Is it not time to reverse Detain and Release to Detain and Deport by the stroke of the pen? Isn’t it time for President Donald J. Trump to use his pen just like Obama used his pen to change “Detain and Release” to “Detain and Deport” which is in accordance with Constitutional Law and requires secure borders, defending the borders and Legal Immigration. The truth is that Detain and Release is antithetical to Legal Immigration and Secure Borders thereby making it unconstitutional, unlawful, and Illegal. in my opinion. Detain and Release wipes out Legal Immigration laws.
Americans are a passive civilization of natural-born Americans who have taken for granted by many politicians because the majority of Americans want to believe that their elected officials are loyal American patriots who love the United States of America, The Great Republic, One Nation Under God, The United States Flag, The National Anthem, and the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence celebrated every 4th of July even around the world.
“The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986” addressed unauthorized immigration creating two amnesty programs “legalizing” about 2.7 million people who illegally entered the country. Because illegal immigration remained a problem, “The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996” was passed to provide greater controls on the borders and reduced benefits. The last change occurred with “The Homeland Security Act of 2002” which now has consolidated authority for border protection, naturalization, customs and immigration.” (The American Review)
Yet, among the natural-born and legal naturalized Americans and the illegal and foreign enemies inside the USA, there are domestic enemies as well. America is witnessing American Citizens born on their Homeland embracing foreign ideologies from the Middle East which are antithetical to the United States Constitution and the Bible and the God of the Bible, Christians, Jews, Sovereignty, and U.S. History.
We The People in America are a majority of trusting citizens, so we believe that the candidates have been properly vetted and we assume that lawmakers and law enforcers are upholding the laws, policies, and regulations that are required to be a Candidate for Public Office, especially in Congress, Senate, USAG, AG, V.P., DOJ, and POTUS. Unfortunately, it’s coming to our attention that we have many secret card-carrying Socialist who now come out and boldly say they are running for public office on the Socialist ticket, but there is no Socialist Party or Ticket recognized in the USA!
Obama wasn’t even eligible to be the President of the USA by his own admission that he was born in Kenya, which he stated on video during a speech , and repeated on video during a speech in 2016 in Kenya. His grandmother stated she was at the hospital in Kenya when Obama was born. The President of Kenya stated Obama was born in Kenya. The Kenyan Parliament stated Obama was born in Kenya and published the Certified Birth Certificate. Obama’s bio states he was born in Kenya. Sheriff Arpaio, Detective Zullo, lawyers, and forensic experts state his U.S. Birth Certificate is a fraud. Obama’s brother, Malik, says he thinks Obama is a fraud. His long-time family friend, Ms. Fuddy, from Hawaii who was supposedly delivering the U.S. Birth Certificate suddenly was killed in an airplane crash and the Birth Certificate like Osama bin Laden ended up in the bottom of the ocean.
Obama was an Indonesian National upon re-entry into the USA in the early 80’s. In my opinion, Obama aka Barry “pulled it off” perfectly. “Detain and Release” is one of the biggest hoax ever played on Americans and hasn’t been reversed. His intent to me was obvious. He wanted to change and transform the USA into a Muslim Brotherhood nation and it appears to replace the U.S. Constitution with Sharia Law and that is why he declared in a congressional televised hearing that the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Constitution are “meaningless.”

The Liberal Socialist Commie type and foreign ideology converts in public office who conceal their true allegiance are living off the U.S. taxpayers who believe they are paying the wages of loyal Americans officials who are upholding and Protecting and Defending the United States of America’s Constitutional Laws, but they are not. They are violating many of the laws established by the U.S. Constitution. In fact, the Democrats and RINOS are supporting the illegal migration of millions of foreigners inside our country in the USA and the illegals are pouring into the USA by the tens of thousands through open border policies.
This influx of illegal migration came when Obama and Hillary and their regime pre planned the secret migration of Palestinians who are members of Hamas or links to Hamas and The Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR whose goal it is to invade, infiltrate, overpopulate and dominate America, Europe, and all of Western Civilization. Obama and Hillary Clinton and the foreigners should have been arrested and Detained and the foreigners deported back to their homelands in my opinion because they bypassed TSA, Border Patrol and Sheriffs and ICE inspections required by law and they bypassed the Ports of Entry. They migrated tens of thousands of foreigners from foreign enemy nations who are radicalized. They stand on our public sidewalks and schools and declare on our U.S. soil that they will not stand for the U.S. Flag or Pledge of Allegiance or the National Anthem or assimilate as Americans making them traitors and foreign enemies who by constitutional law must be detained and deported.
It appears to me that Obama signed an Executive Order which in my opinion is fraudulent with intent to bypass the authority of the United States Congress and bypass the established Laws that clearly state that Illegal Immigration is ILLEGAL and that foreign enemies are to be detained and tried in a Military Tribunal or deported back to their home countries. Obama changed the law of “Detain and Deport” to “Detain and Release” with knowledge that he tied the hands of all Law Enforcers, which on its face should be illegal, unlawful, and unconstitutional with the blessings of Eric Holder, former USAG and the silence of the Democratic Congress and Senate.
Detain and Release was enacted without congressional review and approval when Obama changed Detain and Deport to the unconstitutional Detain and Release that allowed the release of foreigners and among them are foreign enemies and foreign illegals, a majority of males, and many members of cartels, gangs, and jihadist, allowed to remain in the USA. Detain and Release again is antithetical to the United States Constitution that established Legal Immigration. Detain and Release was signed into law as an Executive Order without congressional review and without approval as an amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Detain and Release should be null and void on its face and the signed Executive Order of President Trump should be immediately enacted to reverse the Detain and Release to Detain and Deport. Detain and Deport was enacted in accordance with the United States Constitution establishing Legal Immigration, as well as, Defending the Borders and Securing the Borders and Legal Immigration laws that require inspections by law.
How could Obama aka Barry Soetoro determine that he alone had authority to change Legal Immigration which is a Federal Constitutional Law by tricking the entire government and citizens into believing that Detain and Releasing illegals and foreign enemies into the USA was granted to him as POTUS? Which constitutional authority or job duty granted him such authority? How is Detain and Release even lawful, when it is not even in accordance with Federal Laws established by the U.S. Constitution, but appears to be signed off as an Executive Order by Obama to usurp the Congress and The U.S. Constitution so he wouldn’t be held accountable for migrating tens of thousands of foreigners from foreign enemy nations into the USA!
It appears that Obama would need large numbers of healthy males who would receive taxpayer funded wages in order to create his “National Civilian Security Force” made up of foreign healthy radicalized males and illegals who among them are criminals, jihadist, rapist, gang and cartel members and ruthless criminals. Obama stated that he would create an army more powerful and more well-funded than that of the U.S. Military. And the Democrats and RINOS and Americans didn’t ask where he was going to get that funding or why he was building an army outside of the U.S. Military?
Furthermore, the question arises as to when will Americans Wake Up and Demand that President Donald J. Trump sign an Executive Order and restore civility at the Borders as well as uphold the U.S. Constitutional Law that requires and mandates Legal Immigration. A Presidential E.O. signed by President Trump can reverse Detain and Release back to constitutional law known as “Detain and Deport.”
In my opinion, Obama cleverly tricked” and “fooled” and “abused” America’s citizens and taxpayers and registered voters to gain more votes for the Democrats and migrate more illegals and foreign enemies into the USA which is exactly what “Detain and Release” achieves. If Detain and Release were legal, lawful, and constitutional, then that would mean that Legal Immigration and the United States Constitution is “meaningless.”
