Citizen” from Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution forevermore:

3.  February 25, 2004, Rep. Don Nickles, (R-Ok) proposed changing Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, SB 2128.

4.  September 15, 2004, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Ca) proposed changing Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, HJR 104

5.  January 4, 2004, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Ca) proposed changing Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, HJR 42

7.  April 10, 2008, election year, Senator Claire McCaskill with supporters, namely former Senator Hillary Clinton and former Senator Barack Obama, proposed changing Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, under HJR 42, and slipping it unnoticed into a military bill as an amendment which would amend the U.S. Constitution without voter approval and made Obama’s eligibility issue moot if it had been approved.  Now, how transparent is that since Obama stated during his campaign that he would be the most transparent president ever!  Obama has been the least transparent president, ever!

In my opinion, failing to vet a candidate by requiring a Certified U.S. Birth Certificate be attached to a Application Form and rejected if not attached should be an amendment to Article II of the U.S. Constitution to avoid altering government documents in the future to slip in a non-vetted man or woman into the highest office in the land.  Vetting protects Americans from opening the door to imposter, foreigners, usurpers, illegal aliens, foreign spies, and criminals, who infiltrate, invade with their own, and overpopulate with invaders – a Trojan Horse – in order to conquer and steal a nation for their own as witnesses throughout history.

Upon my return from Washington D.C., I discovered disturbing information regarding Senator Hillary Clinton and former Senator Barack Hussein Obama.  I read that Senators Hillary Clinton and Obama supported the same Senate Bill, SB 2678, introduced prior to the 2008 election which would eliminate the words U.S. “Natural Born Citizen” as mandated by the supreme law of the land, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5,  an established law of the U.S. Constitution preserved for 235 years.  They attempted to slip their amended “change” that would change Article II without  public disclosure by attaching it as an Amendment and eliminating the words, “Natural Born Citizen,” proposed by Senator Claire McCaskill’s Senate Bill titled “Children of Military Families Natural Citizen’s Act” dated April 10, 2008.   In other words, if the amendment attached to the senate bill had passed, it would have changed Article II and removed the words, U.S. “Natural Born Citizen” from the constitution.

Although, the  myriad of  lawsuits filed by lawyers related to Obama’s presidential eligibility aren’t moot, but they were dismissed by the U.S. Justice Roberts and by federal judges who refused to hear these cases or hold Obama accountable to produce a Certified U.S. Birth Certificate in a court of law.  Instead, he spent $2,000,000 more or less concealing the Certified U.S. Birth Certificate.  And, when Fuddy,  reported in worldwide articles to be a member of a cult in Indonesia which included Stanley Ann Dunham and Lolo Soetoro happened to know the allged white Communist grandparents of Obama in Hawaii where you only needed to say you were a citizen of the USA at the time with little proof to obtain a Long Form Birth Certificate.

Anyone even remember the name Fuddy?  Maybe, she should have been placed in the witness protection program. How is it that so many witnesses end up dead in America? was the witness in the eligibility case who was to deliver the Certified Hawaiian Birth Certificate to court, but SURPRISE -her plane was reported to have crashed, and the Birth Certificate and Fuddy’s memory as a witness was all washed away like Clinton’s 33,000 emails were wiped away clean and computers and phones were hammered to pieces which should have been considered evidence even by an “incompetent” or “unreasonable” prosecutor.

Therefore, how is it that Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator Obama supported an amendment to change the presidential eligibility clause of the U.S. Constitution without the knowledge, approval or vote of the American people or Congress whose suppose to represent We The People, but they are big time failures when it comes to performing their duty to uphold vetting and identification laws of a U.S. President it does appear.  Surely they were aware that if Obama was disqualified based on Article II, that Hillary Clinton,  whose agendas morphed into  Obama’s agendas, would have allowed her to win the highest office in the land against McCain.

After all, McCain didn’t debate Obama with any teeth nor did he menti Obama’s eligibility.  In fact, even Obama said he was surprised that Senator McCain didn’t say anything about Senator Obama’s Muslim Faith, because he stated that he didn’t want to “embarrass” him.  And it was quite apparent that the media favored Obama and Hillary during the debates.  Perhaps, McCain was just a puppet candidate or feared that he’d be called a “racist” if he did fight back, so why run for office as it guaranteed Obama a win-win situation.  Was the Democratic Socialist Soros  viewed as “The Fix is in?”

