I shall never forget turning on the television about the time of the elections during 2008 and for the first time since the Viet Nam war, do I recall watching such anti-American comments. I watched foreign immigrants from the Middle East on U.S. soil, shouting “Death to Americans.” They shouted, “We will dominate America,” and “We will throw the Jews into bigger ovens.” Of course, they were probably a radical part of the Muslim religion, as my Muslim-American long-time friends wouldn’t participate in such a rally, so the radicals on telvision shocked me. Ironically, it seems that the American people have become the targets of the federal government’s new agendas including the full body radiation scanners promoted by Michael Chertoff, a former employee of the federal government under Obama’s reign. Therefore, this raises the question if Americans have become the focus as enemies of the USA under the Obama regime, instead of the foreign enemy radicals migrated into the USA by Obama using U.S. tax dollars without their knowledge of his pre-planned secret agenda which he signed on or about January 27, 2009, with the blessings of his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry.
The Homeland Security-Fema under former Director, Janet Napolitano, reported in the news that they may grant “special considerations” to Muslims who oppose the TSA airport groping, naked photos, and full body radiation scans, despite the fact that they are migrating into the USA from foreign enemy nations and may be linked to terrorist organizations. This also raises the question if the U.S. government placed fear in the minds of many Americans under the word “terrorism” as a means to diminish the constitutional rights of Americans since they hypocritically demand the U.S.-Mexican and U.S. Canadian borders remain wide open since the Clinton-Bush years, but even more so under the Obama-Hillary Clinton and Democratic-Rino regime as of 2009. This agenda invites radicals and terrorists to enter our country because Obama tied the hands of Border Patrol, Sheriffs and ICE and appears to protect the radicals and terrorist and cartels and gangs from being searched, questioned, patted down, and by-pass TSA at the airports through his open border policy. In fact, a former FBI agent told me about 2005, that the terrorists have been coming into the U.S. from the Middle East prior to 911 and they continue to do so according to news reports.
Although, I’m sure most TSA workers are decent Americans just doing their jobs, eleven years later, it is the American people who are subjected to near strip searches at airports as if they are the terrorists even though they have no criminal records or ties to the Middle East. This is happening even though law-abiding Americans born on U.S. soil unlike the allegations against non-vetted President Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro haven’t made anyphone calls to terrorist nations in the 57 countries in the Middle East under the umbrella of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Further, Americans are wondering if they are being conditioned to believe that it is acceptable for the federal government to violate their 4th Amendment Rights based on the word “terrorism” as well as assaulting one’s body with pat downs and naked x-ray machines against the will, but without a choice, if they want to fly to grandma’s house as they’ve always done before the age of Obama in 2009. Yet, remember, the foreigners from the Middle East are by-passing the TSA searches based upon a claim of religion and they are being allowed to walk across the borders freely and Obama was flying them into the USA secretly at night without the knowledge of the American citizens and scattering radicals around our nation while Americans slept using U.S. tax dollars with a complicit Democratic and RiNO Congress.
The question remains if it’s legal and constitutional for the TSA employees to demand near strip searches and radiate American passengers against their objections without probable cause because they could easily run a quick computer check to see if they are criminals or on the FBI wanted list without all this built-in never-ending customer base that allows the government to swab DNA, Iris scan, fingerprint – naked x-ray, search and pat down which is all unconstitutional, illegal, and unlawful and outside the job duties of Barack Hussein Obama, who can’t produce a Certified U.S. Birth Certificate to-date to the best of my knowledge. This is insanity at its best.
Should we not ask if TSA is acting as health care professionals and x-ray technicians and are they trained and are they licensed by the State and do they have a business license to operate as radiologist at the airports? Do they have a badge and have they taken training at the police academies, passed the tests, and have approved Certifications as police officers to pat down men, women, and children in America who purchased a consumer product from the airlines who are required to provide a service, not a physical exam?
