However, the Democrats and Rinos are migrating millions of Third World Nations who commit heinous violations against human beings by mob rule and especially against women and children who they believe are non-humans without any rights. The question blowing in the wind is why are they migrating foreign enemies from foreign enemy nations to illegally storm through our borders and refuse to uphold their sworn oath and uphold the U.S. Constitution that mandates Legal Immigration and Inspections and ports of Entry!”

The truth is that America’s Citizens of past and present support the world’s poor with our hard-earned tax dollars while we struggle to make ends meet. Our tax dollars have been redistributed to all public service agencies inside the USA and around the world without any reciprocation by wealthy oil Sheiks or Imams or Communist leaders who seek to dominate the USA if they get the opportunity.
Consequently, Americans are the givers and the Third World nations are the takers and who seek world domination by wiping out all of Western Civilization. So, why are we funding foreign enemy nations is the question blowing in the wind? And, why did Obama and Holder, Hillary, and the Democrats open the borders to illegals and foreign enemy radicals who are recruiting America’s kids as Jihadist or into dangerous gangs and cartels as well as hooking them on drugs or suing them as couriers?
Today, America faces a huge dilemma that is causing problems for the natural-born Americans. About 2009, Obama and Holder changed the law that protected Americans with secure borders and legal immigration known as Detain and Deport to Detain and Release and fund terrorists back to their Homelands after releasing them from GITMO and after killing Americans! Obama and Holder released thousands of felons from U.S. prisons but threw 90- year old WWII veterans who visiting the WW II Memorial into jails even those in wheelchairs! That’s what Americans should never forget!
Obama and Holder and the Democrats as of 2009 were okay with the open borders and allowing radicals into the USA after tying the hands of TSA and Border Patrol and ICE when it came to radicals illegally entering into the USA through Mexico because of Obama’s Detain and Release program. This also applied to dangerous gang members and cartels and continues happening even to-date 2019.
Tens of thousands of migrants conspiring from several Third World Nations, a majority of unidentified foreigners from Foreign Enemy Nations forcing their way into the USA!
Under Obama and Janet Napolitano’s watch, the radicals from Muslim Brotherhood nations as of 2009 were allowed to bypass inspections by TSA, Border Patrol, and ICE. The exceptions were made for the 70,000 Somalians and tens of thousands more of the Palestinian radicals who are members or tied to the MB-CAIR-Hamas-Hezbollah orgs. whose goal is to wipe out the USA and insert Sharia Law on U.S. soil. Obama and Hillary secretly migrated them into the USA for 8 years by diverting U.S. stimulus tax dollars.
The U.S. Constitutional Federal Law of the Land requires secure borders and sovereignty as well as legal immigration. America requires foreigners to enter through legal Ports-of-Entry and to provide legal ID. legal Inspections required by law, but none of these requirements have been upheld since 2009. In fact, GHWB and GW Bush as well as Bill and Hillary Clinton and Holder supported open borders and gun control laws prior to the Obama-Holder-Clinton regime took control in 2009. They continued on with their globalist United Nations and New World Order agendas.
Obama changed the law from Detain and Deport to Detain and Release so they could release illegal refugees and illegal asylum seekers into our country and release terrorists and felons from U.S. prisons and GITMO. They engaged in a preplanned migration of radicalized foreigners with a goal of 5,000,000 Palestinians to be migrated into the USA, a majority of healthy males, and allowed them to set up no-go zones without public scrutiny and diverted U.S. stimulus money to the U.S. Refugee agencies with the blessings. Hillary Clinton offered financial incentives to the Refugee agents according to whistleblowers with the goal of migrating as many radicals into the USA each day as possible. They were migrated into the USA under the guise of Christian Refugees, but most are not Christian Refugees which is a serious fraud on legal American taxpayers.