But, the Amendment attached to McCaskill’s Senate Bill  wasn’t the only law proposed by Republican and Democratic congressional members which would change or eliminate the words U.S. “Natural Born Citizen.” There were several attempts to help out Obama removing the words “natural born citizen” prior to the elections that were introduced into Congress.  In fact, when Obama ran for the seat of the Illinois Senate, he was supported with big donations from the SEIU Union in Chicago and surprisingly, the two natural born American candidates, I believe one was a incumbent, suddenly suddenly bowed out of the race and Obama aka Barry won the Senate Seat in Illinois when he was poor and unopposed.  Now, he’s wealthy and still unopposed by the Clinton’s, Bush Dynasty, Soros, Kissinger, and the Democrats and same political career hacks from the 60’s and 70’s.

The amendment to the U.S. Congress proposed before the 2008 presidential elections begs the question as to WHEN Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Congress, and the U.S. Justices gained knowledge that Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro was chosen as an alleged ineligible candidate to run for the highest office in the land.  And, why didn’t Hillary Clinton and John McCain make a big deal and demand a Certified Birth Certificate and Credentials be produced, but they did not if the fix wasn’t in for the pre-selected and pre-elected 2008 elections?

After all, myself and average Americans realized Obama’s introduction in a congressional hearing, when the media just happened to be present and they introduced him and he stood up and the Congress applauded the unknown senator.  I immediately recognized that Congress was about to groom Obama aka Barry to be the President of the United States of America.  And, I was correct when he announced on or about December 2007 after stating he was too “inexperienced” to be a U.S. President.  Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama was a stranger in the night to the American people, but 51% didn’t care then and apparently they don’t care today!

Electing Hillary  Clinton is getting 8 more years of Barack Hussein Obama and The Bush Dynasty, Soros, Kissinger, the Muslim Brotherhood’s influence, and more change and transformation to end the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, Freedom, Liberty, Rights, and Sovereignty.  America  will be gone and Americans could be depopulated and indefinitely detained and enslaved to the New World Order!  America, the One Nation Under God, turned away from God and many Black Americans believed Obama was the savior and began praying to him, praising him and singing to him!  They cried such as Oprah – Jesse Jackson – Al Sharpton – and the Gay Hollywood Militant Community as well as the military group known as La Raza.  They believed Obama was “The One” who would pay their rent, housing, Food Stamps, and replace American workers with their children!  Americans would pay for their education.  Obama would appoint them into positions of power like DHS-Fema – EPA – Staff Advisers linked to the Muslim Brotherhood.

The entire federal government provided the support that an inexperienced man whose dad was married with kids, foreign born and linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and United Nations and couldn’t legally marry a white woman on U.S. soil because of segregation laws and Bigamy laws would have sent him to jail, not to Harvard!  They voted for a non-Repatriated Citizen of Indonesia, Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama, who stated he was too inexperienced to be a U.S. President and who posted an on-line forged Certificate of Live Birth which made it invalid and should have been grounds to disqualify him to be a U.S. President just like he was disqualified and disbarred to be a Lawyer and lied to America that he and his wife were active lawyers and failed to disclose the truth.

Barry aka Obama’s experience in the Senate included voting for Mandated Taxpayer Funded Abortions under his proposed law to depopulate future natural born Americans, The Global Poverty Act, approved by the CFR, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Diane Feinstein, Joe Biden, Obama, and the rest of the sell outs.  Obama aka Barry voted for Infanticide and partial-birth abortion for future natural born citizens.  More future and born natural born citizens have been slaughtered on the abortion tables than Americans killed at war.

The question remains why the U.S. Media and entire Federal Government failed to properly vet which is the duty of the Journalists and Investigative reporters, but they didn’t care, either, and point the finger at law-abiding Americans who are asking for a legal documents and proof be vetted in a court of law by forensic experts, but they, too, are stonewalled by the White  House, Congress, Senators, Justices, Federal Judges, and MSM.

So, the identify of who many refer to as the “Manchurian Candidate”  remains a mystery when reading about his legal biological dad  and possibly mother, too!  Many people believe they were Communist and CIA agents and this was pre-planned by the Communist to “finish the job” they began when Genghis Khan and other world leaders attempted to implement the New World Order and become the One World Leader which led to WW II and could lead to World War III.  In fact, Obama’s alleged Brother, Malik Obama, questions if Barry aka Obama is a biological son of  Barack Hussein Obama, Senior.  The Kenyan alleged half-brother says, Obama’s never helped them and doesn’t really want them around his elitist friends in D.C. now that he’s wealthy.  So will the real Barry Soetoro or Barack Hussein Obama or Barack Shabazz or Harrison Bounell or Tim Allen Owens or Bari Shabazz, please stand up!