Ironically, Obama, the unidentified non-vetted President without a Certified U.S. Birth Certificate implemented laws that he by-passed by flying around on Air Force One and Private Jets even though he entered the USA according to news reports that allege he returned without repatriation to the USA as a Indonesian national as Barry Soetoro on a foreign passport and took out a foreign student loan, and he’s forcing Americans to be assaulted and naked x-rayed?
It appears to many citizens that Obama and his Democratic Congress who lied about their intent to arrest and prosecute Terrorists at the airports, not legal loyal Americans, have trampled on the Constitution and over reached with their limited powers to punish Americans and protect radicals, terrorists, gang members, and cartels, who he also released from prison along with the dangerous terrorist from GITMO.
How is it that TSA can order passengers to submit to a full naked body radiation scan; and naked x-rays photos, or else be groped and manhandled by TSA workers at the airports including their minor children or else be punished? The radiation scanner appears to be a simple policy required by passengers, but Americans should be asking if there are safe levels of radiation since individuals have different health issues. However, even if you’re healthy, doctors will tell you that there are no safe levels of radiation because radiation is a killer,causing aging and radiation can cause cancer, sterility, and cataracts. Therefore, maybe, the American people should seek out constitutional lawyers and discuss if they can file a federal lawsuit against Obama and his regime for risking the lives of every American with radiation.
This begs the question of why health professionals must obtain degrees, certifications, training, continuing education, and licenses as well as obtain consent forms before doctors or health care professionals can x-ray U.S. citizens or manhandle their patients. This also begs the question of why doctors and dentists must only x-ray the part of the body that is diseased and cover up the healthy parts of the body and face from radiation or risk a lawsuit. TSA says they use safe levels of radiation, but most doctors and medical staff state there are no safe levels of radiation. If there are safe levels of radiation then again, we must ask the question of why are doctors required to cover up the healthy parts of your body and face for protection from low levels of radiation or risk a lawsuit? And, why do health care professionals leave the room before switching on the radiation machine?
Furthermore, there are many informative articles addressing radiation in the beauty industry as well as the medical field. Many of those articles state that radiation can cause free radicals to react and free radicals kill healthy cells in the body. Free Radicals can accelerate the aging process. They can cause adverse health effects which are not reversible. After working 25 years in the beauty industry and attending many continuing educational classes headed up by doctors and chemists, I’ve learned that radiation can cause cancer and sterility, death, or could change your DNA, or accelerate the aging process. For example, it’s as if the healthy cells are the good guys on the battlefield and the bad guys are the free radicals in larger numbers, who find an opening and begin a surprise attack against the healthy cells. The experts stated that the free radicals can kill off all the healthy cells and there isn’t any way to undo the damage, only slow it down. For example, our good U.S. soldiers risk their lives on the battlefield and its been reported that they’ve been ordered not to shoot first or be punished, so when the enemy finds an opening then they enter and begin attacking our good soldiers and killing them off. Some are left injured but either way, the damage is done.
Therefore, Americans should be questioning the government if the TSA employees are operating radiation machines without a license or health care certification, medical training, and without being under the supervision of a doctor? Even a hair dresser has to go to school and learn about the body as well as complete many hours of hands on training, pass tests, before obtaining certification from a licensed school. Afterwards, the hair dressers are required to apply and pass a state licensing exam and health and safety sanitation exam as well and wait for their state license before they can work. And, they can be charged with criminal, civil, or fines if a complaint is filed against them. So, how much training, certification and licensing do the TSA employees have in the field of radiation and how are they liable for any injuries or deaths from errors when operating the radiation scanners? And, if the TSA workers aren’t trained, licensed and certified in the health care field then why are they examining people and reviewing their naked photos illegally and unlawfully in my opinion.
Which health care licenses are TSA workers applying that allows them under state laws to act as health care professionals and examine the private body parts of each American citizen or order them to remove their clothing in violation of our 4th Amendment Rights or are they all licensed to do so by the state? Even a doctor must have a female nurse present when he touches a woman on her body and private parts and there must be a valid medical reason for his touching her along with her consent.
