The principle of equality is so central to American ideology that we often forget that the word does not appear in the Constitution. … Added to the Constitution in 1868, this amendment contains a clause stating that “no state shall . . . deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
The United States Constitution was created, approved, and signed by the Framers to protect legal Americans from foreign immigrants who entered the USA to change and transform America and conquer it by infiltration, invasion, indoctrination, overpopulation, and domination and passing laws that denied Freedom of Speech to Americans only! Americans can’t insult two protected groups, which is unconstitutional and discriminatory, but even if they are radicals, terrorists, criminals, or illegals, they can insult and threaten Americans and refuse to assimilate and follow Constitutional laws, without punishment.

The Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, architect of “anti-hate” laws worldwide, has reintroduced its federal hate bill, HR 254. ADL says the purpose of the “David Ray Hate Crimes Prevention Act” is to end violent physical hate crimes.”

Epidemic of Hate?
Supporters of “anti-hate” legislation claim there’s an epidemic of hate in America.
Yet the FBI’s 2005 Uniform Crime Report shows alleged hate crimes comprise a tiny 1/15 of 1% of all crime in America. This is hardly a crisis requiring a vast federal thought crimes bureaucracy with unlimited power to invade state law enforcement.
Also, at least 95% of so-called hate crimes reported to the FBI have never been tried in court. Most are nothing but police opinions about verbal “intimidation,” name calling, and petty assault and vandalism. The Democrats passed it and now we know why. Many are involved with Hollywood Liberals and the depopulation programs of future Americans as well as they are closet gays and/or Muslim Converts who pledged their allegiance to foreign nations and ideologies it does appear as reported in the news mainly after 2012 through 2018. They are protecting their personal preferences or in the case of the Clinton’s, Hillary was busy making deals with the foreign enemy nations in the Middle East along with Obama and Kerry and the Democrats supported the illegals and foreign invaders and left the American people out to dry.
With Americans behind them, Republicans in Congress repeatedly defeated the federal hate bill in the past 8 years. Yet Democrats, who always vote for the hate bill, now control Congress. Their strong numbers mean the bill will pass… unless there’s an upheaval of protest. The Democrats and Rinos passed the Hate Crimes Bill, but We The People must urge President Trump to nullify it based on discrimination and not being in accordance with the U.S. Constitution that provides equality for all.
That’s just what ADL told lawmakers in Canada, Britain, Sweden, etc. Soon after ADL’s hate bill was passed, it broadened through legal precedents to outlaw “verbal violence” against protected groups.
Laws passed to end violent hate crimes soon criminalized free speech.
The problem is hate laws’ twisted definition of hate. ADL, which presently administers the US government’s hate crimes enforcement program, says “hate” equals bias against federally protected groups, particularly homosexuals. What document is most biased against homosexuality? The Holy Bible. Bible-believing Christians thus become “haters,” potential hate criminals – the ultimate target of ADL’s distorted definitions of hate and hate crimes.
- Between 2009 and 2018, Americans have been targeted and ordered to jail for tweeting or posting comments about Muslims or gays online which denies the Americans their right to exercise freedom of thought, speech, press, and protests. The Hate Crimes Bill is in violation of U.S. Constitutional Law and inequitable and protects foreigners legal or illegal who come to wipe out the constitution and replace U.S. Law and European Law with foreign ideologies and Liberal beliefs that are in opposition to Conservative, Moral, and Christian beliefs. The Hate Crimes Bill appears to be a tool to conquer Western Civilization by silencing the natural-born and legal citizens who attempt to defend the U.S. Constitution and their Right to Freedom of Speech, so shame on the Democrats and Rinos in Congress.
2. American small-business owners who owned bakeries were sued by Gays because the Christian owners didn’t want to participate in baking a wedding cake for gay couples which is against their religious beliefs. Some businesses ended up going out of business putting more Americans out of work.
3. In 2009, two grandmothers were arrested for holding signs with Bible verses on U.S. public property. They had to hire lawyers and pay excessive amounts in legal fees or they could have been sentenced up to 40 years in jail according to news reports.
4. American military men and U.S. Navy Seals went to Leavenworth after being accused of insulting a terrorist who murdered American soldiers. The terrorist leader who the terrorist captured, tortured, and killed and dragged their bodies through the streets and hung the American Seals from a bridge and cheered, accused the Navy Seals of slapping them and the Navy Seals under Obama-Holder-Democratic watch ended up in prison.
Under the Obama-Holder-Jarrett-Hillary Clinton regime, Christians were passing out pamphlets about Christianity and the Bible in their own communities on U.S. soil when the immigrants from the Middle East complained and called the police and the American Christians were threatened with arrest.
6. October 2004: 11 Christians were arrested, charged with a Hate Crime, and spent a night in jail for preaching at a homosexual pride event in Philadelphia. The “Philadelphia 11” ultimately faced up to 47 years behind bars and $90,000 in fines. (View Webcast Now if it’s not scrubbed from You Tube)
7. In Sweden 2004: Swedish pastor, Ake Green, arrested and charged with a hate crime and faced a month-long sentence. His Crime was that he preached a sermon based on the Bible, Romans 1, which condemns homosexuality. 8. In 1996, Wisconsin resident, David Ott was charged with a hate crime after he attempted to share with a homosexual how God delivered him from the lifestyle. Ott escaped a jail sentence at a great personal cost of $7,000 in legal fees and sensitivity training conducted by two lesbians. (View Webcast Now if still available on You Tube).
Truth Tellers.org lists the following arrests or fines or both and this is happening in Europe and Canada, not only in America, so what does that say to Americans?
- A Christian was fined $6,000 for printing 3 Bible verses against homosexuality. A newspaper was fined $6,000 for accepting his ad.
- A Christian printer was fined $5,000 for refusing to print stationery for homosexual activists. He was bankrupted after spending $175,000 contesting the charge.
- A Christian was fined $35,000 for distributing “hate literature”–tracts critical of homosexuality.
- Church school administrators were forced to hire a known homosexual, under threat of prison.
- A pastor was told it’s a “hate crime” to hand out gospel tracts, punishable by prison.
How to Save Free Speech
1. Call Congress now toll free, 1-877-851-6437 or 1-866-340-9281. Toll, 1-202-225-3121. Tell them: “Please don’t vote for any hate bill; hate laws have taken away free speech in Canada and much of Europe.”
2. Copy this flyer. Send it to your members of Congress, plus their highly influential legislative aides. The list is available at http://www.truthtellers.org. Also, share it with your church and community. Send it to broadcasters, newspapers and members of state legislatures. Post on the internet.

Email or Call the White House and Your Congress members and urge them to Repeal, Nullify, or amend the Hate Crimes Bill to include equality for all legal or illegal persons in the USA and to amend it so that the law provides for “due process of law,” and not remain on the books that throws Americans in jail for up to 47 years based on an accusation by only two groups of protected people making the law 100% discriminatory.