How is it that Americans don’t ask questions of candidates, but they put them out there after pre-selection by the New World Order choosing their own with their own agendas, Kissinger mentors them, Soros pulls the strings and donates to his cause which is to destroy America and turn American into a foreign nation of Communism and enslaved by the Middle East.  He’s on evil man in my opinion who owes about $6.7 million in deferred taxes and donates to the Obama and Clinton presidential campaigns.

This raises the question if  anyone who was responsible for vetting Obama’s credential and Certified Birth Certificate from Kenya and Hawaii – apparently, there are two – express one ounce of curiosity as to why Michelle and  Obama were investigated the the Illinois State Bar or why they turned over their law licenses, but lied to Americans that they were active Lawyers during the campaign back in 2007-2008?  So, the lies began long before 2008!  In fact, MSM and the Democrats presented Obama aka Barry as an alleged prominent constitutional lawyer and a Columbia Law Professor who denied that he was a law professor, but a substitute and lazy.

How is it the entire government cares less if Obama is Barri/Bari Shabazz or Harrison or Owens or Barry Soetoro?  How is it they care less if he  attended Columbia University of Law as a foreign student as Barry Soetoro on a foreign student loan?  Was he vetted upon returning to the USA as a young adult and Repatriated since he was a Legal Indonesian Citizen as Indonesia Law required relinquishing citizenship and their schools mandate only Islamic Studies can be taught.  And, upon returning into the USA as Barry Soetoro, the stepson of Lolo Soetoro, when did he Repatriate himself within the required Statute of Law?  Did the entire government not care if his Passport was a U.S. Passport or foreign Passport upon re-entry into the USA as Barry Soetoro?  Did his original  Law License issue his license as Barry Soetoro or Barack Hussein Obama?   What about his Social Security Card which lawyers allege belongs to a dead man?  Obama or Barry would have had to apply for a Social Security card upon re-entry into the USA because U.S. babies who were born before 1979 weren’t issued Social Security Numbers. So, when did he apply for a Social Security Number?  What about his Selective Service Records?  Barry or Obama and Bill Clinton never served in the U.S. Military and have shown disdain for our Military.

Unfortunately for at least 8 years, the Federal Government  failed to properly vet a young Black-White man, a Mulatto, who was slipped into the Illinois Senate.  At the same time, two legal natural born Americans who were qualified and vetted suddenly dropped out of the race.  Obama aka Barry won the Illinois Senate Seat  unopposed supported by the overwhelming donations from the SEIU Union and SWU.  Obama gave many speeches to the union workers whose he’s put out of work since that time by stirring up their emotions and stating that he would paint the USA Purple, one community at a time.  And, they bought his fairy tale.

Thereafter, MSM was in bed with the Liberal Socialst Democrats and New World Order Ceo’s and Politicians, as well as taking Saudi donations and investments, which includes donations made to Columbia, Georgetown and Harvard Universities to begin the changes in the USA that will eliminate U.S. History in the future and the Christian roots, traditions, and foundation.  The fix was in to donate to public schools and begin the insertion of foreign ideologies and recruit America’s children into foreign ideologies and religion and eliminate the Pledge of Allegiance, Christian Prayers, the National Anthem as you watch the brainwashed Football Players refuse to stand or place their hands on the hearts  and support the country who past generations shed their blood so they could get up everyday in their new BMW that their parents bought for them and wear designer clothes and play football, while kids in the Middle East, are being recruited to kill the  infidels and hate America and Americans and burn on U.S. Flag on domestic and foreign soil as witnessed in the news and on video and social media.

Americans were duped thinking that they were voting for two prominent lawyers and a Law professor at Columbia University.  But, the two Black African parents were in reality, two “inactive” aka “disbarred” lawyers.  The only reason to turn in law licenses after an investigation by the Illinois State Bar is if the case is one of a very serious nature.  The question remains blowing in the wind how could he state he’s a Law Professor when he’s turned in his law license and Columbia University said he was a substitute teacher and lazy.  On the other hand, Obama aka Barry’s long time buddy,  Bill Ayers and his wife, had been charged years back as the founders of the “Weather Underground,” a domestic terrorist organization who bombed Americans.

Bill Ayers and his wife were charged with domestic terrorism, but only the wife went to jail and Ayers got a pass even though he said he didn’t do enough [damage] to America and it’s reported that he’s stated that 25,000,000 Americans should be killed. Maybe, he should begin with himself.  They were rewarded and ended up with jobs at a major university instructing America’s youth, assisting Obama with his book, which many believe are Ayers’ father’s dreams, and assisting with the mentoring of ACORN members who went to jail for  voter fraud in 2008.