How is it that the federal government can ignore the Constitution of the United States which grants them “limited” authority without any accountability to the people, who are told that the constitution is the law of the land? So, is it an abuse of power to write Executive Orders with the intent of by-passing constitutional law so that corporate America can earn big profits even if it tramples on the constitutional rights of Americans and the objections of the American people? For example, George Soros, anti-American appears to have his hands in almost all the stock markets including OSI Systems, who owns Rapiscan, the naked x-ray machines at the airports, and appears to have made quite a bit of money after Rapiscan was implemented when he sold off those stocks.
I phoned my local TSA offices at the local airports and I was informed that they intend to implement the full naked body scanners in the future and the intrusive pat downs. Americans are losing their constitutional freedoms and by forced compliance, or you can’t fly, that appears to be a form of extortion by the government and TSA and airport administrators as well as a loss of Liberties guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. It appears, they may be planning on killing off 90% of the population and this is one of their programs!
It appears to millions of Americans that 911 was an inside job so that the federal government, under Clinton’s, Bush Dynasty, , Obama’s and Soros and Kissinger and the U.N. Agenda 21 and NWO and secret societies that their plan is to kill off the population under the guise of “saving the planet,” but that is no more than a pre-planned genocide and mass murder of the human race by their many agendas. Perhaps, Agenda 21 isn’t a year, but 21 ways to murder 90% of the population by 2030. So, maybe, 911, was a means to their psychotic end to usher in their New World Order as they believe they can create the new Utopia. Of course, that Utopian world is a world of a one man leader and enslaving everyone else.
If Americans recall, under Obama’s regime, they created the fear of “terrorism” which is real since terrorists are real, but who are the real terrorists, they people carrying out the orders or the public servants and wealthy giving the orders? After Obama took office, he said that Americans weren’t allowed to call terrorists – “terrorists” or “Islamic terrorists,” or “war criminals,” which would make sense as to why he wanted them to go to GITMO and not to a Military Tribunal, because he could order their release from GITMO which he did for 8 years.
Americans should wonder if they are being conditioned into believing that the federal government has the authority to order unlicensed health care professions and people who are not law enforcement officers to grope, molest, and order nude photos and radiation of minors kids and adults, without probable cause, as if they have criminal records, which they could easily check on the computer when a ticket is purchased.
Could the federal government be trampling upon state laws and federal constitutional laws?
Wouldn’t it be much simpler if the federal government stopped foreigners from entering our country until we’re safe? Wouldn’t it be simpler if the federal government followed the Rule of Law and closed the open borders temporarily while they secure them for the safety of the American people? After all, its been nearly 11 years since 911 occurred. How is it that instead of groping Osama Bin Laden and the radicals who bombed the Twin Towers or the airplane suicide bombers on 9/11/2001 and the 9/11/2012 attacks at Benghazi under Obama-Hillary’s reign; the attempt at Times Square radical; and the attacks and murders by the Ft. Hood radical Jihadist; Boston Jihadist, Orlando Jihadist, San Bernardino Jihadists, Naval Base Jihadist recurring on U.S. soil whichdon’t include all those that died on the battlefields where Americans were murdered on terrorist soil since the 1970’s.
The federal government is wasting time and tax dollars groping and radiating innocent Americans when they can’t even find Osama Bin Laden. Certainly, he wasn’t going to show up at a local bus stop or at a U.S. airport. Remember, the federal government stated that we were not to call suicide bombers, terrorists. We were to refer to them with more respect and call them enemy combatants or radicals, most recently Refugees, but they aren’t “Christian Refugees,” because they aren’t willing to assimilate but impose their foreign ideologies and religion on Americans which makes them foreign enemy invaders according to the U.S. Constitution. There is a difference between Christian Refugees, Refugees, Illegal Immigrants, and foreign enemy invaders.