It is a fact that among the foreigners who illegally entered and continue to illegally enter into the USA are criminals, terrorists, and jihadist. Islamic terrorists attacked the USA with planes and murdered nearly 3,000 Americans on U.S. soil at Ground Zero. The truth is that Americans have a right to have a “rational” fear of foreigners from foreign enemy nations, especially unidentified foreigners who are radicalized from birth. The fear also stems by those who clearly state that they will never assimilate as Americans and aren’t here to uphold constitutional law, but insert Sharia Law in the USA as they are now infiltrating into all branches of government which should not be happening in the USA.
Is Detain and Release Unconstitutional?
Detain and Release in my opinion is a fraud on Americans because it appears to be unconstitutional and illegal and unlawful. Detain and Release appears to bypass constitutional law that established Legal Immigration. You can’t have Legal Immigration and support Detain and Release illegals into the USA because Detain and Release is antithetical to Detain and Deport as required by constitutional law as well as the duties of Law Enforcement.
The majority of America’s Democrat-Socialist congress and Obama and Holder since 2009 through 2019 continue to support illegal immigration despite the fact illegal immigration in the USA is illegal and they refer to themselves as lawmakers, but hold themselves, illegals and fake refugees above the law. The U.S. Constitution guarantees Legal Immigration for the safety and welfare of all legal loyal Americans.
Harboring and Aiding and Abetting Illegals and Other Criminals
Americans should be calling their reps and asking how can the Congress and Senators who support open borders be loyal Americans as well as elected congressional members if they are violating The Supreme Laws of the Land in favor of Third World foreigners if they are encouraging and training foreigners to violate U.S.immigration laws? It appears that the Democratic and RINO Congressional members are “aiding and a betting” and “harboring” illegals inside the USA?
Is Forcing American Taxpayer to Fund Lawyers for Illegal Legal & Constitutional?
Should Americans not ask if Congress is misappropriating U.S. tax dollars and abusing their positions of power as well as abusing America’s taxpayers by unconstitutionally forcing legal Americans to fund immigration lawyers being hired in states such as Maryland and California to protect illegals from being deported back to their homelands who intentionally violated federal and state law? The congress isn’t using taxpayer money to provide lawyers for natural-born Americans who are rightfully or wrongfully accused of a crime in the USA!
The irony is that most Americans can’t afford lawyers, so how is it legal to force Americans to pay for lawyers for criminals who violated Federal and State Laws by intentionally forcing their way into the USA Illegally and are non-citizens or also known as illegal aliens as established by U.S. law books. This is a terrible waste of taxpayer’s money and above their pay grade. Illegals demand respect despite the fact that they intentionally pre planned to violate the sovereignty of our nation and force legal Americans to pay for their living expenses. The Democrats have offered them free incentives they changed from welfare to entitlements, but illegals aren’t entitled to anything other than humane detention and deportation.
Why aren’t Democratic and RINO congressional members and senators being charged with violating their sworn oath when elected as they swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution. It’s a crime to violate their sworn oath if found guilty for materially assisting, aiding and abetting, and harboring illegals and holding themselves and illegals above the laws of the land which are crimes according to the law books?
How are Drivers Licenses Handing out to Illegals Legal?
The congress swore to uphold Legal Immigration and Legal ID Inspections by ICE and Border Patrol or TSA at the airports and Borders. The congress and State Governors and AG’s and DNC shouldn’t be handing out illegal Drivers Licenses to Illegals which makes the Drivers Licenses illegal. This is a fraud on American voters. The Driver’s Licenses should be viewed as illegal when handed out to illegals so they use the Drivers Licenses to vote illegally. The Democrats are declaring illegals are legal and illegal Drivers Licenses are Legal and Illegal Voting is Legal.
Americans can’t blame the Third World Poor Foreigners for violating Sovereignty & Legal Immigration Laws, because the Democrats in power and the RINOS are elected and taxpayer funded to uphold their sworn oath which is to uphold the U.S. Constitution, Sovereignty, and Legal Immigration, Legal ID, and Legal Citizenship which requires assimilation and allegiance to the U.S. Constitution.