The fact remains that it’s alleged that former Democratic Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, altered the Certification of a U.S. President document so, he could be eligible and she wouldn’t be held accountable by the original words established for former U.S. Presidents.  It appears that an exception was made in 2008.  Senator Hillary Clinton assisted  non-vetted Senator Obama as well as Senator McCaskill and other Democratics and RINOS in  removing the words, U.S. “Natural Born Citizen” from Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, it would appear that any questions about Obama’s eligibility, according to Article II of the U.S. Constitution would be rendered moot, but unfortunately for Obama aka Barry,  Article II remains intact after their attempt.

Shouldn’t Americans be asking themselves how is it legal for a candidate applying for the highest office in the land to be protected from the entire government and a government who refuses to perform their sworn duty and properly correct the record and vet  Barry aka Barack since they are  risking the  lives, health, and safety of 330,000,000 Americans as well as  the U.S. military who may be at risk  while law enforcers are weakened and being murdered on our streets under this non-vetted man’s self-imposed E.O.’s?

Shouldn’t they use common sense which is required as part of their job duty and ponder if a non-vetted President were elected and had disdain for the U.S. Flag, National Anthem, Bible, U.S. History, troubled as stated by his mother’s race, White People, disdain for the Military as he purges and downsizes our military and defenses, disdain for our Veterans who are homeless and dying and can’t access health care;  mocks Jesus, praises a foreign idol who is known to be a pedophile, and has disdain for Traditional Marriage, and appears to be gay making the family unit no more than a fairy tale to access power and control, promotes death to the  future natural born citizens, who are Christians, Jews, and loyal Patriots; and supports releasing terrorists but disrespect America’s Law Enforcers is a problem for America?

This raises the question in the minds of millions of Americans as to why would the U.S. Justices refuse to hear a simple eligibility case and refuse to correct the record knowing Obama wasn’t vetted properly according to Article II of the U.S. Constitution as it is their fiduciary duty to uphold, defend, and preserve all Articles of the U.S. Constitution as their sworn duty is a question that was a mystery but as always leads to follow the money..

In 2008, how is it that the federal government who can access to the most powerful identification technology in the world appears to be clueless that Obama may not have been properly vetted and allegedly ineligible for the office of U.S. president based on his name alone and refuses to vet his records?

How is it that they didn’t notice for four  years that 33,000 Top Secret and Confidential Emails were missing from government property until Hillary got caught and she and her team of paid lawyers were given the Comey and Lynch get-out-of-jail Golden Pass to be rewarded with access to the White House?

How is it that no one in the Federal Government noticed for two years that Obama-Holder-Ogden-and Hillary Clinton implemented Fast and Furious and Holder and Hillary traveled to Mexico to assure the President who complained the guns were being trafficked from the USA to the Cartels would be investigated, but continued for two years until they got caught when Border Patrol men were murdered with those same guns and yet, they weren’t held accountable for rewarded  with the golden pass!  So, you see, there is a two-tier justice system and they get the Golden Passes and everyone else gets to go to FEMA Camps who opposes their agendas is it?

How is it possible for the ABA to remain silent as well as the Illinois State Bar when they had knowledge that Obama wasn’t an active lawyer because the Federal branch of the Illinois Supreme Court had investigated him for wrong doing and prohibited him from practicing law with knowledge that he was running for the highest office in the land? And, how is it that the media didn’t bother to dig into the public records of disbarred lawyers, which for some odd reason, changed “disbarred” to “inactive” on Obama’s records even though they were investigated for serious issues and prohibited from practicing law?

So, how is it that the U.S. Justices, ABA, and congressional members are silent when it comes to Obama writing Executive Orders and  Presidential Directives or allegedly circumventing the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Congress in order to control the U.S. by declaring the Constitution and Congress “meaningless” as he uses his “pen” to approve new laws or change existing legal laws into illegal legal unconstitutional laws and even unread laws as Executive Orders, which were never intended to be used to make laws?  How is it that the EPA and IRS and DHS, the shadow government, are being used to enforce excessive regulations?  It is remarkable that a presidential candidate can slip through the cracks and by-pass the most stringent security laws in the nation and access the highest office of the land without being properly vetted, and appoint anti-Americans persons into positions of power, but the average citizen applying for a job as a clerk must nearly be naked x-rayed and patted down and produce a Certified Birth Certificate to fly out of the country.

Furthermore, it’s remarkable that the State of Hawaii has refused to cooperate with law enforcement and provide the lawyers and Sheriffs with a Certified copy of Obama’s Hawaiian Birth Certificate for vetting which set a bad precedent for future candidates who refuse to provide their identification papers.

