THE MUELLER REPORT AND THE SENATE HEARINGS
“He is a liar! He committed a crime!” Those were the words of Democratic Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, when speaking to the press during a press conference posted online May 4, 2019. Pelosi said that [AG William Barr] is “inconsistent with his statements and disrespectful of congress.” She appeared upset and claimed that Barr is anti-government and anti-Science. “It’s about a right wing ideological”….”handmaidens to the ‘Special Interests’ not gun safety, but [special interest] to the “NRA.”
The Chair of the Democratic Senate Judiciary Committee, Jerry Nadler, it appears didn’t disclose a huge Conflict of Interest prior to commencing the Mueller Report Hearings. It appears that Nadler, Nadler’s son, a law firm that his son joined in 2018, are seeking documents from President Trump involved in lawsuit/s that raises the question that two serious Conflicts of Interest exist.
The Conflicts of Interest involving Nadler’s son and the law firm is a major issue because it could be subject to an underlying and bias decision tied to Nadler’s handling of the senate investigation that favors the Democrats and seeks to indict or impeach or arrest the witness AG Barr or President Trump or the Republican Senators attending the hearings. Furthermore, with AG Barr investigating mainly Democrats involved in misdeeds involving the Fake Russian Dossier and spying on Trump and his campaign, the question arises if Nadler and the Democrats are attempting to prevent AG Barr from pursuing indictments against those on the Left.
According to capitalhill.org, they reported the following:
“What is significant about this job is that that office has repeatedly sued President Trump, including on behalf of CNN reporter Jim Acosta, Big League Politics reported.”
Many congressional democrats at the hearings accused the USAG William Barr of “lying” to “cover-up” for the POTUS according to the Speaker, Nancy Pelosi. Most of the senators on the Left side of the aisle are accusing the AG Barr of crimes. In fact, AG William Barr was voluntarily testifying at the hearings before Chair Nadler who apparently has a serious conflict of interest and possibly without AG Barr’s knowledge. . This non-disclosure of the lawsuit involving Nadler’s son appears to be an intentional failure to disclose this serious Conflict of Interest. If Nadler was a Republican, the Democrats would have no problem accusing Nadler of being dishonest. The following has been reported in the news online:
“Democrat congressman Jerry Nadler, leading the investigative charge against President Donald Trump, has a son whose firm is trying to get access to Trump documents for their clients in numerous lawsuits against President Trump.”
“Congressman Jerry Nadler has a big conflict,” our source tells Big League Politics in Washington, D.C.”
“His son (Michael Nadler) got a job with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP in 2018. That’s convenient because Jerry Nadler and the Democrats just won control of the House in 2018. Gibson Dunn & Crutcher hire Jerry’s son and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher are the main Nemesis against Trump and the Trump Administration on numerous lawsuits.” (source of quote: explainlife.com)
The above information reported in the online news doesn’t look good for Democratic Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Jerry Nadler. It raises the question if Nadler was attempting to distance himself from questioning AG William Barr by stating that he would have his staff question AG Barr on the second day, so that unusual action come about because he possible could be accused of a possible conflict with his son and the law firm he joined in 2018? Could the non-disclosure be investigated for an accusation as an underlying crime, or concealing information from the Republican Senators, AG Barr, or the POTUS, or even IG Mueller?
After all, Nadler’s position is an obvious Conflict of Interest that links his son and the law firm where he’s employed and raises the question of fact that Congress is demanding Trump turn over his last 5 years of personal tax returns to them! This is the same Democratic party who seeks to indict or impeach Trump and AG Barr and have stated they are guilty of all the crimes the Democratic senators and representatives including the Speaker of the House have declared on camera and at the senate hearings.
It’s a fact that law firms or lawyers suing businessmen nearly always seek to obtain the last 5 years of tax returns. Is it fair to the POTUS and AG Barr, or the American citizens based on the news that Nadler being Chair of this particular committee casts a shadow of doubt over the Democratic investigation as Nadler and the Democrat senators are demanding that Trump turn over his last 5 years of tax returns and is it possible that Trump’s Tax Returns would be made public for the lawyers to review above and beyond the link to Nadler’s son and the law firm dealing with lawsuits against President Trump?