Discrimination against Americans at the Airports and Areas Requiring Inspections!
Furthermore, the Democrat Congress allows foreigners from foreign enemy nations in the Middle East to bypass inspections at the borders, airports, and federal buildings and state buildings, it they are Muslims, but natural-born Americans are treated as the criminals. TSA just tells the foreigners from foreign enemy nations as I’ve witnesses many times to enter and bypass the inspections, naked x-rays, and radiation. In fact, their special meals pre-ordered are placed on the planes without inspections! So, what good are any of these inspections except that radiation assaulting innocent Americans at the airports can cause death, cancer and cataracts, accelerate aging, and can cause sterility.
The truth is that Obama aka Barry Soetoro and Michael Chertoff as well as OSI Systems were involved in the creation of TSA and the Rapiscan naked x-ray machines. George Soros owned stock in OSI Systems when this Obama-Chertoff-OSI deal was being secretly implemented.
Americans were lied to about preventing terrorism because the terrorists were already flown into the USA without inspections by TSA or radiation or proper identification that legal Americans are subjected to or they walked across the borders and continue to do so without proper inspections since 2009 and to-date in 2019.
The Obama Democrat regime led Americans to believe that because of 9/11 that the naked x-rays and radiation were to prevent terrorists from high-jacking planes, but it appears from reliable rumors that the terrorists are still high-jacking planes under the radar it appears because they aren’t inspected, but the stories are allegedly covered up.
The new mantra by white Democrats, who have overstayed their temporary positions in public office for 20-30-40 years are pandering to the Muslims and to the Hispanics and Central Americans where drugs and gun and human trafficking or attacks on property and innocent people, rape, and murder are common place. The results are that beautiful cities such as parts of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Detroit, Baltimore, St. Louis and parts of Chicago are overrun with rats, needles, druggies, high crime and slum housing or tent cities. The Obama-Holder-Clinton-Democrats are destroying California and Washington and other states around the nation with their open borders and lawlessness.
Ironically, to the best of my knowledge, TSA and Rapiscan to my knowledge haven’t arrested any terrorists since their inception. Why would the terrorist go through TSA when they hitch rides on the Obama secret planes flown into Somalia or Palestine paid by U.S. taxpayers without their knowledge and secretly landing in the USA late at night then using taxpayer funded DHS buses to scatter the radicals around the country into our cities without our knowledge and allowing them to set up no-go zones and their own police force.
The Democrats and Rinos refuse to admit and recognize a National Emergency at the Borders with knowledge that tens of thousands of foreigners from Foreign Enemy Nations or Friendly nations conspire with Americans in public office and funded by many who encourage Third World foreigners to intentionally violate the Federal and State Laws of the United States of America which is a sin and a crime! They are all equally breaking the laws of the land without fear of being arrested.
The majority of foreign invaders or illegal aliens or non-citizens are a majority of healthy young males coming for the freebies and many are walking across the borders with fake families and trafficked kids. In fact, 10,000 kids went missing under Obama’s watch and a lawsuit was filed by a Law Firm in South Carolina naming Obama and the Federal Government seeking justice for the missing kids from foreign nations.
A CRISIS AT THE BORDERS – HARBORING, AIDING & ABETTING ILLEGALS
The Democrats and RINOS who support illegal immigration and “harbor” and “aid and abet” illegal migration into the USA are violating their sworn oaths. Violating a sworn oath is a federal crime punishable by law if found guilty. The Democrats and RINOS in congress are ignoring the reports submitted for public review by Intelligence and ICE and the DOJ that America is facing a crisis at the borders. .
GUN CONTROL for Legal Americans, not illegals, Jihadist or Cartels?
GUN CONTROL! Were the Open Border policies and Gun Control an order by El Chapo and the cartels and Jihadist possible since El Chapo is reported in the news to state that U.S. politicians were taking bribes? After all, why would the lawmakers and law enforcers leave the borders and tunnels open to cartels and jihadist to do business? Anyone notice how quickly the El Chapo arrest was swept away and there’s nothing but silence?
