BEWARE OF AUTO INSURANCE LOOPHOLES FOR PROFIT! WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN or CALL or EMAIL – THE INVASION into the lives of natural-born law-abiding Americans appears to be out of control and getting worse by the day without oversight by congress of certain auto insurance companies who have LOOPHOLES without disclosure mailed to the customers before increasing auto insurance policies with a penalty or without signatures.
PENALTY: This is not about an increase in a non-disclosed additional premium, but spying, invasion of privacy, and PENALIZING Americans who have visitors in their homes in the USA with or without a vehicle and with or without insurance who have no intent of driving the auto insurance customer’s vehicle based on the auto insurance company’s assumptions only.
Furthermore, certain auto insurance companies appear to be penalizing the auto insurance company”s customers for-profit by charging the customer who agreed to a premium plan to pay an additional penalty for customers who have visitors in their homes for a short or extended visit and if for convenience, the visitor changes their mailing address to the auto insurance customer’s address, while they visit. We must end this now before it could be applied to additional auto insurance companies.
STAND UP FOR OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS THAT ARE BEING SHREDDED BY AI AND LOOPHOLES! Is this not an invasion of privacy and non-disclosure by any auto insurance company on a whim looking for more profits? Prior to charging their auto insurnace customers, who do not receive letters in the mail about this change in policy and premium to penalize their customers because of a termporary change of address by visitors staying in a customer’s home? How would they even kow that if they not violating privacy rights of the homeowner or renter and their visitor’s privacy rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution?
It should be illegal to violate te privacy of America’s homes because they agreed to an auto insurance premium to cover their vehicles if damaged while parked or driving on the road. Since when does auto insurance companies have the lega right to determine when and who is visiting in your home or demand to know how long the visitor will be staying at their customer’s home, especially, if there is no probable cause to believe they are driving their customer’s vehicle, but to use their customers as human commodities for-profit. But even if the visitors/guestsor a roomate is driving the customer’s vehicle with a legal driver license how does that equate to spying and invading the privacy by the auto insurance companies of their customers and visitors?
ARE WE STILL LIVING IN THE USA OR THE USSR OR COMMUNIST CHINA? Is this 1984?
Many elderly do not have access to emails or computers in today’s world and can’t see the small print on texts or even know how to use Iphones. And members of families including adult kids or a senior or elderly or disabled relative such as grandparents may use their family’s mailing address in many cases for a myriad of reasons. Maybe, they are in the military. Maybe, they are on vaction for extended time or a sabbatical. Maybe, they are visiting a relative, friend, or housing an illegal in this day and age. Many adult kids move back in with their parents or grandparents and are visiting for short of long term for a myriad of reasons which is not any business of the auto insurace company, especially in this age of natural disasters and AI robots taking over American jobs as well as Communist China How is it any business of the auto insurance company to monitor their customers and visitor who are staying with the customer’s for any lengt of time? In the USA, Americans move around a lot such as long-time residents of California due to the skyrocketing costs of housing and rentals, fires and floods that destroy homes and vehicles, businesses, schools, animals, and trees. It is the right to exercise freedom to travel and move and visit anyone in the USA. It is called freedom, but auto insurance companies who spy on Americans and who demand to know who visits them in their homes and for how long to penalize them with an additional surprise cost is an invasion of privacy on their customers and the visitors.
Ironically, the Democratas and RINOS in congress and DMV blue states care less that they force Americans to fund Driver Licenses for illegals and fake refugees who are not properly vetted living in homes, apartments, and squatting illegally in the USA, and building more mosques than Christian churches on U.S. soil. The illegals and fake refugees who didn’t come into the USA by the Port of Entry from Palestine, Iran, Somalia, Afghanista, Haiti, Congo, and China or Russian National spies are allowed to drive with a U.S. state Driver License as an illegal alien and with or without insurance.