In fact the terrorists who attempted or accomplished their suicide bombings and were coming into the U.S. or leaving the U.S. were never searched or radiated, and now, they’re exempting many from the Middle East from this imposition. Could it be that the TSA workers are so busy radiating and groping American passengers that they don’t have time to search for weapons and empty suitcases lying around the airports?
Ironically, this week the U.S. Congress approved the START TREATY after being warned by 30 U.S. Generals to oppose the Treaty because it left the Southern part of the United States vulnerable to a terrorist attack. So, what’s the point of groping Americans when they’ve left us vulnerable to an attack without protection from a foreign enemy attack? Why would they do this unless they are the enemy?
Which constitutional authority is the federal government or TSA applying that grants them the authority to implement a full naked body radiation scan without a medical doctor examining and consulting with the U.S. citizen regarding each person’s health issues and doing so without a license as a radiologist or a licensed medical professional?
Shouldn’t passengers be required to sign a form granting the TSA workers permission to touch the private parts of their bodies since there are laws on the book against touching anyone, especially minor children, knowing that these foreign enemy nations believe that it’s okay to rape women and children as their right? There is also the issue that TSA workers could be spreading germs from passenger to passenger and not changing their gloves when touching the hair and body of each passenger.
Americans should be concerned that TSA workers are radiating the naked bodies of frequent fliers, who will be subjected to more radiation then they’d probably be exposed to under normal conditions, during their life time. And, under what criteria are TSA workers applying that qualify them to determine health and safety precautions for people with cancer or various other health issues without a state medical license? In fact, don’t doctors have to apply for a license in the state that they are working if their license is issued in a different state? In fact, they need to know each person’s health history before they can radiate anyone.
So, is it possible that Americans can walk into an airport healthy, but walk out of the airport unhealthy and traumatized or even stopped by a TSA worker and arrested for non-compliance? And, can law-abiding citizens who are customers of the airlines find themselves caught up in litigation if they refuse to be radiated or patted down just because they bought an airline ticket to fly to grandma’s house?
Which constitutional law is the federal government applying that allows TSA to use coercive and threatening tactics so they can make sure that every citizen complies with the radiation and naked photos or the groping even if it against their objections? How is it that it’s okay to place fear in the minds of passengers by threatening them with punishment if they opt out?
Which constitutional authority is the federal government applying that allows TSA workers, who I presume are not licensed law enforcement officers or doctors, the authority to molest minor children and touch their private body parts, or manhandle minor kids and temporarily remove them from their parent’s arms? If kids are traumatized, they could act out in the future and refuse to fly to grandma’s house.
Which constitutional law is the federal government applying that allows them to violate the 4th Amendment Rights and civil rights of American citizens under the guise of “terrorism” while granting exemptions to women and kids from the Middle East? The news reported that CAIR is filing lawsuits to prohibit the Muslim women and children from being groped or radiated or from having a nude photo taken of their bodies. If a judge grants such an order then doesn’t that equate to discrimination against U.S. non-Muslim women and children? Don’t Americans have the right to refuse being groped and molested or radiated if they fear that for the safety of their physical and emotional well-being or that of their minor children? Christians don’t believe in strangers groping their women and children, either.
Americans should be asking which constitutional authority granted the federal government the authority to divert the stimulus money promised for U.S. jobs to Michael Chertoff , which helped catapult his naked body radiation scanning businesses, into airports across the country? Did the government contract allow for open bids for the scanners or was Chertoff guaranteed the bid while he was an employee of HLS or not? Is it fair to say that Chertoff’s radiation and naked photo scanners are a day late and a dollar short since the terrorists have been crossing our borders for more than 11 years and the START Treaty leaves America vulnerable to a serious attack without any defense as reported? Why have naked x-ray scanners at the airports for Americans only when the terrorists were flown into the USA by Obama at night by-passing TSA, Border Patrol, Sheriffs, and ICE?