Could Nadler’s huge Conflict of Interest be no more than coincidence or strategy and how many Democratic senators are aware of these Conflicts of Interest prior or during the hearings related to the Mueller Report? It appears that the strategy and pattern of the senate Democrats based on their accusations of crimes committed is to threaten, indict, or impeach President Trump and his family for 2 years.
In fact theoretically speaking, if a law firm won a huge lawsuit against Trump and he was indicted and jailed or if any other person with substantial property lost a lawsuit, it appears that if the wealthy party were jailed, it would make it much easier for the lawyers to access the property or lien it and impeach or indict a President of the United States of America. And, the fact that Nadler’s son works for this particular law firm seeking Trump documents is intriguing as well.
Furthermore, Speaker Nancy Pelosi held a Press Conference as previously stated and she asked, “What’s Barr’s motivation?” She continued, “It’s not to his loyalty to his oath of office and it is not to the Department of Justice”….”it’s to Special Interests.” She appeared frazzled and said, “The Republican Senators behave in a way that says they don’t care about the Branch of Government in which we serve – we aren’t loyal to strengthening the institution in which we are a part.”
Pelosi said, “Barr and Congress don’t care about pre-existing conditions….”they care about Special Interests fueled by dark interest money.” She said, “The Attorney General [Barr] was not telling the truth to the United States Congress. Five out of 6 committees have the potential for subpoenaing …..Nixon was impeached on the Article of Impeachment, Article 3….in that Nixon didn’t honor the subpoenas.” It truly appears that the senate hearings on the Mueller Report are concentrated on an indictment or impeachment and that leads millions of Americans to believe it all has to do with Hillary and Obama and Biden and the 2020 elections.
The Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Jerry Nadler, stated that “History will judge us on how we face this challenge. We will be held accountable one way or another.” Pelosi was asked by the press if she thought AG Barr would go to jail and she responded, “If he [Barr] doesn’t provide this committee with what it demands and the respect it deserves, Mr. Barr’s moment of accountability will come soon enough.”
“He lied to Congress!” She was like a canary singing the same tune over and over again. She remarked, “And, if anybody else did that that is a crime.” Another Press member asked, “Should he go to jail for it?” Pelosi stuttered for an answer and said, “The committee will act upon how they will proceed.” Pelosi refused to say the word, “yes” to the press. She said that the President’s [Trump] statement that he ” isn’t going to honor any of the subpoenas is Obstruction of Justice.”
Furthermore, Pelosi said, “I think many of the statements that the administration has made has been about the Obstruction of Justice because we are in a “challenging place.” She remarked, “We have a Republican Party in the congress who are complicit in the Special Interest at large so they are going to say anything.” She blames the USAG for eliminating the ACA aka Obamacare. She said that AG Barr was assisting on getting rid of the ACA – and implied that he said or felt like – “I don’t care” – “I care about Special Interests.” She inferred that “special interests” are all AG Barr cares about.
“You lied to congress!” Senator Mazie Hirono’s lips were spewing out her hostility and anger towards the POTUS and AG Barr. Hirono behaved as a pit bull for the Democrats. She accused the POTUS and AG Barr of “lying” and committing a “crime.” I guess if they repeat those words over and over that they believe the majority will believe it as well. She accused AG Barr of a serious crime of “covering-up for the POTUS” and putting the people’s interest last and being the “President’s lawyer.”
Furthermore, Hirono stated that AG Barr used “political judgment.” She stated the AG’s conclusions were “faulty” to create the impression that “President Trump was cleared.” She called President [Trump] the “grifter” aka swindler and “liar who sits in the oval office.” She stated that AG Barr should have recused Rod Rosenstein. “We knew Robert Mueller’s concerns were valid and that your version of events was false.” She said “[Barr] took important statements out of context….to help Donald Trump to protect himself.”