The Democrats and RINOS are not concerned about their accidents or whose cars they are driving, they appear to only target legal naturalized and law-abiding natural-born Americans who visit someone in the USA and file a temporary change of address for convenience which is not illegal. Is there a time limit on how long someone can visit their relatives or live in more than once place or take a vacation or have live-in nannies or caregivers? Members of Congress live in D.C. and they live in other states so does this penalty apply to them if they have a caregive, nanny, relative stay with their families temporarily?
It appears that some auto insurance companies are failing to mail out disclosures to customers in writing or sending out inquiries prior to charging additional fees or what appears to be penalties to their customers who have visitors staying with them whether short or long term in their homes even though the visitors have no intent or need to drive the auto company’s customer’s vehicle. If you get a call the to inquire about the additional charge aka penalty, the agent may tell you they text you or emailed you the information, but not everyone spends time reading emails or texts and how can you prove it if they won’t re-send a copy? People are overwhelmed by 50 or 100 unsolicited emails each morning and it is a nightmare and most people don’t have time to read them. So, if you don’t see the auto insurance email or text on your phone or computer would it not be more secure fir auto company’s agents call on a recorded line disclosing the information or mailing the change of policy to the customer’s home address for signature? There is a reason for the USPS, right?
Americans should be very concerned about the U.S. Constitutional Rights of every American who welcome visitors into their homes, caregivers, friends, or adult kids moving back into their homes who may need visitors to assist them or wish to spend time with relatives, friends, caregivers, nannies, or roommates who visit for short or extended periods of time for any reason in a free nation – the United States of America. The deep state communists appear to be working overtime because they own everything. The reasons could include health issues, age, disability, vacation, mentally challenged, work related or something else, but that is none of the business of auto insurance companies or AI to be involved in this constitutional violation for profit because they access their address and vehicle information.
Even if the visitors have their own vehicle and auto insurance, it appears some auto insurance companies without disclosure are increasing the premium payments to their customers based on their assumption that the visitors are driving their customer’s vehicle without proof or evidence or inquiries and disclosure before increasing the payments aka penalty which obviously will create billions of profits for those auto insurance companies. This is called an non-disclosed loophole. It appers that the relaity and truth is that anyone with a legal Driver License can drive an automobile in America with full covrage especially in an emergency.
What business is it of the auto insurance companies who are invading American’s privacy rights with intent it appears and without mailing the disclosure letter to their cusstomers and informing them of their added policy of a penalty after spying on their vistors and customers? It appears the insurance companies are not regulated to the point that they appear to be acting as a gestapo for the government through AI and determing on their assumptions that they have the right to invade the privacy of customers related to their visitors and their visitor’s name and change of mailing address for convenience which is legal in the uSA. Many politicians and wealthy peple have more than one residence and stay with friends or family for extended periods of time, so what?
Why are they tracking individuals wo have committed no crime except legally visiting one of their customers for short or long term visits? Maybe they are checking out a place to move or starting or moving their business? Americans should be very concerned about their insurance company’s policy who track them without your knowledge online and their visitor’s names and change of address! Are the deep state members of the NWO and WEF and WHO and UN and secret societies setting up areas of where the fires and flooding and tornadoes of unprecedented damage to American homes and businesses and farms part of buying up the land for their Utopian smart cities as their goal for reduced populations to be tracked through AI and chipping people, vehicles, planes, homes, businesses as they enslave Americans? Just Sayin’
Why are they tracking Americans who visit their customers and change their mailing address for convenience is a question you need to address to your President Trump and congressional members and senators. People move and change addresses every day. Why would visitors in your home which is your personal private business and file a possibly temporary mailing address be a justification to penalize their auto insurance customers by charging existing auto insurance customers hundreds of dollars without the customers or the visitor’s knowledge and permission without knowing if the visitor has a valid Driver License and it is legally driving which again is none of their business. They are not law enforcers.
Therefore, the visitor who owns their car and pays auto insurance and the auto insurance company’s customer pays insurance by a signed policy penalizing their customers who have short or extended visitors, adults kids, or caregivers,or anyone else staying in their homes acting as a gestapo? Is the auto insurace companies aligned with the government and AI and GPS seen as a benefit nothing but short of a system to track every survivor of these so-called natural disasters creating more homeless Americans while the rich come in an buy their land and farmland under value? It appears there is no reason for insurance agents to spy on their customers unless they are part of the NWO system.