Obama is the only person in U.S. History who has held the Office of U.S. without being properly vetted and who concealed his credentials and identification from the entire Federal Government, State Governments, and the American voters and taxpayers!  An important statement in my book, Fight Back Legal Abuse, which I’ve repeated on talk radio, “Rose Colombo ‘N The Justice Club, “There is no justice!  There are only decisions. Remember, Justice is an illusion and Americans are set up for the disillusionment.”

Think about this!  Any person, who refuses to give his name to the police, even if he or she isn’t doing anything wrong, can go to jail or be injured or killed justified by two simple words, “Probable Cause.”   In fact, Christian grandmothers holding biblical signs at a gay march were arrested and were looking at a possibility of 40 years in jail which caused them excessive legal fees to fight back..  Christians standing near a Muslim event with Christian literature were arrested.  Kids dancing in D.C. on a public sidewalk were arrested after non-vetted Senator Obama was elected as a non-vetted President Obama. In fact, kids kissing in public in D.C. were arrested. Recently, a police officer pulled a gun on kids having a snowball fight.  Americans were free to do all of the above before 2009!

It appears that the majority of taxpayer funded leaders who run the Federal Government since non-vetted Barry of Barack was allowed to run despite the fact, his dad was foreign-born generational and a Muslim Brotherhood link and Subject of Great Britain that made him ineligible to be a U.S. President and didn’t meet the standards of eligibility, because Barack Obama Sr. was never born in the USA and was married with children in Kenya so this fairy tale makes no sense during a time in the USA when a Black man couldn’t speak to a White woman because of strict and high feverish segregation.  It was prior to the MLK Marches and civil Rights.

In fact, a White woman could not marry a Black man and Black Americans were not called Black Africans which appears on Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth nor were they referred to as Black Americans.  Obama Senior couldn’t have married Stanley Ann Dunham without legal documents and in violation of segregation laws and bigamy laws.  The law would probably also require a U.S. Social Security number, Citizenship papers, and Divorce Documents from his legal wife in Kenya because in the USA, Bigamy is a crime.  Obama would be a Mulatto, not a Black American, and a Citizen of Indonesia by the time he returned into the USA.  Obama or Barry Soetoro would need to apply for Repatriation and a Social Security Card and a U.S. Passport, and a legal name change, so where are those certified legal documents?

In conclusion, many Americans believe that the fix was in when Barry aka Obama was slipped into the Office of Illinois Senator and surprisingly, two natural born American candidates, who were qualified, and I believe one was an incumbent, suddenly dropped out of the race and Obama aka Barry won the election as an unopposed candidate.  He was supported with donations by the SEIU Union and SWU.  Obama gave speeches stating that he  would paint the USA Purple one community at a time.  Thereafter, when the inexperienced candidate running for U.S. President announced about December 2007 that he was running for the highest office in the land based upon his career as a “Chicago Community Organizer,” then the agenda to conceal his identification and credentials from the entire government was hatched without opposition by anyone in the federal government it does appear.

On or about 2008-2009, the  U.S. Justices dismissed every single eligibility case filed by constitutional attorney, Philip J. Berg, prior to the inauguration, and thereafter filed by more lawyers and citizens, but they didn’t care to vet a Senator and U.S. President named Barry or Obama,which is their duty,  but they made this one exception.  It’s more interesting that the Justices and Judge who are lawyers and Congress, a majority of lawyers, would fail to disclose that the Soetoro’s or Obama’s are “disbarred” aka “inactive”  lawyers which probably would have disqualified Barry aka Obama as a candidate.  As a long time advocate for justice, the State Bar says that lawyers, who want to take a leave from their job duties, aren’t required to turn in their law licenses if they are “inactive,” only if they are “disbarred” for wrong doing.  Some times, the lawyers agree to turn in their law licenses versus going to trial and to jail if found guilty.

One question that should have been asked by the American citizens should have been if  Barry aka Obama turned over his law license to the Illinois State Bar then how could he be a Law professor and as he’s stated teach law?  Another question might be – if Bill Ayers and his wife were charged with Domestic Terrorism, and only the wife ended up in jail, how could they be University Professors teaching Americans kids on U.S. soil?  It’s reported that Ayers is a  long time association of Barry aka Obama.  Ayers alleged that he wrote the book for Obama and helped Obama mentor ACORN whose members committed voter fraud in 2008.

In fact, it’s a fact that the leaders of the entire federal government cared less about identifying Obama aka Barry even as more lawyers and citizens would file lawsuits seeking proof of his identity, but they were stonewalled and the judges continuously cited, “no standing” which is not true.  The judicial system stonewalls justice even though the taxpayers fund their jobs and benefits for life.  In other words, they stabbed Americans in the back and may be enslaving Americans to foreign international bodies, especially in this particular case.  The leaders of the entire federal government cared less that they failed to properly vet a Senator and U.S. President named Barry or Obama.