Should Americans file lawsuits if they believe that TSA is trampling on the constitutional rights of the American people while exempting those from the Middle East knowing the majority of the American people are not terrorists?
So, do you think that congress or the Michael Chertoff’s or the Biden’s of the world and their families, who support this agenda, would ever find themselves subjected to an intrusive groping and radiation agenda or naked photos of themselves or families since they fly in private jets?
Ironically, law enforcement officers and doctors or health care professionals can be sued and held accountable for violating the constitutional rights or civil rights of any American citizen if they were to grope them without consent or probable cause. Americans should inquire if Chertoff’s companies, TSA, and the federal government exempted themselves from any liability or injury to a citizen who could experience adverse side effects from the radiation in the future or some children suffer from the trauma of being groped and manhandled by strangers?
There are a myriad of medical reports and health and beauty reports including FDA warnings, which state that people should protect themselves from too much sun, or chemical radiation. Even sun tanning salons and beds are regulated. The beauty industry warns people against excessive sun or excessive use of tanning booths, especially for people with fair skin. Too much tanning can cause adverse side effects. Again, you can research a myriad of medical reports or beauty reports warning people that radiation can cause free radicals and free radicals kill healthy cells which can cause cancer, could change your DNA, and could cause sterility. In fact, the news reported on the death of a young girl who over exposed herself in the tanning booths and passed away.
How is touching a minor child’s private parts any different from a stranger on the street touching a child, except that the stranger on the street could end up in jail if caught.
Should the Muslim women and children be exempted from the full naked body radiation or pat downs, but not American women and children? How then will TSA know if they are hiding anything underneath their clothing or on their bodies? Is this reverse discrimination against American women and children? If one religion is exempted then why aren’t the Catholic Nuns, Catholic Priests, Christian Pastors, Mormons, and Jewish Rabbis be granted an exemption? Shouldn’t there be an exemption for all Christians who believe that TSA is violating their religions rights and freedoms, as well?
So, did Michael Chertoff, the former secretary of Homeland Security, intend to invest in this multi-million dollar business that provides a built-in generational customer base before or after working for HLS with the intent of requesting millions from the stimulus promised for jobs to catapult his businesses or not?
Are unconstitutional laws being trampled upon in America so that every U.S. citizen will be used to create profits on Wall Street and used as “Human Capital” or “commodities” and for-profit so the fat cats on Wall Street can earn more profits? Do the full body radiation businesses earn profits for every U.S. citizen scanned and naked x-rayed? Does the federal government reimburse these companies for every U.S. citizen radiated and x-rayed? And, could that be the reason they are installed in high traffic areas? Does the government intend to install thought scanners next. so people can’t travel without having their thoughts recorded and examined?
So, what’s the difference if a stranger views naked photos at his work or in his home of minor children versus a TSA worker who views naked photos of minor kids at the airport? The difference is that the stranger on the street can be arrested.
What’s the difference if a non-licensed stranger at a hospital posing as a doctor x-rays your child or a TSA stranger radiates the body of a minor child? The difference is the stranger posing as a doctor will be arrested, but the TSA worker taking x-rays who probably isn’t a health care licensed professional, isn’t arrested.
Why should a healthcare professional attend college and obtain a degree, certification and or a license so he can properly and legally radiate people in a hospital vs. a TSA agent who is allowed to do the same without a healthcare license? After all, the law requires doctors and healthcare professionals to obtain consent forms before radiating American citizens, so does TSA?
The FDA issues warnings related to radiation, x-rays, and tanning beds, so how is it safe for people to have the federal government ordering Americans be full-bodied radiated and simultaneously ignore FDA warnings as well as state laws regarding radiation?