Remember, if Americans are homeless, hungry, thirsty, then the Middle Class is being targeted to create rich and poor. This is how they will control your travel and who can drive and who cannot drive. These unconstitutional and unetical loopholes unkown to the public until is is too late remind me of how America was built on “greed.” They are similar to the Native American tribes that were wiped out by greedy and prejudice immigrants who stole their farms, clean water, buffalo, and mines, and land. Is that what is happening today using AI advanced technology and using the poor and illegals and refugees to be shipped as mindless zombies in the future?
Therefore, it is important for every American to pay attention to what freedoms are being quietly taking freedom away when Americans are left behind and in the dark as the Middle Class is facing the past affordable living with mom at home vs. today’s unaffordable cost-of-living with no one at home,but seeking to put American parents in jail supported by Kamala Harris when AG in california and liberal activist judges if their kids are “home alone” or “ditech school” creating a nation of hard working Americans who are productive to lose their jobs and end up with a criminal record while those who are guilty of crimes elected or appointed into office are above the law.
It is easy to control the Middle Class if they are homeless and their vehicles destroyed by fire or floods or tornadoes so they can’t travel or go to work without government assistance. Is it part of the Orwellian 1984 coming to reality? If not, then why is happenng in America and why is the government and CEOs on wall Street accessing everyone’s DNA, fingerprints, Iris scans, facial recognition, social security numbers, everything you’ve purchased from how many packs of cigarettes you smoke to how many McDonald’s cheeseburgers you eat?
Amercans being ripped off in corrupt courtrooms by corrupt judges and lawyers who accept favors and white envelopes and deals behind closed doors is more prevalent than Americans can evern imagine. None of these loopholes for us – not them – because we are not part of their inner circle and therefore, subject to be used as human commodities for-profit. So, write your congressional members who exempted themselves from Insider Trading and using campaign money for personal use and exempting themselves from OBAMACARE and granting themselves taxpayer funding for “cadillac healthcare insurance” and l”ifetime taxpayer funded pensions.” So, we are not invited to the parties and therefore, the power is with the people who are messengers – not for fame or fortune – but for those of us who have been on the frontlines being messemngers in Christ’s army to plant seeds and awaken the sleepy heads.
Remember, “Fear is humanity’s biggest enemy and the enemy knows how to create far in the minds of God’s children and only knowledge and sharing knowledge and taking action by calling your members of congress, emailing them, and writing letters in large numbers will wake them up that We the Peple know the truth and we aren’t going to take it anymore.” Yu pay for the lifetime wages and lifestyles that career politicians, Justices, Federal Judges, and congress granted to themselves, but what have they done for the Middle Class to stop their wealthy NWO Wall Street CEOs from doing to you and your family and fellow American Middle Class?”
Why would a corporation who needs customers for-profit penalize their customers without constitutional authority or disclosure and suppress our freedom and invade our homes and travel and privacy? Who is spying on them?
This means the visitor who own one or more cars and pays for their auto insurance as well as the auto insurance company’s customers paying for their own auto insurance premiums will be PENALIZED for having visitors, short or long term even if a relative, the mother-in-law, adult kids staying in their homes which is invasive by assuming the visitor is driving the auto insuranance customer’s vehicle after searching their customers mailing address for visitors and violating the visitors rights to visit without being spied upon as a means to charge a PENALTY with no evidence or disclosure of intent that the visitor is driving their customer’s insured vehicle, but how is that a crime if the visitor has a valid Driver License?

In the past, Full Coverage provided for anyone who drove the insured vehicle, so what happened to that policy and start asking qusestions of your insurance company’s policy and exactly what it covers and questions about being penalized for visitors staying in your home and then you can make a discerning decision if you decide to remain with your auto insurance or search for other options online and ask the same questions before making a decision. Do not be afraid to ask questions so you can avoid surprise loopholes and charges.