It’s the duty of elected Public Servants who swear to uphold their duties of Public Office to be men and women of integrity, but those days are long gone now as there are but a few good men left in D.C., the District of Corruption.  Lawyers get disbarred and go to jail for a lot less than someone  such as Barry aka Obama, who its been alleged by many,  that he may have not disclosed the truth  on his application about his legal name or citizenship or used a fake ID or someone else’s  social Security Number. And when the majority of the alleged immediate family members, who were White Communists, and his long-time Black mentor all died as well as the Indonesian stepdad and the Indonesian half-sister, including close friends who attended Rev. Wright’s church, their truth is dead as well.

Remember, if Senator Hillary Clinton and the listed congressional members in this article who participated in removing the words “natural born citizen” had succeeded by slipping their proposal inside a Military bill then Obama could have avoided hiring a  team of lawyers to protect himself from producing his personal records for identification purposes at a cost estimated between  $1.4 million up to $2,000,000 in legal fees.   MSM was very good at defusing the Birth Certification stories by blaming the American Citizens who asked for his Birth Certificate to be vetted in a court of law by forensic experts.  Yet, Obama passed a law that legal Americans must also have a Certified Birth Certificate along with a Passport when traveling out of the country.  Voting for Hillary and Bill Clinton is voting for the ushering in of the New World Order and the loss of America’s Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Sovereignty and Citizenship laws forever.

Have you called and asked your Congressman and Senators why they approved denying and rationing healthcare services to Americans only that cancel current health care policies and double insurance premiums while they exempt themselves from the same punishment?  For more than 230 years, Federal laws were  written by congress, read, debated, and voted upon before approving the laws. The laws were studied so that each constitutional law was established in accordance with constitutional law and in the best interest of the majority of Americans. Unfortunately, the past and current Congress and U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama appear to care less if the health care laws were read and rubber stamped “approved.”  It’s their way or the highway!

The 14th Amendment as well as the sworn oaths recited by U.S. Presidents and congressional members are believed to be sworn in “good faith” that they will uphold, defend, and preserve the U.S. Constitution. Such an oath requires that each Congressman read and study each law in-depth prior to approving national laws.

In fact, federal laws must reflect common sense and just, equitable, and economically sound.  Federal laws must be moral and reflect the will of the majority of the American people, which is the fiduciary duty of every congressional member, who are elected and paid with tax dollars.  Federal and State laws require every public servant uphold the law, abide by, and follow the Rule of Law.  Every individual American, including public servants, must follow the laws that are mandated, yet, the past and current U.S. President, V.P. and Congress are holding themselves above the law by granting themselves unconstitutional immunity and exemptions from the law which they have mandated for the American people.  The only people who exempt themselves from the laws are law breakers, not lawmakers!

A U.S. President, V.P., and Congress aren’t granted the authority to force the will of any U.S. President and Congress upon the American people by denying freedom of choice to choose to buy a consumer product with their own earnings, especially when they have knowledge that the Obamacare laws are unread. The Congress failed to uphold the 14th Amendment or their sworn oaths. It’s unethical and in violation of lawmaker’s Code of Ethics for lawmakers to impose unread and unconstitutional laws on the American people if they approve such laws without “clean hands” and when derelict in their duties.

Therefore, it’s bizarre that the U.S. Congress, Senators, Department of Justice, and U.S. Judiciary ignore their duty to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the WILL of the majority of Americans. But on the other hand, they ignored that a high ranking public servant concealed his credentials and identification from the American people and they refuse to correct the record after gaining knowledge. The American people should demand investigations, but by whom, since the entire federal government has gone rogue?

Consequently, it appears that the American people have short memory syndrome because they are addicted to television and video games. Or, could their passive behaviors have resulted from the chemical-laden foods, vaccines household items, drinks, Rx drugs, illegal drugs, alcohol, and chemtrails?  It appears, Americans have forgotten that prior to Obamacare being approved, but not studied or read for which they were elected and paid that many congressional members were making backroom deals and taking bribes for votes, engaging in Insider Trading, taking bid government Contracts and turning them into no-bid contracts for the benefit of their families. It appears that many congressional members and America’s leaders have become wealthier by the day!

