Obama is changing the Face of America! It pays to be illegal in the USA!

It may surprise many Americans that issuing Drivers Licenses to Illegal Immigrants and Refugees is a long time agenda by the State and Federal Government who declare that their legislation is for highway safety and to prevent illegals from driving drunk without insurance. The truth is they aren’t suppose to be even walking on U.S. soil illegally, let alone driving. It’s beyond belief that under the law during the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s, it was illegal and shocking when people and public servants were caught hiring illegals for babysitters or housekeepers or blue-collar jobs. Remember, a female CEO ran for governor of California and she was smeared by attorney Gloria Allred because she was linked to having an illegal housekeeper, yet Governor Jerry Brown supports illegals living in California sanctuary cities and handing out Driver’s Licenses. How did the state and federal government become so hypocritical? What is really stupid is that a Driver’s License doesn’t prevent a legal or illegal drunk from driving under the influence.

“Each year the Border Patrol apprehends hundreds of thousands of aliens who flagrantly violate our nation’s laws by unlawfully crossing U.S. borders. Such illegal entry is a misdemeanor, and, if repeated after being deported, becomes punishable as a felony.

The illegal alien population is composed of those who illegally enter the country (referred to as “entry without inspection — EWI”) in violation of the immigration law, and others enter legally and then sty illegally (referred to as overstayers). The immigration authorities currently estimate that two-thirds to three-fifths of all illegal immigrants are EWIs and the remainder is overstayers. Both types of illegal immigrants are deportable under Immigration and Nationality Act Section 237 (a)(1)(B) which says: “Any alien who is present in the United States in violation of this Act or any other law of the United States is deportable.”

Illegal Immigration Is Not A Victimless Crime

Apologists for illegal immigration try to paint it as a victimless crime, but the fact is that illegal immigration causes substantial harm to American citizens and legal immigrants, particularly those in the most vulnerable sectors of our population — the poor, minorities, and children.

Illegal immigration causes an enormous drain on public funds. The seminal study of the costs of immigration by the National Academy of Sciences found that the taxes paid by immigrants do not begin to cover the cost of services received by them.¹ The quality of education, health care and other services for Americans are undermined by the needs of endless numbers of poor, unskilled illegal entrants.

Additionally, job competition by waves of illegal immigrants desperate for any job unfairly depresses the wages and working conditions offered to American workers, hitting hardest at minority workers and those without high school degrees.”

Therefore, the politicians are stating that they have the authority to harbor illegals and by-pass existing immigration laws with the intent of amnesty and therefore, have the authority to grant driver’s licenses to people living in the USA who violated federal laws. So, why should Americans who are legally living in the USA have to follow the laws? It’s apparent that politicians today don’t believe they are obligated to uphold and enforce the Immigration Laws and that securing the borders isn’t a priority. But, they believe that handing out driver’s licenses to illegals is a priority. In other words, illegal doesn’t mean illegal for illegal immigrants and refugees. Illegal actions only applies to legal U.S. Citizens. For example, most illegals never show up for their court hearings, but they show up at DMV for their Driver’s Licenses. It’s even more difficult to understand how Insurance Companies can provide insurance for illegals who are legal citizens of foreign countries!

Consequently, these public servants aren’t interested in upholding the laws and deporting illegals or providing them with a temporary identification. They care less about ordering them to comply with immigration laws and informing them that they must stand in line and obtain legal status. Instead, they are approving these violations of law established by existing immigration laws and rewarding them with jobs and Drivers Licenses so they can vote because they have a photo identification to present at the polls in 2016. Remember, legal or Illegal persons are going to drive sober or drunk whether or not they are legal or illegal immigrants if they choose to do so. So, don’t they need Proof of Insurance before they are handed a Drivers License and a permanent address?

This raises the question if it’s true or not that illegal immigrants cannot be prosecuted but only deported under the existing immigration laws and if so, then how does the arrest of an illegal drunk driver help Americans from being bombarded with illegals from around the world entering the country illegally?

In other words, Mexico and foreign countries such as China or the Middle East arrest Americans who drive into their country without identification, but Americans welcome illegals and reward them by granting illegals in violation of U.S. border laws, the privilege of driving, photo ID, voting, jobs, and Obamacare!