BEWARE of non-disclosed LOOPHOLES by AUTO INSURANCE companies. This case came to my attention as an advocate for justice when I was told by this victim who received a phone call from an auto insurance agent which she remained a loyal customer of Progressive for 15 years. She was shocked when she received a phone call from the insurance agent informing her that they were aware of a visitor staying in her home who filed a change of address with the customer’s address. The customer said, “Yes, so what? She did it for convenience.” The customer said, “How did you know I have a visitor?” The Agent was rude and stated they checked her address and found her visitor’s name and their research disclosed she filed a change of address with the USPS. She said, “So what? It is legal to file a temporary or permanent change of address with the USPO in America!”
The agent informed her that they were charging her an additional $244 because the visitor would be driving her car. She said, “What are you talking about? I’ve been with Progressive 15 years and paid my premium on time for 15 years and now you are going to penalize me because I have a visitor who never drives my car and she has her own car and her own auto insurance? The agent said that was their policy, so the customer cancelled and interviewed other auto insurance agents and found one that not only didn’t charge a penalty for having a visitor in their home, but lowered her auto insurance by a substantial amount for full coverage. So the Progressive agent lost a 15 year customer with full coverage to an honest insurance agency.
The insurance company’s agent/s representing Progressive auto insurance invaded the privacy of the visitor of their insured customer of 15 years. And without notifying the visitor who paid paid for car insurance through a different auto insurance company the agent who spied on them online to gather this information without their knowledge assumed the visitor drove their customer’s car. The auto insurance customer was not notified the agent was searching online and invading her privacy without her knowledge and did not disclose their policy’s loophole in full to the customer or the visitor. The agent did not mail a form asking if the visitor drives their customer’s vehicle or if the visitor has her own auto insurance coverage and vehicle, but how is any of they legal for any auto insurance company to do based on accusation only?
Is your mom, relative, friend, caregiver, roommate, nanny, temporarily or long term or unknown period of time staying in your home with you for a short or extended visit which should be of no business to the insurance companies because there is no probable cause to invade your privacy and that of your visitors without their knowedge and non-disclosure.
BEWARE that there are insurance companies who are failing to disclose if they are enacting the invasion of their customers and visitors in their homes who have no moral right to use their customers information to research them online or the visitors online as commodities for the auto insurance company’s profits! The visitors or rommates could be used for their unethical loophole using your visitors or temporary roommates for what appears to be an unlawful loophole to use customers as human commodites for the auto insurance company’s increased profits and the agent’s commissions.
CEOs of insurance companies selling policies mandated by laws are multi-billion dollar companies and beware and ask questions as the agent may not disclose that in some cases, they researh and spy on their customers homes and use American human beings as numbers, chattel for profit without much regulation by congress it appears for the greedy CEOs who make huge wages and bonuses. Ask questions.
If you have relatives or a full-time caregiver or live-in temporary or long term friend, relative, adult kids, a roommate, nanny, visiting and using the same mailing address for convenience with your permission, this could be a surprise penalty if your insurance agency without disclosure includes this policy even if the visitor hasn’t any intent of driving the insured vehicle owned by their customer, but again, if they have a legal Driver License, it isn’t a crime! Americans need to stand up to these insurance companies who are using a money making loophole without knowing anythingabout your or what you own or if you carry auto insurace which is stunning. Research online states that “Progressivism in the United States is a left-leaning political philosophy and reform movement. Into the 21st century, it advocates policies that are generally considered social democratic and part of the American Left.” It appears to be owned by many major banks. These huge major banks do not need more money from the Middle Class nor do they need to be invading our privacy but they own everything don’t they? What if they targeted Trump supporters and MAGA supporters and Conservative activists? is that possible by invading their privacy to make their lives miserable?
–as it appears the Progressive CEO’s adding penalties if their customers have visitors and change their mailing address for convience so their customers can fund their huge wages, bonuses, mansions, and yachts is it?