Furthermore, U.S. constitutional laws have been written and passed based upon the merits of the law and in accordance with the Constitution of the United States for more than 230 years.  On or about 2009 prior to the unread ObamaCare passed, I wrote to every Congressional member and my Senators and emailed an A.G., I believe in Virginia, to awaken Congress.  I Blogged to Congress and the world the following, “Obama Care is Unconstitutional and Illegal” so I was the first in the country to awaken the nation and question the constitutionality of Obamacare and wrote the question pertaining to the “Mandate” which was read on the congressional floor with my name and debated in Congress, but regardless, Obamacare passed.

For example, I pointed out that it is illegal to force Americans to pay for a consumer product by implementing mandates and requirements  which “punish” Americans  if they “choose” not to buy a U.S. consumer product from a U.S. for-profit insurance private corporation (or from the federal government in this case)?  ObamaCare forces Americans to spend their personal  earnings which is their private property on a U.S. Consumer Product they may or may not want to buy in a free country by force in the form of taxes, but it’s a “payment” made from personal earnings when Americans buy consumer products. Business owners shouldn’t have to be subjected to excessive regulations and threatened with audits, jail and penalties for failing to buy a consumer product in America!

Furthermore, the Federal Government has NO money! It is the  American taxpayers, who pay the federal government’s wages and pay for every penny that the federal government and state governments spend! The money belongs to “We The Peoples,” not to greedy public servants. Americans shouldn’t be harassed and “coerced” under the “threat” of “punishment” to “pay up or else!” for products they may or may not receive in exchange for the forced payment. This is like the federal government holding an imaginary gun to every citizen’s head and saying, “Turn over your money and I may or may not give you the car your purchased!” Isn’t this similar to thug-like laws mandated in Third World countries such as Russia, Kenya, or communist China?  Americans are being forced to pay-up-front for services not rendered and may never be rendered. What’s the difference between MadeOff being punished for taking money from people and failing to provide anything in exchange for the payments? Now, the government has MadeOff with America’s tax dollars and retains the self-proclaimed right to deny any consumer product of services in exchange for the payment that they call a “tax” or a “penalty.”

After all, even the White House CBO and congress admits that ObamaCare is unsustainable long-term.  So, why would Obama and the 111th Congress pass a law that could depopulate American citizens such as the elderly, very ill, veterans, cancer patients, mentally and physically challenged, cancer patients, baby boomers, the military, by denying or rationing their prescriptions and medical service? Why would they encourage end-of-life and euthanasia and mandated taxpayer funded abortions if their intent isn’t to depopulate the USA of U.S. Natural Born and Legal Americans to make room for the illegal foreigners invading the USA?

Also, why did congress exempt themselves from complying with Obama Care, a law they wrote but didn’t read?  How do you write laws and not read them? That’s quite a magic trick! How could they approve unread laws and call it legal?  If  ObamaCare is such a great health care Reform Bill then why did Obama, Biden, and Congress exempt themselves, which isn’t constitutional for no man can violate federal laws.  Only criminals violate the law.But, how would they know what the bill mandates if by their own admittance they were so gross negligent and incompetent that they stated that they NEVER READ ObamaCare. This means they don’t care about America or Amerricans if they are that bold and negligent.  So, did the 111th Congress and Rhinos approve a bill that states older Americans and veterans, chronically ill, and cancer patients will be euthanized (isn’t this what Hitler did?) and encouraged to die by implementing early end-of-life counseling? Why did they lie about mandated taxpayer funded abortions when it’s true that Americans are forced to pay for mandated abortions? How can these people be paid life time retirements by the taxpayers for lying to We The People?

Why are cancer patients complaining that their care is being rationed or denied as well as the elderly?  How is it that the news is reporting that breast cancer patients are denied Rx drugs that could prolong their life? Why are there so many Rx drugs approved that are killing Americans or making them chronically ill? Why should Obama, who stated he is too inexperienced to be a U.S. President, be provided absolute power to play doctor and deny or ration every U.S. citizen’s health care by implementing an appointed committee to determine who lives and who dies?  Why is his Obamacare laws being approved that control every American doctor and punish them if they don’t comply?

Every Congressional Member who voted for Obamacare should have to stand before the American people and justify why they approved unread laws, mandates, regulations that deny life, health care, and medications, services, and treatments in exchange for forced payments to the American people!

Obamacare may be in the best interest of the U.S. President, V.P., Congress, Senators, Justices, Federal Judges, Muslims, Illegals, Donors,because they probably are exempt and don’t have to comply or pay up and they don’t have to be punished!  Obamacare discriminates because Obama and Congress favor bundlers, donors, SEIU Union, Muslim, gays, and anti-American immigrants and illegals.