And, could the TSA radiation end some lives early who have health issues or after several years, could people begin to experience the effects of the radiation? How does groping and radiating every innocent American help capture terrorists? In fact, some TSA workers have been in the news for molesting people; drunk or using drugs; stealing x-rays including one naked x-ray appearing on the internet; beating up passengers including a military officer; and screaming that they have “power” and they are “god. Some TSA workers have been reported in the news to have criminal records. Most child molesters are never caught, so there’s no way to know if a TSA worker is a pervert or not.
Could it be possible for the federal government to collect the x-rays and use them in the future if Obama care kicks in so the 9 member committee can determine who lives and who dies? TSA could collect millions of naked x-rays of Americans before or if Obama care is implemented in 2014, so could the x-rays be used in the future to determine whose medical services will be rationed or denied? Are there certain bodies they intend to clone in their secret underground facilities as rumored?
What if Americans were being set up to be used as “Human Capital” aka “commodities” for Wall Street’s profits? Is that even possible? Theoretically, could depopulation; rationing; denying prescriptions or healthcare services, mandated abortions, chem trails, or BP Oil’s Corexit 9500 poisonous spraying; or the START Treaty that allegedly leaves the Southern part of the U.S., vulnerable to attack according to 30 U.S. Generals, and controlling citizens behaviors, thoughts, and food – a reality or a theory – as there seems to be a lot of events that have threatened the welfare and safety of the American people in the past couple of years.
In conclusion, should the American people file a Class Action Lawsuit with the U.N. Human Rights Counsel against TSA as well as a Class Action with the Supreme Court against being groped and full body radiated and naked photographed by allegedly non-health care professionals?
After all, the government regulates sun tanning beds and salons. The federal government is attempting to regulate what we eat and where we eat. For example, they don’t want Americans eating certain foods at McDonald’s or eating salt and sugar. They want to regulate organic foods and vitamins, and although the president smokes, he doesn’t want you to smoke. So, what difference does it make what you eat or drink or smoke if the government is exposing your entire body to radiation – spraying Corexit 9500 over America’s gulf and citizens – spraying chem trails in the skies and polluting the skies or allowing corporations to leak toxins into the soil and drinking water or ocean – and denying prescription drugs to cancer patients? How then is radiating every American protecting the health of each person from dying at the hands of the terrorists if there are so many other government agendas that cause adverse health effects in the works such as leaving the southern part of the U.S. vulnerable to attack!
So, will Chertoff’s companies and the federal government continue to use a full body radiation scanner on the American people and will they exempt themselves, congress, and Muslims, from the naked photos, full body radiation, or groping of private body parts, or else punish Americans, which violates our 4th Amendment Rights, individual liberties, and civil rights.
Will the Obama regime, Democrats, and Rinos, exempt themselves from liability without accountability related to the health and welfare of the American people since, the Americans people are customers who pay to fly are radiated and manhandled by the TSA employees, while they take private jets? In my opinion, Rapiscan’s full body radiation scanner is similar to throwing the American people into a microwave oven or a slow cooker! Eventually, Americans will get burns and die from cancer!

This article was written by me because in my opinion, it’s a nazi-like agenda implemented by Obama and his regime to condition Americans to be assaulted with pat downs and hands up stand on the yellow line – and do as you’re told or else by punished and you won’t fly. This includes pat downs, searches, questioning, assaulting one’s body without a law enforcement license or a medical tech or dr. who must have your permission to be touched – and even an law enforcer must have probable cause of a CRIME to pat an American down – but not TSA who aren’t to my knowledge, law enforcers or medical tech or medical doctors using medical equipment – and who knows what levels they are radiating Americans which Hitler used for sterilization during WW II. In fact, it’s against the constitutional 4th Amendment to assault and grope an American citizens without a state license or badge or medical license. Radiation can cause cataracts, aging, cancer, sterility, and TSA is gathering more intrusive information than the FBi who must have probably cause – so is this just another way to gather that information on individual Americans, because Jihadist and Terrorists were flown into the USA under Obama’s regime and bypassed TSA and ICE and Border Patrol Inspections as well as the illegals! What happen to American Constitutional Rights?