Ironically, during the 2-years that the Fast and Furious program was in full force, the Democratic congress demanded Americans turn over their guns in violation of the Second Amendment which they have been parroting since Obama took office back in 2009. The DICK Act protects Americans from being disarmed.
Most congressional members such as Dianne Feinstein took lessons on shooting a gun and said she carries a concealed weapon and would have no problem shooting anyone who attempted to harm her or her family. And, she promotes Gun Control.
After illegally entering into the USA, the Democrats and RINOS promise the illegal taxpayer funded freebies. They illegally promise U.S. Citizenship, Education, Obamacare, SNAP Food Credit Cards, Welfare, Cash, SS Checks, IRS Refunds, Drivers Licenses, Housing, and Voting Rights. It pays to violate the immigration laws in the USA!
In my opinion, the Democrats & RINOS are holding themselves above the laws of the land and exempting themselves above the laws of the land without constitutional or legal or lawful authority as well as those they favor which include illegals and gays, fake Refugees, and Fake Asylum seekers. Fake Refugees and Fake Asylum seekers are phrases I coined which means that they are foreigners who don’t meet the legal definition of Refugee or Asylum seeker.
Fake Refugees and Fake Asylum seekers aren’t entering the USA to assimilate and uphold Constitutional Law, but they are entering as frauds with the intent of changing and transforming America into a foreign nation of foreign ideologies. They are not escaping from tyrannical laws, but are coming to live off the American taxpayers who Obama enslaved through Obamacare with knowledge that their goal is to invade, infiltrate, overpopulate and dominate the greatest Free Nation on earth! The U.S. Constitution requires such traitors to be deported or arrested or both.
Should Americans not demand to know how the U.S. Congress, Governors, Mayors, and the DOJ can allow “No Go Zones” to be set up on our Homeland? How is that different than foreign enemy nations stealing our Homeland city by city as they set up their own police? In fact, the radicals call the police on natural-born Americans who pass out or advertise or speak share Christian beliefs or the Bible or display a Cross?
In fact, the Democrats and Rinos in congress offer free abortions to the foreign invaders and require Americans to pick up the taxpayer funded tab through Planned Parenthood! Of course, Americans don’t have to worry about the foreigners from Third World Nations using Planned Parenthood because they don’t believe in abortions. Most Third World Nations are overpopulated. They believe in large families and overpopulation. In fact, the Middle East Muslim Brotherhood uses overpopulation as a long term strategy for conquering a nation and dominating the nation they invade. Americans are witnessing this strategy being carried out in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, and Finland.
Furthermore, it’s illegal to cross over the borders in any other nation upon the earth including Mexico, Canada, along our borders. Most Communist or Muslim Brotherhood nations will execute you or throw you in a hell hole to be abused and left to die, but not in America. In America since 2009, the Third World Nation’s foreigners are invited to violate the U.S. Constitutional federal and state laws and violate our sovereignty and disrespect and even injure or kill our Law Enforcers at the borders because the Democrats refuse to protect our American law enforcement, but aid and abet and harbor the illegals and provide them with lawyers and freebies by enslaving the American taxpayers to pick up the tab in the billions each year.
Remember, it was President Donald J. Trump, who negotiated the release of an American college student captured and arrested in North Korea. President Trump’s efforts made it possible for the American college student to be released and brought home to the USA to be with his parents before he passed away on the Homeland where he was born. He was obviously abused, not given a home, drivers license, food stamps, Obamacare, and voting rights.
If you don’t want to live among millions of unidentified foreigners who illegally violated our laws then call your reps, write them, write on their social media, and write letters, create petitions with grievances, and vote them out of office, Recall Reps, and request others be expelled from congress. Let them know you strongly urge congress to reverse Deport and Release to Deport and Detain and restore Legal Immigration.