Hirono was on a roll and no one was going to stop her when she stated, “Finally, you lied to congress”…..you knew you lied and now we know”….”I suspected you would try to protect the President [Trump] and indeed you did.” She ranted on and said that she and 11 Democrats reported the USAG to the DOJ – IG & Office of Professional Responsibility – “to investigate the way you [AG Barr] have handled the Mueller report and I wanted to see if your actions complied with the DOJ…”
Hirono continued, “And now,we know more about your deep involvement in trying to cover up for Donald Trump”…. She didn’t stop and said, “Being AG of the United States is a sacred trust and you have betrayed that trust – America deserves better!” Hirono exclaimed, “You should resign!” She boldly and disrespectfully asked the United States Attorney General, “Is the White House exerting any influence on your decision whether to allow Special Counsel Mueller to testify in congress and when?” AG Barr says, “no.” You don’t think that any 10 of the episodes of possible obstruction that the Special Counsel outlined is not a crime, but I disagree….nothing to see here….nothing to worry about…..I disagree.”
In the next breath, Hirono went on to ask, “Do you think it’s okay for the President to ask people to lie?” Do you think it’s okay to offer pardons to people who don’t testify against him?” The USAG Barr appeared confused as to what incident or event she was even talking about because she used such a broad brush to paint her version of the Mueller Report and couldn’t hold back on her disdain for the POTUS and AG Barr. She found them guilty by mob rule and accusation only until proven innocent. Hirono says, “Give us some credit for knowing what the hell is going on around here with you.” (well, I did have to chuckle at that last remark and ask myself if I was watching a United States Senate Hearing or a circus! And, when Senator Cohen used a KFC Box and fried chicken and a ceramic chicken and placed it at Barr’s empty chair for a photo op by the media inferring that on the second day that Barr didn’t show up for the senate hearing that he’s a “chicken,” I knew that theatrics and props were on display for the world to watch the senatorial circus.)
Finally, Senate Chair Graham interrupts Hirono and states, “Not really to this line of questioning. You slandered this man from top to bottom! So, if you want more of this you’re not going to get it. If you want to ask questions you can.” On a side note, If the USAG ends up vindicated like Justice Kavanaugh who was also accused of a crime as well as accused of lying by many of the same Democrat senators and disruptors, it raises the question if he can have Hirono and others censored or expelled from Congress for slanderous public remarks.
New revelations related to the Mueller Report have surfaced that could shed new light on the FBI agents involved in failing to tell the truth to a Fisa Judge in order to obtain a FISA Warrant; spying on the opposition, or Hillary Clinton and the DNC paying for a fake Russian Dossier to use against the opposition. Senator Nunes reports that the FBI acting AG, Robert Mueller, allegedly may have possibly left out important information in the Mueller Report relating to Professor Joseph Mifsud, whose linked to the Italian and British government, as well as his ties to the U.S. State Department or U.S. FBI as well as an alleged possible meeting by default and happerstance to Papadopoulos. These new revelations according to Congressman Nunes leaves a lot of unanswered questions. Nunes is diligently seeking answers including the question if Professor Mifsud is a Russian agent.
Senator David Nunes continues to work tirelessly to uncover as much information as possible so the pieces of the puzzle can fit together with the hope that the legal Americans can lay this historical unprecedented Mueller Report scandal to rest. The Mueller Report investigating the fake Russian Dossier scandal is much bigger than Watergate. Americans hope this Mueller Report can be put to rest so Americans can concentrate on securing the borders, a Super Bug deadly virus and infectious diseases coming into the USA that could kills a few or hundreds or millions, as well as, world peace, health care, and job creation.
And in conclusion, the most astonishing fact that cost the POTUS, 2 years of harassment and financial and emotional distress, which kept him from achieving more by the obstinacy of Pelosi and Schumer and the Democrats who refuse to secure the border and uphold the law, Legal Immigration and Inspections at the borders, and that new revelation is stunning. Senator Nunes revealed that there was “no intelligence” found that gave the FBI a justifiable reason to open the Mueller investigation against Donald Trump who they accused of being a traitor to his country and a foreign Russian agent.