Consequently, should the American people ask if ObamaCare could be the biggest hoax that ever hit America implemented by the 111th Congress and Rhinos who were looking out for themselves instead of the American people as they continue to lead the American people to believe that UNREAD laws are  legal in America?  Or that paying-up-front for services that may be rationed or denied without any recourse because the government makes itself immune to lawsuits and punishment is in accordance with the U.S. Constitution?

It appears to me that voting lawyers into Congress and the oval office, especially disbarred lawyers, or lawyers who are involved in unethical acts, non-vetted public servants, and appointed czars and the Muslim Brotherhood as taxpayer funded government employees is not in the best interest of the American people.  It appears more as if it is in the best interest of the Communist, Socialists, Liberals, NWO and the UN Agenda 21 who promotes collectivism and reducing the population by 90%! It appears they may succeed.

Also, Obama Care not only punishes Americans who don’t pay-up-front for services not rendered and services they don’t want, the fact is that those services or products may never be rendered because even the White House CBO admits that Obama Care will cost billions up-front and trillions within a few years and that it is unsustainable long-term!  So, how can the current Congress, the current Senate, Obama, and past members or judges carry on the biggest hoax ever played on Americans and justify that ObamaCare will improve health the care services of the American people when they know it will go belly up?

In my opinion, UNREAD laws cannot be the law of the land because they are UNREAD laws. Unread laws are without any substance, case precedent, or argument to back up the myriad of Obamacare laws.  The unethical and deceptive behaviors and bribes for votes should have been enough for the American people to rise up and demand that Obama and Biden, the Justices who approved Obamacare, and Congressional members who approved Obamacare remove themselves from public office, but Americans have become passive. The younger Americans are being brainwashed by liberal political correctness and tolerance that they remain silent, but hopefully will awaken soon to the truth. They will learn the hard way when their parents or loved ones need medical help.

The U.S. Congress and U.S. President and V.P. could care less that the taxpayers, including the elderly, will have their premiums doubled or cancelled or be placed on long waiting lists to accommodate millions of Middle East and South Americans and Asians sneaking across US. borders. Americans will suffer greatly. But, then again, these same public servants are all wealthier now while Americans are poorer and the Middle Class is picking up the tab for 30,000,000 + people, illegals, new immigrants under the guise of “refugees,” who haven’t contributed one dime to America and many of these unidentified foreigners are here to harm Americans and dominate America.

Consequently, since Obama Care is an umbrella UNREAD book of laws that includes 2,700 pages of mandates, regulations, and requirements, the 111th Congress and Rhinos have disrespected the Rule of Law, the 14th Amendment, their fiduciary duty to the American people, failed to uphold the U.S. Constitution, trampled on limited government, ignored the Rules of the House, and their moral and ethical duty to assure the best interest of the American people which has created a tremendous amount of distrust of the Federal Government.  So, they didn’t stop there under Lois Lerner’s direction when she worked for the IRS and the government began their intrusive spying and targeting of selected Americans, mainly Christians, Catholics, Conservatives, Patriots, or Pro-Constitution, Pro-Life and Pro-Gun citizens.

Furthermore,  how can judges determine a case if they haven’t any case precedent to present on behalf of the UNREAD laws? How does a lawyer defend unread laws? So, if the lawyers who support the Obamacare laws  admit that their clients (the 111th congress and the Rhinos) never read the laws then how is it their bucket of water doesn’t have a hole in it?  Again, I ask how are unread laws legal?  So, if a public servant says, “Here congress, I have a law that will be in the best interest of the people, don’t bother to read it, just approve it, and they do approve it, just like they did with Obamacare, and later they all learned that they were going to be euthanized if they got sick, would they Repeal and Defund Obamacare?

For example, what if the law wasn’t written by the 111th U.S. Congress, but written prior to 2009 and was actually HillaryCare morphed into Obamacare? What if Obamacare was written long ago by the Communist and by Saul Alinsky or his supporters? What if the CEOs, who run the private HMO corporations, wrote Obama Care since they were the first to ration and deny medical treatments to patients who died from failure to access their doctors or treatments so they could earn higher profits.

In other words, the incompetent passing of ObamaCare is similar to  going to court and presenting the law to the judge and he says, “Oh, I’m sorry, I can’t decide this case today because I wrote this law, but I never read this law,” so come back in three years and we’ll figure out if it is legal to pass laws that were approved, but have never been read.  And, by the way, keep paying up-front for your attorney fees until you return for a hearing in three years and if I’m still on the Bench, I’ll render my services.  But, if I find out that you didn’t  pay-up front for your attorney fees then I’ll have to send an IRS agent to audit you and you could end up penalized and sentenced to a jail term.
